Truth Are Lies.. Lies Are Truth..

speak your truth from your quivering lips
but also your lies comes through them..
your half lies are also your half truths
yet your half truths are also your half lies
what shall you talk about them if your thruth are your lies
and your lieas are your truths
then this world would be filled of noise
being lies and being the truth
until all of us will be lost
what to believe and follow
will it be the half lies
or the half truths?
which one is to choice
the truth is yours but also are the lies..
so let us all live with he truths and the lies
within our hearts within our minds
till we are lost in a maze of half lies and half truths

Is It Still Over

=========================================================================
Being without you has turned out to be so inconvenient
And wishing I was with you just seems to use up all my time
You've been gone so long that it's hard to recall
Just how the dream went
And all but this broken heart in me I guess is doing fine
Chorus:
Is it still over, are we still through
Since my phone still ain't ringing I assume it still ain't you
I've half a mind to take the time to find somebody new
But I'm not too sure that I'm still over you
That lie that I tried to slip by you
Was told with good intentions
It was just another way to say I love you
And protect you from the truth
Half a pound of cure is surely worth a half an ounce of pure prevention
And trying to explain while I'm insane
Is the hardest thing I've ever tried to do
Chorus
If I repeat myself it's cause I've nothing else to do
And I'm not too sure that I'm still over you

Half The World

Words by neil peart, music by geddy lee and alex lifeson
Half the world hates
What half the world does every day
Half the world waits
While half gets on with it anyway
Half the world lives
Half the world makes
Half the world gives
While the other half takes
Half the world is
Half the world was
Half the world thinks
While the other half does
Half the world talks
With half a mind on what they say
Half the world walks
With half a mind to run away
Half the world lies
Half the world learns
Half the world flies
As half the world turns
Half the world cries
Half the world laughs
Half the world tries
To be the other half
Half of us divided like a torn-up photograph half of us are
Trying to reach the other half
Half the world cares
While half the world is wasting the day
Half the world shares
While half the world is stealing away

Half The World

Half the world lives,
Half the world makes,
Half the world gives
While the other half takes.

Half the world hates,
Half the world runs away,
Half the world's late,
Half the world praises the day.

Half the world is,
Half the world was,
Half the world thinks,
Half the world does.

Half the world lies,
Half the world burns,
Half the world cries
While the other half turns.

Half the world cares,
Half the world weeps,
Half the world shares,
Half the world keeps.

Half the world sings,
Half the world laughs,
Half the world brings,
Half the world tries to be the other half.

End.

Wells Of Truth

Tell me
tales of truth.

Truth is as
elusive as water
in oceans of
Arabian desert sand.

Truth may be
soaked up totally
in a desert of
whispered words.

Truth may be
washed away totally
by a torrent river of
well told lies.

Truth may be
blown away totally
in a blizzard storm of
orchestrated misinformation.

Tell me tales of truth
told throughout history!

I will listen well
intently to your stories of
culturally half sun baked
studied scholastic lies.

The Honest Truth

the truth is i love you
the truth is i always dream of you at night
the truth is i do my best to hide it from you
the truth is the future is blank without you
the truth is i am hurting
the truth is i am scared
i am scared how i pretend in front of everyone
the truth is a cannot tell anyone of this
the truth is i cannot even tell you
then it starts to hurt even more
the truth is i'm scared to tell you
the truth is you might be scared to break her heart
the truth is i'm scared you might love me too
the truth is i am not happy
the truth is i don't feel the love i want
the truth is i want to be loved by you only
the truth is you're too blind to see
the truth is you might not believe me if i told you
the truth is you might be scared of it
the truth is the emotional distance kills me
the truth is being close to you makes it worse
should i tell you this truth?
would you believe this truth?
the truth....the truth....the truth...
i'm the only one who knows the
and this truth hurts
because the truth is i love you
the truth is i love you
the truth is i still love you....

(V - 2009) The Truth of the Truth

The Sages and Seers
That be and have been
Cannot have seen
The truth of the Truth!

What they see as Truth
Is Truth merely
It’s not really
The truth of the Truth!

The Ultimate Truth
Cannot be known
We aren’t that grown –
The truth of the Truth!

We’re part of the Truth
We’re trying to see
We’re yet so tiny –
The truth of the Truth!

Though hard and great
The pains we give
We cannot outlive
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to you once
Remains not the same
So changing the game –
The truth of the Truth!

What’s Truth to a man
Is not Truth to all
That’s what we call
The truth of the Truth!

These thoughts as I pen
It’s Truth to me
It’s to me only
The truth of the Truth!

Tell us The Truth

Tell us the truth
Tell us the truth
They said.

So he told them
The Truth,
Untainted
Undiluted
Straight
Direct

That's not the truth
It hurts,
They said.
Tell us the 'real' truth,
The Truth!

So he repeated it.
Again, the unadulterated
Spotless,
Plain truth.

You do not like us, do you, they said.
We're asking you
For the 'proper' truth,
The 'Real Truth',
Not
This hurtful rubbish
Tell us that truth
Tell us that truth.

So, weary,
And now wary,
He told it to them
Once more.
He did not change his story,
He told them
What he had always believed in,
He told them
That no matter how unpleasant
It sounded,
His feelings for them
Remained the same
He gave it to them
Once more,
Direct,
Undiluted,
Impartially,
But passionately nevertheless.
The Truth.

