My emerald dreams
The rain falling down for whispering my silence
That silence breaking my emerald dreams.
And those clearview shields with rising bubbles and flutes of renaissance
The rain falling down onto our round stones, keeping our kisses,
Coming down onto petals....
Those petals more than yellow sun...
Those petals of the sweet lemon flower,
Blooming as doves that fly in clouds...
And those birds searching their freedom in the unlimited horizon...
Your eyes water, thinking of me
Allowing the door to be left open
While allowing viewing through the window from the inside....
Feeling the sun growing cooler,
Understanding your passion of flame.....
Trying to milk it - drink from it-deeply
Trying to feel its flow
Between your lips and my hair...
Moving the middle to the top,
self- fashioning moving to the bottom as well...
Feeling the blazing hot sun
And the light
As it waits within
And at the end the avid breath
Draining this light inside each other
Like the moon shining inside of the sun....
Hands passing of time
With your smile...
With dedication...
Is It Poetry? Yes, it is......

1974
We were young,
And none of us know quite what to say,
But the feeling moved
Among us in silence anyway.
Slowly we had made
Quite a change--
Somewhere we had crossed a big line.
Down upon our knees,
We had tasted holy wine,
And no one could sway us
In a life time.
Purer than the sky,
Behind the rain.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love.
Love had lit a fire;
We were the flame.
Burning into the darkness,
Shining out from inside us.
Not a word.
And no one had to say we were changed.
Nothing else we lived through
Would ever be same the same,
Knowing the truth
That we had gained.
Purer than the sky,
Behind the rain.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love.
Love had lit a fire;
We were the flame.
Burning into the darkness,
Shining out from inside us.
Stay with me.
Make it ever new,
So time will not undo,
As the years go by,
How I need to see
Thats still me.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love.
Yeah....
Burning into the darkness,
Shining out from inside us.
Purer than the sky,
Behind the rain.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love.
Love has lit a fire;
I am the flame.
Burning into the darkness,
Shining out from inside us.
Purer than the sky,
Behind the rain.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love. (ohh....)
Love has lit a fire;
I am the flame.
Burning into the darkness,
Shining out from inside us.
Purer than the sky,
Behind the rain.
Falling down all around us,
Calling out from a boundless love.

The Gathering Of Hurt People
what we had on the table was
finally consumed
all the ripe ones even the raw ones
were taken
there was silence
one looks beyond the window
finally breaking the silence
saying, look the clouds are coming
laden with rain
ah, the one who was optimistic
hums a song
an offering for the rainbow
that soon he knows
will show again the colors
the promise that
we shall never be destroyed
again
then we all smiled
we have returned to our hopes
our senses open
like petals blooming for another
day....

Falling In Love
Falling in love
It grabs me it scares me
It knows how to inform me
Falling in love
It takes me on a journey
Of emotions deep inside me
Falling in love
Nothing prepared me
For this feeling that Im feeling
Falling in love
Its draining its wearing
I surrender completely
Ooh I wasnt ready for this
Its good its bad
Im happy and Im sad
A mystery to behold
It speaks only to heart and soul
Like a melody deep inside of me
I saw that love keeps playing on and on
A symphony so glad I hear
Angels whispering
Falling in love
It grabs me it scares me
It knows how to inform me
Falling in love
It takes me on a journey
Of emotions deep inside me
Falling in love
Nothing prepared me
For this feeling that Im feeling
Falling in love
Its draining its wearing
I surrender completely
I never knew that life could be
So heavenly Im feeling free
Oh how could something be so satisfying
And yet a feeling of fearfulness
Is lurking in the mist of the bliss
Inside my heart but I know thats all a part
Falling in love
It grabs me it scares me
It knows how to inform me
Falling in love
It takes me on a journey
Of emotions deep inside me
Falling in love
Nothing prepared me
For this feeling that Im feeling
Falling in love
Its draining its wearing
I surrender completely
Im a business queen
In a courtroom kingdom
But when it comes to love
Theres no software made for that
Love oh love you came
You turned my perfect world upside down
Like a work of art
Love has shaped my heart
Falling in love
It grabs me it scares me
It knows how to inform me
Falling in love
It takes me on a journey
Of emotions deep inside me
Falling in love
Nothing prepared me
For this feeling that Im feeling
Falling in love
Its draining its wearing
I surrender completely

Path Of Poetry Petals
My petals are already drying out,
They’re not white anymore,
But a shade of gray!
I am walking on a path of poetry petals,
Why is my poetry tainted with
Innocent blood,
Dripping on my path?
The wind stirs up those petals,
And they run, they fly,
But then they fall again...
I am walking on a path of poetry petals,
Why is my poetry tainted with
Your kisses,
Caressing each petal of mine?
Rain starts, all the poetry
Is washed off those petals,
Massacre of raindrops!
I am walking on a dirty path of solitude,
Of ignorance, of profane light...
Eternity was washed away,
Beauty was damaged...
Poetry is always doomed,
Even if I’d write with my own blood,
On steel petals,
The raindrops would still wash
My poetry away,
It has no strength within,
No eternity within!

