Dillemma

When you are alone and bereft
And no longer so deft
You wonder what to do
Live alone or with the children as they urge you.

You have to choose between a life
Of loneliness and silence that is rife
Only with memories from the past
Which are going to haunt you till you last.

Or start afresh with a child
Slipping into their life in a manner mild
Where you can be sure to hear
The sounds of life and cheer
Rather than live with fear
Alone where no one can hear
Your silent cry for human touch

At times as such
When you are feeling low
And potter around the house in a manner slow
It’s not an easy decision
As there is’nt much scope for revision
Once you make up your mind
To try to find
A place in your child’s house
Without a grouse.

At such a moment there‘s no doubt
In your mind about
The truth that you are past your prime
And must gracefully accept the march of time.

Your Own Fate

What if you did all that you wanted;
If your hopes and dreams were flaunted,
For all the world to see and applaud! ?
Why not give yourself, instead of others, the nod-
To live your own life, unaffected by others' views! ?
Why not allow your life to be what you would choose,
Without regard for what the uninformed opine! ?
Why not live your life as I live mine:
For, by, and of myself-without prejudice,
Bias, or hate-my heart is for all, commodious.
My dreams are mine for a reason:
I do not seek and find, then alter like a season,
Because others need to assert their ignorance,
All the while under the guise of guidance
And protection-as if you could not possibly know
What is best for you-like this interference could possibly show
The altruism that they so ardently profess!
This decision, made under the throngs of duress,
Is not what is best for you, it is what is easiest for them.
Only when both your and their wants are ibidem,
Should you make a decision, of which others approve.
Though, it is not too late to rethink your stance, before you've
Lost a great and powerful feeling from your sight,
Locked away forever-as though an unending night
Of purgatory, where your afeared heart made a decision
It can never stand to live with-where the derision
Of the moment becomes more and more permanent.
All you need do is look in your heart to know where it went-
There resides the answer, as it has all the while:
Your heart is never prone to your mind's beguile!
Now that time has wend your way
And you are no longer subject to the sway
Of irrationality or the phantom of false fear,
All the answers in your heart should make quite clear,
That a glory need not die, nor does a dream need be gone-
Allow the spectre of the past to fade and a future to dawn,
Where you are no longer conflicted between this ardor
And attempts to please everyone-never again barter
With your heart, it is a losing proposition!
We both know the heights of your life's ambition:
To live the life, of which you have always aspired,
With the one person that you always admired
Fervently, and with strength that neither time nor
Distance may alter-you know that you are prime for
This moment and for this life, all you must do
Is disavow its impedance, and trust you,
And you alone, are the master of your own fate-
Do this now my beloved, before it is too late!

Heaven And Hell

What if I told you
There was no place you could run to
To hide from your fears
Where good is bad and bad is good
And all the cries your cry
No one can hear
Is it heaven - is it hell
Life is what you make it only time will tell
Is it heaven - is it hell
Life is what you make it only time...
Need someone to talk to
But theres no one you can turn to
You cry out in despair
Gotta feeling you should be kneeling on your knees
You scream to the air
Lord the pain it takes its toll
The devil wants to take my soul
Tell me what should I do
The answer that you need to find
Is in the seeds youve sown
Its all up to you
Its your life - its up to you
Now its time to choose
Death and destruction is all in your mind
Could hell be the place for the peace you must find
Its your life - its up to you
Now its time to choose
Is God your savior - the key to the light
Or is it hell burning the flames so bright
Its your life - its up to you
Now its time to choose
Times running out - not a second to pause
Be strong in your choice
The decision is yours
Its your life - its up to you
Now its time to choose

Live

Clear out your mind
Look to your past and see what you can find
Stole soul afraid
Of the prophets perfect picture falls away
Is this the life that we choose to live
Or is this the life that has been giving
Now is the time to see what my life should be
What is mine!?
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
It's a timeless rage
For many people praying to be saved
Truth is so strong
It needs lights to guide it so it can carry on
I've seen blood on my hands
Am I dead or is this where it begins
I feel the shame
For my friend who put a bullet in his brain!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now!

We live in!

The Old School House At Ruby

In old school house yard at Ruby a dark brown shorthorn cow
And leghorn pullets cackling beneath the cypress bough
This school must hold good memories and memories live somehow
Here in their lunch hour children played but where are those children now? .

