Pharisaical

Successors of beliefs,
Spreading hypocrisies...
Like a pharisee.
Careful to be...
Care less of what they do!
And of those things done for 'fun'
They do purposedly to you.
As long as its perceived...
They are the true ones to believe!

Pharisaical are those of this mind.
They are rising to the surface...
In these days and times!

Pharisaical are those of this mind.
Regardless of set rules and laws defined...
They will disobey them.
And label others crazed,
To have life their way!
As they enforce acceptance...
Portraying themselves as 'gold' to trade.
And regular folks who are 'okay'!
But that day comes when they will pay...
For betraying humanity.
And leading us astray to feed on evil!

If I may say

Love comes and goes and it rarely lasts these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
It becomes more and more difficult to find a true friend these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
Too often siblings fight each other for property these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
Greed and desire are what many people nurture these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
Moral and ethic less and less people care these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
Too many dubious actions and decisions I have seen these days
That's one of the things that makes me sad if I may say
With paper-white mind and evil thoughts astray
How much I yearn for my childhood life left behind so far away.

Taking Liberties too far

The lack of enforced discipline.
Is where our troubles all begin.
The evidence is plain to see.
Things are not as they ought to be

Some legal technicality
allows the guilty to go free.
They thus evade due punishment
although they are not innocent.

It’s much the same in homes and schools
Where children disobey the rules.
Without regard to consequence
because they see no evidence.

They will be chastised in due course.
There is no point in having laws
which aren’t enforced impartially.
Applied to all men equally.

A civilised society
which fails to enforce it’s own laws.
Will slide into sheer anarchy.
The lack of discipline the cause.

The time has come: We must review
exactly what the law should do.
To deter those who break the rules
If we do not then we are fools.

Devalued

There were times I was made to feel uncomfortable
Because I dared to be me and declare who I am.
And I did not have to go anywhere to do that.
Wherever I went...
I took myself with me.
God has blessed me like that.
And when others would laugh,
I laughed right back.
Few knew how on track I am.
It is not popular to make decisions...
Opposite of those who believe what they do is best.
I did that to protect my peace of mind.
Now today...
Those who who thought me crazed,
To live my life my way...
Are dazed and perplexed,
As to why their beliefs in foundations...
Have brought to them unrest!
And my success,
Was not defined by material possessions...
Or a pretentiousness that has been devalued.

Careful What You Wish For

Just lately I've had a go
To find me a new world and candy home
All I needed was a little affection for my soul
Hey, maybe it's time to go
I should have told you a couple of years ago
And I know what's gonna play on my mind
So I'll meet you on the floor
Are you ready for some more?
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
Tell me who do you think you see?
Am I still the girl that you thought I'd be?
Do you care that I might be for real?
Hey, maybe it's time to go
I should have told you a couple of years ago
And I know what's gonna play on my mind
So I'll meet you on the floor
Are you ready for some more?
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
INSTRUMENTAL
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
Just be careful what you wish for
Just be careful what you hope for
You're wish, it may come true!
You're wish, it may come true!
You're wish, it may come true!
You're wish, it may come true!

Holy Sonnet VIII: If Faithful Souls Be Alike Glorified

If faithful souls be alike glorified
As angels, then my fathers soul doth see,
And adds this even to full felicity,
That valiantly I hells wide mouth o'erstride:
But if our minds to these souls be descried
By circumstances, and by signs that be
Apparent in us, not immediately,
How shall my mind's white truth by them be tried?
They see idolatrous lovers weep and mourn,
And vile blasphemous conjurers to call
On Jesus name, and Pharisaical
Dissemblers feign devotion. Then turn,
O pensive soul, to God, for he knows best
Thy true grief, for he put it in my breast.

My Disappearing Act

If I have offended you,
That can only mean one thing!
You chose to enforce an impression on me.
With a familiar disrespect,
That is a part of your life without self reflection.

And if I offended you,
I've seen what you do too much.
And folks like you out of touch,
With an absorption of self?
I don't like.

Although I may not say that.
My disappearing act should express it!
You will not test my peace of mind.
Doing it I do not suggest,
One bit.
And if you find that offensive,
I do not give a...

'To those who know what I am saying?
You know what I am saying!
There is no point in explaining.
Some folks can agitate the evil out of others.'

Crafted By The Feeding

It would be nice to know,
The sharing of 'true' love.
You know,
The goosebump giving kind?
With a value placed on its emphasis.
With a value traced,
To the root of it.

So nice it would be to observe,
A decreasing of opposition.
With an erasing of that element done...
To having everyone come together,
And end conflict.
As a mission that benefits.

~What exists after the 'experiment' of humanity?
Should we continue to explore the premise of this? ~

Where is the justice received within restricted limits?
When did one's right to breathe become a matter for debate?
Who are those people who satiate,
Upon beliefs...
That are crafted by the feeding of hypocrisies?
What barbarian that has risen form the depths of rocks...
Deciding their self destruction should be a global affair.
Who are these specimens portraying themselves as human beings?

