Release Yourself From Guilt

Why be self indulgent,
If the act is not a conscious effort?
Or participate in it with guilt?
Be still and know...
You have chosen to be as self indulgent,
As consciously possible.
Whenever and with your best ability!
This is not the time to be remorseful.
Especially when you can afford to have it...
As you wish!
And knowing it is well deserved!
Indulge!
And release yourself from guilt!

Am I self indulgent?
Yes.
And I am glad it is noticed,

Conscience is silenced

Butchers have no guilt that they have slaughtered.
Choppers have no guilt that they have chopped
Fishermen have no guilt for their catch.
Soldiers have no guilt for their killings
Killing as profession will silence one’s conscience.

R.D. Laing

True guilt is guilt at the obligation one owes to oneself to be oneself. False guilt is guilt felt at not being what other people feel one ought to be or assume that one is.

Guilt

Onerous guilt
From the residue of sin
Guilt's foundation is built.

It fills my mind
and tarries in my thoughts
and all my sin
all my ignorance whim
it wroughts.

The terrible things said,
the acts performed
the blood I shed
the souls I deformed
Guilt, formed the residue of sin, and built
A kingdom of pain in me...

Guilt, the barren of caprice
Where mine heart cease
To be the lord over me…
Guilt thou build sin
And sin build thee
Thou work together
Simultaneously!

Guilt I accept thee, but do not follow thee
From Guilt's monarchy, my soul is free
Never more I will I kneel to thee or sin!
Guilty! ! !

Payback Isn't Always In The Seeking

What is it with those,
Who boo and hiss efforts of some people...
To purposely wish havoc bestowed upon them.
And as years pass evil deed doers later expect,
A forgiveness given for their conscious intentions.
To then pretend themselves 'saints'.
While the ones burdened by agonizing mental pains,
Are left alone to mend with nothing about this pretended.
As those who perceive and believe their misdeeds done,
Have miraculously disappeared...
To forever be erased from memory.

Payback isn't always in the seeking of revenge,
To warn others with attitudes that are shown.
Often it takes one to awaken with guilt to be felt,
To self inflict their own grief.
And portrayals of innocence may be easier to release,
Than the knowing of what one has done to another.

'I hope you understand that the years I tormented your life,
I was not completely aware that my activities...
Would one day come back to haunt me.'

~And...
You expect from me an apology?
Or a wish to transfer your guilt?
Which is it?
I appreciate your confession.
But I am not the one to administer or offer relief.~

'But...
Don't you hate me? '

~Why would I want to waste that kind of energy?
Apparently you've done enough of that for the both of us.~

What is guilt? Guilt is the pledge drive constantly hammering in our heads that keeps us from fully enjoying the show. Guilt is the reason they put the articles in Playboy.

Hollywood people are filled with guilt: white guilt, liberal guilt, money guilt. They feel bad that they're so rich, they feel they don't work that much for all that money - and they don't, for the amount of money they make.

Deeds Done They Do To Leave

Don't you believe people make mistakes?
And should be forgiven for those they make?

'Sure.
I've made quite a few myself.
And not one did I make,
Was an intention to undermine someone else,
Consciously.

Nor did I,
With a premeditation done...
Inflict sorrow on anyone.

Those are not 'mistakes'.
That is a remorse received for a thing done,
Now bringing feelings of guilt and grief.

Feelings of guilt that brings one grief,
Is a payback.
And those are divinely distributed.

Mistakes can be corrected.
Heartaches and 'breaks'...
Are way beyond my jurisdiction to mend.
They require much prayer and faith.
And that is what I have relied on to keep my head up,
To protect from those of destructive forces.

So those who choose to say,
They should be forgiven for making mistakes.
And expect a forgiveness done...
Are 'consciously' approving their own devious activities.
That is the way I see deeds done they do to leave.
With expectations to continue their deceptions.
After an appropriate forgiveness has been delivered.'
Those are not mistakes.
And there is quite a difference.'

Two Way Guilt

A lone and empty shell.
We both turned it to this ghostly hell.
You drove at me I drove it back.
Two way guilt in this attack.
Don't shirk what you know is plain and true.
Half the responsibility lays on you.
Yet still you push and try to kill,
the love we shared the electric feel.
Two way guilt it's over and done.

I take my blame I am ashamed.
I love you still though I 'll hide it through.
Showing others far more love than I was ever able to show you.
If only you'd listened right from me,
this two way guilt would not be.

