A drooping flower
Watered with care regains
Effervescence…

If I were a flower
If I were a flower my petals would be fading now,
drooping and withering in the early summer
but if by chance you glanced my way to warm me through,
watered my weakened frame to give me strength,
then I know I would survive to see the Autumn.
Strange that it should be this way for summer
lends itself to life and love and laughter.
Here in this hole where all is dark and pained
my laughter is muffled by the dank air.
No sunlight filters through, no light at all.
I'm cut off from friends and faces I once knew.
Hemmed in by physical inabilities,
dim eyes and ears that hear the nothingness.
The song of silence fills me so persistently,
I hum its tune, remembering life’s symphony.
If I were a flower my petals would be fading now,
drooping and withering in the early summer
but if by chance you glanced my way to warm me,
watered my weakened frame to give me strength,
then I believe your love would see me through.

The Story of My Flower
Born a lovely flower
Watered with fresh water during rainy seasons
Sprinkled with just enough during the droughts
The flower lived to blossom
With scented petals and green leaves
in a pot so large to take all it could bear.
One sunny day
the pot with the flower was shifted
shifted to a completely new location
where it was deprived of the sunlight
and the abundance of water.
Necessary it was
A new start in a life supposedly so complete.
Time went by
Nevertheless, the flower continued blooming
The petals now larger
The scent even more appealing
The flower survived even without the bare necessities.
The now sensitive flower
Soon attracted the eyes of predators
A simple glance to start with
Then became a soft touch
Followed by multiples of rough care.
Soon the flower started to lose its shape and form
Being given insufficient supply of water
Inappropriate fertilizers
And most of all the wrong attention.
At last it withered
After long hours of torture
Long days of loneliness
and years of abundance
it turned yellow, then brown
Finally, what remained was just a lifeless stem
standing in an old dirty pot.

She is Like A Flower.......
She is like a flower,
a flower that gives me a smile
a smile that enlightens my inner soul.
she is the one with whom i can share my sorrows and joys
Her company is like sweet fragrance of a flower,
a fragrance that freshens me.
she is the one whose love is undesirable for me.
Her each care about me is like a each petal of a flower
a care that i love the most.
she is the one who motivate me in every sphere of life.
her presence is like a color of flower,
a presence that brightens me.
she is the one who is everything for me
She is like a flower...........

Only One Horrible Thorn
I like to cry and throw a fit
Even the dark day I was born
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
I did not like people around
I would sit, curse at them and scorn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
My heart could never feel the love
Deep inside I felt sad and torn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
People still tried to get close to me
I would open my mouth and warn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
I will never show a smile
This is an oath that I have sworn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
But the day will come, I will die
Then haunt people after they mourn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn

Sonnet: On Youth
An unblossomed flower-like, I stay;
In youth, to spend each sleepless night till Dawn;
Opens my petals, heralding a day;
Perfuming air with dew-drops, I cry by morn.
How long I add on to the beauteous land?
Or will I turn a drooping flower soon?
Will I be plucked off by an unknown band?
Or stay to form the fruit with seed by Moon?
Or will I be a fallen flower young?
Or will my lover bee visit my home?
Or will the scorching sun, make me unsung?
Or will I be prey to some ghastly worm?
Each youth is like the unblossomed flower;
If blessed by God, It will be in His bower.

When pumpkins are watered, brinjals [small plants] also get watered.
When pumpkins are watered, brinjals (a small vegetable) also get watered.
When pumpkins are watered, brinjals also get watered.
Every flower needs to be watered with love,
and cared for with tenderness
to reveal its rare beauty and its true splendor.

