They Have Already Murdered Their Futures
They have already murdered their futures.
With an allowing of a lack of discipline.
And the loss of self respect shown and given.
What future do they expect to have,
With no investment left protected in it.
And assisting to dismantle their own identities?
With a hope their insecurities will be accepted?
They have already murdered their futures.

Claws loosening
One murdered a man
Who cuckolded him.
One murdered his spouse
To live with his paramour.
One murdered her spouse
To flee with her lover.
One murdered a widow
For her liaison with his father.
One murdered a man
For his affair with one’s widow mother.
Crimes of sex are not uncommon.
Why are they rampant now?
Claws loosened and instincts emboldened.

Murdered By Their Tongues
Threatened by a mentalness,
That spreading gossip did.
And murdered by their tongues.
Whatever between them did exist,
That ruined their happiness...
And long loving relationships,
Has been murdered by their tongues.
Murdered by their tongues,
Abandoned good deeds are left undone.
In big numbers.
Murdered by their tongues,
Some people had to run...
To find their comfort.
Murdered by their tongues,
Some choose to begin to run...
To find their comfort,
And unencumbered by the numbers.
They've been murdered by their tongues.
Stubborn these people,
Who've been murdered by their tongues.
Unconscious people,
Who are murdered by their tongues.
These fools are equal,
Who will murder anyone with their wicked tongues.
Murdered by their tongues,
Some people had to run...
To find their comfort.
Threatened by a mentalness,
That spreading gossip did.
And murdered by their tongues.
Whatever between them did exist,
That ruined their happiness...
And long loving relationships,
Has been murdered by their tongues.
They've been murdered by their tongues.

Someone Elected, Liked and Popular
Someone has to be held responsible,
For allowing people to make wrong decisions.
Someone has to be held accountable,
For allowing people to dismiss their values.
And adopt standards that unleashed upon them...
An onslaught of disrespect.
With a lack of discipline...
Their blind mindsets enjoyed and accepted.
Someone has to be held responsible,
For the blatant theft and rise of crime.
Someone elected, liked and popular...
To lead and guide them out of shadows,
Should have had their interests protected.
And their choices made,
More closely inspected.
With a voice of concern...
Their way of life has been neglected.
And they someday will pay!

Headed For The Future
Written by: neil diamond, tom hensley and alan lindgren
Hey, were headed for the future
Give us some room
Were gonna build a new world
Say, were headed for the future
Give us some time
Were gonna make it work right
Yeah, were gonna build a new dream
Weve got to make it stand tall
Its got to last a long time
Lean on me
And Im gonna lean on you
Were headed for the future
And the futures now
Show you how
Yeah, were headed for a new place
A step at a time
Were gonna take a long ride
Time dont wait around forever
Weve got to do it right now
Lets do it all together
Lean on me
And Im gonna lean on you
Were headed for the future
And the futures now
Show you how
Lean on me
Cause Im gonna lean on you
Were headed for the future
Come on, lean on me
And Im gonna lean on you
Were headed for the future
And the futures ours
Come on, come on
Come on, come on
Come on, come on
Yeah

Dawns Decay
each babe wakes to earths new dawn,
mistaking new for what is worn,
futures cast before they're born.
childhood cheer renews life's sheen,
repainting vistas last past seen,
brightens futures grey cast screen.
childhood cheer gives way to teen,
early brightness now unseen,
noon sun slides to evenings scene.
adults wallow in the past,
spying dusk - horizon sat,
futures span is failing fast.
the current moment caught at last,
the future spent, the past fades fast,
no escape from deaths grim grasp.

