Prioritized Not Disguised

From the beginning of his leadership,
They began a campaign to see him defeated.
From the moment his brilliance began to shine,
They began an advocating of hatred in the minds.
Hoping a decline would blind those...
Supporting and standing behind him.

From the time they believed themselves,
Better mentally equipped...
They began to show themselves dimwits!
And they began to use economic deficits,
To highlight an ignorance that left them with...
A nakedness that exposes their self-righteousness.

Observed now by all who clearly see,
Money can not buy deception for too long.
Or have people collectively believe...
With a masquerading of it as intelligence!
Especially when people have chosen,
To have their interests represented.
And their needs prioritized not disguised by lies.

Although...
There are those who could care less,
If they shred any credibility they may have left...
Just to prove their ineptness and the depth of it.

Foreverness

The moment we began sharing moments...
I knew time between us would be suspended.
I felt a connection that would never end.
The moment we began sharing moments.

That beginning that came to us yesterday?
Has expanded to eliminate an ending.
A foreverness has come,
The moment we began sharing moments.

The moment our sparks met...
To do what is needed to collect,
And regain our purpose that connects!
To reunite again with God!

I began to hate

I was born a righteous man
Just like you, I'm a loving man
When you stole my land from me
I began to hate
I began to hate
I began to hate you and your children
I began to hate you and your friends
I began to hate with a passion
Maybe I am simply old fashioned

I feed my kids multiple hate pills
Then send them down the road to kill
This is the message I want to instil
Hate
Hate without debate
Hate, Hate, Hate
Hate like the darkness
That resents the day

In the land you took away my wealth
Along with my loss went my health
How can a man learn to love and forgive
When you have not returned
What you were never meant to receive

So I began to hate
I began to hate
I began to hate you and your children
I began to hate you and your friends
My children are taught to hate
Obey questions without debate
With their last breathe they dedicate
A moment of hate

Shine Like It Does

(a farriss & m hutchence)
This is the power
Since time began
Every single hour
That we have known
And from each moment
All that is left
Sleep of the innocent
Just one desire
Shine like it does
Into every heart
Shine like it does
And if youre looking
You will find it
This is the story
Since time began
There will come a day
When we will know

The Garden Of Life

The flower
of my
life
was
wilting.

suddenly
her energy
began
to drain.

the deep
red
color
began
to wane.

Petals
falling
daily.

Calling
upon
my muse
She began
drawing
strength
from our
heavenly
garden.

Once again
she stands
in her
brilliance
a lovely
flower
in the
garden
of life.

What Upsets About His Leadership

What upsets about his leadership?
He is extremely competent.
And many can not get over it.

He had been a novelty in that position.
And elected for his brilliance.
Those who oppose him in the polls...
Are doing their best,
To keep their ignorance and bigotry...
Less exposed.

What upsets about his leadership?
He is extremely competent.
And many can not get over it.

With an announcement of his agenda,
He began to make clean sweeps.
Corruption, greed and gluttony,
Under his command...
'Will' and is going to cease.

With an announcement of his agenda,
He began to make clean sweeps.
This activity has never been witnessed berfore!
A thorough cleaning from ceiling to floor.

He has traumaticized those,
Who had been exclusively fed first.
And now they are shown the exit.
Quicker than expected.

Froggy Toes

I woke up in the middle of the night
at something that gave me a terrible fright
there at the bottom of my bed
were 10 strange things painted in red
and as my eyes adjusted so
they began to dance and put on a show
first they moved up and down
then began to spin round and round
frightened I pulled up my sheet
only to see that they were attached to my feet
As I began to slowly wake from my slumber
the 10 toes began to do their last number
and as I watched all in agog
I laughed when I saw they were joined by my frog.

The Beginnings

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late
With long arrears to make good,
When the English began to hate.

They were not easily moved,
They were icy-willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the English began to hate.

Their voices were even and low,
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show,
When the English began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd,
It was not taught by the State.
No man spoke it aloud,
When the English began to hate.

It was not suddenly bred,
It will not swiftly abate,
Through the chill years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the English began to hate.

