We Arrive To Leave As Visitors
Either way the finger points,
Or the wind blows...
Change is here to stay.
And those with nostalgic wishes,
Hoping for a return of every yesterday lived...
May discover they are regarded no more than twigs,
Discarded from trees...
Only The Creator has made to allow them to breathe.
We arrive to leave as visitors!
With many disrespecting the act of this fact.

Wendell Gee
Thats when wendell gee takes a tug
Upon the string that held the line of trees
Behind the house he lived in
He was reared to give respect
But somewhere down the line he chose
To whistle as the wind blows
Whistle as the wind blows, with me
He had a dream one night
That the tree had lost its middle
So he built a trunk of chicken wire
To try to hold it up
But the wire, the wire turned to lizard skin
And when he climbed inside
There wasnt even time to say
Goodbye to wendell gee
So whistle as the wind blows
Whistle as the wind blows, with me
If the wind were colors
And if the air could speak
Then whistle as the wind blows
Whistle as the wind blows

Before The Horizon Welcomes
Everyday...
As the Sun comes,
To enlighten us with a dawning...
Without a hint of yesterday to leave.
We either choose to reach forward,
Or linger reminiscing...
'That' which had been experienced,
With perhaps wishes to change.
And accept it or not...
Everyday as the Sun comes,
For the ones receptive to the giving...
A yesterday lived has been done!
Today has erased and replaced,
All that had been touched to leave...
To move on before the horizon welcomes,
A setting Sun from view!
We live to love to leave...
Memories.
We give to take to receive...
Blessings!

Left
people say they won't leave
they say they will stay forever
people come and go like the wind
that evil wind blows them in your life
once you get use to having them
around like paper or a candle they blow out
as i learn this i start to feel like a child
trying to catch the ever changing alway
running wind i reach out but cant catch that wind
i hear myself scream 'please don't leave me alone,
please take me with you,
what did i do, please let me fix it,
don't leave me here all alone'
i run trying to grab it but
i can't reach i guess the wind can't take me
because i am a lead weight that it can't pick up
so i will wait and see who
blows in next and hope pray
that this person will stay

As If Affirmations
There are times when they come,
We all find ourselves...
Repeating those needs.
As if afirmations,
With wishes to have them completed...
Before an admiration of patience increases,
To forget what had been wished and wanted...
Had been a priority.
Once stated and done,
Most would leave their wishes alone...
To become fulfilled on their own.
How devoted to understanding can one get?
But there are those like myself,
Who would prefer not to have aged...
To grey too much with steps slower paced,
When those needs finally arrive to be done...
Hoping they are recognized as requests once made,
And who initiated the desire.
'Are you sure you have come to the right door?

Summer's Wind
Be weary, Lord of the summer wind,
Lord of the heat that you blow in,
Away with flowers, land and trees,
To stay them not, least all the trees.
Listen to this, all that I say,
Our land does die, and drift away.
Our living born upon the wind,
All of ours, and those of friends.
So we called upon the leave-filled wind,
The autumn one, of which were friends.
This wind of cool and gentle hand,
Not like the wind that stole our land.
And the heat did melt into the leaves,
And turned them colors from the trees.
Then the leave-filled wind bore them away,
And upon the land, they came to stay.
And stayed them there, till land-hard cold,
And then the land, the leaves they stole.
And after the harsh cold wind had blown,
And living soil again was sown,
Summer's wind came again to prey,
Upon our lands, most every day.
But our living land, the leaves did save,
And the summer's wind did blow away,
Never to re-live, the seasons day.
The cool soft wind now blows so free,
Upon the land, and through the trees.
All through the people, and over me.

A Wind From... Elsewhere
The wind blows here... the wind blows there
The wind seems to blow from... everywhere.
But the wind I love... when it blows... blows fair...
This wind... when it blows... blows from... ELSEWHERE! Can you see its graceful fingers... playing in your hair?
Nay! You cannot see the wind... e'en though you know it's there.
It's flitting... it's flirting... it's prancing everywhere
This wind... when it blows... blows from... ELSEWHERE! It blows unexpectedly... with a gentle breeze... it blows...
The Great Hand of Miracles... brings it... then it goes
To greet the early morning sun... to dance to and fro
From the highest, loftiest mountain heights... to valleys... far below. 'Who is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth...
Who gathereth the winds in his fists—Who maketh a wind to pass over...
Thou hearest the sound thereof...
But canst not tell whence it cometh... and wither it goeth.' The wind blows here... the wind blows there...
The wind seems to blow... from everywhere.
But the wind I love... when it blows... blows fair—
This wind... when it blows... blows from... ELSEWHERE!