So go have your thing and live in misery.
I know you are because you've said to me.
I hope one day soon you'll see it too.
Two way guilt did us through.

Always The 'Who' That Gets One Through

Those who set out to ruin lives,
Consciously.
To then awaken with guilt and expectations,
Consciously.
That an awaiting for a forgiveness given to exonerate them,
Is not on the minds of the ones...
Who have spent time on the other end,
Healing and mending from wounds consciously inflicted...
By those who assume a skipping away from their deeds done,
Is the same wish by someone who has forgiven to forget.
Especially when the suffering with pain is involved.

People may be seen to be completely 'restored' from sorrows.
If recovery actually is done to come.
However...
It was their faith and determination alone,
With a gritting of teeth that got them off their knees.
To remember every detail vividly,
As to how, when, where, why and who...
Put them there in the first place.
And it is ALWAYS...
Always the 'who' that gets one through a process,
Never to be forgotten.

'It's so good to see you healthy and fit.
I am glad you have forgiven me.
You have...haven't you?
Say something.
Why are you smiling? '

~No particular reason.
Just thinking of how I would have handled this,
Years ago.~

'Handled what? '

~My thoughts.~

Guilt Will Wilt The Sweetest Flower

[Song Lyric]

Guilt will wilt the sweetest flower,
Cause the very sun to glower,
Though the skies their tears may shower.
Guilt will wilt the sweetest flower.

Shame will tame the lion's power,
Make the boldest warrior cower,
Turn the taste of triumph sour.
Guilt will wilt the sweetest flower.

For each mister, miss, or madam,
Son or lover— this is so.
In the Bible Eve and Adam
Did discover long ago...

That guilt will wilt the sweetest flower,
Steal the pleasure from the hour,
Even in the greenest bower—
Guilt will wilt the sweetest flower.

Law and claw

Convicted of the crime that you committed,
You will absolve the guilt.
Convicted of the crime that you uncommitted,
You will curse the guilt.
Acquitted of the crime that you
uncommitted,
You will evict the guilt.
Acquitted of the crime that you committed,
You die of the guilt.

To escape from law
is to succumb to conscience’s claw.

Ease Appeases With a Bit of Tease

Assumptions you have held and chosen...
Know they must go.
Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.

Relax!
Find that place,
Where you can go...
Within.
To bring outside of yourself,
A comfort shown to shine without end.

You seem to be hiding inside too much.
And not enough of you,
Is believed or known.
Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.

Relax!
First impressions,
Aren't always the best to leave.
Especially when some expect magic...
Unnatural miracles and a tap dance,
Done comfortably.

Assumptions you have held and chosen...
Know they must go.
Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.

Relax!
Just be you.
You will be surprise by how enchanting,
The unseen you can be,
To dazzle others unexpectedly.
When ease appeases with a bit of tease.

Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.
Assumptions you have held and chosen...
Know they must go.
Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.

And relax.
Know ease appeases with a bit of tease.
Just be you,
To dazzle others unexpectedly.

Assumptions you have held and chosen...
Know they must go.
Those assumptions you have held and chosen,
Know they must go.
Release them to go.
And...
Relax.
Know ease appeases with a bit of tease.

Busted Motor

Going on and on about the goings on,
Around town...
Seems profoundly self indulgent.
And has gotta go!
Like an auto towed.
You know...
There has to be another mode,
For you to show...
You've grown beyond your offensiveness.
that has stooped to a level,
So very low.

How about a refreshing reset on your life?
Without your bookkeeping needs,
You perform creep peeps on people secretly.

Who cares who is cheating on their husbands,
Girlfriends, lovers and/or wives.
Some people do learn from birth...
They can live on their own merit.
Witrhou that spying done you've inherited.

Going on and on about the goings on,
Around town...
Seems profoundly self indulgent.
And has gotta go!
Like an auto towed.
That has been overloaded by a busted motor!

Oh Guilt

She seems to think
She seems too weak
She takes a week to get over it
She likes the sea
She likes to see
She likes to think she has all of it
She likes the sound
She likes the sand
She likes to stand, she cant afford to sit
She likes to be
Shes into guilt
Guilt
She likes to think
She likes to drink
She seems too weak, she takes all the rent
She likes the time
She owns the time
She borrows time to self-invent
She seems too weak
She likes to see
She likes to think she has all of it
She likes the sand
She likes to stand
She likes to sit
She likes to go
Go
She likes to be
She likes to go
Go
