When We Were Sharing
Anything from my past,
That now surprises you...
Shouldn't.
I gave you my complete,
And focused attention.
Perhaps when we were sharing,
With a spoken caring done...
And developing of our interests,
We both had our minds fixed...
On you!

I Shouldn't … but, I do.
I like the way you look at me,
Every time you look at me...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I like the way you talk to me,
When you say the things you shouldn't be...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I liked the feeling of your company,
When you'd carve out some time for me...
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I like the sound of your voice,
Pulling at me, like I have no choice,
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
Thoughts of you are frequent for me,
Though, I try not to think of you.
I shouldn't
But I do
I shouldn't
But I do.
I can't help that I feel this way,
Believe me, it's much to my dismay,
There wasn't
But,
NOW
There is a
YOU...
If you only knew,
How much I try,
How often I fail..
When I try
To try
Not to think of
YOU.

When Fixed Mindsets Have Been Focused
Common sense is not obtained,
Through an academic process.
Not any that reflects wisdom respected,
By the many earning college degrees.
If experience could be taught,
And brought to a mind fixed on 'things'...
All of life and the quality of it,
Would have had witnessed the benefits of this.
But too busy are those in mental modes,
Driven to succeed and address their greed.
And when fixed mindsets have been focused,
On acquiring attention freed of comprehension...
There is no peace or rest to get if not earned.

I've Learned To Agree
If I express with a courtesy and respect I give,
Naturally.
I overhear whispers spoken
Of how phony I am.
And my caring is not sincere.
If I ignore those I suspect,
Have nothing else by conflict to address.
I overhear whispers spoken
Of how phony I am.
And my caring is not sincere.
If I am alone and by myself,
Since it is a peace of mind
I enjoy and wish it kept.
I overhear whispers spoken
Of how phony I am.
And my caring is not sincere.
And
If for no reason,
I laugh out loud when in a crowd.
I overhear whispers spoken,
He cares about nothing but himself.
He will not even share with us,
What it is he finds so funny.
He's nuts!
And I've learned to agree,
With those who have their own beliefs.
To keep a peace of mind discovered.
From escaping away from me.

I Have Heard It Said
Most of my life,
I have heard it said...
'It Is What It Is.'
And yet...
What it Isn't,
Seems to be occupying...
The minds of many people.
This is what is kept in their heads,
A 'What Is' that shouldn't be there.
With a 'What Isn't' getting the attention.
And perhaps that is why a doing,
Doesn't get done...
Like it should.

I Came To Deliver Your Dreams
I came to you.
Believing I was needed.
Believing I assisted,
With the sharing of your happiness.
I came to you.
But from your point of view,
I was in need of charity.
And you sacrificed your donations to please.
Either way,
We spent little time communicating our minds.
With more of it invested in foolish misunderstandings.
Without accepting the giving intended,
In the sharing of blessed gifts to offer.
And the basic caring to fulfill our needs.
Either way,
We allowed appearances to get in our way.
And on the day we met,
I was not thinking of being impressive.
I came to deliver your dreams.
With not a thought premeditated,
For profound commentary.

You Know That I Love You
Yesterday I was alone and Blue
My heart was heavy and then came you
Oh I can see that you were meant for me
Now I have found you, I'll never let you go
You know that I love you
I need you
You know that I'm caring, sharing
Everything I've got
Don't you know that I want you
I need you too
And I will be happy with you for the rest of my life
Many lovers they come and go
But your sweet loving lingers on and on
Oh I can feel, that this time it's for real
So hold me closer, and never let me go
You know that I love you
I need you
You know that I'm caring, sharing
Everything I've got
Don't you know that I want you
I need you too
And I will be happy with you for the rest of my life
And I will be happy with you for the rest of my life
Well your sweet love is all I need
Without you I just can't go on
You know that I love you
I need you
You know that I'm caring, sharing
Everything I've got
Don't you know that I want you
I need you too
And I will be happy with you for the rest of my life
I'll be happy with you for the rest of my life
I will be happy with you for the rest of my life

A Speech You Made
A speech meant for eager ears was doing its best
When suddenly a spirit of a bear stammered the speech;
All ability was lost like the good and the bad acting together,
I did not pay much attention to the fasting and praying,
I thought at first, care became caring and also sharing
But never did the lunch especially cause concern
Except to the attention of the priests and clerics
Who thought much of you if you ate your fill.
Sinking back on the pillow, one ingested hated food
And caused the tummy to be bloated.
A speaking man caused nobody to move after eating himself.

