Louder Than Words
I have heard you say the words many times,
but your actions tells me your words are just a lie;
because actions speak louder than words.
If you love me why don’t you hug me?
If you love me why don’t I ever remember a kiss from you?
You say you love but actions speak louder than words.
If you love me like you say you do
why when I need a shoulder to cry on you just shrug?
And when I need a cheering section your voice is silent?
You say you love but actions speak louder than words.
To love someone does not me to say it in a card
on a birthday, Christmas or Graduation day.
To truly love some one you show them with
a hug, a kiss or a call just to say hi.
Mom, you say you love then you need to show me;
because actions speak louder than words

Actions Are Sentiments' Verity
Words are but mere lexicon, actions are sentiments' verity;
Where words may serve merely to confound, actions bring clarity;
Actions are the truth, to which words may only portend-
Actions make real, what was once only pretend.
Do not tell me, show me-then I will know;
Do not say you love me, allow the love you profess, to show!
Words tell a story of intentions, actions are their proof-
Do not express a desire for ardor, then remain aloof!
Would you believe I love you if I told you, or more if I show you! ?
After all we have been through, this proof is the least I owe you.
I utter no words before my actions are taken or readied-
I express no sentiment before my heart is inspired and steadied;
When I say 'I love you', it is affirmation of the actions I am willing to take;
When I say 'I love you', it is proof of the sacrifices I am willing to make!

Lesson Learned A
This pain
in my stomach
wont go away.
I assume
this is punishment
from all
the mistakes ive made.
In a world where my actions
speak louder than words.
In a world where my actions
speak louder than words
I know more people than ever before.
One lesson ive learned from it all.
Fortune and fame are disquised as your friend
cuz im lonlier now than ive ever been.
cuz this pain in my stomach
won't go away
i assume this is punishment
for the mistakes i have made
in a world where my actions
speak louder than words
in a world where my actions
speak louder than words
I know more people than ever before.

We've been taught to believe that actions speak louder than words. But I think words speak pretty loud all of our lives; we carry these words in our head.

Speak To Me
I've said to you many a thing
and prayed that you would care.
How would I know if you heard me?
You find it hard to share
all that you feel that's in your heart.
This is what has kept us apart.
For love must be open and never closed
or it will likely wane.
So say to me many a thing
for your words have quietly lain
dormant, making me shy away
loveless and in pain.
I need to hear you tell me
if I still am pleasing to you.
For actions don't speak louder than words
and oh what I'm going through.
So speak to me. Tell me you care.
Your silence is too hard to bear.

Unspoken Words
If I were to tell you something
would it please you to know what it would be?
For I do not know how I can say it
without saying it to you.
So please bear with me when I say to you
Words cannot express the message
I want to get across to you.
You are the only person
I would want to say this to.
If only you would let my actions
speak for my words,
then you'll see what meaning
my silent words have for you.
If you feel the same way then you'll know
You don't have to say anything
just let your actions speak for themselves.

So Go
What’s making you behave this way,
you seemed alright yesterday?
Is it something I’ve said or done,
or am I no longer the only one?
Just lately you seem to shy away
whenever I look your way.
You don’t respond to my kiss or touch,
it’s as though you don’t like me much.
I get the feeling your love has gone
and maybe it’s time to move on.
Why don’t you just come out and say
that someone else has come your way?
Just pack your bags and say goodbye
if someone else has caught your eye.
There’s nothing else that I can do
that’ll make any difference to you.
So if you don’t care for me any more
its best you walk out the door.
What do you mean, you just don’t know?
Actions speak louder than words, so go! !

The Hard Way
Show a little inspiration
Show a little spark
Show the things that drew me to you
And stole my heart
And tell me something I dont know
Instead of everything I do
And look at me as if I mean
Something to you
Our hearts are beating while we sleep
But while were wide awake
You know the world wont stop
And actions speak louder
Listen to your heart
To what your heart might say
Everything we got
We got the hard way
Show a little passion baby
Show a little style
Show the knack for knowing when
And the gift for knowing how
And have a little trust in us
When fear obscures the path
You know we got this far darling
Not by luck
But by never turning back
Some will call on destiny
But I just call on faith
That the world wont stop
And actions speak louder
Listen to your heart
To what your heart might say
Everything you got
You got the hard way
Caught up in our little lives
Theres not a lot left over
I see whats missing in your eyes
Youre searching for that
Field of clover
So show a little inspiration
Show a little spark
Show the world a little light
When you show it your heart
Weve got two lives
One were given
And the other one we make
And the world wont stop
And actions speak louder
Listen to your heart
And your heart might say
Everything we got
We got the hard way
(everything we got we got the hard way)
Everything we got
We got the hard way
(because the world wont stop)
Hang on baby

You Mean The World To Me
Can you feel my heart beat
Will you ever begin to know
My heart would never lie to you
For it loved you from the very go
You Mean The World To Me
Here tonight together at last
Do you not feel all the love
Without many words to say
Actions speak so much louder
And love feels this all the way
You Mean The World To Me

Your Words Cut, Whilst Your Heart Bleeds
I have seen signs-they seem to be everywhere;
'What do they mean? ', I wonder-should I even care! ?
There remains a mystery in their appearance-
They seemingly belie a contrary avowance:
Is this a way to speak without word! ?
Should I ignore all that I have 'heard'?
Actions speak the volume that words cannot,
Actions 'say' what your muffled lips, ought.
Your actions give rise to my amorous allusions.
Certain facts are wholly incontrovertible,
Which give rise to certain conclusions
Which are inherent and inescapable:
Your words belie your wants and needs,
Your words cut, whilst your heart bleeds!