It would be nice to know,
The sharing of 'true' love.
You know,
The goosebump giving kind?
With a value placed on its emphasis.
With a value traced,
To the root of it.
Simplistic and not manipulated,
By those of self hatred.

Where is the justice received within restricted limits?
When did one's right to breathe become a matter for debate?
Who are those people who satiate,
Upon beliefs...
That are crafted by the feeding of hypocrisies?

Should they be thrown a bone and told to move on?
To be chased back into the wild from where they came.
Or...
Should they be muzzled to hush and caged?
And 'then' thrown a bone?
Leaving them 'again' in darkness.
With their suspicions of the light kept in isolation.

Sonnet- The World Today(1)

Oh, to what has this world come to, these days?
Nations expanding nuclear arsenals!
Terrorists and drug-lords active always!
Bomb culture fast spreading its tentacles!

Global security has been threatened;
Poor nations are suppressed by the rich ones!
The abyss of world trade has been deepened;
They dig the earth to find the soil’s true sons!

Computers have turned one’s life fast-forward!
Robots do much more things, men used to do;
Human beings have become too wayward;
One nation plans the other’s Waterloo!

Money-power rules all facets of life!
With mind’s peace lost, man is in utter strife.

Good & Bad Times

You must have heard of all the rules
Thick and thin teaches you hard
And all the tricks come back on you
Leave them behind
Theres a better way
A better way
All along you must have known
Where your life was leading
The good and bad times
Where your life was leading
And I know youve been through hell
Yes I know all about it
And Ive seen your cool white face
But I cant seem to care about it
Care about it

Our Apocalypse

Looking back through my life, even in the happiest times ,that I can remember, there were evil factors , watching, or waiting, for the balance to weigh ,in its favor,as it is in the way of the world,if ,all of humanity becomes corrupt ,with greed and hatefulness, for itself,if there is no more good left in humanity, when all is Evil,we shall see our apocalypse.

Such As a Bad Habit

I've been on my own and alone for too long,
To know a few things about patience and life!
And those who have not had that experience...
Know very little about sacrificing their likes,
To endure putting up with unwelcomed dislikes.

There has been many things done I did,
That I disliked but tolerated.
In fact I hated going through the process.
And when I had the opportunity,
To do those things enjoyed and liked...
Not a moment did I waste in indecision.
I might have been confused...
But not crazed.

People who spend time whining,
Get on my nerves.
And I am quick to split away from them.
In mid-sentence,
If I have to do it!
I am not attracted to 'whoa-is-me' people.

My father use to tell me,
How as a child...
He had his teeth pulled,
Without novocain.
He told me this frequently...
Whenever I thought he was just around,
To make my life easier.

'Come on, Daddy!
It's just ten dollars! '

I am one of the fortunate ones,
I will admit that!
And with obstacles and setbacks...
I crawled back to get myself on track!
I wasn't about to spend my life,
Traumaticized by emotional ties!
Or gossip and lies...
Folks entertain themselves to tell!

My relationship with God...
Is close.
And we communicate very well!
God is there...
And delivers!

I don't give advice,
Or recommend what others do!
I use to...
Do that,
Often!
And ended up being screwed.
Figuratively speaking!
Even though it is still just as painful.

I've learned many lessons in my life.
And the hardest one was to forgive and forget.
At times I am visited,
With an embitterness that sits.
it takes a while to get over it.
But I am not going to soon let go of my peace of mind,
Or happiness.
Because someone wants to show and display,
Every bit of their ignorance.
With attitude seeking acceptance.

And those folks,
In some places...
Travel around in cliques.
As if what they do is fashionable.

And after one obtains a degree of consciousness...
Folks like that become easier to identify.
Such as a bad habit,
One has to end to quit...
And quick!
Like a fad that has been outdated.

There In Abundance

Why is there an economic failure?
People instilled with capitalistic beliefs,
Accepting success as materialness!
And schemes that variety is the spice of life...
Keeps many dreaming for 'things',
And despising the lack of it...
Because they feel cheated out of rights!

Why is there an economic failure?
Of course there is greed and gluttony.
Deceit and thievery.
Cheating and backstabbing with a hoarding done.
No one wants to feel left out or unwelcomed.
Pretensions with a presence,
Develops a mindset one wishes to be pleased.
That's why people are in hock...
With a country on its knees!

'Well...
If you're so successful,
Why do you live in the ghetto?
Why don't you drive a fancy car?
Why aren't you living,
Amongst the 'stars'?
Why do I see you on a bus?
You aint 'all that'!
You just one of us!
If you were 'really' successful...
You'd have 'things',
And I wouldn't hear you cuss! '

I have peace of mind,
I carry with me most times!
But it is folks like you,
Who don't enjoy yourself or your life like I do!
I feel blessed.
And not ungrateful like the rest.
I am happy with 'myself'.
And that seems to bother you!
Why are you making yourself my pest?
I'm not seeking your acceptance.
Nor your 'visions' for me,
What determines 'my' success!
When you don't see me I am at home...
With a mind that is totally at rest!

