Happiness
I am no Christ, Buddha or Gandhi
Or a wandering fakir or sanyasi.
I am an ordinary human being,
If someone slaps me
I cannot turn the other cheek.
I don't think it makes me weak.
I find it difficult to walk
On the eight fold path.
I have no lofty mission
To free mankind of suffering.
If I can make one person smile,
It makes me feel satisfied.
For I can not spread happiness and cheer,
If I am miserable and full of fear.
I cannot be totally selfless,
And efface my identity.
I owe it to myself to love me,
I don’t care if others feel
I am selfish.
Happiness is not something
You can achieve
Merely for the asking.
With experience you will find
It is a state of mind,
You attain when you make peace
With what is.
Once the awareness comes,
You are no longer feverish and
Others naturally feel comfort
In your company.

Tonight I Draw Your Smile
tonight i draw your smile,
a smile that makes me feel satisfied,
feeling it touch my weary heart,
as if it has only began to played its part,
a touch of a child to my heart,
which makes me want to fall apart,
for a baby's touch is ever so mild,
a smile that makes my heartbeat intensified,
for it can make my heart feel warm,

Staying above Water
Sometimes I get up and believe I'm not quite awake
Because images of my dreams still make me ache
At times I think I am a child and waiting for my mother
Only to find out that she's not here and is lost like many other
Sometimes I stare out of my window and feel depleted
Because life seems to pass by and I feel empty and cheated
At times I feel I have to get out and scream real loud
Only to find that I don't know what I'm screaming about
Life is a strange experience and often I feel like an actor
Everything is just seems to be a game without a common factor
Every day we face choices that are impossible to foresee
We just have to hope we make the right ones - don't you agree
For me staying above water seems to be a really difficult task
And it's hard to show emotions and live without a mask
Once you reveal that you care you are no longer strong
And others can drown you and make your suffering prolong
But hiding your happiness and live without laughter
Is like surviving in darkness without anyone to look after
So I think it is better to give it a try and say what you feel
Because life is short and you may miss out on the real deal

My fear of is losing you,
I don’t want to lose you,
I love you more then you love me,
After all these years I think I have finally have found you,

Lovely Kim
I feel the warmth of the sunshine
And the blowing of the wind
Then in my ear, her voice I do hear
It is that of the lovely Kim.
As a happiness comes over me
Which really I cant explain
When she is around, my soul to her is bound
And no longer do I feel any anger or pain.
I walk with my outreached arms

Life is precious hold on to life so tight

Depressed Not Dieing...
When was it or have you never realised that nothing makes you happy in this world,
You could have all the money an all the love in this world but what would make me happy I ask? Because life is not worth living miserable as sin an my happiness can not last in my conscience within, I may think that I’m strong although I know I am not when happiness is not in my hart, I could have it all but what is that worth when all I really crave for, is someone to love me to have an to hold me and make me happy once more. but is this the truth am I really in pain or am I just selfish an lying again or can it be true I lost my happiness with you an today I feel like dieing, because the pain in my hart just wont go away and I’m emotionally exhausted from trying. Bottled Up Feelings
Everytime I think of you
I feel
Nostalgic - because I miss talking to you
Sad - because not talking for you longer than a day (makes me feel sad)
