My Bad-Habit Past
Nothing blocks evil effect of fatty food
ate last night's dinner at work; voilà, a
big headache that stops my brain and
fills my mind with mist, thick and grey
I can't operate, clear thinking recedes
life turns into a faint mirage, all I know
is discomfort, pressure and pain - let
this be a lesson: no more fatty foods
that render me almost comatose and
cloud my thoughts until only one idea
remains: death seems to be the only
release - all for sausage and cheese
No more, I shall only feast on salads
and green vegetables - I refuse to be
a prisoner of my bad-habit past, new
routines will bring back my joy in life

Richness has is a beauty.
A fatty woman
With richness painted
All over her skin,
Was full in glow,
Tempting me to look
Back at her again and again,
From my seat in a train,
Defying the concept
That to be slim is beauty.
A fatty cow, a fatty pig,
How nice they look!
Richness has beauty

Why is Sickness?
Some wise people say sickness born in the mind,
Not purposely, but from ignorance, which is not kind.
When the race-mind have power over some people,
They loose sight of the gracious living, fell off the steeple.
The mind creates the negativity, the eating habit follows,
So, the sickness develops. How? Nobody knows.
Then after thinking, having anger and hostility,
High blood pressure, then the heart troubles come into the vicinity.
When someone entertains thoughts of envy and jealousy,
Will loose his breath, life will and his lungs capacity.
The liver is the center of judgements & if it is negative, then with heavy drinking, fatty foods the liver will be offensive.
So many are fearful, cold, & do not wish to face anything,
The kidneys will brake down, specially from lots of animal food consuming.
When the person is materialistic the intestines will brake down,
Diarrhea comes when do not care, constipation when don't let go, hold on
Cancer is eating you up if you have a great regret
Added to it a high protein diet can cause the onset.
Diabetes is not a sickness, only wrong eating habits with greed,
Arthritis a wrong sugar love, kindness to others but fake, not a true deed.
Certainly there are others, eyes, ears and depression,
Skin troubles and the rest of the corruption.
What we think or do comes back to us many fold,
So, be careful what you are thinking, because it'll unfold.
And we can go on with each sickness this world entertain
All come out of negative thinking and will retain.
Only change in thinking, then the diet, move enough,
Have purpose, truth, peace & kindness and not being rough.
Trying to heal any sickness with some medicine,
It will just create another problem, but never health & discipline.
Stop, listen to your heart where God's energy should be,
Learn that you would find the way to self healing & be free.

All-Encompassing Grin
Slight headache now is a vortex of discomfort in which I am
twisting and turning as pressure increases, all sense of res-
ponsibility lost, forced to visit a doctor for antibiotics to com-
bat infection or whatever is wreaking such havoc
Cannot watch the screen, no coherent sentence forms as I
read; all I know is strangulation and suffocation - existing in
such a concentration camp situation means I am wasting
the minutes of my life in existential pain
Altruism attempt came to naught, vampires rejected my offering;
72 hours before donating no medication may be taken; the pill I
took this morning disqualifies me thus I cannot realize my
philanthropic desire to be of service to my fellow men
Frontal brain lobes have closed down, reduced to the reptilian
brain stem which reacts with fight and flight to stimuli, shall see
the quack on Wednesday to tame rebellious brain cells that
refuse to fire even when serotonin is secreted
Complaints would mess up my evening at home, now I must
suppress these thoughts and lift my chin, nose in the air,
wearing an all-encompassing grin…