Summer Rain Came Suddenly
Summer rain came suddenly
and you and she
had just got off the school bus
and had to run for shelter
and so entered the wood
and settled beneath some trees
which at least kept off
some of the rain
and as you both stood there
looking about the woodland
and listening to the rain
fighting its way through
the overhead branches and leaves
smelling the rain smell
hearing the sound
of rain falling
she said suddenly
That was unexpected
one minute the sun's shining
the next the downpour
and she turned
and looked at you
raindrops falling down
from her hair onto
the side of her nose
and sitting there
for a few moments
then sliding down
and moving along
her cheek
and you wiped
the drops off
with the end of your finger
and she took your finger
and mouthed it
and licked off the rain
and held your finger
in her hand
and said laughing
That was my raindropp
and you saw
how her lips parted
and in such a way
that you sensed
an inner explosion
of what you thought of
as love and said
Rain is rain
it's got its own smell
and touch
and feel
and she moved her lips
to your finger
and licked it once more
and you laughed
and felt your heart leap inside
and she said
releasing your finger
Love is love
something like rain
something you feel
and sense and know
and she kissed you and said
Mum' ll wonder where I am
we'd better go
and moving out
from beneath the trees
you ran off together
into the falling rain
all over again.

The Kind of Falling
There is this kind of falling
that is free, and it does
not think of any floor
or end, the trip continues
down and down
and darker and darker
you close your hands
and put them on
the side of your
hips, and you keep
on waiting about the
expected
deadly impact, you want
it done
and done so quickly
for years this free falling
has been with you
and you are into this
feeling always
where to
and when and what
and why
it's been like this from
the beginning
no floors no ceiling
no walls now
and all the doors
are closed
except the windows of course
that you keep on seeing
there is the wind
that keeps on going and going
passing through and through
inside your heart
the freedom of falling
it is here always inside your heart
you are numb
and there is nothing difficult to understand
letting go and just this feeling of falling
the consolation is that
you are always on top of things
explains, thus, this falling
for why should i fall? i ask sometimes.
thanks God, i must be up here, and there is no end to this tunnel
let me see, let me see the light, with you.

Novacaine
the taste of your fingers
digging in the dirt
the touch of your hair
falling down your shirt
the smell of your skin
blowing across the bed
the gasping of your breath
the silence never said
the silence never said
you are my chocolate
you are my Magdelene
you are my Everest
jumping on your trampoline
you are my daybreak
falling down like summer rain
you are my flash of life
you are my novacaine
you are my novacaine
the hunger of your silent
staring in the night
the hurt in your breaking
like a string drawn too tight
the beauty in your years
wrapped inside my lifeline
the softness of your lips
lost inside of mine
lost inside of mine
you are my chocolate
you are my Magdelene
you are my Everest
jumping on your trampoline
you are my daybreak
falling down like summer rain
you are my flash of life
you are my novacaine
you are my novacaine...

I Am A Rose In Your Garden
A sun ray tickled to my face this morning,
Waking me up from sleep,
I straighten up my stalk and look toward the sun,
And shake off the fresh dew out from my face,
So i can take deep breath and have a new beginning.
But suddenly i'm seeing my reflection in dew drops around
And i am so amazed
'Who am i? ', i asked to myself
I am a rose, with velvet petals,
I am so delicate, perfumed and red
All other roses start looking at me
'Who are you really', they asking me
'You are so beautiful, what you are doing here
Among all these thorns and weeds?
Here, you dont belong '
I am so confused
Why i'm here?
Why i'm alone?
Who's taking care of me?
And suddenly you show up,
You are so handsome and looking at me with love,
I am looking at you and melting in your eyes
Your face is moving slowly down to me,
And look to me so deeply.
Drops of your tears is falling on my petals
Seeing me, you are so happy
So do i, feeling your love
You made my heart beat faster, stronger
Even i dont need water
I am feeding with your love.
Dont leave me, stay with me,
I need your love to live,
Protect me, nurture me with your lovely words.
Enjoy my perfumed petals
And reward me with a smile
Do not forget me ever,
I am a rose in your garden.