The old school room now a tea room has undergone some change
And if past pupil came back here he'd find the place quite strange
Where is the desk he sat at? the blackboard is not there
And time has brought change to Ruby as it has done elsewhere.

The old school house at Ruby a memory of past years
Here Ruby children sang and laughed and shed their fledgeling tears
And do those children of Ruby who now live far away
In dreams return to old school house and Ruby childhood day? .

The old school house at Ruby a memory of the past
And time has brought about some change and time bring change too fast
This school must hold good memories and memories live somehow
Here in their lunch hour children played but where are those children now? .

Midnight In Philadelphia (acoustic)

I know what its like to hide
Sit in your room and break down and cry
And all I could say was your name
Ive had my share of pain
But I know its made me who I am today
So I live life with no regrets
I live life with no regrets
I know that you are watching me
Somewhere over the moon
Shouting down that you love me
Wondering why I cant hear you
If only for a moment
If only in my mind
I could go back to the beginning
To the place I felt like a child
I can tell you meant well by your eyes
But a fathers intentions can be turned to lies
Nobodys perfect I guess
People will let you down
I followed the leader that fell to the ground
But you never left me alone
You never left me alone
I know that you are watching me
Somewhere over the moon
Shouting down that you love me
Wondering why I cant hear you
If only for a moment
If only in my mind
I could go back to the beginning
To the place I felt like a child
I know that you are watching me
Somewhere over the moon
Shouting down that you love me
Wondering why I cant hear you

Miracle

A Child was born
What happiness!
Mother too tired
Still in pain
But what's that? ! Hey!
Child in good health!
That is the Miracle!
Nothing of shame..

Beautiful Angel
First breast feeding
First glance, first smile
Frst call, first step!
All these are blessing
Memories that warms
Even the coldest heart
Lights any face!
That are the Miracles!
Nothing of shame..

But what about
Hardest times
When Child is
Sick and doesnt eat
Soo many worries:
Guess the cry
Is Child in danger?
Hurt? ..How? ..Why?
Your heart jumps out..
But when the child's
Getting safe, all right
That's Happiness! !
Nothing of shame..

Years past by
I'm afraid
The Child has gone
You find yourself alone
Can't, but remember
Everyday and smile of
Past Miracles!
Nothing of shame..

Worries still there
But not the same
Now find yourself
asking and wondering
Is the Big Child ok,
not hungry! ?
Does Child's heart happy?
Loved, it doesn't
Cry of hurt?
You'll never stop to worry
That's a fact
But miracles has gone
Remains the Fear
And the feeling Lone
No more miracles left
No moore..Is it or
Not a shame? ! ..

Now! Start to live
Live for self
Go on! Come
See miracles
again, this time
Done for nobody but you!
Say it:
Miracles for me!
See? !
That's nothing of shame..

Be Brave Go On,
Couse in the end
Your soul
Has always been
It is
And forever be
alone..
This earth this time
This world
Will never let you get
or find own soul fate..
No miracle left
No one to blame
Start to do one
By self, for nobody
But you
That Miracle too
Should not be
of any
Shame...

For me, anything can be a miracle, as long as brings a smile(*_*) lol

Live Your Life Be Free

Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open up your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
I see you walking with her
I see you all around
But you don't seem very happy now
You seem very down
I know you feel an obligation
To her emotional state of mind
This is the time in your life baby
When you should be having a good time
And if you want me I'll be there
To run my fingers through your hair
And if you need me its alright
Come on over baby, and see me tonight
You got to
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You know that I'll be waiting
You know my heart is true
I will be your everything
And give everything to you
So if you want me baby I know
Don't have to knock knock down my doors
Her heart was meant to be broken that day
You got a lot of love to live
So why dont you
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
Live your life be free baby
And when you free your mind
You will leave your past behind
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me
Live your life be free
Live your life be free
Open your mind and you will see
You should be with me baby
You should be with me

Weighing Heavily On Your Mind

You know the days when you feel that your life is slipping through your fingers, and there is nothing you can do. It is one of those days today. It is weighing on my mind whether to stay or go. You feel like giving up the job, your hobbies, the lot, just turn your back and start a new somewhere else.

The problem is, what about your friends, what will they think? They’d probably want the best for you, but they would not want you to go. However sometimes its for the best, to go away and start a new life somewhere. Just say goodbyes and then just go. Disappear to who knows where, try not to shed a tear too much, nor regret what you are about to do. Just put the old life away on a shelf, try and tell yourself it didn’t exist at all.