Your Will To Be Done
LORD I am here waiting for your will to be done
Sitting at the kitchen table watching the rising sun.
The sky is a clear blue as a background for the sun
As I sit and thank you for my family and everyone.
Each day that I awake there is a lesson to be learned
It may not be stupendous
But in my heart it will burn.
You've given us so much that we should be thankful for
The sun, the moon, the rivers and the streams
The green grass and the tall beautiful trees.
You've given us food from all walks of life
From the seas and the skies
From the earth below our feet
And for all that we eat.
You show us both sides of life, the good and the bad
Just so that " we could understand".
That everything in life is truly free.
It starts in our hearts and travels to our minds
And we can find peace and contentment till the ends of time.
The sacrifices that we make, can be heartache and pain
But nothing in life ever remains the same.
There is a price for everything - but it's not for the foods we eat
But for the love he's given us -and the hatreds we must defeat.
The "bad " is in our hearts and minds
And not anything on the ground
All you have to do is turn and look around.
We must defeat the "thoughts" of all our jealousies
Wants, and hates - and wake up to the beauties
Before it's much too late.
Like the song says " accentuate the positive
And eliminate the negative".
That is the key if we want to be free.
So I sit here with these thoughts in my mind
And thanking you DEAR LORD
Till the end of my time.

Sceletons Of Society
Minutes seem like days
Since fire ruled the sky
The rich became the beggars
And the fools became the wise
Memories linger in my brain
Of burning from the acid rain
A pain I never have won
Nothing here remains
No future and no past
No one could foresee
The end that came so fast
Hear the prophet make his guess
That paradise lies to the west
So join his quest for the sun
Shades of death are all I see
Fragments of what used to be
The world slowly decays
Destruction fills my eyes
Harboring the image
Of a spiraling demise
Burning winds release they fury
Simulating judge and jury
Drifting flurries of pain
Deafening silence reigns
As twilight fills the sky
Eventual supremacy
Daylight waits to die
Darkness always calls my name
A pawn in this recurring game
Humanity going insane
Shades of death are all I see
Fragments of what used to be
Minutes seem like days
Corrosion fills the sky
Morbid dreams of anarchy
Brought judgement in disguise
Memories linger in my brain
Life with nothing more to gain
Perpetual madness remains
Shades of death are all I see
Skeletons of society
Fragments of what used to be
Skeletons of society

Life
Life – a Puzzle!
More – a Riddle! !
A hard nut to crack!
An Ocean Deep with swirls and twists! !
Has anyone seen it in length and breadth?
Has it ever taken the course we designed?
Like the travellers within a Phantom ship,
We sail past to far unknown lands.
Through rugged waves, we drift along,
Either to perish or to be cast ashore.
So elusive, Life remains,
Like the mirage over the stretch of sands.
Often it seems so easily within reach
But far, it recedes out of grip.
Like a juggler, performing tricks,
It holds people to watch and wonder.
Life remains a complex sum,
Far beyond our power to solve.
Why rake your brain to fathom out?
Why knit your brow and look beyond?
Safe it is-
And wiser still-
To stay awake,
And take things in their stride.

Prisoner Of Love
Ive gotta run away from you
If I wanna save myself
And theres nothing I can do
To break your magic spell
You are evil and you show it
With your eyes
Oh, and the way your body moves
Just keeps me hipnotized
cos Im a prisoner of love
Someone rescue me
Release me from this state of mind
I was born to be free
Just a prisoner of love
Come on let me be cos if loving you is my crime
Go on and close the door on me
Oh, Ive been convicted for the crime
I have been done
But if losing you is my sentence
Id rather lose my life
Can someone help me
Help me keep my sanity
cos I love this evil force
Thats taking over me
cos Im a prisoner of love
Someone rescue me
Release me from this state of mind
I was born to be free
Just a prisoner of love
Come on let me be
cos if loving you is my crime
Go on and close the door on me
cos Im a prisoner of love
Someone rescue me
Release me from this state of mind
I was born to be free
Just a prisoner of love
Come on let me be
cos if loving you is my crime
Go on and close the door on me

The Black Cloud Called Depression
The thick cloud of despair hangs over me,
Thoughts are black of my future dim,
But why do I think so? ~ Why, oh why,
When I have Trust and Faith in HIM?
Depression is an Attitude of Mind,
It lingers from time to time,
I crave for Action and things to do,
This time, and every time.
I need a shove, a push to start,
To work, write letters more,
For as soon as I do start to work,
The Cloud of Depression will out the door.
Depression is an ugly word,
It hangs like a suffocating cloud,
I wish I had a magic word,
Which I could shout at it ~ ALOUD.
But I need to conquer it myself,
To dispel its evil ways,
To clear my thoughts from out my head,
Before retiring again, to my bed.

