Prodded Into Discussion

Philosophy spoken only works,
When the doing of it...
Is not so academically induced.
From classrooms.
But applied to one's reality.
You know...
The one that deals with truth and life!

And absent of debate teams,
Prodded into discussion...
To give deluded opinions,
As intelligently as possible.
While providing more of meaning,
To those participating to get good grades...
If such lip service actually was put into practiced.

Scavenger Hunt

It is important to them.
Why aren't you participating?

'It's been important for the past 50 years.
And what is clear to them now,
Has faded from my top ten long ago.
Oil and water just does not mix.
Even when vinegar has been applied to it.
No matter how 'sweet' those rancid apples use to appear.

Now that those who have grown older,
Find deceit and their dishonesty losing appeal.
They want to quote scriptures.
With an undying love to uplift their fellowmen.
As if the bitterness they've consciously inflicted,
Is going to vaporize and disappear.

I prefer not to be exposed to that much magic.

Pretense is important to them.
They wouldn't recognize truth or reality,
If lit with neon lights in a clear night sky!
Everything about them has been fantasized.
They are mutants of affectations.
And fearing anything that remotely exposes truth.
That's why I am not participating,
To uncover the 'known' in such a 'scavenger hunt'.
I've forgiven.
But not yet stupid enough to forget.'

It's just a reunion!

'Of what? '

Human Psyche

Look at the nature of reality and learn to
manipulate it intelligently, our thoughts
are real and create physical reality

We take our knowledge with us when we
leave, if we don’t realise we create reality
ourselves, we have to return

To learn that what we encounter is inner
reality objectified, love originates in our-
selves, not in what we see

We envision the beauty we seem to per-
ceive and everything starts and ends
within the mind, therefore

I wish to cultivate mine, try to invent new
dreams and seek the meaning of life
in the human psyche

Take Courage and Never Give Up,

Take Courage and Never Give Up,
Take Courage and Never Give Up,
I can see where we came from,
The Meaning is all Seen in Mine Eyes,
That we are all Blessed from all Our Hard Work,
In all my Comfort from Discomfort,
The Meaning is all Clear that Iam not fading anymore,
In all Parts that I see Courage in all Good Work's,
It is in me that I feel Secure and Hold a Sanctuary Called a Holy Dwelling,
In all Through the Narrow Road Iam taking all Good Works in my agile and deft Skills,
That I may never Tire on all GOOD Works from on High.

Writ On The Steps Of Puerto Rican Harlem

There’s a truth limits man
A truth prevents his going any farther
The world is changing
The world knows it’s changing
Heavy is the sorrow of the day
The old have the look of doom
The young mistake their fate in that look
That is truth
But it isn’t all truth

Life has meaning
And I do not know the meaning
Even when I felt it were meaningless
I hoped and prayed and sought a meaning
It wasn’t all frolic poesy
There were dues to pay
Summoning Death and God
I’d a wild dare to tackle Them
Death proved meaningless without Life
Yes the world is changing
But Death remains the same
It takes man away from Life
The only meaning he knows
And usually it is a sad business
This Death

I’d an innocence I’d a seriousness
I’d a humor save me from amateur philosophy
I am able to contradict my beliefs
I am able able
Because I want to know the meaning of everything
Yet sit I like a brokenness
Moaning: Oh what responsibility
I put on thee Gregory
Death and God
Hard hard it’s hard

I learned life were no dream
I learned truth deceived
Man is not God
Life is a century
Death an instant

Dense, Shallow and Dim

They may have graduated!
And may have been declared educated...
With top grades and honorable degrees.

They are taught to shake hands,
With poise as they stand.
And give sincere eye contact...
With the best of spoken English,
That identifies an ability
They have been groomed to regurgitate...
With assumed and unresearched facts.

They are challenged to do their best...
For purposes to produce for them big fat checks!
They are encouraged to socialize...
For an increase of status,
And a marketable name recognition that's prized!

But no one wants to criticize...
Their lack of common sense!
They seem not able to find it in books.
And for them a quality of life,
Grows more dense, shallow and dim!
For them who concentrate more on looks.

These are the future leaders now groomed...
By those with set values too long observed.
Those who prefer to sit and predict doom!
And not daring to teach or stretch these minds,
Beyond the 'hand-me-down' standards
Taught and confined,
In antiquated classrooms!

Leaving them with little...
Or nothing to use to successfully compete.
As they constantly compared themselves,
To people living in hunger...
Sympathized on TV,
Or ignored as they snob them on urban streets!

They may have graduated!
And may have been declared educated...
With top grades and honorable degrees.
But they are not the ones to lead,
With a wholesomeness needed to succeed!

Opinions

Opinions friend, we all may have, and opinions are not always bad.
All opinions indeed carry no weight, in regards to one’s eternal fate.
Opinions, my friend often speak, to the heart and mind of the weak.
They tend to sway a weaker heart, when from truth they do depart.

Opinions vary from one to the next, colored by many various sects.
Various groups truly do abound, as each echoes a different sound.
Men with opinions tend to change, and they’re not always the same.
But, God’s Truth doesn’t change; written in stone it’ll forever remain.

Opinions just air what men feel, delivered to all with a personal zeal.
But some are more of an appeal, contesting God’s Truth that’s real.
Opinions are formed deep inside, the inner feelings moved by pride.
Their opinions are a vain reproof, of God’s unchanging Eternal Truth.

