Wasting Company Time
Chasing to taste love from someone,
Will not be done by me.
Bar stools are full with those in flirtation mode,
Especially after a hard day of pushing papers...
From one file to another!
And wasting company time planning company events,
To get employees together...
To discuss what they dislike about their jobs!
It's all part of the alcoholic moments,
Shared by some bartender dependable to keep secrets.
And then the presence of fresh meat enters!
A drink is passed!
A nod is shared.
Numbers are exchanged.
And an arrangement is made,
To deceive someone unaware a chase was done!
In fun to pleasure.

The Same Mother
They each shared
the same mother
shared the same loss of her
when the time came
gave the same
last wave
when she was
driven off
to crematorium
and then grave
but each had
their own mother
whom they shared
with no other
one with whom
they shared
a particular time
or place
sitting quietly
face to face
sharing a secret
or confessing
a deed done
or just
the mother to child meeting
with just the two
at some given time
at some particular place
some given year
to share a problem
or tears or anxieties
or deeper fears
and knowing
she would listen
as only mother's can
or do
sharing the time and love
with each particular
person called you
whether daughter or son
she shared
her equal love and time
and yet each knew her
each thought
they knew her best
and carried away
their own best times
in her company
without the rest
their own moments shared
but deep down
they knew
she had her love for each
and each was equal
to the rest
for she never had
a favourite
nor considered
any one the best
so they all shared
the same mother
in the end
all grieved her going
each in their own way
hoping or believing
they would share her
once again
some better place
some future day.

The River
Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you, the afterlife, beauty at it's peak.
All of this will be yours, unless you drinketh of the river."
Lift on up, glide across the forest
Turn right, find stones of solid gold
Power, you alone can feed a dragon
Just forget not, all that you've been told
I shall never, drink it from the river
I shall never, drink it from this hole
I didn't drink from the river
I did it all on my own
I taste and shared with my brothers
I told the rest to come on
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
Been to Heaven, it's just too bright for me
My blood, is way too cold for Hell
While I'm alive, keep makin it clear to me
They say listen up, you listen well
I will
I shall never, drink it from the river
I shall never, drink it from this hole
I didn't drink from the river
I did it all on my own
I taste and shared with my brothers
I told the rest to come on
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
COME ON
I didn't drink from the river
I did it all on my own
I taste and shared with my brothers
I told the rest to come on
I didn't drink from the river
I did it all on my own
I taste and shared with my brothers
I told the rest to come on

Awakening The Senses
Coming to my senses
I see the lovely being of space and time!
Beautiful the whole and each inner individual design!
I hear the breathtaking echo of song!
Billions of bells ringing sound truth!
I feel the shifting sway
cosmic vibrations
true selves emerging
releasing themselves
to the beat of a new dance!
See the many Sentient compassionate pillars
revolving towers of consciousness
daily lighting anew
Steady waves of illumination cast upon the earth!
I taste the full flavor of the air and every
mouth through which it has passed!
I smell home cooked redolence!
the world a wide oven of open arm
ardent embrace!
I Taste the age old recipe passed down
shared and spread
conscious manna delivered fresh
from the celestial kitchen!
I feel the shared recognition
unifying presence
see the common dawn of the divine ideal!
I see and feel the love exchanged
via internet connections
kindred spirits all corners of the globe!
I see it too everyday in the smallest transactions
waiting in line at the corner convenience store!
I see the discovery of resplendent new senses!
Far advanced beyond any modern body of perception!
I see a future great with promise!
Beyond convention superstition
past calendars and presuppositions!

Close Family
Time melts in magical moments,
As if within love's spell,
Each day we can share it with friends,
Before we say farewell...
The cheetahs shared a common bond
Borne of their company
And showed to all that they were fond
Of their close family.
It wasn't fear that brought them near,
But gentleness within -
With those held precious and most dear,
Yes, one's own kith and kin.
They found serenity that day
Beneath that soothing sun,
It thus became the perfect way
To find peace, one-on-one...
The blowing breeze caressed their cheeks
Upon that afternoon
And in that calm, their silence speaks,
Although this must end soon...
For now, they shared tranquillity,
No need for food and drink,
Just simple sweet civility,
Reflection, time to think...
Time melts in magical moments,
As if within love's spell,
Each day we can share it with friends,
Before we say farewell...

by Stephen Gayford called 'Close Family'.