Circling Around The Moon

There may come a day when you grow weary
Troubled waters stain the paper cup
From other venues other voices carry
Slipped dreams soaking into thirsty dust
Maybe then and there youll find another
Lover with a blank and empty heart
Filled with breath and old cells to discover
Strenght to push the seas apart
Chorus:
On the day we met
I began to want you
On the day we met
I began to lose you too
Both of us circling around the moon
Both of us circling around the moon
There may come a day when you feel anger
China cracked and glued by clumsy hand
Veins of memory touching only hunger
The heart devours what it cannot understand
Chorus:
On the day we met
I began to want you
On the day we met
I began to lose you too
Both of us circling around the moon
Both of us circling around the moon
Maybe it whas then I saw my future
Saw it as a shadow on the ground
Beneath the earth old nails to discover
Strenght to hold my body down
Chorus:
On the day we met
I began to want you
On the day we met
I began to lose you too
Both of us circling around the moon
Both of us circling around the moon
On the day we met
I began to want you, want you
On the day we met
I began to lose you too
Both of us circling around the moon
Both of us circling around the moon
Both of us circling around the moon

I Sat

I sat for a few moments
before my work began.
Sat and listened to
the morning as it began.
The little birds
and their cheery wake up call,
loud alarm clocks sounding,
car engines starting up,
every sleepy head yawning.
All getting up and out of bed,
and me,
I just sat there
listening to it all
at the beginning
of a brand new day.

Those of Childish Minds

Those of childish minds,
I had to sever and leave behind.
They no longer fed my views of life.
I had been hatched from adolescence,
Many years ago...
With an expanding insight.
Rehashing redundant deeds done I did...
I could no longer validate,
Those actions of adults that reminded me of kids!
I began to feel imprisoned,
By this useless activity for me I could not envision.
That began to smother my mental growth...
And its clarity,
Beginning to feel remote and provoked.
I had to sever and leave behind,
Those of childish minds.
They found routine attractive to them.
And within me routine was not meant to be.
I am an adult!
And others who are...
Is a rare find today by far.
Leaving me to wonder,
As my aging process flows...
How gracefully can those grow old?
And where do those of childish minds go,
When an age upon them obviously shows!

I Plucked A Rose From A Garden Green......

By Murtaza Abt

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
Of beauty never felt or seen,
Hoping that it would never wilt,
And always be as always been.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
with a happy blissful heart,
And promised i would hold it tight,
And never would we part.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
But little did i know,
That not in endless love and care,
But gardens do they grow.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
And took it home with me,
But little did it stay the way,
The way t'was meant to be.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
And it began to grieve,
Over gardens green and meadows lush,
As it was sad to leave.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
And it began to wilt,
And wither in that unknown land,
it filled my heart with guilt.

I plucked a rose from a garden green,
And it began to die,
For happiness i had only asked,
But i began to cry.

....................................

I have p L ucked y O u from a garden green,
Your beauty i VE never felt or seen,
Hoping that YOU will never wilt,
And always be as always been.

When It Began

It had begun,
When it began...
To make me pay attention.
To make me sit and listen.
Quietly...
And allow me to go within.
Without apprehension.
Until those 'thoughts' started to clear.

It had begun,
When it began...
To make me pay attention.
To make me sit and listen.

It had begun,
When it began...
And I was here.
It had begun,
When it began...
To click together and remove fear,
I had endeared.

As I Began to Love Myself – Self Love Poem

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
As I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time
was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this
person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens
at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do
and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in
my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for
my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew
me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude
a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since
I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry
about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING
is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me
and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my
mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this
connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems
with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing
new worlds are born. Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!

Observation

Do not think you have used me without my knowledge.
Or that my silence is a sign of approval to be duped.

I have been aware of your activities,
The moment you began your snooping...
With a degarding of me you wish to succeed.
Why you have chosen me to proceed with misdeeds,
Has become a standard you value.
I waste no time with those who are fools.

However,
In that moment you began to degrade my efforts...
Was the beginning of your slide downhill.

I always tell those I don't know...
Be careful who you disrespect.
The power of the mind is a power undefined...
When one chooses to use it,
In ways unsuspected!
When ignorance is detected.

'The mind is a terrible thing to waste'
Is much more than a cliché just spoken.

Those who know that are patient!
Those who know that are elated.
Knowing who is on the list,
To receive a payback!

And it happens without fail,
For the one who prevails!
And seeks comprehension,
With a higher consciousness not mentioned.
And the use of observation that decreases tension!