They speak, but don’t understand, their voices are like shifting sand.
Easily moved by the wind and tide; all because The Truth is denied.
Isn’t it just a little bit strange, how much strong opinions do change?
When a big wind comes through, they change just like emotions do.

Opinionated people truly abound, even where God’s Truth is found.
Are they just the enemy’s sleuth, seeking The Lord’s ultimate truth?
However, opinions will not stand, in the presence of The Son of Man.
There only The Truth will reside, and vain opinions will all be denied.

Facts Can Be What Whoever Says They Are

If from inception,
There had been no truth.
And from this a reality was based.
Any claims of fraudulence,
Can be denied.
Since prior to inception...
Truth was not a consideration.
And reality was what it was wished to be!
As far as interpretation of facts goes.
And facts can be what whoever says they are.
But when?
And in who's time...
Do they begin to be used for accountability purposes.
If truths are to be held self evident...
When is the constitutionality of consciousness applied?
If applied and how is that determined?

Note:
The word 'self evident' introduced into the English language
as an adjative in 1671.
Definition: 'evident' without proof or reasoning.
Evident: Clear to one's vision or understanding.

On the Edge With Lost Meaning

Arming themselves,
With guns and fear.
Snap, crackle pop.
Dropped minds,
Nonstopping.

Inciting, backbiting threats appear.
On landscapes groomed...
With more of this looming.
And...
These are the people who pray under steeples,
With hate!
In their eyes.

These are the people who say they live lives,
That are straight.
But gutterized in hiding.
And...
These are the people with morals that others debate.
To criticize.
But gone denied.

On the edge with lost meaning,
They choose to demean.
Those who speak truth and appear on the scene.

Confused hypocrites sitting on the ledge.
Threatening to jump if their needs are not fed.

And...
These are the people who say they live lives,
That are straight.
On the edge with lost meaning.
And...
These are the people with morals that others debate.
On the edge with lost meaning.
And...
These are the people who pray under steeples,
With hate!
On the edge with lost meaning.
And...
These are the people without visions forward to make.
And have chosen to not pray with faith!

Oh oooh...
And,
These are the people who say they live lives,
That are straight.
But gutterized in hiding.
And...
These are the people with morals that others debate.
To criticize.
But gone denied.

Arming themselves,
With guns and fear.
Snap, crackle pop.
Dropped minds,
Nonstopping.

And these are the people who've chosen themselves,
To eliminate.
On the edge with lost meaning...
With no brakes applied to their fates!

Oh oooh..
NO?

A Paradox

Strange how Truth reveals
Hidden motives for a cause
With passing time it deals
Quite harshly with no pause.

Many get deluded still
By fancy trappings laid
But when exposed they always will
Unmask Deception made.

For deep analysis entails
Appropriate scrutiny
Good judgment must not fail
When it involves great Money.

Beware of stories woven
Shown by a guileful Fox
For even the Good has fallen
Victim to a paradox.

proof makes meaning, not meaning making system.

Belief In Christ Alone

When in Jesus Christ you believe, Eternal Life you will receive,
Your faith alone is all you need, if Christ’s words you will heed,
I am the Way, the Truth and Life, Truth spoken by Jesus Christ,
The same Truth that is true today, no matter what man may say.

No one will see God, but by Him, Christ who saved us from sin,
Only through The Son we’ll see, The Father and God of Eternity,
The Lord, Who died on Calvary, to provide life, for you and me,
Jesus Christ, God’s Only Son, holds Eternal Truth for everyone.

But, some continue adding to, The Truth spoken to me and you,
Jesus own words “It is finished, ” by false teachers is diminished,
Teaching which adds to His Truth, leading only to God’s reproof,
As The Father will truly condemn, all the False Teachings of men.

Not heeding what Christ had said, they all remain spiritually dead,
Remaining dead in all their sin, ignoring The Truth spoken by Him,
Implying that we must do our part, from salvation they will depart,
To a belief where Satan lurks, around a salvation of man’s Works.

Men adding to The Truth of God, will only see God’s judging rod,
And for subtracting from Revelation, they shall not see Salvation;
Remember Christ’s Gospel Truth, and receive life not His reproof,
Through faith alone, in Jesus Christ, you shall receive Eternal Life.

Direct And Decisive

It would be wonderful to awaken,
In an environment...
Where the people found it,
To the best of their interests...
To be direct and decisive.
With an elimination of being evasive.
To then uncover an honesty that refreshes,
The meaning of comprehension with understanding.
Instead of leaving assumptions,
As a basis of one's deluded reality.
Wouldn't it be great?
To awakened to realize this has been prioritized.
With truth as the utmost purpose one has to share.

Sitting Upon Fences

There is something being presented
That clearly separates from the truth.
It doesn't have to be spoken.
It is observed and felt.

Something is disconnecting.
And it is okay that it leaves and goes away.

It conflicts with higher consciousness.
And those on the threshold of it,
See and feel the difference...
Between reality and pretense.

And those who are deluded...
Are observed living lives,
Absolutely making very little sense.

And yet they believe they hide their intentions...
By keeping themselves exposed,
While sitting upon fences imposing their denseness

It Is An Inclusive Experience

The best way to inform those uniformed...
Is not to conform to an accepted normalcy.

In time there will be no need to debate,
Those feelings perceived about reality.

Truth brings along with it,
An interpretation needing few to describe its presence.

Somehow it is felt...
Without a single word spoken.

Nor is it known to dispense...
Displays of envy given with disdain.
It is an inclusive experience without question.