Responsibility In The Workforce
What is the work ethic
of Japanese
white-collar employees?
there are three
important components
to the work ethic
loyalty to company
a commitment to quality
peer group bonding
What do the Japanese
feel about their co-workers
and their company?
the Japanese feel
great responsibility
toward company
and co-workers
What moral attitude
are Japanese
employees taught?
Japanese employees
are taught a moral
to work in groups
to think of themselves
as part of a family
What is the Japanese
attitude to failure
in the workforce?
the white-collar executive
is extremely diligent
knowing that failure
or any errors affects
other fellow employees
What is the Japanese
attitude to sharing
profit in the workforce?
all rewards
are group oriented
which places
greater responsibility
on individual
performance.
What is the foundation
of modern business
relationships in Japan?
to develop to maintain
long-term relationships
within one's peer group
is the company goal
this system creates
social professional
networks representing
spiritual foundation in
business relationships
What is the Japanese
attitude to quality
in the workforce?
a Japanese commitment
to quality has rightfully
earned Japanese products
an esteemed reputation
How do Japanese workers
support the continued success
of the company they work for?
Japanese employees put
their best efforts into the
success of their company
Japanese employees give
a wholehearted allegiance
to employer and company
company family are inseparable
within harmony of group society
What is the future of Japanese technology?
All systems are on line and operational.

Funny moments shared with her
Funny moments shared with her
Lodged inside my head
Laughing loud just having fun
Alive and never dead
Funny moments shared with her
Sometimes hot or cold
Never will it be the same
The story I've been told
Funny moments shared with her
Will bring a smile to me
Oh baby can we laugh once more
I'm missing us the we

Theo And Weird Henry
Written by John Mellencamp
Henry worked at Sears or somehwhere,
Theo did, too.
They both got themselves a van together;
Nineteen seventy-two, Ford.
Drove around all night long playing music very, very loud.
Big noise, all the time;
Little legends in a little town.
Moments of time they shared together.
Moments of time between two friends.
Standing on street corners with shirts unbuttoned.
There was a moment in time they swore they were friends to the end.
Couple of wild boys
They told me they could hear the grass grow.
Theo used to say, hey Henry, man,
I'm screwin' this cat.
You're just holdin' it.
I never knew what they was talking about
But they laughed like they both thought it was funny.
Theo and weird Henry went chasing after something
And neither one of them believing in nothing.
Moments in time they shared together,
Called themselves the

Seven Days Hath This Week
Seven days hath this week.
With a weekend that comes leaping in...
To leave us on Monday,
Squeezing every second left...
Before that routine kept we keep.
And those temperments begin,
Around noon during Tuesday's lunch.
With those discussing their company's losses!
And who they'd like to punch.
Then Wednesday arrives.
And all hell breaks loose.
Employees loudly argue...
One of them stole and drank,
A refrigerated juice.
Cuss words heard fly with no excuse.
Thursday everyone wants to amend over happy hour.
Apologizing for the spilled milk.
That should have never left anyone sour.
Plans are shared on Friday...
With no work anywhere to be done.
And Saturday secret lovers,
Finger their nakedness.
Going over what should be said...
When on Sunday when sunrise comes,
They sneak into bed normally shared with spouses.
Declaing a business meeting,
Has made them too tired...
For sex wished that is begged!

Throwin pop bottles against the wall just to get some attention.

Theos out there living it up doing a little earth shaking -somewhere.
Henry sent a postcard from a better place
But I can see them both sitting there laughing and breathing.
I can still see that smile on weird henrys face.
Moments in time they shared together,
Moments in time between two friends.
Dancing on that old van with their shirts wide open,
That was a moment in time they swore they were blood brothers until the end.

Shareholder activism is not a privilege - it is a right and a responsibility. When we invest in a company, we own part of that company and we are partly responsible for how that company progresses. If we believe there is something going wrong with the company, then we, as shareholders, must become active and vocal.