A Flower in the Rain
My dear, you are so sweet,
For you grow in a field,
Like a flower with
Beautiful petals,
And a rose that has
Many red spirals
And petals that
Make you all the more unique.
But, my dear, I know
Not whether I will always
See you, for many men
Try to chase you,
And you feel so cold,
As if you were a flower in the rain,
And that the meadow was not large
Enough for you to keep you
Warm and safe.
But, I promise,
That I will be there for you,
No matter the circumstances,
For you are my flower,
And you are my flower in the rain,
For you will grow with every drink you take.

You”re Still You
The same hair curling on your head
At 49, you look younger,
There are no wrinkles on your forehead
The cheeks still smooth and tight
Your eyes still glow
Like fireflies reflected in the mirror
The moon against the sky
The way you talk defies the years of your absence
The way you look at me
Your way your gaze flies like a butterfly
Hovering back to me like tender hands
Of a woman
Caressing my face
Like golden yellow wing
Fluttering on the petals of a flower
Indeed, you are still you
Loving me
In gentle restraint and
I am deeply saddened
By my own kind of same
Usual indifference
Of the clouds drifting
Without even the thought
Of stopping by the
Peaks of trees
As you open yourself to the sun like
A tight bud opening its petals
Finally exposing its true gentle colors
A flower blooming
To the kindness of sunshine
And the freshness of the air
That this world can offer
I spread my wings like a yellow butterfly
Fluttering away to another garden

Dream Dream
Dream dream like falling rain
All is beautiful though searched in vain
Love is a pain - love is a feeling
Something of a passion somewhere stealing
Love comes and goes like it glows
All is a dream - a dream that goes
Feeling from the darker night
Taking all the blues away
Flying light sweet soft light
That meets another day
Everything that comes to shine
Gives a brighter on day
Something that makes you feel fine
Taking the shadows away
Love is never out of touch
In all its temperaments and play
It’s a mood to feel so much
And never the same, always to stay
Love comes and goes like it glows
All is a dream - a dream that goes
Sometimes when we are far apart
And nothing seem comfortably right
It’s only the inside beating heart
That makes my dreamy on flight
All is a dream - a dream that goes
Love song of feelings that inside glows
Dream dream like falling rain
All is beautiful though searched in vain
Love is a pain - love is a feeling
Something of a passion somewhere stealing
Love comes and goes like it glows
All is a dream - a dream that goes

Heartbreaker
One look and you know shes trouble
Ruby red lips and flashing eyes
Cant resist, you just gotta have her
Ooh its a feeling that you cant disguise
Youre booked on a one way ticket
I can tell you that youre going nowhere
Shes a drug and youre not gonna kick it
Heartbreak city, shell take you there
I know Ive been here before
I read the script, I know the score
Theres no rules, she plays her own game
Shes a real heartbreaker and she brings on the rain
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Thunder, cant you hear it crashing?
Storm clouds are waiting for you up ahead
Lightning, cant you see it flashing?
You havent listened to a word Ive said
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)
Rain (shes a real heartbreaker, a heartbreaker)
Rain (falling from the skies, falling from your eyes)

Rain
(m&l - parfitt)
How can I see what Im leaving for?
How can I give what I gave before?
How can you tell me that you want me to stay?
How can I stay when Im trying to say,
That I cant live without the rain,
Yes I cant live without the rain.
How can I feel what Im trying to feel,
How can I move when Im heel to heel,
Youre always shouting about the doubt in my eye,
But I cant answer cos my eyes are so dry.
Now I cant live without the rain.
Yes I cant live without the rain.
I cant live without the rain,
Thats falling on my head,
Rain thats falling on my head.
Rain thats falling,
Rain thats falling,
Rain thats falling on my head.
Id started thinking back to you when,
Id like to send a line but then again,
How can I write you when there aint no light,
Im feeling tight tonight but thats alright.
Now I cant live without the rain,
Yes I cant live without the rain.

Big Feeling
Come next september Ill be out upon the road again
And therell be times when I can hardly even say your name
But now were sticking to the sheets and I cant sleep tonight
And like a dream love were moving into light
Oh I feel like this is warning
Oh I feel like ten feet tall
And dont ever let me down
Dont ever let me down.
Big feeling
Oh its getting hard to hide
Big feeling
Like a river running growing wide
You are my thunder
And theres lighting here inside.
Oh come on darling now day has turned its time for home
I wont forget that night we slept out on the beach alone
Now the sun has come to take the moon and light the sky
Wave oer me flow over me
And oh I feel like this is warning
Oh I feel like ten feet tall
And dont ever let me down
Dont ever let me down.
Big feeling
Oh its getting hard to hide
Big feeling
Like a river running growing wide
You are my thunder
And theres lighting here inside.
Dont ever let me down
Dont ever let me down
Dont ever let me down
Big feeling
Oh its getting hard to hide
Big feeling
Like a river running growing wide
You are my thunder
And theres lighting here inside.

