The Sociopath (2)

Yes, but no; the answer’s no.
Right but wrong, always wrong
Empathetically empty, emotions faked,
Faked very badly, not understood at all.
Laughter during pain, tears during anger
Smiles during misery and joy alike.
Constant confusion of the human state of mind
Reads fantasy books to try and grasp emotional reactions
Smile, yes; that’s how I should react,
Elude the emotions I constantly re-enact.

No time to Fake

Faked?
My abilities and deeds,
You believe has been faked?
I have yet to admit,
All things I am familiar with.
And with 'whom' I have initiated a process.

Faked?
I feel like a child beginning to learn how to walk.
And you believe my efforts taken have been faked?
Are you saying that just to ignite,
The depths of my greatness?
Or...
Are you hoping someone will validate,
More of a perceived ego...
I have yet to publicly admit?

Either way,
I have had no time to fake!
I have enough on my plate as it is!

Emotions Are Us?

did we create
these emotions
within us?

did we ever
like what we
feel?

those that we
think harm
us at the end
we want discarded
and yet they are
there always there
remaining
as is

we ask them to
leave but they
are always strong
and they keep on
staying
simmering

emotions, these
crazy emotions
of hate and anger
and pain
they are here
to stay like
forever and ever
remember

emotions of joy
and bliss and
happiness and
state of grace
satiation and
nearing perfection

they leave us
when they want to
they leave us
emptied and
suspended
we are

they come they go
outbursts and
flashes and
flickers and lights
and darkness in
constant profusions
when they like to

we do not create them
they invade us
we do not command them
they dominate us
we do not master them
they enslave us

only if we will only if
we will allow them to be

I Can't Answer That

Is a return to appreciate someone,
Just too late?
When one discovers,
A position taken of a situation faked...
Had been by another instigated to irritate.
Is it too late when one waits too long,
To express to another an appreciation?
And that time has gone?

What if an attempt was made,
To right a wrong that had been done.
And someone had been accused and blamed,
To discredit and defame.
Should a forgiveness be given?
When an admission of guilt has been finally admitted.
Or should a door that had been open be permanently locked.
Since all feelings of the situation has in the mind been stopped.

'Is that a question asked and said off the top of your head?
Or is this a feeling expressed from your heart instead? '

I can't answer that.
I wont allow my emotions to be played or reminisced.

'So...
You speak of this hypothetically? '

Are you going to answer the question?

'What are your expectations? '

I don't have them anymore.

Painting dreams...

Gazing at an empty page,
Thoughts and emotions run wild.
A portrait of words come to life,
Like dreams of emotions dancing.
Images of us live on in written words,
Stirring my mind and emotions.
A world of dreams built within the mind,
Forever floating upon the emotions of fantasy...

Spread the love... The peace will follow...

What's keeping you from being grateful for your blessings?

The Struggles In My Life Makes Me Who I Am

i am not weak,
just an emotional wreck,
life have gotten the best of me,
i can't tell what's rights,
what's wrong,
just that i'm confused,
emotions have taken over,
i have no control,
i hide the pain,
but it shows up in my eyes,
behind the smiles,
there is pain,
unable to share,
unable to let it out,
because to me,
it's a secret that is not mine,
but it effect me everyday,
it's my abuser secret,
which haunts me everyday,
why am i being so loyal,
to a person who don't deserve it?
i'm a prisoner,
without knowing it,
but it is what it is,
i am not weak,
just an emotional wreck,
life gotten the best of me,
it my turn to fight back.

Would You Tell Me I'm Wrong?

would you tell me i'm wrong?
for having mixed emotions in my head,
don't know what to do,
mind says one way to fix the problem
heart says another to way to fix the problem,
which way do you go?
can't stand the pain,
or that i now have to deal with it,
would you tell me i'm wrong?
for not wanting to stay?
friends and family,
but, is that enough?
to remain strong, till i find a way through?
would you tell me i'm wrong?
because pain make urges,
strong urges that make the mind take over,
and say i don't care,
let me have what i want,
would you tell me i'm wrong?
because i'm not the girl,
you once thought i was in the begining,
because of the $#it i've been through,
starting to make me want one thing,
would you tell me i'm wrong?
because i want to end my life,
because i'm sick of dealing with something,
that just wasn't my fault in the first place.

The Skies Above

The skies are upon the snow and land of innocence,
Offering one choice and no option, there is absence.
The sky may singly describe the mountainous lane
As a monument does its stand, like water and ice.
Pleasure and pain destroyed the life, offered a solution
To the containment of light evil, possible wrong.
Pain will suffering be, and your hands are empty,
The sign above reads the whole story of wrong:
Wrong, wrong and wrong!

Faked Faith Tolerated Fades

Some more will come.
Thy 'Will' for them...
Will be done.
And all then will come to see...
A way dictated to others to live,
Is a falsity observed decreasing.
With nothing about it positive.

More will even come to know,
Only God 'our' Father...
Can bestow,
What it is,
We need to live and grow.
This as it is,
Is the life one should live.

A faked faith tolerated,
Has...
Gone away.
A faked faith tolerated,
Fades.