Oh, I wish it was that easy. Memories of places and faces of friends would still be there at the back of my mind. They don’t disappear that easily I have found. I think to myself, I’ve done this before, it will only be the closing of just another door, another chapter on my life. Maybe sometime in the future another door will open, and behind it I will find some old friends. Who knows what the score will be. As for right now a decision has to be made. Still I am pondering what I am going to do. I might just leave that decision for a day or two.

Who knows someone of something might make me change my mind. But whatever I decide there is one thing I know. I think whatever I decide it will be a bit of a struggle inside.

Turn Up The Music

Thoughts get behind me, don’t want to think
So confused, loved or not tears on the brink
What goes on in that silent mind of yours?
Love and loneliness goes on in hers

Turn the music up louder, maybe not think at all
Live life in the songs, a place where she can stall
Keeping thoughts to herself, she can’t unwind
So much baggage from the past on her mind

Everything in her life locked down tight
When sadness come over her coming to light
On top of the world some of the time
His moods bringing her down, what a crime

She will continue to live in his shadow
Maybe things can change, back to long ago
Her ipod can silence everything else
So maybe today, just keep to herself

I Can No Longer Live For you

I spent my life loving you-
not someone like you, but YOU;
not a part of you, but YOU.
I spent my life knowing you,
hearing your heartbeat, painting your smile;
memorizing your thoughts, reading your eyes.
You thought that if you wear a mask,
I wouldn't know at all.
But then I do, coz all my life
I did nothing but living for you.
It's not your face that matters at all,
I can always see your soul.
You might not tell me if youre there
but I can feel your shadows.
It's not your voice that matters at all,
I can always hear your heart.
I can recognize your footsteps,
I can read what's on your mind.
You know that I would sense the truth,
you know that i would feel it.
You didnt tell me- were you afraid?
You twisted all you said.
I loved you and I love you-
I can always forgive you...
I can always understand you.
I waited to hear the truth from you
but why the silence?
Maybe because you dont love me
enough to tell me;
you dont love me enough
to win me back...
you dont love me enough
to care what I feel.
You just dont love me and Im sorry
I can no longer live for you.
I cant forever live for you.
Many times i hoped that i could touch forever
and beg him then to stay.
But then he didnt-
Yet, I wont live forever just to feel your love.
Im sorry, I cant do it-
I can no longer live for you...
but die for you, I will.

Accept Me For Who I Truely Am

when will ppl start to accept me,
for who i am,
instead of who i pretend to be at times,
when are they going to see,
this is not all of me,
all that meet the eye,
there is more of me,
good and bad,
you can't just choose what you like,
and expect me to be alright,
i have feeling like everybody else,
i want to be accepted for my past,
not to feel like i have cooties,
my past is not completely who i am,
it just apart of me,
yes it makes me afraid to do things,
but it doesn't not mean,
i can't work towards them,
to make them better,
so i don't get controlled by it,
it not like i am damage goods,
just waiting to be recycled,
i didn't have a choice,
why don't ppl see that?
my innocents was taken,
along with my trust,
it the reason i do have problems trusting,
but it don't mean i won't get past it,
it just means i have to try alittle bit harder,
all i need is that one person by my side,
at least walking through it with me,
than with time it will get better,
it will become easier to do,
what i want to do so freely,
without it feeling like a punishment,
i wait for the day this can be me,
not being afraid to express myself sexually,
without play backs running through my mind,
telling me i don't deserve to be treated right,
i'm human just like everybody,
i deserve to start getting treated right,
and how i want to be treated,
without fear of feeling like i did,
something wrong to begin with.

Past Lives

An angel came to me last night
She saw me in a different light
She showed me things I thoughht I could be
Are not a million miles away
As surely as night follows day
It follows, Im a king not a slave
It is another case of dj vu
It seems to happen everyday
It all comes back to me whatever I do
Theres always been a price to pay
Past lives, past lives
You can never put the ghost to bed
Get the feeling that you live, forever she said
Past lives, past lives
Rub my stomach while I pat my head
Get the feeling in your mind
When youre out of your head
And to the eastern side of the bay
My shadow is sailing away
Treasure possessions and money to burn
I wont be taking these with me
I hear the echos and Ive nowhere to turn
After all Im at sea
Past lives, past lives
We can anchor off the coast she said
The storm will pass and the fog will clear in your head
Past lives, past lives
You can never put the ghost to bed
Get the feeling that you live forever she said
In another world when dreams collide
To the mocking bird of faith we tied
She comes to pass but not to stay
Through the looking glass, she fades away
Welcome to the house of usher
An angel came to me last night
She sold me down the river of life

