Side Effects
Doesn't it seem as if another cure has been discovered,
For an ailment you didn't know existed...
But now you are convinced,
You had it since birth?
And the cure advertised and available,
Is just what you need?
And some of these when taken,
Produce side effects!
Like serious infections, viruses and death!
Who lives to be that foolish?
Nevermind...
Stupid question!
'No it isn't.
Haven't you heard?
No question asked is stupid! '
Can anyone today honestly believe,
Someone in a laboratory is going to find anything,
Other than another disease to create.
Infect some animal that's going to be eaten.
Spreading an illness that has to be cured.
And this is done on an annual basis.
Creating a public disturbance.
Increased pharmaceutical sales.
And hospitals building yet another wing,
To provide inadequate services...
For experimental purposes!
'Sound like you're talking about the flu?
Which reminds me...
Did you get your flu shot yet? '
What are we talking about?
'Give me a hint.
I haven't been paying attention.
Something about being a guinea pig maybe? '
Well...
Yeah!

Stupid
Honestly, I like the word
Stupid,
I like you calling me
Stupid
In all the stupid things
That you think
I do
Which I think are
Stupid too,
Stupid!
Stupid makes me feel
That I am
Non-stupid
That I am nobody
That I am not
Like you calling me
Stupid
That I am not like you
That I am not
Alone
That I have no reason
To be sad
That confusion is not
A disease
That we all belong to one
Beautiful world
Stupid!
That is enough
Heaven for me.

Save That Look For Someone Else
I want to make one thing perfectly clear!
'Okay.
And...
What is that? '
Oh no.
You are not going to try to trick me.
I know what you're up to.
You want me to provide clarity,
BEFORE your questions are asked.
Don't you?
'But,
I didn't ask you for clarity.
You volunteered.'
I see.
So now you want to take advantage of my honesty.
You think I'm stupid?
I am not volunteering anything,
Until I know what it is I am volunteering for.
And save that look for someone else.
No question?
No clarity.
And that's it!
'I am not going to suggest you have issues.'
Is that a question?
It didn't sound like one.

Stupid
So sad to hear that you dont want to hang around with me
So lame to see you leave and to know that you believe that its over
Cause when your weak I feel the need to get underneith your skin
And when you start to tweak I find a way to get up beside you
Stupid, stupid, stupid
Stupid, stupid, stupid
In time youll learn to love me as much as you love yourself
Oh in time youll learn to hate me
Cause when I feel the need to have you back by my side
I am sweet it makes me sick to know that I can be so blind
Stupid, stupid, stupid
Stupid, stupid, stupid
Stupid, stupid, stupid
Stupid, stupid, stupid

The Pricelessness of It
I came to provide you,
A safe haven to share.
But you didn't see it.
Your ego sought attention,
To be pleased by those...
Who chose you for their affairs.
So much of what you wanted,
Was there for me to give.
But you were looking for imitations.
Something not to build or create.
Something already there...
With a temporary pleasing,
To feed with impression.
And pretentions to spare.
I came to provide you,
A safe haven to share.
For just you and me,
To succeed anywhere.
But you had no respect for that.
What I brought to give you could not see.
And now that I've exposed what you could not believe,
You assess what you've obtained...
As a value diminished.
In times you seek something treasured to keep.
But that which is purchased for eyes to impress,
Often rusts to turn to dust...
After much rubbing and touching.
To amplify one's unhappiness,
With a yearning in endless searching.
To change ever so much.
I came to provide you,
A safe haven to share.
But the pricelessness of it,
Could not sit or fit...
Within your limits.

Cure For Me
I acquire the cure for my ills,
The solution is final for my illness.
It is death that resides in the middle of life,
I ignore when I am like a fortunate man.
The illness will be cured due to beasts,
They enter the planet through the vacuum.
The illness is again discontinued.
My Satan is conquered for all those watching
So that ill men who see can nevertheless find
The very soul to be complete.

If You've Got Issues You've Got Issues
Aren't you curious and find it strange,
That those who ridicule and complain...
About what others do and/or don't do,
Seem to have no activities at all...
Other than to come together day after day,
To do the same things?
With nothing to show for their efforts wasted?
'No.
I haven't noticed it.
I do my best to keep busy.
I don't take time watching what others do.
And where are you to observe this...
On a regular and daily basis.'
I'm..uh...I...well...
I asked you the question.
'I understood your question perfectly.
But what I don't understand...
Is 'how' and 'what' THEY do,
Has any connection to you? '
I...uh...well...I'm...
I've got to go.
It is difficult to have a conversation,
With somebody like you...
Who can't answer a simple question.
It's not complicated.
If you've got issues you've got issues.
Avoiding what they are wont solve them.
Especially to judge others.
'I agree with you.
And IF you have to go,
You have to go.
There was a time I'd wake up in the morning,
Confused and complex myself.
Until I self examined.'
Yeah.
I can see that.
Well I hope things work out for you.
Try not to be so negative.
'And...
Try to keep what we discussed,
To yourself, okay? '
No problem.
None at all.
I wont tell a soul.