A faked faith tolerated,
Has...
Gone away.
A faked faith tolerated,

Without You

It’s him and you
I don’t know
What to do…

He tugs me
With his positivism
His hopes and wishes
For me…
And yet if love was all
About being positive,
I would have loved him,
Not you.

It’s him and you
I don’t know
What to do…

See my future in him.
He’s been there for me
With all his smiles…
With tears, he bares his
Soul to me, how much
He aches for me…
How much he loves me.

I try not to get carried away.
But you see, I am a human.

His emotions pull me
And my heart feels ~
He is being true to me.
And yet there is something
About you, that doesn’t let me
Leave you.

So it’s him and you -
I don’t know what to do.

No, I don’t love you
Anymore. The pain
Prevails more than ever before,
And yet when you talk of being
Down and depressed,
In your moments of suffering,
I forget the past - of how
I suffered with you....

All those memories fade away
When you talk of your misery,
It is as if you need me to be there
For you, but then I don’t know.

He would tell me, that I’m again
Going the wrong way....
Once bitten, twice shy.
I should back off from you.

He always cautions me,
Not to trust you, in case if I get
Flirted again into that trap
Of deception and left with
Desperate tears of dejection.

I know he cares for me,
I know he wants me safe.
I know he feels for me…
And yet it’s him and you,
I don’t know what to do…

God, show me the way
Who do I leave?
With whom I stay?
He cannot accept me with you.
He loves me too much
To share with you.
He needs me more than you do.

Only if I knew,
How to get over you
And my past with you
I would go to him
With open arms....
To let him know -
Yes, I am there for him
Always….without you.

Pain-Filled Anger

Oh! What is this?
Pain inside my heart,
Maybe it's anger...
A vibrant twist of both...

Red anger pouring out,
Raindrops pouring down
From my bloodshot eyes.

Oh! What is this?
Emptiness,
Running short of emotion...
No more pain,
No more anger,
Coming up empty...
It's like everything's leaked out

Red numbness pouring out
In order to feel something
And raindrops
Don't feel my eyes anymore...

I feel nothing,
Emotions run dry,
I want to feel something,
Anything at all...

But coming up empty
Is all I seem to have.

It's just not fair...
It's all coming back,
An ache in my heart,
Anger filling my body.

I'd rather have this
Than feel numb,
But red anger pours out
Once again
As raindrops feel my eyes
Once again.

Raindrops fall down to my dirty,
Beat up shoe.
Pain and anger,
So much,
Red stains now feel my mattress.

So, I'll listen to the beat
Of my favorite band
Because it seems
To be the only thing
That will keep my mind occupied
From all this anger and pain

And I'll fall asleep,
Headphones in my ear,
So my anger won't
Win me over,
At least for tonight.

A warrior’s poem

A warrior’s poem

My anger bleeds my innocence away
Until all I am left with is the silence like after a question
In my mind I carry the suggestion
That I might be better off laughing my anger away
But I feel better being angry and seeing
My anger like the blood red flag it seems to be
Seemingly I wave it around trying to attract the bull and take it by the horns
Like my life since I was born!
Anger is a symptom of my frustration and sadness
A symptom of my friendless madness
A cross I bear
A sword I use to strike and to parry
Those who would leave me at deaths door
Yes and that goes for friends and loved ones
Who know how to hurt me the most
And raise a toast to my despair
Push my buttons and then stare back at me
Waiting for an answer
One day my anger is all I will have left
Anger at constant disappointment at still having life and air to breathe
But still having nothing in which to believe in but
The anger to prove everyone wrong
An obstinate man who says I will and I can
Prove the buggars wrong
and stay strong
no matter what they say
my warrior spirit will carry me on
and my anger will burn in me
until I fear no pain
then I will be a light shining bright and I will fear no one!

Ocean, Emotions, Air, Love, Volcanos, You Erupt.

The ocean is a metaphor,
For emotions.
Not completely understood and drags you places without you even realizing you are moving.
So much is beneath the ocean surface, so much is beneath a smile.
No one really knows expect for those that live in it or live through it.
Ironically the ocean is salty; as are tears.
I know because throughout these years,
so many have fallen from my face.
I know how they taste.

Volcano’s are a simile.
For bubbling emotions kept inside.
There’s so much the eyes can never predict.
The lava boils, threatening to explode.
Anger, pain and hurt behind the harmless appearance of a smile.
Ash and soot, and burning lave behind the appearance of a mountain.
Signs are thrown here and there.
But you have to be looking, you have to know enough.
And when it all erupts, the town is devastated.
How could they be so blind?
I know because I’m running out of time.

Air is an imagery
Representing love.
Even though invisible it’s the best example.
To live you need it, you need that person.
No matter what you do you cant substitute it.
Oxygen masks and tanks, wont mean a thing.
If you fell in love with populated air.
Though imperfect, they couldn’t be better.
When the air is gone, the pain is great.
A pain you dug into you’re chest.
Though you cant really help it.
The lack of air, you blame yourself.
Maybe if we saved that tree,
Worked out that fight.
Everything would be normal, I’d be alright.
I know because ive loved, ive lost.