Flower - Flower Love
flower - flower love
flower - flower love
I come with flower and love
into your life that's full of hope
flower - flower love
I bring you flower and love
as a truth of my heart that never drop
I am a butterfly for you
with blackish orange in colours on me
I will never fly away from you
and never stop watching over you
for
flower - flower love
you are my flower
and you are my love

The Burning Flower
You never know a flower,
A flower you know is alive,
Somewhere hidden in a huge land,
A song still unsung,
You know that flower for sure,
Still you never care about,
A flower for that reason is gonna burn,
Before you say a careless-whisper,
And before you ever look upon it,
Its gonna burn more and more,
And may burn until that moment,
When its leaves shreaded off,
A final place to rest for it,
And i wonder everyday,
Ever dreams come true?
And nobody knows where the flower is,
You need to find it somehow,
And you need to say a care-less whisper,
For never the reason a null aspect,
For a special care you wanna give,
And i am the song still unsung,
And now i am singing some phrases for you,
And that flower is waiting,
Waiting espiacially for you,
Though you never know,
Before anything else,
That flower will burn off forever,
And never to come in your sight anymore,
Lovely saying this may be,
A flower lives for some reason,
And though its already cut away,
Put into something we hold in our hands,
Still it lives on,
Cries it is you don't know,
Because it is so lonely,
Never and ever he wants to die,
Still he must die,
To balance the energies of god,
That is something a life pal,
And my friend this is life,
Where there are limitless flowers,
Waiting to be gone forever,
To be fading into the place,
There they do not belong i tell yaa,
Living on others you are,
And never to find a flower for real,
Until it vanishes off by burning bright...
True isen't it dear?
Love is now you know,
Burning day after day,
And burning everyday,
Nobody loves it like you do,
I know and he knows too...

Love's plant must be watered with tears, and tended with care.
the grass is greener on my side because I always watered it with love, and hope, and care for others

Am i just a flower?
Used only when wanted, givin away after.
am i just a flower?
People only use me, to make a 'big impression'
but what happens after words?
im tossed back aside,
ready for the next person's pick.
am i really just a Flower? ?
Used only as givin beauty,
sure people may get inspiration from me,
but am to be just a flower?
What about when i die?
will they still then care?
no, cause i guess im just a flower.
im only used to be givin away,
or make a 'big impression',
waiting for the next person's pick,
im only just a flower.
life is so cruel to treat me as such,
but hey, who cares right?
im Only just a Flower.

A Friendship Is But A Flower
A friendship is but a flower
Growing out in Gods garden
Helping out the fellow man
Not knowing should they get a pardon
A friendship is but a flower
Waiting to bloom in the spring
Waiting with a helping hand or an ear
To help or listen to most any ol thing
A friendship is but a flower
That God lends to us for a while
To help us along our way
And give us a reason for a smile
A friendship is but a flower
Leaving impressions on our hearts
Never knowing when it might end
But, always happy to see it start
A friendship is but a flower
Sent with guidance from above
The friendship must be based on trust
But, like the flower, it's started with Gods love
Friendship is but a flower
Sent down for all of us to share
So pass on your bit of friendship
Show someone just how much you care
A friendship is but a flower
And this friendship I pass on to you
So please take my flower and friendship
So you can pass it on to others too

My Midnight Meditation
Ill busi'd man! why should'st thou take such care
To lengthen out thy life's short calendar?
When ev'ry spectacle thou lookst upon
Presents and acts thy execution.
Each drooping season and each flower doth cry,
'Fool! as I fade and wither, thou must die.
'The beating of thy pulse (when thou art well)
Is just the tolling of thy Passing Bell:
Night is thy Hearse, whose sable Canopy
Covers alike deceased day and thee.
And all those weeping dews which nightly fall,
Are but the tears shed for thy funeral.'

The Croton Plant
I picked a seed on my way side
From a worthy yard of a lord
And put it safe in my lonely heart.
I watered it with love and passion.
I warmed it with care and concern.
A hard coated, it took long to burst.
Under the shade, it struggled to emerge.
By rain of lust and draught of guilt
Was the plant beset but not upset.
It grew to a bush with the entire blush.
Came in the spring; Went out the Spring.
No bloom. No blossom. No flower.
Yet leaves are rosy like petals.
A croton as it is, I shall harbour it.
For its colourful leaves at least.