Help The Nile-Crocodile Survive
Eating in a new restaurant where the chips were
sprinkled with spices; I should have sent it back,
but I didn’t; now another sleepless night with my
back and neck in a terrible knot, stomach burning
and my head stuffed with cotton; with cold spells
and fevers; it is the very last time I eat what I’m
offered with strange condiments; in future I’ll refuse,
not caring about offending; given the corporeal
punishment inflicted by food - I feel like dying
I am so tired; the Nile-Crocodile is reduced to
primitive reptilian survival; the Ice-Princess is
crying all life is vain; Cinderella is writhing in pain,
Alice has been changed into a prototype Quasimodo;
maybe the stuff that I eat shuts off part of my brain –
I can’t even do any addition; at school I was branded
a fool; at varsity I was the local dunce; every test
taken under allergic conditions and I never knew
I thought life was supposed to be this painful
Seth says all physical pain has psychosomatic origins
in the indictment of my childish self by Calvinism’s
original sin; the war at home that spoiled all ideas of
love; the total neglect of all emotional needs when we
were small – therefore my life is blighted; although I
know that ideas and experiences of doom and gloom
are the cause by creating a chemically unbalanced body;
no amount of reading and positive thinking has changed
the situation as yet –
Seth promised that accepting responsibility for all of
life’s problems would lessen the effect of any
psychosomatic condition; yet my attempts to accept
it has not changed anything – maybe this condition
is meant as a gift: It brought the Nile-Crocodile into
existence, a deep need to read and study to escape
the confines of discomfort – the claustrophobia forces
me to seek escape through my imagination; thank
heaven I discovered New Age literature to
Help the Nile-Crocodile survive the onslaught
on mind, brain and body!

It's A Beautiful Life
I wish my brain would operate instead of standing still.
It's all so complicated,
The thread of my own thoughts seems to be disappearing into what seems
to be a logical conclusion.
I guess I just ran out of ideas.
I've heard a million songs about this and that,
and they gave me satisfaction...
But I see,
It's a Beautiful life.
Now comes the second verse and I have to at least keep the measures
straight.
It's been a long time now and i'm really insecure about it all.
I guess I didn't like seeing all the things I saw, Who needs it?
It's been a little painful and I hope I don't like the pain,
Cause I'd hate to think of myself like that...
'Cause I see,
It's a Beautiful life.
I like the old things, But I just can't give up the idea
of trying something a little bit different,
Even if it's stupid...
'Cause I see,
It's a Beautiful life.
Yes, I see,
It's a Beautiful life.
And I see,
It's a Beautiful life

Last Night
She was there at the bar, she heard my guitar
She was long and tall, she was the queen of them all
Last night, thinking about last night
Last night, thinking about last night
She was dark and discreet, she was light on her feet
We went up to her room and she lowered the boom
Last night, thinking about last night
Last night, thinking about last night
Down below they danced and sang in the street
While up above the walls were steaming with heat
Last night, thinking about last night
Last night, thinking about last night
I was feeling no pain, feeling good in my brain
I looked in her eyes, they were full of surprise
Last night, talking about last night
Last night, talking about last night
I asked her to marry me she smiled and pulled out a knife
The partys just beginning she said, its your money or you life
Last night, talking about last night
Last night, talking about last night
Now Im back at the bar, she went a little too far
She done me wrong, all I got is this song
Last night, thinking about last night
Last night, thinking about last night

Throw Yourself Like Seed
Shake off this sadness, and recover your spirit;
Sluggish you will never see the wheel of fate
That brushes your heel as it turns going by,
The man who wants to live is the man in whom life is abundant.
Now you are only giving food to that final pain
Which is slowly winding you in the nets of death,
But to live is to work, and the only thing which lasts
Is the work; start there, turn to the work.
Throw yourself like seed as you walk, and into your own field,
Don’t turn your face for that would be to turn it to death,
And do not let the past weigh down your motion.
Leave what’s alive in the furrow, what’s dead in yourself,
For life does not move in the same way as a group of clouds;
From your work you will be able one day to gather yourself.

