Romantic
From a distance you insisted,
I uncover my heart...
To express feelings felt.
You wanted to release it,
From its freeze.
One I chose to hide...
But,
My heart...
You wanted it to melt.
And for you it did.
You are so romantic.
Free you are of tricks,
And antics.
So natural does this feel to me.
As if it's meant for us to be...
Romantic.
Closed no more for wishes to kiss.
Welcome now I do,
To be held like this.
And wanting nothing more...
But to share more of it.
A collection of bruises I stored and kept.
And wept and treasured my emptiness...
I guess.
But did not know this was wrong.
Until you came along.
From a distance you insisted,
I uncover my heart...
To express feelings felt.
And for you it did.
And...
For you,
It did!
My tears I cry...
Are happy you can dry them.
You are so romantic.
Free you are of tricks,
And antics.
So natural does this feel to me.
As if it's meant for us to be...
Romantic.
As if it's meant for us to be...
Enchanted.

Isn't It Romantic
(feat. Dave Koz)
I've never met you, yet never doubt you
I can't forget you
I've thought you out, dear
I know your profile and I know the way you kiss
Just the thing I miss
On a night like this
If dreams are made of imagination
I'm not afraid of my own creation
With all my heart my heart is here for you to take
Why should I quake
I'm not awake
Isn't it romantic?
Music in the night, a dream that can be heard.
Isn't it romantic?
Moving shadows write the oldest magic word.
I hear the breezes playing in the trees above
While all the world is saying you were meant for love.
Isn't it romantic
Merely to be young on such a night as this?
Isn't it romantic?
Every note that's sung is like a lover's kiss.
Sweet symbols in the moonlight,
Do you mean that I will fall in love per chance?
Isn't it romance?

Am I romantic or am I not?
Everytime I was pretending
That I was not at all romantic
And I used to act in this way,
When he was near to my heart
What persuaded me to think this way?
Was I bound by an unknown fear?
Was I unaware of his presence?
But he wanted to open the door,
Of my ever doubtful and stressed heart.
I remember him all through my day, Eventhough he is far away from me
For he is ever such a good man to me
Now I know him well and his life
But my mind is cheating me e'erytime
And I can't sleep in my nights
Without remebering his face
Am I in love with him?
Or am I still pretending
That am not at all romantic......
But a question that always
I asking to my sad heart,
Am I romantic or am I not?
Unromantic Me
Someone said to me
that their partner wasn’t romantic.
Unfortunately, a lot of men are like that.
It doesn’t mean they don’t love
their partners, quite the contrary,
they love them the best way they can.
However, woman sees romance
quite differently from men.
To me a kiss and cuddle that is romantic,
but a women on the other hand
say receiving candy and flowers is romantic too.
However, ladies look beyond the frilly wrapping paper there.
Just find a man with a good heart
and who will always be true.
He may not be romantic
but at least you know he loves only you.

I Want To Be Wanted
(gannon/testa/spotti)
Alone, so alone, that I could cry
I want to be wanted
Alone, watching lovers passing by
I want to be wanted
When Im kissed, I want his lips to really kiss me
When were apart, I want his heart to really miss me
I want to know he loves me so
His eyes and his teeth
Thats the way I want to be loved
Alone, just my lonely heart knows how
I want to be wanted
Right now, not tomorrow, but right now
I want to be wanted
I want someone to share my laughter and my tears with
Someone I know Id love to spend a million years with
When is this someone somewhere meant for me
I want to want someone to share my laughter and my tears with
Someone I know Id love to spend a million years with
When is this someone somewhere meant for me
Oh, meant for me, ooh, meant for me

