Live With Myself
Suddenly meaning fell into one of the black holes
in my mind, suddenly numbers had no meaning
and I thought 11: 30 meant 12: 30 and ran from
the office, ready for my free afternoon - just to
discover it was still an hour before I could go
Slinked back, not much chastised though, actually
quite glad for evidence to substantiate my claim
time is sucked into a black hole in my mind from
time to time, my colleagues did not even blink
confronted with my antics
Great to work with them, other people like me are
scary - I am scary too; I feel safe among those who
are normal, although it is difficult to fit in, only at
home I practice my accents and burst into song -
by now I know it is never done
By anyone claiming to be a sane human being, except
by well-paid artists and true eccentrics; as I am none
of these, just a government official - have mercy on
my poor victims and most important, pity me - who
have to live with myself!

Scary But Fun
The first time you rode your bicycle down the streets, you fell on your hands,
(? ) and bruises, the first time you dropped then you ran,

Two Different People
Two different people
Black people, white people
Black world, White world
A black person thinks different from the white people
White people thinks highly of himself
White people works very hard for his living
Black's are lazy
They don't want to work, they just want the money
You have to work for the money, they just don't get it
White people knows that there are no free ride in life
Black's want a free ride, there are no free ride in life
Nothing is free in life except for the air that you breathe
The white people have to be careful of what they say to the black People
Whatever you say to the black people if they don't like it they will say it Is discrimination
We can't understand them
They have a mind of their own
The white people are loving and caring
What about the black people?
Not a hope in hell
I don't want any part of the black world
The black world is not safe for me
So I rather stay in my white world where I feel safe
We can't trust them
The reason why there is violence in this world is because the black People cause it
Now they don't like it because they have to live with it
We want a safe world for our people

Journey Through My Mind
I'll let you in my world
To see what it's like being me
You might just want a sneak preview
Cause you can't handle all of me
Beyond the candy coated lies
The raw truth is that

Fake Sunshine & the Dark Cloud "That Blocked My Sun"
It was up's and down's
And black and white
And the yin and yang
Life was just going on
With a monotony on my life
Suddenly like a spark,
Thunder in the clear sky
You came to my life
Sparkling with your Sunshine
I thought life has a meaning
With a peek that has no fall
Black or no yang
That made me forget
The balance of life
And if there is a easy down hill
There will be a hard mountain to climb
I was blind with you shining light of Sunshine,
That I thought never end
I should have known that you wasn't the real Sunshine

Home
When I think of home
I think of a place where theres love overflowing
I wish I was home
I wish I was back there with the things I been knowing
Wind that makes the tall trees bend into leaning
Suddenly the snowflakes that fall have a meaning
Sprinklin the scene, makes it all clean
Maybe theres a chance for me to go back there
Now that I have some direction
It would sure be nice to be back home

Black holes ain't as black as they are painted. They are not the eternal prisons they were once thought. Things can get out of a black hole, both to the outside, and possibly to another universe. So if you feel you are in a black hole, don't give up. There's a way out.

Not all blacks
Diamonds are black,
hairs are black,
eyes are also black,
but heart too black?
Bear no grudge,
colours matter less,
does mother throw her child?
if kid is black,
Colour may not remain and vanish,
body may still last but perish,
idea may remain and also cherish,
hatred may remain and us finish,
Body may change from time to time,
The color may fade with passage of time,
nature may not change even with time,
do our feelings change with time?
'Thy' may not appreciate,
human beings should not differentiate,
race, colour and abuse should not substantiate,
where will you seek refuge if atmosphere vitiate?
Let colour not dominate,
race should not subordinate,
let all come together and co-ordinate,
make use of all and not denigrate,
My God was black,
still was loved by many,
Poor are still not hated
even have no money,
I may say it loud,
May feel even proud,
Does that ring so sound?
Let love for all be found,
Let there prevail nationalism,
take credit with idealism,
rationale thinking and some rationalism,
”Ism” all over but term it patriotism,
Sentiments not hurt by calling black,
no wars be fought even stabbed from back,
always carry the ideas in your pack,
remain alert even if you draw a flake,

diamond or child will have no shine,

Back In The Days Of My Youthful Glow
Both sympathy and empathy I understand,
With clarity.
There has been no part of my life...
Was there an option that I live,
If...
For just a few days or week.
Nor did I get the opportunity...
Just to live for the weekends to party.
Or...
Never did I run away,
From a task or deed to leave.
And I do understand,
There are millions living today...
In a sorrow that may seem to them,
Carried on backs weighted down by grief.
However...
Being a product of an environment,
I knew few that were pampered...
It becomes difficult for me,
To echange my experiences...
To walk in someone else's shoes.
Most of the time,
I had holes in the soles of mine.
And I was taught at an early age,
To keep my shoes shine...
Bathe.
Wear clean underwear.
And be thankful for what I had.
Even if that meant...
To be glad if I had nothing!
And...
Back in the days of my youthful glow,
Anyone would think I was ordained...
The 'king' of Bellevue Square.
A tenement project where poor Black folks lived,
To later become great people!

There are times that I should try,
To be so much more alive
