The Accomplishment Of One's Healing
Those with preventable physical disabilities...
And there are many clinging onto philosophies,
Seeking to gain a distribution of sympathy...
With empathetic attention given.
Do themselves the injustice of this mental pain.
If one can not be true within themselves...
After claiming to have faith in all that they do.
Something in the mind accepting dishonesty,
Has been more prioritized than the act of release.
And the accomplishment of one's healing is a lie lived.
That's all it is!

The Landing Of Aliens
Seeking sympathy,
Is one way to gain attention.
Claiming to be victimized,
Is yet another way.
But the best way to gain attention,
Is to maintain an identity.
Stride with integrity.
And be to others respectful.
One doing this,
Will stand out in a crowd.
As if to represent,
The landing of aliens.

Healing Art
Learn more about the healing art
Like sympathy and care and kindness of heart
Because that is what makes you calm
And work just like the healing balm
And help in healing your wounds and pain
That you feel due to the absence of fain
Because paths of joy are really very few
That color your life with lively hue
So try to remember and keep this in mind
If you want others to be sincere and kind
Then learn more about the healing art
Like sympathy and care and kindness of heart.

Release Them From Their Mental Cages
Release them from their mental cages.
And unlock and free them from their self inflictions.
Too much of their debris has created obstacles.
And those who are now awake,
And forgiving of their past mistakes...
Are being delayed to accomplish their missions.
By those insisting they have a fear...
Of making and creating their own footprints clear.
Release them from their mental cages.
And unlock and free them from their self inflictions.
Too much of their debris has created obstacles.
And healing with an uplifting done to their minds,
Is severely overdue!
Release them from their mental cages.
We have no desire to see them stampeded.
But a stampeding of them is what we will do!
'When you say, 'Release them from their mental cages.'
You speak of doing this 'figuratively' right?
Right?
As something done emblematically, right?
RIGHT?
Why don't you answer me? '

When There's A Meaning To A Pain
When there's a meaning to a pain,
It can make a better life.
It will enrich with understanding coming,
To pay attention to a need.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
Bitter lips shut tight.
And if it is mental and not physical...
Correct and get it right.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
There is something to be learned.
Either cross that bridge and forgive,
Or let the 'thing' burn.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
You can not let it ride.
Or let it burn you deep inside.
Correct,
And get it right.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
Bitter lips shut tight.
And if it is mental and not physical...
Correct,
And get it right.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
It can make a better life.
It will enrich with understanding coming,
To pay attention to a need.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
Someone is giving it a need.
And...
Allowing it to offer,
More attention to feed.
And,
More of attention than it needs!
When there's a meaning to a pain...
Refrain from giving it a name.
When there's a meaning to a pain...
Correct,
And get it right.
Don't let it burn inside.
When there's a meaning to a pain...
Refrain from giving it a name.
When there's a meaning to a pain...
Correct,
And get it right.
Don't let it burn inside.
When there's a meaning to a pain.
Refrain from giving it a name.
When there's a meaning to a pain.
Refrain from giving it a name.
When there's a meaning to a pain!
When there's a meaning to a pain,
Correct and get it right!
Either...
Cross that bridge and forgive,
Or let the 'thing' burn.
When there's a meaning to a pain,
That hits.
Feel it and let it go.
Be quick,
Rid it.

If it Should Hamper One's Mobility
Fearing and still claiming to be,
One with strong faith...
Can be considered as a disability.
If it should hamper one's mobility.
And impresses upon one's mind.
A mental inability to defined what is feared.
And using such statements prefixed by faith,
Is a bit hypocritical for the one who makes...
Another who does not profess proclamations.
But clearly steps with faith on a daily basis.
'You have what? '
~An undeniable strong faith.~
'In...
What?
The saying OR the displaying of it? '

The Juggler of God
Back in the age of faith
when most lived in homes of sod
There lived a humble man
They called the juggler of God.
He was just a simple juggler
He could not read or write.
He performed his simple tricks
for children’s laughter and delight.
In return for food and shelter-
for he had little use for gold-
He travelled from town to town
until he at last grew old.
When arthritis swelled his joints
He grew stooped, his fingers cold
When at last his gifts had failed him
He turned attention to his soul.
In the order of Saint Benedict
The kind Abbot gave him place
Though he barely knew the prayers
His simple mind was full of grace.
In the chapel of Our Lady
The Juggler prayed there in the Aisle
Bemoaning his inability
to entertain the holy child.
He felt warmth in his fingers
A quick release from pain
He reached into his leather sack
for the objects of his trade.
There before the altar
The brother juggled for the Lord
It was to be his last performance
with a heavenly reward.
Back in the age of faith
when most lived in homes of sod
There lived a humble man
They called the juggler of God.