Love in A Romantic Place
My heart is where I wanted to go
I was up but now feel low
This feeling I have will not last long
As long as I don't ever hear that song
I imagine olives trees close to the rugged coast
Sitting on my deck drinking coffee, having a slice of toast
The sun would be warm and devoid of mist and rain
These places I see will remove the pain
News has come my trip can be delayed
My heart feels empty, as if there was a raid
I need to go to see this new place
When I go, I will wear a different face
We are resilient, time has shown
We each own our hearts, the good times and bad, we own
I know this little town near the sea awaits me
On the Mediterranean is where I need to be
She waits for me there, so young and beautiful for sure
I know our time together, so romantic, is my cure
Friends tells us this to be our place
To be happy and free, to get out of the dating race
Such a romantic place, old structures and vines filled with color
A place where you are an artist instead of a scholar
The old sea vessels docked and revealing the age
Free to be untied to sail free, not remain in a cage
I have to leave, I can't bear this place no more
My clothes are in a suitcase, not in a drawer
Her love will test me, more than ever, and forever
Our feelings are so strong, I know unable to sever
This is to those who find love in a romantic place
There is a woman there you may want to embrace
The two of you with a glass of wine at a scenic overlook
You will know you will not be a person in a phone book

Secert Admirer
secret admirer that's me
Flowers love notes sent secretly
More romantic gifts to express
how i feel about thee
Everyday my affection for you grows
I wonder if ever i will come clean
Let you know who your secret admirer be
I dream of what to say
Yet when i see thee
All seemly falls apart
How do i let you know
you are my heart
So in a secret scented letter
I reveal my true feelings for you
With another rose disguise and shy away
Letting gifts from my soul speak for me
And fill you in on how much i am in love with thee
I fantasize coming out clean
Yours and not your secret admirer
is who i should be
It scares me to let you know how i feel
Fear of been crushed i guess
So i make wise of the scent in flowers
They bright smiles
Another box of chocolates
A romantic note signed off
Yours
secret admirer
me!

What Would You Like
Tell me you name, tell me your sign.
Please tell me that my mind is right.
I just want to take you to my home.
Where we can talk by a fire all alone.
There's just one thing that I need to know.
Could you ever be there when I woke up,
Or will you be just another and be gone?
Should I buy you a dozen roses?
Should I write you a love poem,
Of how my heart can't stop beating for you?
Should I take you to a lakeside with a romantic dinner?
Would you like candle light flickering in front of us?
Would you like the lovely words that could roll off my tongue?
Would you like me to express how much you mean to me?
Would you like that soft romantic music in the background?
I take one look at you and my heart can't stop smiling.
It begins to display on the outside and my lips curl up.
Looking at you from across the void I can see my life with you.
You take a glance at me and can't help but notice to.
I walk around the corner and fade out of your sight.
I love playing this game.
You chase me around the corner at the end of the aisle.
And we both meet each other eye to eye.
My hands behind my back.
Can you guess what I've got in mind.
Oh I think you'll be suprized.
You look at me and begin to smile.
I see the moonlight fall across your face as you sleep.
I take one look at you as my fingers gently stroke your cheek.
You breathe in and breathe out and stir awake.
Looking up at me and smiling all the while.
I bend down and kiss you ever so slowly.
My lips want to take in every taste it can.
My fingers what to rub your smooth skin.
My eyes want to see all your love dep inside.
And no matter how hard I try.
My mind can't comprehend the beauty within.
If I bought you a dozen roses would you fall in love?
If I wrote you that special love poem would you kiss me tight?
If I took you to a lakeside of of a romantic dinner would you stay the night?
Would you like the candle's flickering lights?
Would you like the expressions of my words rolling off my tongue?
Would you come be with me even though the night's young?
Would you like the kiss that takes the breath away deep within your lungs?
Would you want to be with me through the rest of your life?
Would you want to be with my heart through the beating might?
Would you want to grab my hands and love me through all the bad time?
Would you want to hug me in the anger of emotions and try to fight?
Would you stand within my heart and dance in the spotlight?
Would you like to be with me through the whole night?
Should I buy you a dozen roses?
Should I write you a love poem,
Of how my heart can't stop beating for you?
Should I take you to a lakeside with a romantic dinner?
Would you like candle light flickering in front of us?
Would you like the lovely words that could roll off my tongue?
Would you like me to express how much you mean to me?
Would you like that soft romantic music in the background?