An Addiction To Self Hatred
People who make excuses for themselves,
Will always seek opportunities...
To cry out injustices against them have been made.
But a lack of discipline and respect shown,
To themselves and others...
Have been condoned to take a backseat,
To allow their self inflicted indignities heard...
With a loud outspoken outreach of this served.
As they continue not to listen and react like beasts,
While continuing the act to despise their own kind.
With an expectation of this sought and taught to keep.
And programmed they are to have this kind of mind,
While confined to limitations worshipped to abuse...
An addiction to self hatred uncompromised to diffuse.
Or... be moved from depths of this ignorance accepted.
Since a tolerance of it has been protected as a reward,
To achieve as a reflection of who and what is represented.

This Element
Looking for a place
where we might turn off
the inner dialogue,
the monologue
of futures & regrets,
of pasts not past enough
& futures that may never come
to pass,
we found this boat
bobbing in the blue,
this refuge amid reefs,
this white hull
within this azure sibilance of sea,
this central rocking
so like the rocking
before birth.
Venus was born of the waters,
borne over them
to teach us about love-
our only sail
on the seas of our lives
as death is
our only anchor.
If we return again & again
to the sea
both in our dreams
& for our love affairs
it is because
this element alone
understands our pasts
& futures
as she makes them
one.

Never Accepted What Their Eyes Have Shown
Something in their heads,
Have them programmed to believe...
They should not respect themselves.
Or expect they can and could achieve.
Something missing in their heads,
Should have connected them to a maturity.
Something that recognized,
Who should be responsible...
And accountable for their activities.
Something in their minds,
Should have made eye contact with themselves.
Something said or they did not see...
A reflection of themselves yet!
One accepted and believed.
Something has left.
And will never return.
Something that should have been taught.
But for them,
Never to be learned!
And that is why they hide from themselves.
They dislike and despise what they see!
And they have never accepted,
What their eyes have shown!
They are afraid to be who they are.
Even alone!

And that's what I liked about it, because they are, in the beginning, your little beautiful stock figures, who then make a decision to preserve their futures, but the decision they make isn't completely right, and it destroys their futures.

Lack of respect
Respect? Yes respect
Lack of respect
Lend us in hot oil
And now we are fried like vianas
Because we lack respect
Yes respect
Respect? Yes respect
Lead us to put our feet inside the packet
And look now
We have fallen so hard in the ground
Because we lack respect
We had foolish remarks
Asked personal question
And proved to the world how jealous we are
Because we lack respect
We questioned facilitator than scenario
How? Because we lack respect for our colloquies
Because we mesmerize twaddle
We are futile

The Night You Murdered Love
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
From an early age
I was taught to respect
That a broken heart girl
Aint a thing you collect
Close your eyes and say
Nothing lasts a day
Youre wasting my time
Yet I love to love you
Close your eyes and say
Honour love obey
Youre wasting my time
Yet I love to love you
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
January...february...march and april may
June july sees you go by
I see love walk away
Didnt use a blade
A bullet or a gun
You poisoned the moonlight
When you put out the sun
Close your eyes and say
Nothing lasts a day
Youre wasting my time
Yet I love to love you
Close your eyes and say
Honour love obey
Youre wasting my time
Yet I love to love you
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
Its cold outside - the night love died
On the night you murdered love
January...february...march and april may
June july sees you go by
I see love walk away
Close your eyes and say
Nothing lasts a day
Youre wasting my time
Yet I love to love you

Murder Kills
You murdered the perfect family
You don't know why
Law enforcement is after you
You don't know what to do
Don't hide
It won't get you anywhere
Face your fears
Tell them you were depressed
Cause you had nothing
Tell them you were angry
Cause no one understood you
Tell them you were upset
And never meant it
Trust me
They’ll listen
They'll understand
You murdered the Mommy
You murdered the Daddy
You murdered the perfect baby
Didn’t murder the bad baby
Cause that baby was you
You try to hide
There's no place to hide
You try to run
There’s no place to run
You can't get anywhere
You try to pray to God
But he's not listening
He forgot about you long ago
There's only one thing to do
It’s your worst fear
Wakes you at night
Makes you sweat and shake
Makes every hair on your body stand up
Your last resort
It's the only thing you got
Said murder couldn’t fix anything
Said suicide wouldn't fix anything
But deep down it does
We all know it does
So this is how it ends
Suicide ended the death of a killer