The Child, The Man And The Old Man....

i look at the child
at the farther nook of a old house.
there is no chair and beside the door
is a box, it is empty
and the child in fear
took its hiding there
a favorite place
safety box, safe house,
the four corners are
so silent
and the child is happy
asleep in a moment.....

time travels like horses with wings.

there is a man
with a long bird his toenails
are long, no time to cut them

it throat is swollen
bacterial infection again
or the weather changes
cold this time then hot in
a moment
dusts all over the place
and white painted houses

it is lonely, child and man
at the same time
and not one of him speaks
they become one box
and one flap opens to
a sky

always there are
no extra hands. it is reality.

there is an old man
with words of thread
sewing upon its lips.

there is a very dark night.
the child, the man and the old man
are asleep
inside a box, safe and
silent.

there is no morning.
it is final.

It Is You Not I Who Is Blind

I only see what I need to see,
That's why I don't feel fear,
The only thing I worry about is me,
I hear what I want to hear.

I speak only when I am spoken to,
You won't hear me express an opinion,
You will not see me do what others do,
I don't mind being classed as a minion.

I do what I want not what others dictate,
That keeps my mind in good stead,
This way I have only myself to placate.
Which means I can keep a clear head.

If there is trouble to be found,
I always look the opposite way,
I'll make sure I never stick around,
You won't see me if there's any affray.

Anything untoward I always avoid,
I'll make sure I was never there,
Evidence in my mind will be destroyed,
As for hassle I don't really care.

If I make a mistake no one will know,
It's a secret I will always hide,
You may well say my behaviour is low,
Whereas I'd say your attitude is snide.

Nobody to nag me into submission,
Everything I do is my choice,
No relationships creating nuclear fission,
I only need listen to my own voice.

Marriage and children I just don't need,
I hear you say that's selfish and cruel,
Being on my own there's only one mouth to feed,
While my wallet and bank account are full.

I have no worries about getting divorced,
Nor dragging a family through court,
While I live in peace it's you who'll be forced,
To leave home and pay child support.

I've never cared what others thought,
It's saved me from a whole load of strife,
This feeling of peace just can't be bought,
I am living a wonderful life.

I've never suffered any problems or woe,
With others I prefer not to mingle,
I've told you this story to let you all know,
There's merit in remaining single.

You may well say I've took the cowards way out,
But that never enters my mind,
My attitude to life leaves me in no doubt,

Abortion is Evil

Baby, are you gonna kill
Your baby in the womb, again?
Baby, can you stay happy,
Walking in this sinful lane?

Your choice, you wanna exercise
Means murder cold-blooded of child;
The guilt, ill-effects of this vice
Can haunt all life and are not mild.

Each child that’s formed is by God’s grace –
A priceless wealth that He bestows;
The womb is made to keep the race,
In proper number, in due course.

Good parenting begins in womb;
Abortion can’t give you mind’s peace;
The sacred womb that turns a tomb,
Can’t help you live your days in ease.

You knew what sex can sometimes bring –
The unborn child’s no life-less mass!
The death-knell for the child you ring –
A curse could befall you, Alas!

So, baby, do not abort, please;
You cannot go against God’s plan;
Accept the unborn child with peace
And God will add your earth’s life-span!

Mothers, must you kill again?
Fathers, must you abet crime?
Don’t hold your unborn with disdain;
Each child brings joy and blessings prime!

God gifts parents, children by lease,
And forms them without big disease;
Take heart and deliver them, please;
God will bless you and give you peace!

Now is Forever

The past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
We should live this way,
Just building up our day,
now and forever.
The past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
We should live this way,
Just building up our day,
now and forever.

We should think about,
What we got right now,
cause the good things are made up of time.
Smile to your problems,
Leave the past behind.
never forget this.
find the truth in your soul,
keeping you alive.
going on from minute to minute.
don’t shade the future,
with all that’s behind.
live for today.

the past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
we should live this way,
just building up our day,
now and forever.
the past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
we should live this way,
just building up our day,
now and forever.
don’t shade your future,
with what you don’t have.
keep your mind on that’s here today.
now and forever,
build the future now.
keep this mind.
though you will take your time,
to get what you need,
but you’ll do it step after step.
yet to come is all that’s gone,
learn to lice this moment.
live for today.