Just You
Hello friends...well i would love to give these romantic lines, that i composed recently to all who honor romance..
She is just you_______The light that gets me through
To all its a name_______ But to me its not the same
Just you upon all roses______The chosen one from the races
Looking at you is my pleasure____ Getting your heart is my sweetest treasure
Baby you have the only smile______ That can be noticed from a mile
Everytime you wink i fly______ Thinking that i am touching the sky
So imagine if i touch your hand______ For sure i'll be in a diffrent land
No wonder why you're seductive______ You were born to be attractive
Not only being sensitive______ your voice sounds so romantic
To write more I may need a sea______ Is there a place in your heart for me to be
I hope that you all like it.....Feel free to tell me your opinion.

Anything Romantic To Say
I sat down to write
a romantic poem
confessing I love you.
However, I guess I’m not
in a romantic mood today,
as I couldn’t find
anything romantic to say.
The words it seems
have left my head,
which only leaves me
one thing to do,
and that is to go to bed.

Fold It All Away
The fire, the heat, the hungry daze -
I will fold it all away.
Like clothes just meant for summer days
It’s winter now - cold here to stay
You made my heart soar and leap
And now my heart will go to sleep
Like clothes just meant for summer days
It’s winter now - cold here to stay
All desire in me is gone -
Another’s touch would just feel wrong
Like clothes just meant for summer days
It’s winter now - cold here to stay
Your smile’s engraved inside my head,
The view of you, touching foreheads
Like clothes just meant for summer days
It’s winter now - cold here to stay
A kiss that made my heart melt,
Feelings I had never felt
Like clothes just meant for summer days
It’s winter now - cold here to stay
I loved to hear your laughter most
But now the sound will be a ghost
Like clothes just meant for summer days
I will fold it all away
Such warmth and love can never stay
I will fold
It all
Away
Higher than I’ve ever been
The fall is here - let it begin
But I will rise again someday
The cold and winter cannot stay
For now that day seems far away
Like clothes just meant for summer days
And I will fold
Every piece
Away
It’s winter now
The cold
Will stay
I Just Wanted to Kiss You.
I just wanted to kiss you
To show you my love
That burns like sulphur
Within my heart
I just wanted to kiss you
To show you
That I am yours forever
And you are mine
I just wanted to kiss you
To placate our long friendship
To cement our union
There and then
I just wanted to kiss you
And touch your lovely chicks
I wanted to caress you
And feel your body
I just wanted to kiss you
And feel your tongue in my mouth
And mine in yours
The warmth
I just wanted to kiss you
To feel the tenderness
Of your soft lips
Against mine
I just wanted to kiss you
Because it felt right
It felt like the time to do so
It just felt right
I just wanted to kiss you
And put my loving arms around you
And feel your heartbeat
In a warm embrace
I just wanted to kiss you
To kiss you and kiss you
Because my lips were burning with desire
I just wanted to kiss you

Romantic blue.
Romantic blue.
Babe don’t go now, I mean you can hate me tomorrow but don’t leave me alone tonight; I don’t want to be feeling lonely under this romantic blue night.
Hold on to a hope that still alive inside of my heart that you won't go out of my life.
Look to the stars that reflect in your beautiful brown eyes that I love to see them close when they are flying free into a dream, and sometimes I wonder, what you dreaming about?
So now lay down with me and put your head on my chest, so you can hear my heart singing a sweet song to apologize to you.
Tonight under this blue romantic sky, I want the stars to be witness that I love you with all my heart, because you are the reason why I’m still alive

A Romantic Life Adventure!
Sentimental, emotional, great characters love romantic life;
Passionate, engaged and attached they like to live long life;
Fun, entertainment and amusements they have in romance;
Romantic love life these human beings live true to heart ever!
Longing for love they do all to get the hand of sweet heart;
Love, marriages and divorces and love again they try ever!
For the satisfaction of the self they do romance forever here
And live alone ever in life longing for love till the end comes.
Romantic fellows lament about the friends and loves lost in life;
Beginning, middle and end the means followed never the same
Because adventure is the spice and taste of romantic life here;
Many yet live romantic life because the pleasure is exotic ever!
A romantic life is the dream of many a guy and girl since long
Though success is rare failures they are ready to face and die!