The Door Between Two Worlds
this the door between our two worlds
it divides the inside and the outside
the light and the darkness
the choice is yours
there is no lock
there is only the hinge that holds the door to its place
when you open it
there is no sound
and when you close it
there is only this silence of the air sealed inside our minds
my heart does not sing inside
it is muted by the darkness that moment your gentle hands
close the door
it is patient, the mind
the incompatibilities of the things outside us
are too inviting
they tempt us to step outside and promise us
the magical wonders of freedom
we feel so light like our joys like cottons and clouds
they are no different from our wishes
i am in the middle of this door between us
& you look at me like i am the last man of this earth
your heart opens with eyes too careful not to know
what i do next is the suspense of this uncertainty
your eyes close, my heart bleeds
my hands wilt, your mind wanders like a lost wind
the door closes finally
walling us in
it locks upon itself and
the world sleeps soundly curling its feet on the beds of the
heavens

Slow Moving Sea
If you ever feel youll lose your dreams
Or your hope seems too far gone
Ill bring the distance to your door
You couldnt ask for any more
You were around when I needed a friend
You were the means you were the end
Youll be the one Ill turn to now
Theres gonna be some hard times coming down
Without you the world would be so crowded
Without you the moon would be so clouded
Without you I can be anyone
Anyone at all but myself
If ever your candle wont blow out
Or your sorrow seems so interrupted
Well Ill be the first to bring the darkness down
Ill be the silence at your side
Without you the music couldnt move me
The words would ring true
But the tune would feel so empty
Without you I can be anyone
Anyone at all but myself
But myself
Wish I was a slow moving sea
Moving away from the land so cautiously
Id find me an island to surround
Just like you did as I was feeling down
As I was feeling down
Without you the world would be so crowded
Without you the moon would be so clouded
Without you I can be anyone
Anyone at all but myself
Oh but myself
Wish I was a slow moving sea
Wish I was a slow moving sea
Love is like a slow moving sea
Keeping in touch with eternity
Wish I was a slow, slow, slow, slow moving sea
Love is like a slow moving sea

One Moment in Time
A single orange daisy.
Blooming from the sidewalk crack.
In the early morning.
Dew dripping off its delicate petals.
The sun is rising.
The flower struggles to survive.
Rising up from the concert it blossoms with new hope.
I’m going to live.
A small girl.
Pink dress and shiny black shoes.
She sees the flower.
The flower.
Wet petals, bursting with new light and hope.
She waddles over.
And picks it.
The flower.
It’s life.
Gone.
In just one moment in time.

Rain-Stuck
rain within
takes me away from me
from the rain outside
throughout the day night
its falling hard
no trace of any map anywhere
no boundary line
no other objects
as far my eyes run
rain rain and falling water
with a ceaseless passion
can't close the eyes
can't sleep
can't think to write
a successful rain-poem
alone moving on the surface
as a rain-legend myself
no where dry anymore
nothing wants to be dried
but alone
and rain within

Octavian This Time
motionless. this is the circle. you are out.
motionless. open,
parenthesis, i am inside, i am a pause, i am enclosed,
close parenthesis, and you are out. ousted. a bird, a pigeon, born to fly
to get the bud, and tell me, there is peace on the land,
trance. my tongue shrinks inside my throat. i am silent.
i keep things inside. they are gifts of silence. i treasure them
inside my heart, they become my priceless treasures.
my hands. do you touch them like greek gods? what do you offer?
a goat, a calf, a turtledove. rise up, and be a star. reborn,
a chasm, you fall, and you keep on falling,
darkness, and light, getting married in that chasm, and you
are there cradled between them
light. so much light. blindness. gaze. stare. close and sleep.
you ask, where are we? where i am taking you? you ask if i am still
holding your hand?
through your eyes. this is the passage of time. through your eyes.
leaves. flowers. clouds. the sun kissing the mountain top.
let all these stay. in your heart. let them sing about the birds
that build their nests in your dreams.
we arrived. we shall now leave.

Cherry Blossoms Adrift
Pink petals passing
Scents above so high
Painted porcelain perfection
Blossoms caress the sky
Swaying silent shroud
Suitors strolling by
Pink petals passing
Lover's gentle sigh
Pastel hues falling
Slow fluttering grace
Pink petals passing
Lining streams in lace
Pink petals passing
Smoothest transit by
Soft essence floating
In most subtle lullaby
Inducing springtime slumber
Upon a satin shore
Sailing with the current
Pink petals pass before