Look Into The Future
Look into the future by journey
Look into the future where would it be
Space between the lives whatever will I see yah
How long will I wander before I really know
What Im here to do and where I have to go
Yes Im coming home
Yes you know Im coming home someday
You know Im coming home
Im coming home some way
There you are my shining start
Can you remember who you are
The role that you play from day to dayayayay
You know its not know its not the only way
Still Im coming home
Yes you know know Im coming home someday
The futures brighter now its not so far away
Dodododododododododo
Yes Im coming home Im coming home some way
Guitar/piano fill
But still Im coming home,
Yes you know Im coming home someday
The futures brighter now its not so far away
Guitar solo
Its right around the corner
Just around the corner, oh no
Just around the corner, oh no no no ho
Just around the corner, oh no no

Lack Of Interest
What is in the minds of those,
Who believe they can organize an event...
A week or two before the event is to take place.
And then left to be disappointed,
By the lack of interest shown.
'I would love to participate,
With the giving of my time.
But calling me at midnight,
Two days before the event...
Expecting my excitement.
When you spent an entire year,
Procrastinating?
Thank you for your show of respect.
But at this hour,
I would like to get more rest.'
What is in the minds of those,
Who believe they can organize an event...
A week or two before the event is to take place.
And then left to be disappointed,
By the lack of interest shown.
With an advertising campaign,
Gone unknown.
~We didn't think you'd be that serious about it,
Since we are just throwing it together.
With a hope of its success.~

Respect
If we can not respect another
How can we expect them to respect us
If we can not respect someone’s beliefs
How can we expect them to respect ours
If we can not respect another’s race
How can we expect that race to respect us
If we can not respect others
How can we expect respect in return
Everyone expects respect
No matter who they are
The only way to gain it
Is to start treating everyone
As a friend, a brother, a sister
As part of our extended family
No matter what colour or creed they are
Only then you will start to get
The respect you so dearly crave

What Love Looks Like
how many of your sons and daughters
will
....you
......sacrifice?
sent off to your unholy wars...
in your prisons, on your streets....
to addiction, no hope, to bondage.....
their futures traded as your stocks rise,
their jobs sold away, their future borrowed.
they believed that you loved them most of all...
is
...this
.....what
.......love
...... ...looks
...........like?

Lonely Funeral
An unforgiving memory conspicuously brought back to existence
The beginning of the end has only begun
You can douse the corpse in cough syrup, but your timing’s a little off
You seem to have murdered your own heart
I hope it had a lonely funeral
I regret to inform you but the eulogy’s been said
Did you ever plan to notice that your clock had fallen behind?
The possible remedy missed its chance
Time waits for nothing, gone in a glance
It appears you have murdered your own heart
I’m sure it had a lonely funeral

Flowing With Metred Timbre
I thought the passage of time would have sweetened
bitterness and brought you peace of mind; they're still
yours, every single one - although no-longer in your
home nor in receipt of sure-footed guidance
You have another to care for, to give your best, reap
benefits of lessons learned; you have admiring eyes
watching every step, rooting for you and because the
reason for your loss - strong, self-confident decisions
Left little room for others to assert or insist on their
independence, the forceful aspect of which makes a
grand leader of you, an ideal person to lead the way
into the artistic future
Your loss is immense and we expect you'll never stop
crying for them - only please take note of bounty
that life offers you, don't ignore the friendship,
beauty and songs to be sung by you that await
Live for futures while paying homage to the past,
take hands that reach out to you, rest in grace and
welcome extended, take full draughts from the
cup of approval offered by those
Who love true creativity and know the price you paid
was too high, nothing can recompense loss of what
you loved most yet the only way to grow is through
this experience, analyse the event
And render it into your musical words flowing with
metred timbre to share what you have gained in
the most beautiful lines others have ever read…
