This Sickness Like a Cancer Spreads

Antagonizing violence,
To convince they can destroy.
Wishing to depict themselves as powerful...
To enforce a respect.
But to others,
They just annoy!

Forming alliances with those just as wicked...
This sickness like a cancer spreads.
And they wish to rule,
With a dominance over others.
But that will never happen.
Since they are killing themselves instead.

Depict This Different

Depict this different,
From the others sent.
This one has meaning.
With some evidence in it.

Depict this different.
Pick off the lint.
Wrap this around your mind,
Feel the warmth in it meant.

Depict this different,
From the others sent.
This one has meaning.
With some evidence in it.

Thaw the cold you hold in your heart.
Depict this different.
And don't let a freezing,
In you start.
Depict it!

Rub and cuddle up.
Depict it.
With purpose and a reason.
Appreciate each season,
With a new breath to breathe.

Your mind's at ease.

The Fear Within

What should I do?
What can I do?
When the fear within is killing me.

I cant sleep, I cant dream
I cant think, I cant scream
Because the fear within is killing me.

I feel like weeping for ever
I feel like sleeping for ever!
Because i feel the fear within will never die!

What is this fear?
Why is this fear?
And why is it killing me!

The fear spreads like cancer
But i cant find an answer
Why is the fear killing me!

The best thing i could do
And the last thing I should do
Is kill the fear before it killed me!

Humbling Those Who Are Most Defiant

Anyone wishing to enforce their beliefs,
With a flaunting done insisting their point of view
Is correct with a pouting stubbornness,
No evidence presented will convince.
Should be Left alone to feel offended.
Since,
Truth known as shown
To be clear as clarity for all to see as 'is',
Has a way of humbling those who are most defiant.

Cancellation

The innocence is like cancer,
A cancellation of heaven
Wherever the world.
Cancer is a camera, a post
To be held in the hand.
The cameraman is gifted,
My warming of the shape is plenty.
Boiling and melting,
Snapping and curling,
My cancer spreads
And conceals itself
Until medicine looks at it,
The doctor connects.
Innocence is a way of cancer.

Freedom is a Powerful Word

freedom is a powerful word
filled with glori and brightened eyes
freedom is a powerful word
where no black child is left behind
the despair of no hesitation
the depair of no education
freedom is a powerful word

freedom is a powerful word
where everyone gets a chance to be one
freedom is a powerful word
where a black man can raise his son
we got freedom
but we dont respect it

black boys droppin out of school
black girls gettin pregnant at early ages
these people fought for our rights
but all we do is abuse it

like i said freedom is a powerful word
are you sure we are free
why are we killing our own race
we are gettin involved in the wrong stuff
like gangs and selling drugs
smokin weed and makin d's
it aint right
freedom is a powerful word
if it is so powerful
dont abuse it

Political: Freedom Before Responsibility

I cry for Africa,
Afrique du Sud where
we won freedom before
accepting
accountability.

We abuse liberty,
infringe rights, make
the line between “yours”
and “mine” opaque and
ignore the notion of
reciprocal duty; we don’t
know what it means to do
unto others as we would have
them do unto us, except where
we give in token what we
expect to receive in kind

Europe plundered Africa under
God, left Christianity chained
in an era’s exploitation blessed
by autocracy; when tamed by
Renaissance Europe left Africa
behind - the next step was freedom;
but we never learnt how to respect
freedom’s household duties;

We tasted liberty’s heady glory
taking charge of ourselves with
no ethical wares except a God of
Vengeance, never learnt what mutual
obligation meant – never learnt why
it would become us; today we know:
We have a right to our own life

And why should we respect ALL life?
Our forebears never did. We have right
to freedom of thought, conscience and
religion – never were taught to respect
all differences as sacred and worthy;
just as our masters exploited, maimed
and killed us, so do we. The rainbow
nation is killing one another, rule is
survival, ANC won its struggle through
violence – now it seems violence rules
by right again in my beloved Africa…

Had I Knew Ya!

I would not had wished you break your neck.
Had I knew ya!
I would have given you much more respect.
Had I knew ya.

With the best...
Had I knew ya!
Of sincerity one gets.

I would not had wished you break your neck.
Had I knew ya!
I would have given you much more respect.
Had I knew ya.

With the best...
Had I knew ya!
Of sincerity one gets.

You can bet...
My foul mouth would be kept,
Under lock and key and silent breath!

You can bet...
Knowing you don't annoy!
You can bet...
Knowing you don't annoy!

I would not had wished you break your neck.
Had I knew ya!
I would have given you much more respect.
Had I knew ya.