Priorities To Keep As They Are Kept
I don't care what that's about.
To argue what it shouldn't be.
Or what's been said by who...
Between the 'he-said-she-sayers'.
That's their investment.
Not mine.
And I am not the one to pass judgement,
Or find time to do it.
However...
Maybe one day they will find,
The decisions that they have made...
Brought no benefits to their advantage.
Who knows?
I am grateful to have taken chances,
With faith that is still in place.
I know what that's about.
What I am about.
And how I've been tested.
With a healing done,
From mental and physical wounds.
Those experiences are vivid.
No one can accuse me of not being pleasant,
When I exit from their presence.
And to protect my peace of mind,
My exits have become more and more graceful...
As I age knowing my priorities.
And priorities to keep as they are kept?
I know what that's about to not doubt it.

Raised To Worship Money
When people are raised to worship money,
With a disrespecting of themselves to obtain it...
The absence of sincerity shows.
As their mental and physical deficiencies grow,
They seem to be frantically caught and seen seeking...
Anything quick to numb the pain to get that 'normal' feeling.

Dance
Dance!
When you get the chance.
It's okay to pat your feet.
And sway as you move,
To the rhythmic beat.
Dance!
Enhance your prancing,
By letting loose.
Get up and shake that butt.
Give all those excuses up!
Wave your hands and feel free to do it.
Remove those restrictions with thoughts deluded.
What is there to prove if you don't or do?
Improve your health and state of mind too!
Tighten up those muscles in that sagging behind...
And,
Dance!
Treat it like a mental release!
Dance!
From your head down to your feet.
Dance!
Get rid of those excuses you keep.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance!
Treat it like a mental release!
Dance!
From your head down to your feet.
Dance!
Get rid of those excuses you keep.
And...
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance!
Wave your hands and feel free to do it.
Remove those restrictions with thoughts deluded.
What is there to prove if you don't or do?
Improve your health and state of mind too!
Tighten up those muscles in that sagging behind...
And dance.
Treat it like a mental release!
Dance!

Dance!
Get rid of those excuses you keep.
And...
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
Dance!
Treat it like a mental release!
Dance.
Treat it like a mental release!

Treat it like a mental release!
Dance.
Dance.
Dance.
And keep on dancing!

No Pain No Gain
Music :rudolf schenker
Lyrics:klaus meine, mark hudson
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
Face in the gutter eyes on the floor
Walk on down you know the score
It's a dead-end street back to the wall
Get it together you can get it all
The weak will fall the strong remain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No time for losers you make the call
Believe in yourself stand tall
Another day it's in your hand
You can be the winner in the end
The weak will fall the strong remain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
Keep runnin' don't look back
Keep movin' straight ahead
Keep goin' don't ever stop
There's time to rest the day you'll drop
You roll the dice you play the game
The weak will fall the strong remain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain
No pain no gain

I felt along with her - not the physical pain, of course, but all her mental anguish. You can't be detached. She needed to have someone who understood what was happening in her mind.

My mental pain
The pain inside me
The mental pain inside me
Makes physical pain seem like a walk in the park
But that’s just half
Of this story
Do you know how it feels for no one to hear you screaming
Its like time stood still
I’ve lost it… oh well
Time is now standing still
Why should one heart feel so much pain
And who will be the death of me
How long will It take for you to see
The damage, the carnage
Your words, your actions
have done to me
You words, your actions
Cause the pain inside me
Your words, your actions
Cause the mental pain inside me

Healing Waters
When all the hope is gone, Ill be there to keep you strong
I will lay your body down in healing waters
Turn this darkness into light, help you stand, Ill help you fight
But dont ever let them break your spirit
Chorus:
And have faith, (a light will shine on you) and someday a light will shine on you
Then I will lay your body down in healing waters
I will lead you down to healing waters
When you cry out to the moon, Ill be there beside you
I wont let these shadows reach into your heart
Raise up the spirit of kings, let the bells of freedom ring
Dont ever let them put out this fire
And have faith, (a light will shine on you) and someday a light will shine on you
Then I will lay your body down in healing waters
And have faith, (oh have faith) and someday the sun will break on through
Then I will lay your body down in healing waters
All your troubles, oh they will be over
(guitar solo)
Dont ever let them break your spirit
And have faith, (oh have faith) and someday a light will shine on you
And I will lay your body down in healing waters
And have faith, and someday the sun will break on through
And I will lay your body down in healing waters
I will walk you down to healing waters
All your troubles, they will be over, and well never ever, wont give up
(lay your body down, lay your body down)
Healing waters (lay your body down, lay your body down)
Healing waters (lay your body down, lay your body down)
Healing waters (lay your body down)
Healing waters (lay your body down)
Healing waters (lay your body down)...

