When I said our marriage was lacking excitement,

Your decision to take wrestling lessons...
Because I am into sports,
To add pep with a re-energizing of 'your' love,

Has an interpretation I perceive you wish to do me bodily harm.
Why wrestling?
I did marry you for better or worse...
In sickness or in health.

I'm not putting up with this much longer.
How come you can't get into baking cookies or needlepoint?

Looking Back
Looking back
It killed me on inside
I stayed at closed doors
I wish there are things that I can change
I realized why we act way we do
We didn't communicated enough
We keep hurting each other
We keep fighting
We can't let each other go
Our love for each other was so deep
We don't want to lose the one we love the most
When relationships get worst, it never gets better
We make the same mistakes every time
We didn't trust each other
Everything went wrong
At end we are not together anymore
I don't want to fight these battles anymore
I never get sleep anymore
I am not who I used to be
Love hurts so much

When The Color Of Love Fades Away
Living under one roof together
but your mind so far from each other
You feel you have nothing to share together anymore
If that's case your relationship is dying for sure
Not long ago you used to sit next to each other while holding each other hands
Now barely talking together but a plenty of time to talk to the friends
Something happened that made the color of your love fades away
Now is just a matter of time to say each other, my way or hit the highway
Remember at this stage your love is like that dying tree that still has little root in the ground
If you want you can fix the problem and turn things around
Go back to things that brought you together
Start slow by simple words such as hey I miss you, can we watch a movie together
Remember love means giving up some of our favorite things

Sonnet: The Love of God Goads Me Onwards
I know the world much better than before;
My life has taught me bitter, lessons, wise;

I think the sport of wrestling, which I became involved with at the age of 14... I competed until I was 34, kind of old for a contact sport. I coached the sport until I was 47. I think the discipline of wrestling has given me the discipline I have to write.