'I don't believe that! '

Maybe not!
But I am not trying to hang on...
To what I've got!
It is there in abundance.
Do you care to share with me an 'Amen'?
Or are your values like the others...
Whose minds have gone out to lunch!
Hmmm?

Heart Knows No Reason

In times of frustrations
The mind leads
What the mind teaches
The heart feels.

In times of depression
The mind finds the means
What the mind gives
The heart receives

In times of prosperity
The mind rules
What the mind dictates
The heart follows

In times of loving
The mind asks
What the mind questions
The heart answers

When the mind resists
The heart insists
It is the time
When the mind looses
And the heart wins

To Assess And To Free

It has taken me many years to rebuild my life.
MANY.
And I could care less how I am perceived.
My experiences have assisted in my beliefs.

There are few people,
If any at all who know what this means...
For me to assess and to free myself from BS.
With the success of a peace of mind I have received.

From a Miracle Called Birth

I don't want to burst your bubble...
But when I close my eyes to pray,
I don't have imaginations of you
In the image of Jesus Christ,
Anytime of any day!
And this may come as a shock,
I don't think of God as being white...
Staying up all through the night!
Trying to make things right,
For those so uptight...
Trying to interpret
What HE wants done!
With the assistance of 'chosen ones'.
To enforce THEIR will on everyone!

I know all of us are on this Earth...
And HE or SHE created the Sun.
Allowing all of us to live
Until we die,
From a miracle called birth!

Immaculate?
Whatever the perceived conceived perception,
That has many on knees to feed with deception!

So this is what you can do...
You can get off your high horse,
And let me live as God has chosen me to!

I don't want to burst your bubble...
But what he wants for me,
Has nothing to do with you!
And this is the lesson you haven't learned,
That keeps your mind crazed and screwed...
Trying to untie from a scorch that burns!

Do you see conflicts everywhere?
I'll give you one guess who put them there!
Those who feel threatened...
By a way of life that lessens
From actions they implant,
That lands them in confession booths
And given affirmations to soothe and chant!

From a miracle called birth?
For what it's worth...
All of us were screwed,
To bring us here for God to use!

Said Before To Say It Again

On my mind are these times.
And I do find these times on my mind,
Hard to define.
With a keeping of those,
Feeling these times have them boxed in.

And on my mind,
There is a reason to seek rhythm and rhyme.
With my visions set,
On what it would take...
To increase my happiness.

I've said this before to say it again.

I'm not looking for stoppers,
To block as obstacles to hop over.
Or the welcoming arms of acceptance.
With a hope that they will open,
The gates to a fence to feel I've been approved.

On my mind are these times.
And I do find these times on my mind,
Hard to define.
With a keeping of those,
Feeling these times have them boxed in.

Acceptance or not,
I'm not looking to get out of a box.
Too many have found themselves there,
To argue over space,
With little of it that to share.

I've said this before to say it again.
Those feeling trapped,
Like it exactly like that.

Fresh is the air,
One dares to breathe alone.
Revitalized is an atmosphere,
When the clearing of a sky,
Becomes recognized to the one who looks...
To discover the vastness of it to become known.

Sense And Sensitivity

I try to keep an open mind
for things that cannot be defined.
Foreknowledge and telepathy,
anything extra sensory.

Clairvoyance and clairaudience,
which seem to use a different sense
from the five which we all use
It seems we aren’t allowed to choose

Levels of sensitivity.
are distributed randomly.
Although we try we can’t deny
that some unwritten rules apply

That these wild talents do exist
That’s why belief will long exist.
We can’t present proof positive.
All the evidence we can give

is anecdotal at the best
and fails all scientific test
Administered by tight closed minds
absorbed in prejudice which blinds

to any possibility.
Which they can’t touch or taste or see.
Although I do not understand
I cannot dismiss out of hand

Abilities which some possess.
but are reluctant to express.
Because they do not want to be
Subject to foolish mockery

You are convinced it can’t be true
and you refuse to listen to
any opposing argument
Your mind tight closed you are content

to live your life in ignorance
. Ascribing everything to chance
A choice you are entitled to
if you prefer a blinkered view.

Because some things can’t be defined
I much prefer an open mind.
I can accept quite easily
not every body will agree.

There’s so much that we do not know
about the human mind.Although
it seems to be illogical
I think nothing’s impossible.

Of Evil Defined

An old Russian proverb that states: 'There can be no good without evil'.
All the world today is in an upheaval.
Let’s prevail to overcome all evil.
We all know there’s always a battle between good and evil.
For what is evil defined; One with a twisted mind.
And we all know that evil is in the back of everyone’s mind.
Always seeing evil can make us blind.
It can even make you loose your mind.
Just remember this proverb of mine: Good can prevail from all of mankind.