King For A Day

Runnin' twice as fast I see
you're getting sick again
you're runnin' faster all the time
If i could I'll take it away
you know I would

Making plans to rule the world wooo
spread yourself way too thin wooo
wishing that you were king
i killing you...
deniyng that you're just a man wooo
just makes you tire out wooo
you've got to slow it down
you're allways running

And if Iwrite this song to you
would you listen up?
cuz this is your life
is not mine
If I could I'll take it away
you know I would

Making plans to rule the world woao
spread yourself way too thin woao
wishing that you were king
is killing you...
deniyng that you're just a man woao
just makes you tire out woao
you've got to slow it down
you're allways running
Making plans to rule the world woao
spread yourself way too thin woao

Worn

Working too hard
Keep myself thin
Wearing the scars
Of where I haven't been
Yearns, yearns
Yearns, yearns
Working so hard
Grown this far
Clutching the charts
I've always torn apart
Nations worn down
They're just fooling around
Threating your world
Released in my ground
I'm up against an old brick wall
I've tucked my nails in
Hanging to the same old sore
Here is where I know I've been
All alone
Towards the end
Raise myself again
All alone
I'm killing this soul
Convince myself again
Covered in sin
Carrying the stones
Cease fire, fire, fire, fire
Killing these lies
Killing these lies
Killing these lies
Killing these lies
All alone
Towards the end
Raise myself again
All alone
I'm killing this soul
Convince myself again
Working so hard
I'm innocent
I'm wearing the scars
Of what I haven't been
I'm up against an old brick wall
I've tucked my nails in
Hanging to the same old sore
Here is where I know I've been
All alone
Towards the end
Raise myself again
All alone
I'm killing this soul
Convince myself again
I'm telling this for
All my friends
Tell it like it is

If We Stopped Getting Ill

The sun was bright this morning
And as i lay in my bed
I smiled out at the world outside
And then within my head
A strange thought started forming
As if not of my will
What if plagues and sickness vanished
And we stopped getting ill?
A happy thought i told myself
But then as these things go
The consequences came to me
Though still thinking rather slow
What would happen to the chemists,
Doctors, nurses and the rest
If we were well all of the time
And always felt our best?
Wall Street would be mortified
Pharma companies would collapse
Unless they invented illnesses
Or, even worse, perhaps
They'd have to spread diseases
So we'd need their little pills
And all of this might happen
If we stopped getting ill.

Give Into Hate

Violence surrounds me
Violence in society
Violence in our eyes
Violence in their cries
Violence it's our fate?
Violence, it's too late?
Violence, no escape?
Violence, give into hate?
Is it human nature to act like animals?
We're all guilty, we're all criminals
Selfish species headed for a self destruction
Violent product of moral corruption
Violence for love
Violence because of hate
Violence, revolution
Violence of the state
Violence, you will find
Violence, it grips your mind
Violence, it's too late?
Violence, give into hate

destined to die

cancer is cancer

Sonnet- What’s This World Coming To?

One foot’s enough to crush an ant most time;
But many feet unite to kill an ant!
What muscle-power’s wasted sheer in prime!
“How foolish men can be! ” the ant would chant.

Examples of this kind happen today;
Mob-violence is killing persons poor;
And militancy threatens, night and day;
Who will become the innocents’ succour?

And mighty nations crush the little ones;
The powerful all join to thrash the weak;
Attacked are men and women without guns!
The future of the poor nations looks bleak.

Unequals fight and challenge each other;
The rich is pitted against his poor brother!

Wakin' up at nine
Looks at his paper
Can't deal with what he sees
All the troubled lives
The talk of the ages
He's crawling back to bed
Don't take a walk outside
Don't make any new friends
He's crawling back to bed
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know what I'm doing
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know who I'm screwing
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know what I'm doing
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know who I'm screwing
Callin' all his friends
He's known 'em for ages
Can't deal with what they say
Connective alibis
Cold and contagious
He's crawling back to bed
So cut off the phone lines
Stock up on water
He's crawling back to bed
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know what I'm doing
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know who I'm screwing
You'd better convince me man
'Cause I, I don't know what I'm doing
You'd better convince me man

The Only Black Sheep

The black sheep sits among us.
His eyes' glisten as he waits undivided.
His ghost knows he's already here.
It whispers, 'of despair, with a chill in the air.'
Anger, begets this fear monger.
Control, and dominance.
Nothing less then absolute dictatorship, for this tyrant.
A rule with a iron fist.
The money's is his.
Multiple women with polygamous desires.
A united military is his wanted transgression.
Put down all, who threat this rule.
Destroy,
Hurt,
Rob,
Enslave,
Hate.
Humiliate,
Devastate
Those under the empires flag.
Burn It.
It's evil.

It means nothing no more.
Who are we but mere pawns?
And a new dawn is coming.
It will sit to waste human life at the face of greed and gluttony.
Those who want to buy something and don't need.
And the people who want make money off everything.
Including the air you breath.
Yeah paying for the air you breath.
Those rich companies get taxes off green house gases.
Who created them and got us hooked in the first place.
Which doesn't make any sense.
Why can't we just do something good for doing it?
Why does their have to be that catch?

The black sheep sits among us.
His eyes' glisten as he waits undivided.
His ghost knows he's already here.
It whispers, 'of despair, with a chill in the air.'

It's evil.

A creation of our own making.
Disillusion everywhere.
Chaos perceived.
How can we stop what we can not see?
Systematic eliminations.
He divides us into different groups.
Classes these are called.
He destroys them from the top down.
Only one sits on the throne.
Never more is it a free world.
Could you imagine unending suffering everywhere?
Could you imagine a place completely ruled by one?
God shall not be of men, but the devil rides a black horse.

The black sheep sits among us.
His eyes' glisten as he waits undivided.
His ghost knows he's already here.
It whispers, 'of despair, with a chill in the air.'