The universe is a hyperbole
Of the memories we’ll never forget.
Exaggerated because it lasts forever, like the relationship didn’t.
The memories stop somewhere.
You drag them on though, you replay them though.
Over and over again and come up with different combinations,
What went wrong, what could have went right.
It’s so dangerous to go into these suicidal memories, as is the universe.
Airless and so far away.
Memories loveless, and so unreachable.
I see them everyday.
I hear them everyday.

Possession of love

He was much possessive of his wife.
She’d to listen to no other men.
She must move only with women.
He faked love lest she should seek out.
He faked love to block other men.
She sublimated her energy
In devotion to duties and deities.
Thus she went to yellow, sapless.
No more threats from any quarter.
Being safe, he abandoned her.

Excessive Emotions

Control your emotions:
Be it anger, love or hate;
Let it never seize your heart;
Cut it from the start!

Control your emotions:
Be it earthly or divine;
Corporeal or sexual;
Excess spells your doom!

Control your emotions:
Even if it be good or bad;
They cause upset of your mind,
Affecting your health!

Control your emotions:
Your feelings must be balanced;
Excess is bad to body;
Meditation’s good!

Control your emotions:
Perilsome’s a sinful course;
A graceless soul, steeped in sin
Is damned forever!

Depression! ! !

Depression...One of the worst emotions you can feel.
Your body would feel so empty and cold inside when it happens.
Your mind start to bring up the good memories that you had but it makes you feel more awful in the same time. Depression is one of the emotions I feel sometimes. No more anger building inside my body. No more sadness as my tears goes down my face. It’s only depression itself that drives people to doing bad things. It leads to self inflicting pain. It leads to suffering of thinking over and over and over again about something that made you depressed in the first place. Then it leads to...Death a fool's choice to escape it not knowing the consequences that leads ahead.
I can't believe that depression hit my heart.
As my heart thickens with its spread of Sadness, Anger, Fear, Sorrow and Death.
As this poem ends, just remember that never let depression cloud your choices in life.

trying to put a smile on

no one should go through this

trying to smile

Hang On To Your Emotions

When your imagination has too much to say
When the chill of the night meets the sweat of the day
And you have trouble understanding what other people have to say
Youd better
Hang on to your emotions, hang on to your emotions
When a demagogue inside your head has taken charge
And by default what you say or do is criticized
And this litany of failures is recited a thousand times
Youd better
Hang on to your emotions, hang on to your emotions
Could it be youve never felt like that
That your minds a cage - inside the cage a cat
That spits and scratches all it can get at
And thats you, and your emotions
Could it be youve never felt like that
Your minds a cage - inside the cage a rat
Rabidly trying to get it, you
And your emotions, you and your emotions
When your imagination has too much to say
When that facile voice inside your head says give your life away
You might think to ask - how it got that way
What books it has read - that make it that way
And where it got the right - to speak to anyone that way
Youd better
Hold on to your emotions, hold on to your emotions
When a night citys breeze blows across the room
And a 5 am moon and sun start their swoon
You hear your lovers breath
And not a moment too soon
You get to
Release all your emotions, you get to
Let go of your emotions, and now
Release all your emotions, youd better
Let go of your emotions
Release, I wanna let go
I wanna release, now

Depression is a state of mind

Depression is a state of mind, but I have consumed so much it is no longer a state of mind but reality in my mind.

I try to escape but there is no place for me to escape, I am being stalked by unbearable thoughts of my faults on my way to an unknown walk.

Consistency of unpredictability springs jumps to unreachable heights to place me at this misery, reality hits hard kills me tears me apart, disruption of life’s little parts of life.

My heart pounds in uncontrollable speeds I am in need of these, these pain consuming pills that kills freely, I’m in need to feel free indeed. But feeling free is neither for me nor we you see.

The disturbing features I produce that govern my whole being is not meant to be seen by the naked eye oh but my It will be introduced, soon.

My whole life Is made out of disappointments, I’m never in that moment, I lose courage to carry on I’m mentally switched off, the lights are turned off. I go off soon before I recall what is to be told, I’m cold, I talk slow to grasp the flow of my words, my utterance is off balance, my whole heart is abandoned.

I’m not human, my way of living is accurately out of character, and I smile for show so people won’t know what goes on behind those closed doors of lost hope, it’s all wrong.

I pray that one day I shall awake from this mind consuming depression state of mind truly unkind, cause my life’s extensions are non functional, I am in fear of going mental…

Creativity is crucial, my thoughts brutal, my life dysfunctional, Hope Seasonal, holding on not optional…

My Fake Smile

I sit here with a smile on my face
I smile as I breath in deep
I smile as I close my eyes
And i smile all day long...
The sky is dark
as the freezing winds
Seep into my cheeks and bones,
I sit here smiling silently cold and empty
I wait here frozen in time,
With my dreams torn apart
My heart encased in a tomb
I smile to mask my true emotions
The mask wear is so perfect
One needs tocome alot closer
To see the tears trickling down my eyes
Emotions swell inside
Walking on a broken path
I look up for the rainbow
Hoping one day i will get off this
Broken Path
And on to
A NEW ONE :)