Romance Seconds Me, Where Ever I Go
In your old age you too are trailed romantic,
Adolescent, manhood, triangle, -the tricks .
Love in any form is romance,
It is either an intoxication or trance.
When romance says you good bye,
...Love from your life by itself flies..
When I write a poem, -I cry,
I had tried, I failed, I try.
You Beauty, -your hello lips,
Mellow voice, willowing-cave,
Youthful shape, flash in my rib ,
When I paint, -the Eye –romance,
The eternity peeps, and dances,
I say, simply, it is and I a romantic.
Shakespeare for the Dark Lady,
Turned romantic and shady,
Tagore, -swam in Labana’s lake,
He, you, and me, assumed fake,
Live and let live to bake romance’s cake
A little bioscope-romantic sake.
Is my birth for some One’s romance,
Between Time and Nature, -a romantic play,
Am I one of Every man’s humor?
With each change of transient –clay.
Satan’s virtue made Eve, romantic,
Adam’s test of forbidden fruit,
In our life’s flow installed romantic root.
Could I live without my mother,
Whose concern by virtue is romantic,
And with my darling oblivious,
My untold hang, whispers unheard song,
In her charmed magic, to saturate the prong.
My God is romance incarnate,
And the Fate I tackle is so,
Romance seconds me where ever I go

Falling
I never meant for it to happen
I never meant to feel this way
I always thought I was unable
My heart was locked, feelings kept at bay
I couldnt help it, I was falling
It happened all on its own
I never meant for it to happen
Falling was my unknown
I fell wholeheartedly
Tripped an kissed the deck
I never meant for it to happen
I couldnt keep it in check
Falling is a rollercoaster
A ride not to forget
I never meant to feel this way
He my Romeo, I his Juliet
I never meant for it to happen
I never meant to feel this way
I fell in love
Thats all there is to say

Romantic Lie
You told me once
My care is amazing
You enlightened me
My eyes are passionate
I understood right away
Intention of your lie
Conceived you then
As a romantic liar
I am hypnotized
By stimulating splendour
Your adoring features
Touched innocent sense
Aggressive and obsessive
Kiss, knotted me to you
You were sensitive
Not to let me free
You became my dream
You became my psyche
You became my vision
You became my life
When I tie the knot
Masquerade taken out
Exemplified your
Inner parts of guts
I am aware now
You entrapped me
I want to find out
A romantic lie to escape
Flee from you at once
Glided on seven skies
Voyaged ocean limits
Probing for harmony
When I turned around
Find your burning tears
Dear, I’m back again
To be with you forever
How I save my face
Grab your lovely heart
I am searching for
Another romantic lie

You're There
Saw you again tonight.
Come to think of it, ain't seen you for quite some time.
I don't really know what others think,
Whether you're beautiful or not - whether you need a shrink.
Don't know, don't care,
Cause I'm here and you're there.
You know, it really bothers me, that I don't know,
What you feel about me, what you think when you're alone.
But I must be honest, I love you, and feel the sparks,
And there are so many times I just wanna give you a hug.
Not cause I'm infatuated, far be it. Not with some Hollywood-ingrained meaning,
Don't know what it's called, perhaps the big-brother-you-never-had feeling.
Just want to wrap my arms around you, know that you care,
But I'm standing here, and you're standing there.
I guess I wish that I knew what goes through your mind,
How feelings, boundaries, and lines are defined.
I wish I knew how you felt, if you wished someone would just give you some love,
Wanting nothing in return, just knowing they're accepted is enough.
Never looking for something in return, just wanting you to know they cared,
That they still think of you, when you ain't there.
I know, that people put these assumptions, on such actions,
And to cross the lines often meets with misfortunes.
I don't really want to be romantic, not just yet,
But I want to leave you something, to give you a smile when you hop into bed.
Maybe break you free from the chains that hold you from expressing,
The love I believe so many humans are repressing.
A love that gives so much for so little. A love that can be for anyone,
A love that belongs only to the daring ones.
I push my feeling aside, shake your hand, maybe one day, I'll call my dare,
But tonight, I'm here and you're there
With a distance between, I wish didn't exist,
Stuck in the mire of this growing desire.
To give you a kiss, and tell you, how special, you really is.
