That Is Seldom Expressed
There is a huge difference between,
Expressing one's concern...
And fostering negativity.
Comments such as:
'Hang in there! '
Expresses a stagnant,
And limited movement.
With the chances of little to accomplish!
But to swing back and forth,
From a position fixed.
'Stay optimistic! '
As if one isn't.
So to belabor this point,
Confirms one should not make attempts.
Like a dog chasing its own tail.
Hoping one day to discover it is attached.
'Be Positive! '
This comment generally comes from someone,
Who initiates the question,
'How are you doing? '
And no matter how jovial the response,
Or blatant good feelings observed...
Someone will interpret this,
As being insincere.
And that happens on many occasions.
And my all time favorite...
'It can always be worse! '
Now...
This implies that the person
Should not stop trying to make things,
As negative as possible!
In fact...
The moment this is expressed,
Visions of one's dilemma...
Are targeted on becoming worse.
Or getting as close to it as possible.
And one should seek to accomplish,
Seeking to be at the bottom of a pit!
How can this be handled?
Be grateful and appreciate your blessings...
At 'all' times.
No matter how full your cup overfloweth.
Feel it!
No one has to know it.
And 'that' is seldom expressed!
Remember...
Happiness and peace of mind,
Are envied.
People can not accept,
They can live without regrets!

One Little Comment
One little comment can really change your life;
It can make you feel good or cut you like a knife.
As a result, you may now want to try something new,
Or with an aspect of life, you may now be through.
You mull the comment over and take it to heart;
The speaker of the comment, unaware they’ve played a part.
The chances are that, of the comment, the speaker has forgotten,
But you are now left feeling really encouraged or really rotten.
Some comments are just throw-a-ways,
But they can easily make or break your day.
Some comments stick forever in your mind,
Whether they’re really hurtful or really kind.
Many years later, a comment you may still be able to quote;
It could be one which made you sink or one which made you float.
You will probably still be able to recall it word for word,
And even imitate the tone in which the comment was first heard.
As the result of a comment, you may feel better or worse,
And the speaker of the comment, you’ll either love or curse.
A comment can make you give up or give you the will to succeed;
Off one little comment, our further thoughts will often feed.
They can change the way that you see yourself,
And even have a good or bad effect on your health.
A bad comment can leave us feeling rather unsure,
Whereas a good comment, can leave us wanting more.
Just one comment, which may last only a few fleeting seconds,

In The Midst Of The Doing
What I have managed to accomplish,
With a focus on attempts to pursue...
Has not been without sacrifice or effort,
And a fixed determination to prove...
My life live and the experience of living,

I am here to live life.

Or accept as is.
And those who sit seeking acceptance,

While conducting campaigns to gain sympathy.

People like this are often limited.

I've heard that expressed many times,
Over the years.
And over the years...
Worse it gets.
As if the worse of it,
Is being monitored by those...
Who are closely watching and placing bets.
It is similar to the calls for unity and peace.
If this is not done periodically,
People feel there is something missing.

Negative To Positive
In everyone’s life, we go through times
when it seems full with turbulence
and the negative feelings take hold.
Sometimes they don’t last long,
while other times they stay for quite a while.
Then we will do something quite out of the ordinary
and those feeling
turn from negative to positive almost overnight.
The mountains we thought we could never climb
become climbable now
and those distant dreams we had
now become reality.
We feel there isn’t anything
that we cannot do,
until the next time the negative thoughts break through,
and once again,
we try to make the positives ones come back.

You were everything to me
When i lost you
That all seem to disappear
Now all i can do is think of you

A Beautiful Reflection
I used to stare at beautiful figure
Why I preferred it? Am not quietly sure
It was something I felt deserved our attention
Nice words of praise with very good mention
I considered my self as one of the most handsome
This view may be shared by not all but some
It is not bad to feel good for self and enjoy
It may be good reason to feel happy with joy
I may stand in front of mirror and quietly murmur
Look body from all the angles and whisper
How much thrill it used to send that I don’t know?
But it was definitely self elation matter anyhow
I was laughed at in many public places
I will look at smart and beautiful faces
My close friends may come near and cut jokes
I will scorn them to shut the unnecessary poke
T was hurting me if someone to comment badly
I will not accept it lightly and think over it sadly
It was matter of deep insult cause for worry
It was anguish for me but surely felt very sorry
Who will not like few words of praise?
You will step out if few more good words are raised
You will be inflated with air in body
It will be known as proud moment for anybody
I think I am not exception in this race
There may be lots of people with such case
They will be suffering from personal syndrome
They will be living in their on world and feel very much at home
I knew from outset that beauty may fade away

Many believe and perceive,
Their beliefs are to keep...
Durable as if in concrete.
To stay frozen...
And remain intact.
No matter where the times are.

Hear My Call
Hear my call i am crying
it feels like my heart is slowly dying
i know im loved but some times its like they are lying
i am burning and bleeding infront of their eyes
this is why i cannot utter the words goodbye
standing here crying with a flame in my hand
and a flame in my heart
but everyone i love is ripping me appart
like a fresh flesh wound my wrists bleed
my broken heart increases pulsing speed
nothing is going right
everything is going wrong
even that shooting star cant help
i come to find everything happends for a reason
even when everything is messed up and stays that way
there is no such thing as a perfect happy day
people die all over so for some people in the world
everything seems hopless
everything seems dead
and people say its all in there head
it isnt its all around
its like getting lost and never being found
and as my heart starts to pound
everyone gets these feelings
everything goes around
its not just carma
some times things just happen
weather it is for betteror for worse
even the best of us feel like this
but there is always someone worse off then you
no matter how you look at it
life is like being bit
it could heal and be good
or it can get infected and be bad
all you need is someone there
to hold you up so you dont fall
teach you how to walk
teach you how to crawl
and everything else in life
but some times all someone could have
is themselves and they learn things the hard way on their own
they are people too and they have a heart and soul
just like everyone else
so now matter how you look at it things can be diferent
or just stay the same but really for the bad no ones to blame
and stuff may never change but always keep the ones you love close
and keep your head held high and i promise everything will be something
so treasure everyday, everysecond and every moment on this earth
no matter who you are, how bad your life is or how bad you feel

Accept And Forgive
Forgiveness is forgiving someone
no matter how difficult it seems,
For nothing is never that difficult,
Imagine a beautiful bird and let it
fly away,
Nothing can stop you from fulfilling
your dreams,
It is only doubt that stands in your way,
Doubt is nothing but a stop sign,
You learn to walk on by and be on your
way,
Never let anyone cause you sadness or grief,

To Have A Point Of View
If I knew what tomorrow had in store for me,
I would be more optimistic today.
Knowing that every thought I had,
Could be expressed without opposition.

When I approached...
I could not keep,
My sincerety from reeking.
I sought to seek your closeness.
Concerns I expressed,
With a heartfelt depthness.
Yet,
This became a sign for you...
To undo my goodwill.
And attempts to bring you joy.
I came to offer myself.
Hoping for a future,
The two of us could build together.
But you chose to see this,
From a limited perspective.

There are times we feel,
like giving up,
empty, drawn out,
life not worth living,
abused, beaten, raped,
nelected, pushed away,
not loved, not wanted,
you can't run away from your problems,
because, where ever you go,
you have to take you with you,
theres a new tomorrow,
things brighter,
happy times will come,
Always someone worse
I was sad cause i had not shoes,
until i saw someone with no feet.

I was unhappy because i had,
verry little to eat, until
someone i saw with no food to eat,
so remember, no matter how,
bad it is,