Ain't No Cure For Love (Crush Demo)
Aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love
There aint no cure for love
Aint no cure
Cupid was a blind man
He must have missed his mark
Shot an arrow in the air and hit me in the heart
I went to see Saint Valentine
Said Whats come over me?
Daddy must have missed the chapter about the birds and bees
You can be the King of diamonds
You can cash in all your gold
You could hire Johnnie Cochran
Its too late to save your soul
Dont need no shot, no ambulance
Dont need prescription drugs
There aint no cure for love
They can find the cure for the common cold
When the pushing comes to shove
There aint no cure for love
Now someone call my lawyer
Im going to see my shrink
I found myself in the jewelry store buying a diamond ring
I went to see my doctor
Said Wont you help me please?
He said Son Im sorry, its a terminal disease
Cant get no love insurance
Cupid draws his bow
I aint waving boys, Im drowning
Its a damn good way to go
Dont need no shot, no ambulance
Dont need prescription drugs
There aint no cure for love
They can find the cure for the common cold
When the pushing comes to shove
There aint no cure for love
You can be the King of Diamonds
You can cash in all your gold
You can hire Johnnie Cochran
Its too late to save your soul
Dont need no shot, no ambulance
Dont need prescription drugs
There aint no cure for love
They can find the cure for the common cold
When the pushing comes to shove
There aint no cure for love
No aspirin
No ambulance
Or Voodoo you can think up
Aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love
There aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love
Aint no cure for love

Walk Away
Youve got your mother and your brother
Every other undercover telling you what to say
You think Im stupid but the truth is that its cupid baby loving you has made me this way
So before you point your finger
Get your hand off of my trigger
You need to know the situations getting old
And now the more you talk the less I can take
Im looking for attention
Not another question
Should you stay or should you go
Well if you dont have the answer
Why you still standing here
Hey, hey, hey, hey
Just walk away
I waited here for you like a kid waiting after school
So tell me, how come you never showed
I gave you everything and never asked for anything
And look at me, Im all alone
So before you start defending baby
Stop all your pretending
I know you know I know so whats the point of being slow
Lets get this show on the road today
Im looking for attention
Not another question
Should you stay or should you go
Well if you dont have the answer
Why you still standing here
Hey, hey, hey, hey
Just walk away
I want a love
I want a fire
To feel the burn, my desires
I want a man by my side
Not a boy who runs and hides
Are you gonna fight for me, die for me
Live and breathe for me
Do you care for me
Cause if you dont then just leave
Im looking for attention
Not another question
Should you stay or should you go
Well if you dont have the answer
Why you still standing here
Hey, hey, hey, hey
Just walk away
Well if you dont have the answer
Why you still standing here
Hey, hey, hey, hey
Just walk away
walk away
walk away

I Remain, Yours Truly
If you want me to accept and believe,
You are there caring and in my corner...
With a watching my back to protect.
I suggest giving me a hint or clue,
As to when you do this.
And it doesn't have to be often.
Not at all.
Even done on a semi-annual basis,
Would be quite nice to know...
You can actually show me.
I am sure from your prospective,
Your feelings for me should be clear.
But when I am asked by others,
If we still are together and a couple in love...
I would like to answer those who question,
With a more decisive response.
Please call, email, text or fact...
At your earliest convenience.
I remain,
Yours Truly.
PS...Will I get to see you,
BEFORE your 'next' business trip?
Just curious.

Still Friends
The stillness in the air today
Reminds of the day
You passed away
Not a sound could be heard
As your went on your way
This not death I'm talking about
But the day you left my life
Without a single sound
No words of goodbye
No answers of even why
We just parted ways
One day I look back and say
Maybe that was the best way
For we are still friends today

Talking In Your Sleep
Oh, baby
Youve been talking in your sleep
Ive been lying here listening to
A secret you had meant to keep
Inside of you
Were you dreaming of his face
I cant begin to take it in
I even know the time and place
Like the scene in a film that removes all doubt
Theres a shot of a man who wakes with a shout
As he steps from a dream he figures it out
Thats me today
Like the end of a book where the plot unfolds
But the lines on the page leave a tale untold
Of a spy who never came in from the cold
Thats me today, yeah
Talking in your sleep
Talking in your sleep
The force of love
Is sometimes hard to resist
But I never thought Id see the day
Never thought wed come to this
So angry now
And Im sure youd feel the same
I heard it said you took his bed
Though you barely knew his name
Like the boy leaving home with a hole in his heart
Tries to fill up the void with a brand new start
Not a day goes by when hes not torn apart
Thats me today
Like the way that it looks in a seaside town
When the shutters go up and the flags come down
And the beaches are bare, no-one around
Thats me today, yeah
Talking in your sleep
Talking in your sleep . . .

