So happy am I now to live,
To have a mind free.
And the pieces now connecting,
Did not come to fit...
To snuggle,
Perfectly for me to see.
Or feel deep.
Oh so happy am I to have a mind,
Peacefully freed.
And it didn't come to happen,
Easily accepted...
As I thought a peace of mind,
For me...
Would come to be.
I thought all troubles came to be expected.
And easily for me to accept.
I even thought my head was only made to ache.
And easily I accepted.
I thought my life was meant to fear,
And easily I accepted.
With a living in pain to gain...
To easily accept,

To keep it near.

Each day I feel a bit stronger.
Each day I can go longer...
To distance myself from an impatience,
That made me sick.
And in recent days I can say,

Have now gone away.
All of that seems to not exist.
I feel right now so glad I do.

I passed 77 years old yesterday,
Looking forward peace, self confidence & health in every way.
This will be the 12th 7 year cycle for me,
When joy for ever should start and I am happy to be with Thee.
I let go all the misery of the past,
Open my mind for true happiness at last,
Let come everything to me easily,
Never more problems, just the best of life daily.
I open my mind to be able to handle everything
With ease and enjoyment under God's wing.
Let come what was meant to me from the beginning,

Wisdom
I've been accused of having wisdom.
And I smile and ask...
'When did that happen?
I felt like such a jerk in my past.'
I stumbled and fell,
Got up to fall again.
I wasn't afraid to make mistakes.
Nor did I have thoughts on my mind to win!
I wanted to do those things I was born to do.
I didn't listen much to anyone...
Who believed I was confused.
Since they had no clue of my desires...
I didn't feel there was anything I had to prove.
I've been 'me' all my life.
Who else could I be?
I've had some heartaches,
And suffered tremendously!
I've learned to forgive and let live.
A lesson I'm happy I have finally conceived.
I guess what others 'see' is a tolerance...
That came with a maturity.
I have had long bouts with immaturity no doubt.
And I've been wise enough not to let my flaws upset.
I've accepted who I am...
And eliminated regret.
I am not yet perfect.
Whatever that means.
However...
I am blessed that I am aging.
And still wishing to do my best.
If there is any wisdom attached to that...
Anyone is welcome to share it.
And we will both be amazed...
How a wisdom described as it is today,
Developed from events I thought were awful...
Mind altering and crazy days!
But...
I will accept your assessment.

Break, Recess: She Stayed Away
For need beyond comprehension
She takes and needs a recess that causes tension
In respect it’s accepted lest we contradict the sensation
“Not long”, she has stated; trust is taken by she by mention
“Beyond the break, think not”; aye there’ll be adhesion
Wish it was that easily done as said in satisfaction
Withdrawal is the policy; break is the regulation
Wonder is no longer mystery, mystery is insinuation
Science told me not to; withdrawal draws aggression
Respect, respect, hers I respect decision
Bearing the big flamy eye
All was kept from my sky
Never had I ever seen my conversation die
I in reality will keep off and never try
My mind whirled; and tumultuously yet easily like a pie
No caveat emptor so I never saw it nigh
I had to not accept, but this was by no means a lie
She needs exemption, from others and I
Why didn’t she see that I am free;
Now that ‘I met her’ I love in a spree?
Doesn’t she see how high, if love it is,
She has me on its tree?
Is morning a thought borne of a night;
Or will it without her now remain a decree?
Vowed she did, never will I her lose;

All The Right Words
When I started to write this poem I didn't think it would be this hard, starting at a blank page I didn't really know where to start. I'm not always the best at telling things to be real, so I would rather take my start by telling you how I feel. Since I knew you, you were always so special and unique from your lovely personality, to your wonderful physique. I try to make you feel special, but words can not describe how I feel for you, how you soften my pride.
To a specific point, one of no return, because the only thing that can satisfy me is your love, ... which I yearn. Knowing it or not its what drives me through the day, because wanted or not, your on my mind, and there to stay. I never thought I would feel this way about you, but when it all comes down, and considering who I am, things can happen out of the blue.
So I guess this is probably expected, not just random at all, because all I know it that I stood, slipped, and had my great fall; one in which I would easily do again, in love with you, because we connect like best friends. So as I come to another realization of everything that's happened between us, and how I would never keep our love at bay, what makes me happy the most each day is that, whether you know it or not, I know you feel the same way.

we do not pray for changes
they always come
and they disregard
those that do not welcome
their presence
when the texting came one day
the telegraphs and telegrams
have become so funny and
we all laugh about sheets of
paper travelling in air
who would have thought that
iron flies? that faces appear on
cellphones? that making love
can be as easily done
in cyberspace? so safe
and at no expense.
and who would have thought
that you will leave me?
i never thought of it and you
one day has become a mere
shadow without a body on my

I thought all the heartaches, all the pain
Was slowly fading away
But I was wrong once again

Suppose We Should Feel Happy
Suppose we should feel happy for to live another day
When one more wealthy person by the reaper called away
Into the life hereafter if there be such a thing
Who can say of this paradise where happy angels sing.
Suppose we should feel happy though circumstance we curse
We may not have much money though things could be far worse
And we ought to count our blessings for our good gift of health
Though it would seem a bonus to add to that some wealth.
Suppose we should feel happy and we ought not complain
If we can't afford the roof repairs though it always leaks in rain
This is the Christian principle 'be happy with your lot'
But how can you feel happy if money you haven't got? .
Suppose you should feel happy though the rent is overdue
And the landlord for his payment is pressurizing you
And your fridge is almost empty and not much food left to eat
And you and your wife and two young children might soon be on the street.
Suppose we should feel happy though we are in the red
And we can't sleep for worrying we toss and turn in bed
And the refrigerator is empty and the child cry to be fed