Ch 02 The Morals Of Dervishes Story 37
A dervish arrived in a place, the owner of which was of a noble disposition, and had surrounded himself with a company of distinguished and eloquent men, each of whom uttered something elegant or jocular, according to the fashion of wits. The dervish who had travelled through the desert and was fatigued had eaten nothing. One of the company asked him by way of encouragement likewise to say something. The dervish replied: ‘I do not possess distinction and eloquence like you and have read nothing so you must be satisfied with one distich of mine.’ The company having agreed with pleasure he recited:
‘I am hungry and opposite to a table of food
Like a bachelor at the door of a bath of females.’
The company, having thus been apprised of his famished condition, produced a table with bread but as he began to eat greedily the host said: ‘Friend, at any rate stop a while till my servants roast some minced meat’; whereon the dervish lifted his head and recited:
‘Do not order pounded meat for my table.
To a pounded man simple bread is pounded meat.’
The Busiest Part Of A House
The busiest part of a house,
where our hearts meet,
where the joyous moments stored,
where the love shared.
giggling heard,
tingling not allowed,
dividing the task,
sharing and caring done.
Different styles,
Different varieties,
something cold and something hot,
transfer the place warm.
The busiest part of a house is,
where our hearts meet,
where the joyous moments shared,
where the stove and dining table are kept.

Sparkling Moments
One sparkling moment gains a spectacular spree,
Spooky feelings are cast to the frying pan
Where they cook and fend for themselves.
Let the spotless instants be captivating
With such applause, with a degree of highest nature.
The quickest moments perfectly define history,
Satisfying and scintillating are the attached moods.
Remarkable swings of reasoning will rebel
And push the hands of the clock, so well.
Reflect on the secretive times, secrets are shared,
Farms of the possessions are shared, they are just shared.

Flirting
She likes listening to you
And then talking with you.
She acknowledges your presence
And then grants her presence.
She lets her eyes meet yours
And then throws private glances
She pretends your intensions
And then accept casual presents.
She ignores incidental touches.
Now the ground is ripe for flirtation.
Flirtation is an art of living.
Flirtation is an art of loving.
Flirtation is the essence of life.
No adultery; a harmless recreation.

This Book!
small, tiny wondrous things,
all too easy to overlook.
moments of laughter shared,
soft conversations about nothing,
that were about everything!
meals cooked together and shared,
long walks on autumn evenings....
watching old movies and in the hero
finding the same path, the same journey,
the same mistakes, the same triumphs.
cutting wood and building a fire;
making love, and the moments after shared.
harsh words, and then forgiveness,
as easy as turning the page....
this book we've written together,
another chapter, another day!

Lovely Cruise
By: johnathan baham
1977
Drink it up, this ones for you
Its been a lovely cruise
Im sorry its ending, oh its sad, but its true
Honey, its been a lovely cruise
Chorus:
These moments were left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
Theres wind in our hair and theres water in our shoes
Honey, its been a lovely cruise
-- spoken: so lets cruise darlin
Chorus:
Ohhh, these moments were left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
And those harbor lights, lord, theyre coming into view
Well bid our farewells much too soon
So drink it up, this ones for you

Yeah baby, its been a lovely cruise
Oh darlin, its been a lovely cruise

Far from city rush
It is small village and far from city rush
Greenery all around and spread with bushes
Tall trees speak of strong roots with old existence
I came to realize my childhood at once
It has narrow path with dusty lanes
Big doors and open window panes
The air freely enter with so much dust
The village and nature is bonded with trust
I look round street but did not find her
She used to stay near by or somewhere
But I had long association to miss at once
She was almost there in house in my presence
I don’t know how did it happen?
She had not passed a word or confided even
It was her feeling and attachment
I was unaware and unmoved with her movement
We may spend hours together in lawn
Sit very close till the sun was dawn
Nature and innocence did not disappoint us
As we had enough of confidence and trust
We not only shared deep sentiment
But also exchanged happy moments
We had many things in common
We were neighbor and very good companion
I would never dare to offend and hurt
She may be almost in tears if I ever tried to flirt
Though we did cross our limit and stayed as friends
We had to depart as sad souls at the end
She had approached me with clear mind for sure
She had seen in me true lover of very kind nature
She was very much confident of getting my nod
I could not think of her even if was permitted by God
I was deeply attached but wanted only deep bond
As I was very much impressed, keen and fond
I wanted her to remain my well wisher and true ally
I thought of joining her as impracticable and complete folly
There are some moments which can not be shared
They are sacred promises and completely adhered to
I did not want to loose her from permanent association
Alas! I could do it for the sake of maintaining relation