Go away, go away
They said.
You do not understand us
You do not like us.
Go away.

So goes the story
Of how they lost
The best leader
They could ever have had,
The only one
Who really understood them,
The only one
Who wanted nothing
But the best
'For Them',
The only one
Who never shied away
From The Truth
The only one
Who loved them as they were.

Three Things That Cannot Be Hidden

allegedly there are three things that cannot be hidden.

the sun
the moon
and the truth

throughout my life i have hidden the truth
about myself and it will still be that way
till i take my last
breath

do not insist in seeing that face of truth
my truth is ugly
and i have seen it from the very first day
that they brought
me here
without my permission

i know you like to see it and perhaps describe the horrible details of its
features
i plea before you
do not lift the cover of my being
you may soon regret that you live in this world having seen
the ugly face of my
truth

do not insist to see my truth
it may be the cause of your untimely death
and the gods may pity you

look at me
i wear a smile but my heart is bleeding
it is inflamed
but never bursting.

A Narrative About Masks And Love

somehow the mask has become my own face
you lift it up with your hands and there are no more stories
to be told: about love? there is none anymore, if you insist,
there might be one, but it was about the love that did not die,
and for which i have told you once, and for me to live some more
years, as i insist, i wore a mask full of love and laced with
lust, and then i met you and you say
i am beautiful.
you say you love me, and i fall on an abyss of silence,
and i keep on falling, and i should have told you about
a story that i keep on telling but which you have not heard,
some twists, a clinch, a pinch, an inch of truth
that could have reached you,
but you do not want to listen anymore,
this is a love story,
but at the scene when you begin to unrobe me,
i tell you the truth,
this is not about you and I,
this is still about my past,
about pain and sin,
how could you be so unkind?

Paradox of Truth

The most subtle lies art the greatest truth
Like the fairy tales of our imaginative youth
Each truth a paradox, a lie does tell
A truth somewhere in mythical spell
When one lies, truth still speaks
For in everything doth truth seek
To express itself to hearts to behold
The truth of life in every lie told
Told in such eloquent song
There is truth in something especially wrong
Rhetoric, myths, ignorance and lies
Truth in all, every truth belies.
If thou don't believe it is certainly true
For to believe is true to me and you
And in this poem if you believe no truth
Let this poem be truth's own proof….

Truth or Truths? for M' lady Amber

What is the truth? No man can say
Each sees it in a different way.
My truth may not be true for you
Yours may differ from mine too
Although we say we want to know
I wonder do we really though
I think it is quite evident,
The truth is inconvenient.
If hearts were pure we could be sure.
One simple truth might well endure.
But we prefer half truths and lies.
Perhaps because we realise.
If we embraced truth honestly
It would curtail our liberty.

Unadorned Truth

The splendor of nakedness

Truth is like a beaker of unarmed spring water
Truth refreshes
Truth vitalizes
Truth liberates

A half-full beaker of truth
Is like a flowing tributary of mistrust
Is like a fearful lake of drowned love
Is like a trickle of intravenous venom

A beaker of fortified untruth
Is like ravenous cancer
Is like truth incarcerated
Is like fangs without the venom

Unadorned truth is the splendor of nakedness

The Truth About Lying

A lie and the truth are one in the same, both are necessary allow me to explain.
Some say the truth will set you free, but that “some” is no part of me.
My truth in your eyes is blasphemy, the truth being that I even lie to me.
Mistakes are errors left uncorrected, also known as opportunities neglected.
The truth is always the first expected. A lie is born from the truth rejected.
Truth is a word so infected by the mouths of those who so diligently protect it.
The very people who refuse to accept it.
My truth is mine and it changes all of the time, thus I protect it by lying.
Not to myself but to everyone else and never with any bad intentions
Never out of disparity for attention, only to avoid a preconceived misconception

I Told The Truth The Other Day

I TOLD THE TRUTH THE OTHER DAY

I told the truth the other day
I tell it today-

The truth about myself
Is my poem-

But why should anyone else care?

Because it is their truth and their poem and their life?

I don’t know and I don’t think so -
But maybe for some for some time in some way -perhaps –

I speak my truth
Is it yours?
And does our truth matter anyway?

Kierkegaard

Do not interrupt the flight of your soul; do not distress what is best in you; do not enfeeble your spirit with half wishes and half thoughts. Ask yourself and keep on asking until you find the answer, for one may have known something many times, acknowledged it; one may have willed something many times, attempted it — and yet, only the deep inner motion, only the heart's indescribable emotion, only that will convince you that what you have acknowledged belongs to you, that no power can take it from you — for only the truth that builds up is truth for you.

0197 Being in Mind

Poets seek in poems, a truth that's yet to be:
to catch those glories half-formed in the mind,
those tantalising visions which we see
for fleeting seconds; fear may never find

again; yet leave a presence in the air,
the evanescent substance of a dream,
like half-remembered, half-forgotten care,
but known to be more real than they seem;

like friendly ghosts who share our rooms awhile
and conjure memories of their treasured kind:
a scent; a taste; a light; an echoed smile
from knowledge of some farther truth in mind:

O these are angels, heralds of the whole;
a golden rain that showers the dreaming soul.
