Popping In Popping Out (Fun Poem 16)
I got on messenger to have a chat,
with a friend across the sea,
but all they could see,
was me popping in and out,
like a jack-in-the-box.
One minute I was there,
the next I was gone.
Like the magician’s magic,
of now you see me,
now you don’t.
Have you ever tried,
to hold a conversation?
Ooops I’ve popped out and in again.
My eyes are going perpendicular,
watching myself disappear,
and moments later reappear,
with a message hanging in midair.
The more it did it,
the more frustrated I became.
There, I’ve popped out again.
With the twinkling of an eye,
I was back again.
It nearly drove me crazy,
acting like a bouncing ball.