Declaration Of Life

Declaration of life
Is a written paper
That I keep in the drawers of my desk
It is a declaration of life that is truly an amazing gift
Sign, sealed, and delivered by God
At the time I was born
And at the time I had entered his world
I had grown and seen all his world
Today I am a believer
I am the one who is falling into God's footsteps
And God is life
This day was made for me
Bring it on I will
I will look on your side of the world
Because there are places
Which are brighter
Filled with thy love and peace
God tells me I will take care of you
Many years to come
Declaration of life
Live my child
Live well my child
Enjoy it my child
Drink my child
Eat my child
Sleep well at night my child
And don't forget about me my child
Child I am the one who signed the declaration of life
In your heart, mind, and soul I live
Child take time to consider grace
God the landscape grows green with your love
Eternity isn't something we wait for-it's what we breathe
God

In Your House

I play at night in your house
I live another life
Pretending to swim
In your house
I change the time in your house
The hours i take
Go so slow ...
I hear no sound in your house
Silence
In the empty rooms
I drown at night in your house
Pretending to swim
Pretending to swim

Have Mercy on thy Children, Man!

’Tis only man who kills his own
offsprings while in their mother’s womb;
And turns his human heart to stone,
and sanctity of womb to tomb!

The womb is now a slaughter-house!
The child can’t see the light of day;
The blame doesn’t go to either spouse;
The unborn children have no say!

What evil heart dares bring piecemeal
The little ‘homo sapiens’,
Forgetting it can sense and feel,
And lies in womb without defence!

The life within the womb hasn’t rights;
Parents decide the unborn’s fate;
No one will change the poor child’s plight;
Millions have died this way till date!

What cruel gadgets harm the child,
Dismembering it while alive!
Such things aren’t done by beasts in wild,
Freedom to live, can man deprive?

When man can kill his own like this,
What wrath can fill the heart of God!
Will Nature not deny him bliss,
And give him on earth stern a rod?

Man, have a heart for little ones;
Life is life in the tiniest ant!
If you pile corpses in the tons,
No living God will hear your chant.

All human lives are sacred most;
Man can’t kill babies and then boast;
Such murders will become a ghost,
And haunt him life-time, turning worst!

The God who allows life to start
Cannot forgive the man who kills,
For flimsy reasons without heart by
In ruthless ways and ev’n pills!

Oh, stop these senseless killings, man!
Lest scourge of God fall upon you!
Do good and increase your life-span;
Let evil thoughts not woo you through!

Life is Too Precious to Lose

Our life on earth is most precious –
A gift of God to all earthlings;
A token of God’s love for us –
And man must live akin to kings!

The life-giver alone has right
To take away the life from us;
Will anyone with good eye-sight
Destroy it on some lame excuse?

The God of life, the living God
Loves each of us with love equal;
He’s kind and gives a just, fair rod,
And made hell for hearts of evil.

While doctors try to save man’s life,
Some try to take away one’s own,
On flimsy reasons with a knife/
By ingesting drugs called poisons.

Some try to hang oneself to death;
They feel that life has turned worthless;
They find, ‘all is not well on earth, ’
And try to end their life priceless!

What foolish act is suicide
Or attempting to take one’s life!
In haste most try to thus decide –
’Midst youngsters, this is turning rife!

And ragging is a cause sometimes
A fresher uses to end life;
And loneliness, old-age at times,
Excess suffering and undue strife!

Whatever be the cause behind,
The act is done in hurried way;
Some plan it very well in mind,
And even choose the hour and day!

To cut the thread of earthly life –
Just fools and weak-willed persons do;
Some cannot face penury, strife,
Life’s challenges, just trifles too!

And some escape from their rash act,
And thank the stars for sparing life;
And vow never to fast react
Again in life, despite much strife.

No doubt, our earthly life has woes;
And some may not manage their grief;
To some, life’s song too sadly goes;
Some end their life for pain’s relief!

Some try to immolate and die;
Some live disfigured, looking weird;
Some escape although death was nigh,
And live by Bible’s every word!

’Tis sad to hear of one’s demise;
The family is shattered fast;
Suicide is a thing unwise,
That puts someone into the past!

The Creator can’t bear to see
Life gone away prematurely;
Even the stars might cry freely
When man attempts to die early!

Our earthly life is quite worthy,
Despite all strife that comes, may be;
The caring God will help surely
To live, a wholesome life truly!