Doubtful
Early,
It is one,
Forbidden food in heaven.
Later,
Too many forbidden food,
In earth.
Now,
They are coming everywhere,
In every action of life,
With every mind that come as devil,
This is all devil foods.
I am afraid of eating the devil foods,
If I eat, I am not dying,
But I am going to hell
If I let they go,
They flies away with the angel wings
And I am starving to death,
Doing nothing.

Taste Of Food
In food is a certain quality of taste,
May they abstain and be erased.
For food manages my godly life,
Just as the fish manage with strife.
In this food, in that food we collapse
And honour a feast with some gaps.
The food we eat as dinner shall be kind
To the sleep we carry throughout the mind.
What food do you cook with expertise?
Fish and meat will certainly cease!

Suicide note
I'm sorry but I have to go now.
I refuse to live a life of bollocks.
I aint gonna live in pain.
Bollocks to those who think I should live.
I was born to be used.
I was born to be a tourtured soul.
I was born to be abused and attacked.
I was born for others pleasure.
I didn't dare to speak.
Only told three times.
Didn't ever dare to grass.
They said they get me otherwise.
Pressure has built over the years.
Eating away at me.
Not letting me be free.
Not giving me an escape route.
Always locking me in a prison.
I was a prisoner of my shadow.
I was a prisoner of many things.
But now I've escaped from life.
I'm no longer a prisoner of life.
I'm at some sort of peace.
Bastards used me for thier twisted ways.
They cant do it now though.
Now I'm dead and cold in my grave.
Still not understanding why.
Why people can be so cruel.
None of that matters now though Im gone.
Im free.
Free from my pain.
And free from life

0108 today I read a poem
just now, today
and for a moment, thus
forever,
the heaviness of devil-darkened thought,
death in some disguise yet to be called out,
threatened grey ruin to the day
which is not mine
as that same devil, named, will not be mine -
so pushed aside my dinner plate
and read a poem
and rejoined the world of now
of sunshine, families, all
the heart loves
and mind turns grey
and into devil's grey, and death and life
stepped gratitude.

Mirage
Mirage
I am just a mirage
Oh - I am just a mirage
When you look at me
Thru your crystal glass you will see
That I am now your past
But you give your love to me
In your life I wasnt meant to be.
Oh I am just a mirage
Oh I am just a mirage
Just a mirage fading away like water
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
I am just a mirage
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
I am just a mirage
I am just a mirage
But until that day has come
When you say Ill be your only one
I will live the way its meant for me
With ups and downs and mystery.

Can it be Memory, Inspiration, or Figment Causing This?
The poems I write are a story of my life
They are a foreseeable future, a regret filled past
In this they stain, in my poems they stain
The dreams, my ideals, life lessons, and hopes
Flood on to the page waiting to be read
Stranger they become
Stranger to be in my mind
How they come to be there
That bolt of lines that swirl and toil in my mind
They say for my allure, they sway for my attention
'Take me', they cry, 'Take me for your own'
'Release us from here, bring us to life and capture us in
your work! '
'Immortalize us in history on that page! '
They sway faster in an angry tempo
Chanting now on how to be used
Begging, pleading to be used
I grasp the pen and paper
Pull my laptop closer
I write and type as fast as my hands can go
The tempo soothes, and the swaying stops
All is quiet
All is empty
They are released, glorified on this magnificent page.