Noticeable Shifts
With hopes that one's perception of change,
Is observed without them experiencing the effects of it.
Can be considered,
A 'derangement' of sorts.
And inflicted by...
An apparent malfunctioning of reason taught,
And valued.
Some sit and wish,
For a painless delivery.
Wanting to claim they've gone through a change,
With a clinging onto a way of life done...
That remains comfortably for them the same.
Changes are drastic with noticeable shifts.
Sacrifices are made.
Some are physical.
Others mental.
Either way,
Emotions play a major part...
In the distributing of what comes to exist.
And those who believe they can avoid a life of anguish...
Are dealing with serious issues of acceptance.
With beliefs they can be ignored as exceptions,
As they pray to pick and choose...
A kind of life to live,
With a sweetened treatment that is obstacle free.
And handed to them with a gentleness,
That is smooth like a tune hummed and grooved.
'What is that noise heard in the background? '
~Someone fussing over facts.
And boo-hooing over a life they lived,
With a wish to have it back.~
Changes are drastic with noticeable shifts.
Sacrifices are made.
Some are physical.
Others mental.
Either way,
Emotions play a major part...
In the distributing of what comes to exist.

Unconscious
I’m blind, I’m stubborn
I don’t need anybody else
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for warmth
I’m tough, I’m strong
I could run my world alone
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for attention
I want to go, I want to disappear
I don’t want to live in this world again
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for hope
I’m filthy, I’m unworthy
Everybody calls me a sinner
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for love
I’m fool, I’m hopeless one
All doors are closed for me
But somehow, I don’t know
I’m unconsciously clinging for dream

This Exchange Is the Best One that Is Accepted
Satisfying the attention seeking egos of others,
Is easy.
Express a life lived that is disliked.
Complain about other people.
And pretend you are miserable on a daily basis.
People love to feel,
Someone besides themselves...
Shares a feeling of unhappiness,
That is heard and confessed.
And left to go unaddressed.
This exchange is the best one that is accepted,
By those seeking to satisfy with attention...
A boosting done to uplift their egos.

Take a Pain and make a Gain
Only if there is a pain
There is a gain
And if there is a gain
There was a pain
Nothing like
Painless gain or
Gainless pain
If there comes a gain
With no perceived pain
Wait, do not worry
Pain is on the way
And if there is pain
With no apparent gain
Wait, do not worry
Gain is on the way
And if you are preparing
For a painstaking gain
You know for sure
The extent and nature of pain
And if you are planning
For a painless gain
You know not for sure
The extent and nature of pain
Many unexpected pains
Are because of the
Painless path you took
For a gain, for which
You are not really, eligible
Suffering is indeed the result of
Of such painless gains

With A Prioritized Attention Given
Everyone living life,
Needs a little taste.
Of whatever for them will excite.
With a prioritized attention given.
From someone else that is mentioned.
To show they are willing,
To give another attention.
Something given to be received,
And acknowledged.
That satisfies a 'soul' to behold.
It seems unfair!
Not right,
That few appear to hog all of the attention.
All of the time.
Day 'and' night.
And some even making appearances,
Unintended.
In dreams of others unannounced.
Then disappear from sight.
As if they were invited.
To come and go as they please.
No wonder people are uptight.
Have you ever stopped to think.
Why is some create tension?
That end in conflict.
Or prolonging of unnecessary fights.
From birth this seems to be our first appetite.
We demand to get that attention fed.
Everyone living life,
Needs a little taste.
Of whatever for them will excite.
With a prioritized attention given.
A spoiled child whining.
With determination,
Will get some of it.
That's why many develop unhealthy addictions.
Smoking, drinking and over eating.
Whatever it is.
Something inside is needing to feed,
The grabbing of others' eyes.
Even if it takes an accidental stumbling into someone...
On public streets.
To then apologize.
Some kind of contact from another is what we all seek.
Whether or not that contact is obnoxious.

Just a Vessel Blessed
Where am I going to take this?
To realms,
I can not explain.
If I could,
Your question would not be left to go...
Unanswered.
If I did this to impress,
My ego would have been addressed.
And 'this' would have been left,
As an accomplishment to gain your attention.
And in a way...
I have nothing to say about this at all.
I'm just a vessel blessed.

Lost words of mine
Can you untwine
Reveal yourself to me
Without the sympathy
Oh wisdom I’ve acquired
Understanding I aspire
Can you clarify the mysteries
Of my unconscious philosophies
Do I use my heavenly gifts?
For self centered drifts
Should I cast my pearls
Before the feet of swine
Less the hypocrites sit down to dine
Will the breeze that blows ashore
Provide the answer to all abroad
When burdened clouds thus release
Does patients wait for rain to cease
Oh wisdom, time acquired
Understanding so long aspired
Reveal yourself to me
Without apologies
Lost words of mine
Can you truly untwine
My inner most intricacies
Or my unconscious philosophies