Reflection Of A Shiny Object (*)
Make as much money as I can…
That's my ideology.
Let the blood drip through
These dead fingers…
My money is as dirty
As my mind…
I don't care about love
Much less making it…
I don't know how to love myself…
Much less how to love someone else.
I live for the green…
I'm so lost…
This is all I got…
How can anyone love this?
How can anyone love what I've become?
I underestimate myself…
But no!
I can do so much with money…
I can travel around…
The people around me,
Will envy me…
And not actually travel with me…
But I'll make them envy me…
You don't understand!
I have nothing left!
Best things in life are free…?
Ha! No such thing!
The good has a high price tag on it…
You buy it…
And then…
And then it becomes yours…
All mine!
Yeah, all mine.
Mine…
Mine…
Am I sounding like a two year old?
No…
I need to get my share!
You never know what can happen…
There's nothing else inside…
Empty…
Why?
Why do I feel so empty?
So angry?
They just would never get me...
Never…
They seem like good people though…
Oh, but they probably didn't have it as bad as me…
I have a reason to be this way!
They don't know what it's like to be me!
Because they're not me!
We have nothing in common!
Nothing!
Well…
We look pretty similar…
Have the same emotions…
But no!
We're very different!
Different stories!
If only I could have all the money in the world…
I would make people bow in front of me…
Kiss my feet…
Since there's no god…
I can play god…
They'll fall for it…
They always do…
Ha! I'm so clever!
I can barely contain myself!
…
You know…I just don't give a f***!
I don't give a f*** about children!
I don't give a f*** about women!
I don't give a f*** about f***ing trees!
Trees…chop them up and make me some money!
Ha! I'm so clever!
I hate those savages…
Those hippy a**holes…
They don't know how good it is to have power…
That's why they don't want it…
Yeah…that's exactly why they don't want it…
They just like listening to rock and roll…
Touching each other's hair with those dirty hands…
They're so stupid…
Seriously…I don't know how they can live with themselves…
You know? For being so stupid…
And dirty...
With their dancing…
And singing…
What the f***, right?
Grow the f*** up!
Get a nice car, nice house…
Travel all over the world…
Never look like a loser…
Never!
So embarrassing to be poor…
Damn…I'd rather die before being poor…
But how do they look so happy without money?
They're just stupid…
Yeah…that's why…
They don't get it…
Just don't get it…
Their nature, spiritual talk…
So boring!
They do create some crazy sh*t though…
But no…they're so stupid…
I don't even get that crazy stupid art…
Idiots…
They're idiots…
Yeah…
Hum…
Yeah…
And f***ing women…
I make them my wh*res…
Yeah…women are such wh*res…
Dumb little wh*res…
Yeah…
Yeah…
Ah…whatever…
What the f*** am I doing talking to a f***ing mirror?

Stupid I
My stupid I,
do not know,
the sight of the
falling snow.
My stupid I,
didn't see,
the depth of,
unexplored sea.
My stupid I,
never watch,
how the honey-bees,
do flowers touch!
My stupid I,
do always kill,
the busy ants,
doing their drill.
My stupid I,
can never stand,
to enjoy the sky,
and beautiful land.
Now, my stupid I,
want to feel all,
she missed before,
Oh! Nature's call!

You Do Have a Choice
I disagree.
You do have a choice.
Either you do it as requested.
Or...
I take it away with your blessing.
Where have you been?
Greed is the basis of this economy.
Not your well being.
If that was the case...
All of us would be living in luxury.
And controling the government,
Like the folks on Wall Street do.
What other foolish ideas do you have?
Your reality has been based on deceit.
When all that you know...
Is getting loans and having good credit,
You have less cash to grasp.
And you give that up very fast.
To maintain a gain for you that does not last.
Stop paying your taxes.
On anything you own.
You'll either be sitting on cold concrete.
Or find yourself on your behind...
Either on the streets,
Or on wet or dry grass.
I disagree with your assessment wholeheartedly.
You do have a choice.
Haven't you been allowed to express that freely?
Haven't you elected those...
To do that for you deliberately?
Where have you been?
Entertaining your delusions...again! ?

I'm not talking about the kind of clothes she wears
Look at that stupid girl

Look at that stupid girl

Her vanity shows and it shows
She's the worst thing in this world

Go Ask Your Grandmother
When time comes to replace the old,
With new adventures to address...
Those who are much younger,
Aren't familiar with those 'old' days...
Gone to reminisce to remember them,
Blissfully as perfect in ways to embellish...
By those romanticizing what today they miss.
As if they did not take them 'then' for granted,
With a wish to skip over them to dismiss...
As quickly as they came to leave to be gone!
'Grandpa?
How do you remember your childhood? '
~A lot of stupid people doing stupid stuff.
To leave their stupid mess to be cleaned up,
By those stupid enough to do it.~
'But grandma says,
Those were the best times of her life.
And she is reminded of it,
At least two or three times a week.'
~She did?
Well...
She must be talking about those times,
When stupid people weren't around...
To assist us to get you here.
And every moment we can get,
Incredibly enough...
Is still a pleasure.~
'What do you mean by that? '
~Be patient.
You'll discover that on your own.~
'Will I like it? '
~You will.
As long as you don't enjoy too much of doing it,
With stupid people.
I was lucky to find chemistry.~
'I HATE chemistry.
It's too hard.
I sweat through it all the time.'
~That's the only thing that 'still',
Keeps me liking it.~
'What do you mean by that? '
~Go ask your grandmother.
She will agree.
The sweating done is the best part,
To deliver just what is needed.
For us it is.~