I Didn't Pay That Much Attention
You came to rip me up to bits...
Then you were gone.
And I stood there just taking it...
Because I was wrong!
I didn't know...
How much you loved me.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't pay that much attention to the caring there.
No, no.
I didn't know.
You came to rip me up to bits...
Then you were gone.
And I stood there just taking it...
Because I was wrong!
I didn't pay that much attention to the caring there.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't know...
How much you loved me.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't know...
How much you loved me.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't pay that much attention to the caring there.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't pay that much attention to the caring there.
No, no.
I didn't know.
I didn't pay that much attention to the caring there.
No, no.
I didn't know.

Amoral...
Beyond morality and besides
immorality, lies the gray area of
amorality...
it is an exploration of the possibilities
of our humanity
where we are like innocent children
without any bias for
anything that we think is new
and feasible....
something that must perfect
the art of sharing
complete the fruiting of the works
of love....
not just about things, or events
a book, a dinner at the mountaintop,
a conversation at the ridge,
a time in bed, or even the sharing of
some dreams
those that do not bother us after
that which makes us comfortable despite its strangeness
the one that they call wild
and impossible
but which they have not tried themselves
as the restraint was only existing in their minds
with the heart
still thirsty and hungry and
vehemently disagreeing.

Untitled
i'm a little wrong.
i've known it all along.
shouldn't know the things I know,
shouldn't go the places I go.
shouldn't want the things I want
they aren't meant for me
i'm supposed to just live
to eat, to sleep
but there's a being with a voice
that lives inside my head
and says, 'just skip this meal,
you don't need to go to bed.'
. now the voice has control
and i bend to it's will.
if i lose weight i'll be happy
if i'm in pain it's okay
is this a cry for help
or is it just seeking attention

Broadsided
Broadsided!
By a web of factors.
And we must 'bob and weave'...
Through the onslaught of what is thrown.
And a lot of it...
Is being thrown to hit.
Not miss.
Broadsided!
A complete revamping comes!
Some stunned will remain,
Stunned!
Unable to overcome,
The shock that continues to shake...
Many into mental breakdowns.
Broadsided by an economic slide.
A tide of complete change.
To rise and raise dramatically...
Mindsets into a higher consciousness!
Those 'fixed' to wishes of what was...
Will not find their best interests,
Remaining in stubbornness...
Served.
And no time for nostalgic reminiscing,
Will be heard in these swift winds.
A navigation process has started.

To Get One's Point Across
It is not easy,
To capture the attention of the minds today.
Whatever the message relayed,
Has to be quick with a meaning attached to it.
With content that is agreed upon,
To leave those listening...
With some comprehension left to discuss.
And...
If delivering the message naked,
There is a benefit of an allowance...
To have what is not heard when first spoken,
Requested to be said over and over again.
From every possible angle to get one's point across.
Ensuring the bare essentials are remembered and understood.
Today...
We must try 'everything' deemed necessary,
To reach the minds of our overexposed children...
With a purpose to prepare them and their minds,
For the world in which we live.
Protecting them from reality is not going to do it.