Lifted From Deep Sorrow
You came to leave.
Not stay.
You came to do as you pleased.
And then when you were done,
You were off to another one to 'do'.
You came to leave.
I was hoping you would stay.
I wanted to believe this was your wish.
But you just came to sniff and lick.
And I held onto foolish dreams...
You could not fulfill if I wished!
You came to leave.
Not stay.
You came to do as you pleased.
And then when you were done,
You were off to another one to 'do'.
I sat thinking of you,
When you were gone and through with me.
I wish I could not feel you grieving.
But I do!
I was just like you...
Before I cut my pain loose.
But your pain,
You desire to keep remaining in the gutter.
You came to leave.
I was hoping you would stay.
I was hoping...
Something you saw in my eyes,
You would recognize...
Had been lifted from deep sorrow.
But you never looked up...
To witness my approval of your 'business' visit.
I was satisfied...
Yes!
But never regard me,
As a client wishing for your return!
I am seeking someone to specialize my needs.
And although you are good...
I do not think of you as the one to qualify,
As a fireside companion!
When my embers burn...
They do so,
For the one who chooses to stay...
As we together ignite those sparks.
And you...
Are just a quick flicker.
To leave me ablaze,
Before you decide to go out!
And I am no longer about that.
I have a lifetime of logs left to simmer,
For the one who comes...
And enjoys what we can together sizzle!

Still women love men
Wind in spring blows;
Petals wither.
Wind in summer blows;
Fruits fall down.
Wind in autumn blows;
Leaves are shed.
Wind in winter blows;
Barks get cracks.
Still trees love wind.
Still women love men.

Longings
How many dreams really come true?
Not too many I'm sure.
You can probably count them on one hand
and not one finger more.
Seems like the ones you wish for so hard
are never in your sight.
You can wish in the morning and in the noon
and while in bed at night.
And you wake up knowing they can't occur
and that they're all in vain.
You think you'd wise up from all of this
but still the wishes remain.
It's time to stop wishing the impossible.
It's time to face the fact.
If you need someone else to fulfill your wishes
you're on the wrong track.
You need to stop hoping for the impossible
and get on with what you've got.
Shut the lights on those wishes
and let your stomach unknot.

Thats All There Is To That
(clyde otis, kelly owens)
Did you ever
Watch the one you love
Slowly drifting away from you,
And you know
Deep in your heart
There is nothing that you can do
To make her stay (to make her stay),
To turn the tide (to turn the tide),
To ease the pain (to ease the pain)
That you feel down inside?
When her eyes
Say its over and done,
Then you simply must face the fact.
So you leave and think it over,
But you come hurrying back
Hoping shell change her mind,
Praying shell take you back.
But like the lady said,
Thats all there is to that.
(when her eyes
Say its over and done,
Then you simply must face the fact.)
So you leave and think it over,
But you come hurrying back
Hoping shell change her mind,
Praying shell take you back.
But like the lady said,
Thats all there is to that.

Face The Wind
Face the wind
Feel the pressure
It blows me away
It rushes past to God knows where
When I turn my self to stand in its path
Feel it Almost like
Radiant fingers Invigorating
Strokes energy through my flowing hair
Filling with joy my heart
Soul overflows with passion I feel
I hear nothing but the wind
It is everything in my ears
And when I finally speak
Words leave my mouth
And all leave presence
As wind captures them and
Steals them from the listening
To hoard them in its vast secret place
Far away beyond most imagination
Feel the wind
Speak into it your secrets
Taste, Smell its messages
Hear voices it carries
From animals and trees and
Storms and lovers
See it, watch its patterns
Where it comes from and goes to
Look at its journey, its traveling
But can’t
You can’t see it
But you can feel it
Somewhere it is deep
And its colours would be beautiful
Face the wind
Full-force you feel it and
It blows you away
Feel its soothing power
Breathe in life
Feel
Face the wind.

Dripping Sentiment and Scent Wrenched Daisies Sent
Dripping sentiment,
And scent wrenched daisies sent.
A bouquet just to say,
My feelings haven't changed.
And hoping when they arrive...
They are not turrned away!
Admitting guilt is difficult.
When truth is obvious,
And should not be questioned.
But certain situations,
Call for more than just an apology.
And begging on one knee...
Is accompanied,
By a pint of blood...
One bleeds!
IF one is thought to be unfaithful,
BUT not!
Dripping sentiment,
And scent wrenched daisies sent.
A bouquet just to say,
My feelings haven't changed.
And hoping when they arrive...
They are not turrned away!
These days...
The more creative,
The better the outcome!
Especially when something done...
Is discovered to be thoughtlessly dumb!
And ignoring what has taken place...
Is not recommended,
IF one wishes to recognize the face...
Of one who has been angered!
And I have seen the fangs produce foam before.
That is why I've sent the daisies at the door.
Hoping she will not snap off my head...
Because of something foolish I said!
This morning when I left our bed...
Without a kiss goodbye,
But slip and said...
Her looks made me cry!
BUT 'that' was not what I meant!
And I rushed to leave...
To abort an argument!
I HOPE she receives the daisies I sent...
Before I arrive at home!
Please Father...
'Anything'
Besides the fangs,
And foam!