No Darkness Can Satisfy This Need
I'm looking at the bright side.
I need to taste fresh flavors wasting.
Nobody can really do the blues like I do.
I want to dance to rhythms waiting.
Ones I chose to leave.
That sun is shining and smiling on me!
Today.
I'm depleted of defeat I greeted.
Had to sit and let it ride my back!
There is nothing about a sorrow sweeted...
With attacks I welcome to meet!
To keep and feed.
I'm looking at the bright side
I need to taste fresh flavors wasting.
Nobody can really do the blues like I do.
I'm pleased to free from shadows.
Shared by comfort givers.
Not one of them offering good chemistry!
Felt deep to pleasure.
With a measuring desire...
To apply to my eyes that grieved.
There is a fire burning in me...
Darkness can't satisfy.
I'm tired of skipping over my needs!
I'm looking at the bright side
I need to taste fresh flavors wasting.
Nobody can really do the blues like I do.
I want to dance to rhythms waiting.
Ones I chose to leave.
That sun is shining and smiling on me!
Today...
My dues are all paid!
I'm depleted of defeat I greeted.
Had to sit and let it ride my back!
There is nothing about a sorrow that's sweeted...
With attacks I welcome to meet!
To keep and feed.
Today I see me!
The me I'm free to be!
And no darkness can satisfy this need,
Since my grieving eyes have been released.

Drinking Alone in the Moonlight
Amongst the flowers I
am alone with my pot of wine
drinking by myself; then lifting
my cup I asked the moon
to drink with me, its reflection
and mine in the wine cup, just
the three of us; then I sigh
for the moon cannot drink,
and my shadow goes emptily along
with me never saying a word;
with no other friends here, I can
but use these two for company;
in the time of happiness, I
too must be happy with all
around me; I sit and sing
and it is as if the moon
accompanies me; then if I
dance, it is my shadow that
dances along with me; while
still not drunk, I am glad
to make the moon and my shadow
into friends, but then when
I have drunk too much, we
all part; yet these are
friends I can always count on
these who have no emotion
whatsoever; I hope that one day
we three will meet again,
deep in the Milky Way.
Version 2
Beneath the blossoms with a pot of wine,
No friends at hand, so I poured alone;
I raised my cup to invite the moon,
Turned to my shadow, and we became three.
Now the moon had never learned about drinking,
And my shadow had merely followed my form,
But I quickly made friends with the moon and my shadow;
To find pleasure in life, make the most of the spring.
Whenever I sang, the moon swayed with me;
Whenever I danced, my shadow went wild.
Drinking, we shared our enjoyment together;
Drunk, then each went off on his own.
But forever agreed on dispassionate revels,
We promised to meet in the far Milky Way.
An ever-relished chase
It has been a long chase
For something or the other
Over these years
As a kid it was a chase
For toys and play things
As a student it was a chase
For marks and ranks
As a youth it was a chase
After career and growth
And later it was chase
For getting the right life partner
The chase continued
For off-springs’ upbring
It was later to chase
For helping children settle
Ageing made me chase
For cure from illnesses
And other physical malfunctions
Yes,
It was a long chase for
Something or the others all these days
One understanding dawned in me
That
You will not get that
Which you have not chased
And
You will not get every thing
Which you have chased
Even if you get the object of your chase
It is not going to be in that form
In which it was when you started the chase
Unfruitful chase proves frustrating
Fruitful chase exciting
Wisdom will tell you that
The pleasure is more with the act of chase
Than getting hold of the object of chase
Holding of the object of chase
And sustaining its charm
Are essential after the end of chase
Very likely, chase for objects of
Worldly significance
Takes away your energy
And a lot of time elapses
Before you get in possession
Of your chase-objects
The duration at times is so large
That you wonder at the end of the chase
As to what for this object has been chased
The one chase which
Has the least probability
Of ending and
You hardly get hold of the
Object of chase
Is the
Chase for self-actualization
Or self-realization
This is the chase after your spirit
That kept you going all these days
And that will keep you going
Till that time when you away
Spiritual scholars assure
That this chase is really exciting
And remains so for any long
Whether or not
You come across what you are chasing
Develop a taste for such a chase
As this chase
Never makes you tired
But helps you remain balanced, cool
And unmindful of happenings
Around you
It is indeed an ever-relished chase