Only You Make It Better-whenever
I can't give dates when this happens,
Or...
Who this will touch.
But...
Someone's 'bout to fall in love,
And...
That is a must.
No I...
Can't give dates
Or time when this happens,
Or...
Who this will touch.
But...
Someone's 'bout to fall in love,
And...
That is a must.
Looking into your eyes I see me...
And that is a must.
When you ask me what I've got on mind...
I know you're there.
Looking into your eyes I see me...
And that is a must.
To show how much is there,
Io love...
And share.
I know that you'll love me.
I know you're caring.
Looking into your eyes I see me...
And that is a must.
When you ask me what I've got on mind...
I know you're there.
I know you're caring.
Only you make it better whenever I'm down.
I know you are there,
Caring.
And when we take our walks around...
I know you like it sharing.
I know you like it caring.
And when we take our walks around...
I know you like it sharing.
I know you like it caring.
Looking into your eyes I see me...
And that is a must.
When you ask me what I've got on mind...
I know you're there.
And I know you are caring.
Only you make it better whenever I'm down.
I know you're there caring.
Only you make it better whenever I'm down.
I know you're there to share.
Only you make it better whenever I'm down.
I know you're there caring.
Only you make it better whenever those 'downs' come around.
I know you're there to share.
I know you're there to care.
Only you make it better.
Only you make it better
Only you make it better-whenever I'm down.
I know you're there to share.
I know you're there to care.
Only you make it better.
Only you make it better
Only you make it better-whenever I'm down.
I know you're there to share.
I know you're there to care.
Only you make it better-whenever I'm down.
Only you make it better-whenever.
Only you make it better-whenever.
Only you make it better-whenever,
I'm down.
Only you make it better.
Only you make it better
Only you make it better-whenever I'm down.

Through My Words
Nicholas:
All your eyes have ever seen
All you've ever heard
Is etched upon my memory
I spoken through my words
All that I take with me
Is all you've left behind
We're sharing one eternity
Living in two minds
Linked by an endless thread
I'mpossible to break

My Precious Mother
You're smart, crafty,
and very caring,
and you are the gift I'm always sharing.
You one that will not
forget
all the good times since we met.
You are the one I'm closest to
And I'm always there if you don't
have anything to do.
You're more powerful than
any other and
that's what's keeping me with
my mother.
Remember that you're more
caring than any other
and that you'll always be my
precious mother.

Taking An Attention Away From The Facts
Everyday there is 'something' else introduced
Many are solicited,
To advocate the supporting of ineffectiveness.
With a taking an attention away from the facts.
In the hopes to distract,
Those already hypnotized by delusions.
Yet a consciousness in most still lingers,
Hindering a complete numbing of minds done.
And everyday there is 'something' else introduced,
To seduce with more nonsense...
From limited minds to produce with wishes to convince,
More divisions within those already scattered.

No Time F
there is chaos
deep within the soul
yet i have no time
to think about sadness
i am happy from within
there are wailings
of the feet on hot streets
but i have no time for hearing
i am busy sharing
my time for the dying
there are litlle wars
between little minds
yet i do not care for little wars
i love my quiet peace
inside my heart
there is gloom
ruling the days
of disturbed minds
yet i do not care
my days are bright
i have a caring heart
and a loving soul

My Pain Has Spoken
My pain of the past has spoken to me for the last time.
No more flashbacks no more pain.
Them of the past won't speak to me any more.
Of this I can now be so sure.
As the pain grew to be to much.
I knew suicide was my one and last bid to freedom.
I just hope those left behind can live with what I've done.
Becuase I couldn't live with the past.
I was dying inside so fast.
But now I am free.
And my pain has now spoken.
Spoken within the remains of my body

At times I want to be lonely
At times
I want to be lonely
Sit in a corner
Cry freely
For things
I shouldn’t have done
Words
I shouldn’t have spoken
I talk to myself
Think
How to correct them?
Wipe my tears
Move ahead
With new determination
Try not to
Repeat them in future

It's More Than Something You Can Intellectualize
There's a lot more to caring than knowing
There's a lot more to caring than saying
There's a lot more to caring than thinking
You can 'know' you care
Think you care
Convince yourself you care, even think that you genuinely care
But that really isn't fair
If your actions don't match
The attitude of caring
The attitude of loving
It's more
It's more than those who love you
More than those who care for you
It's the ones who don't
It's the ones you don't know
It's those, it's them, they need you most
You can't just walk away
Caring is more than something you can think about
You can't be compassionate and ignore a need
You can't fulfill every need
Where is compassion?
Where is caring?
If it's so much more, what is it that we have?
Is it worth trying?
Won't you fail?
But you forget
Caring is more
It's more than something you can intellectualize
It's more than a concept
It's more than thinking
More than knowing
More than even an action
Caring is a lifestyle
For all those around you
Even beyond yourself
O and one more thing caring isn't about caring about
Yourself.