Nowadays
Yesterday, it has come and gone
Arriving with the sun and leaving with the dawn
Remembrance of memories and wishes for that day
Now forever they will belong, to yesterday.
Tomorrow is tomorrow, so it will never be here
That's where we keep our future and even a tear
No one knows of that destiny nor the joy or the sorrow
But it is awaiting us all, when it becomes tomorrow.
Today is now, it is all that is guaranteed
It is the true hour when our soul is freed
Living for the moment before they become a dream
Then later in life, there won't be wishes to redeem.
Yesterday, is just a sad thought
Where wishes are kept and hopes are sought
Tomorrow we know might never arrive
So we have today, for which we can thrive.

Autumnale for M lady ernestine
The falling leaves dance in the breeze
and clothe the ground beneath the trees,
in autumn colours rich a rare.
The trees themselves will soon be bare.
Left no defence against the wind.
Their winter plans are well designed,
bare twigs and branches hold less snow
than useless leaves they have let go
The wintry gales to no avail
try hard but they are doomed to fail,
They can’t destroy the sturdy trees;
resisting with apparent ease.
Although they bow before the blast
they know that winter cannot last
The winds will die and fade away
the trees will they’re here to stay.
Spring will return the trees will green
as if the winter had not been.
The trees put on their new spring clothes
along with every plant that grows.

Her Old Argument
we meet as old trees with roots deep on the ground.
twigs are trunks and leaves if they fall do not come back to hang back.
do not look for meanings, they are all there already
when we meet as old trees
when we agree that we meet as old trees so there will be no
compromise that you change that i change
that we become like each other in color and perceptions
what you see is what you get, that is your oldest premise
and i jump into conclusions: i am free, you are freedom.
somewhere, i also cannot bend as you keep that bent posture
when we meet as trees old enough to understand the spread of
our respective roots.
'you cannot change me, you can only love me' your ending statement.
' i give up the search for the idea, i stay put' my conclusion.
The pavement is so dry. There is no rain. I hear nothing.

This Way
Love be still
love be sweet
dont you dare
change a thing
I want to photograph you with my mind
To feel how I feel now all the time
[CHORUS]
Say that you'll stay
Forever this way
Forever and forever
That we'll never have to change
Dont move
Dont breathe
Dont change
Dont leave
And promise me
Say you'll stay
We'll stay
This way
I get afraid
Dont think ahead
Lets just stay
This way in bed
Feels so good inside your arms
Home is everywhere you are
[CHORUS]
Dont move
Dont breathe
Dont change
Dont leave
Promise me
We'll alwayz be
This kind

I Really Want us to Last Forever
Happy cause I have you,
scared cause I don't want to lose you,
sad cause your not understanding me,
grateful cause your at lest trying,
mad cause you don't sometimes realize what you do,
upset cause I really want you to,
hoping and wondering if your going to change,
waiting to see if you will,
thinking of where my life with you will go,
hoping you will change cause I love you so,
hoping someday you will realize what I've said,
mostly hoping this will all change so we stay together,
cause I really want us to last forever.

Follow The Wind
Im so weary from holding this load
But its only , love for you, that I walk this lonely road
I must follow the wind , follow the wind
And the wind will take me hold before the cold
Evry stay I have counted
Each flower I have seen
But the place where Im going , theres no grass as green
I must follow the wind , follow the wind
And the wind will take me home where I can dream
In the hour I am lonely, youre love will be mine
I will stay in your arms dear, until comes the time
I must be on my way for my home is anywhere
I have no time to stay , I have no time to care
I must follow the wind , follow the wind
As the wind gently blows in my hair
(break)
I must follow the wind , follow the wind
As the wind gently blows in my hair
I must follow the wind , follow the wind
As the wind gently blows in my hair

Leave Them Alone
Leave them alone,
With their induced indoctrinations.
They have become intoxicated,
With addictions believed!
And these inflictions,
Have left them afflicted...
In mindsets neglected,
To be left deranged.
Whether or not...
They decide they must change!
This is not their decision...
To accept or remain the same.
They can not conceive,
That the only thing real
Is the breath they breathe.
And when the time comes,
Reality will stun them.
They will not accept it!
Although with their eyes they will see!
With wishes to reject it.
They have been conditioned...
They are superior than life itself.
And there is no match,
For the 'brains' they alone maintain!
Leave them alone!
From this revealing shock...
They can not flee.
It is beyond their scope...
Of divisions of religions,
Or mindless racist inequities!
Let them find out for themselves...
That this existence experienced,
Broadens the concept of possibilities!
And self righteous implications,
Of a non-entity such as their 'purities'!
Are what they are...
Prefabrications!
These are but just a few...
Deceptions to be undone to redo!
Coming to enlighten.
Head-on without a preview.
Leave them alone!
They are no challenge for what confronts!
And they will discover that,
On their own!
Leave them alone...
To tolerate an ignorance,
They have shown they alone have condoned.
There will be no tolerance...
For such an accepted wickedness to enlist!
Leave them alone,
To discover the true Wizard of their Oz!