Little Savage
I would have waited all my life
Just to make love out of something other than spite
But the beauty is the beast youre baiting
Should really be worth the waiting
You do something very special to
Mr. average
Now the lamb lies with the lion
Hes just a little savage
And so you turn your back on me
And all the hot air that only echoes stale tobacco
Actions speak louder now than words
By just a fraction
Whats the use of saying I love you whe Im drinking to distraction
We save our sanity
By saying such and such
After all its been discussed
You say you must be touched
(chorus)

Louder Than Words
The wearing of a man's suit,
A little boy may easily imitate.
But a boy in a man's body,
Whether dressed in a suit or not...
Will still be seen,
As a little boy imitating.
Actions don't always speak,
Louder than the words heard imulated.

Demeanour
He told me
How much
He cared for me
Yet his demeanour
Depicted prolonged,
Systematic neglect
Towards me
It typically
Reiterated the
Fact that actions
Speak louder
Than words!

Silence 1.
Most times when I'm hurt,
My silence speaks for me.
She speaks very loud;
Even louder than a megaphone.
I choose to be silent, -
When most things happen,
Not because I cannot speak;
Nor that my words have evaded me,
But because in my silence-
There's a challenging power.
Sometimes in my fears,
When my heart is filled with love,
And my eyes with tears;
I learn to love, just like a dove.
My mouth moves to speak,
But is suddenly cut short by silence,
Silence in love, silence in fear.
Silence in tears, silence in joy;
And when I'm in this mood,
My silence stands so tall-
Even taller than a giant;
She makes her way; -
Even more than spoken words.
Spoken words of loud emotions,
They meet my silence-
And they tremble in awe.
I could hear those words;
They say to themselves,
'How art silence so mighty? '.

Talkin' To Me
Funny how it's hard to find the words sometimes you know
Wishin we could read minds
Don't wanna let our feelings show
So even if you say you don't understand
I'm willing to give as much time as I can
Every time our eyes meet
Every time our eyes meet
Be talkin talkin talkin talkin to me (talkin to me)
Talkin talkin talkin talkin to me
Just ain't no need for words to speak (oh)
Cause every time
Be talkin talkin talkin to me
Be talkin talkin talkin to me (Talkin to me)
Your always actin so composed and cool
Never got to many words for me (To many words)
You always turn your head and make sure I see (Just to make sure)
Baby ain't nothin' wrong with the love
That you and I dream of
So sweet
Your actions say more than your lips can speak
My friends say that they just can't see (They just can't see)
How a love unspoken can be so deep (Can be so deep)
And every time that you look my way
I see
What your heart wants to say to me
Every time our eyes meet (oh yeah)
Be talkin talkin talkin talkin to me (Talkin to me)
Talkin talkin talkin talkin to me
Just ain't no need for words to speak (Ain't no need for words)
Cause every time
Be talkin talkin talkin to me (no no no no no)
Be talkin talkin talkin to me
Every time our eyes meet (My eyes meet your

Do I Love You Enough
Do I love you enough?
To do what's best for you even when it's tough
MY love is more than actions or words can describe
But can i lay down my pride?
And all that I want... for you?
To do what's best even if that's not what you
Want even if it's not what I want too
I'll do it for you, I've decided my love is not something i flaunt
Not something i show, but it's sacrifice... for you all for you
That's why I did 'All That I Did' because...because... I love you
These words can't express what I feel but in a feeble attempt I love you so much
That I'd do such
I think I Love you enough to do the inconceivable
I love you enough to let you go
And refuse to show
Affection and love
Refuse to hold you and agree to cage this dove
I'll kill my love, because that's what's best
I'll slaughter my affection, although I love you more than all the rest...
Because sometimes love is sacrifice
Kind words do not suffice
It's more
My love is unconditional, willing to make my heart sore
Willing to hurt myself and let you go, even though I love you
Dear love of my life I'll let you go
Let us hope this does not cost my life
But my love is unconditional even when unrequited
Darling, I love you enough to let you go

Lesson Learned
This pain in my stomach
Wont go away
I assume this is punishment
For the mistakes Ive made
In a world where my actions
Speak louder than words
I know people than could ever be
What lesson Ive learned from it all
Fortune and fame are disguised as your friend
Cause Im lonlier now than Ive ever been
