Accountable As Incumbent
We continue to admire the example set by our
high ranking official at work, she stayed home,
claiming heated argument with siblings injured
her health, she is a mess; won't do anything as
boring and trivial as come to the office
As she gets paid a large salary and car allowance
whether she comes to work or not, never fills in
a holiday or sick leave form to declare absence
because she has none left - yet everyone else
is constrained to live by bureaucratic rules
We just sigh longingly and wish we were given the
same freedom to do as we please, never comply
with the request to account for every breath, to
prove where we've been and explain where we
are going, wondering how it came about
That she was elevated above the Chief Director,
higher than the Minister, absolutely beyond the
requirement to be accountable as incumbent -
maybe she is related to the Queen of England,
such a fitting description for our illustrious
Madame La Pompadour, her bizarre behaviour is
condoned and encouraged in our Department -
though her burlesque is entertaining, she has
failed to gain any followers as yet, we seem
to be unable to learn anything from
Her continuous barrage of weird excuses to
explain her frequent absences - what is

When an admission of caring for another,
Begins for the other...
A reason to establish a game of playing,
'Let Me See You Chase'.
Such a mistake this becomes,
For the one believing...
To be chased makes one's heart race.
With a pacing done in an excitement.
An admission of caring for another,
The other may not realize can be stopped.
To be replaced.
Especially if something felt is genuine.
With an awakening that creates,
An acknowledgement that comes much too late...
That the one who runs away from someone's caring done,
May find themselves with a gift the other does not get!
With far less exhaustion to give in the giving that ends.

Some things just can not be explained
how do you explain to somebody you like,
that something happened,
that you can't changed,
it makes you second guess ppl,
when they don't deserve it,
it makes them work harder,
to prove themselves to you,
that they are worth,
more than you are letting them,
but you keep them at a distance,
worry they will bite,
when you know they are a kitten,
sweet, loveable and loyal,
but that still don't stop you,
you keep your distance,
until there is an ocean,
between the two of you,
but when water rise,
there nothing you can do,
to save what you wanted,
you both drifted so far away,
even a life boat wont help you,
yet you remain lost,
in your thoughts,
and your body,
waiting for that day,
when you are able to feel again,
becuz even than,
you can't explain,
your fears and frustration you felt,
not know how to get it off or your chess,
and open up,
it just one of those things,
you don't know how to explain,
no matter how much practice you have.
