Crystal Charisma

As clear as crystal necklaces
Worn by celebrities
And snowflakes as each passes
Upon a wistful breeze,
Or spiders' webs with morning dew,
So gossamer, so fine,
Transparent is my love for you,
My sweetheart Valentine...

As clear as crystal solitaires
That grace 9-carat rings
And icicles mid Winter's airs
As each new Christmas brings,
Or skating rinks spread out for all
To while away an hour,
Your eyes to me send out their call
With such hypnotic power...

As clear as crystal stars at night
That twinkle 'gainst the sky,
As if to shine with all their might
Intent to mystify...
I look at you and feel the thrill
Of love reborn, 'Hooray! '
Yet wonder if I ever will
Declare that love someday...

Then all my doubts would surely flee,
For what else could they do?

Euphoria

After the showers
The sky is clear
Where ever eyes traverse
Everything is crystal clear
The mountains
Look majestic as never before
Fixed where they were
But closer they appear
Mystical air envelopes them
Scattered clouds
Add to the beauty
Rejuvenating the libido
With thoughts travelling not beyond those majestic looks
As just before a baby is born
The mother
Is enveloped
With mystical powers
Each movement of hers

And majestic in content.

Narrowed

So much I want to see you grow.
But not with a holding onto your hand.
Some folks hold on much too long.
To discover,
No one accepts, comprehends OR understands...
Nothing around them.

Although feel entitled to make demands.
They do.
Without making a movement from where they stand.
This is true.
And where they stand is on changing land.
With a movement too.
Land that changes,
No matter who stands making demands to command.
And...
So many refuse to observe a wider view.

Look Down

I'm holding my hand out, keeping my head high,
Trying to get out of mechanical nights,
When I get to the top of the clear, crystal mountain,
I'm going to stay up there as long as I can.
And look down,
Dig in the sights all around,

And my mind sends me reeling, breathing and feeling,
I remember the time when I tried to come clean,
But my interests collided, besides I was misguided,

Whatever it takes...
Break from that hostage feeling!

Reel yourself in...
Bait life and start your healing.
Toss misfortunes,
Take deep breaths and breathe!

Whatever you have...
Be glad and count your fortunes!

Know you are blessed.
And your tests are distortions!
Only you can be your own best enemy.
Chase away those clouds,
That feed you grief.

Dissolve your blocks.
Stop and dropp all complaining!

Get the upper hand.
Command the 'ship' your sailing!
You are in the center of your fears.
Steer away from them and they will clear!

Riddles Revisited

Riddle Me This?

The gates of hell stand wide,
open, so you can go inside,
but who can come out again,
and still be the very same?

A father has a son,
of which death has won,
one has more than the other,
which one of them does suffer?

Talk and the deaf will come,
rising above the pandemonium,
but a Banshee’s sonic stun, strikes you dumb,
how can you tell them what deeds you’ve done?

A debt is a debt,
until it is met,
unless they have a heart of gold,
then must it be paid three-fold?

One plus one is two,
most know that is true,
but those who know it all are here,
why can none tell me crystal clear?

You keep telling me I am good,
and I knew that you would,
for I get many praises you see,
but surely good I cannot be?

A Bridge of both fire and frost,
that must be willingly crossed,
beckoning you with untold glory,
but only if you follow a righteous story?

One did live and one did die,
but both are, water can be dry,
the lions may sing and the hills may fly,
just like the pigs that are high in the sky?

Each and every day,
you do everything they say,
you’re their lackey and their slave,
will you follow them to your grave?

After a smile and a chat,
and a little pat on your back,
are you now back on track,
because you’re so good at that?

Be it a command from your dog or you,
I’ll bow down and do what I’m required to do,
but should I follow it word for word,
letter for letter no matter how absurd?

Four creatures on a raft,
together they have a sail to mast,
a leaf, a hoof, a paw and a hand,
which has the right to command?

If the eyes of greatest sight,
have never seen the light,
do optical illusions of the mind,
give sight to the halls of the blind?

Dexter hands, sinister hands,
heart or mind, which commands,
one hand shelters, one hand slays,
both offer praise but which one betrays?

One of the two is misshapen,
but perhaps you are mistaken,
because the one who is forsaken,
really offers you a safe haven?

The Amazing Kinsale

If you want to do some traveling
Ireland is the place to go
Seeped in ancient history
You’ll be fascinated with it so

Kinsale will make you welcome
Anything you’d want to do is there
Whether yachting, fishing or golf
Or a delicious gourmet fare

Nestled between hills and shore
Such a beautiful place to go
While standing on the reaching cliffs
There’s an amazing scene below

And oh, the Waterford crystal
You know, this is where it’s made
Clear back in 1873 it began
Though the arts had been delayed

Secret minerals make a special tone
No other crystal sounds the same
Its beauty is of the finest quality
It has gained tremendous fame

So as you can see, folks
To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day
Ireland is where you need to visit
Go to Kinsale without delay!

Crystal Clear

CRYSTAL CLEAR

If home is where the heart is, you and I
new-found may found a haven, there to be
united ever till eternity
engathers all as dust, - why must all die?
Reality links dreams as chains untie,
links through forever think mortality.
‘A loaf of bread, a jug of wine, and Thee’
triumphant should Time’s desert tide defy.
Neither til now believed that somehow sky
or starry heavens so ruled Destiny.
Renascent minds find visibility
become tuned crystal, clear, no choice deny.
Souls Life transcend to prosper through Love’s fire
that naught need prove, yet all may move much higher...

The Way You Want Things To Be

you want the sea to have waves
and you say that they are more true that way
or the leaves to have the wind beside it
or the skies to have clouds

how i wish however to have crystal clear seas
leaves so still as though they only have the sun as companion
clear skies
undisturbed blue

do you think that there is something wrong with all these?
i know you will leave me with a blunt answer

but let me tell you
crystals are virtues of the sea before it was disturbed
clear skies have always been peaceful

Brother will kill brother
Spilling blood across the land
Killing for religion
Something i don't understand
