One Never Knows
One never knows,
What 'truths' are left standing.
When so much depends,
Upon lies...
Told,
And shattered!
One never knows,
If beliefs...
Are myths of schemes.
Or what exists,
Is reality...
One should ponder.
One never knows,
What heartbreaks await them.
Or what it takes,
To escape fear...
Of a life,
Still held dear!
Simple are those days,
Long gone.
With hopes and dreams wished.
Held on to keep them lingered.
Remembering days missed,
And reminisced.
Are like gifts to those who choose them.
Since they seem not to change.
One never knows,
If beliefs...
Are myths of schemes.
Or what exists,
Is reality...
One should ponder.
As they wander!
One never knows,
What heartbreaks await them.
Or what it takes,
To escape fear...
Of a life,
Still held dear!
Simple are those days,
Long gone.
With hopes and dreams wished.
Held on to keep them lingered.
Remembering days missed,
And reminisced.
Are like gifts to those who choose them.
Since they seem to never change.
One never knows,
What 'truths' are left standing.
When so much depends,
Upon lies...
Told,
And shattered!
Although,
This does matter...
To those,
Who choose life...
Just to bloom.
And to grow!
Living a life,
As it is...
Wrong or right.
Who can say...
They,
Really 'know'!
Who lives life as it is...
To say,
They know?
Who can say...
They know?

Days
- Album: Reality
- Lyrics and music by David Bowie
Hold me tight
Keep me cool
Going mad
Don't know what to do
Do I need a friend?
Well I need one now
All the days of my life
All the days of my life
All the days I owe you
All I've done
I've done for me
All you gave
You gave for free
I gave nothing in return
And theres little left of me
All the days of my life
All the days of my life
All the days I owe you
With redeyed pain I'm knocking on your door again
My crazy brain in tangles pleading for your gentle voice
Those storms keep pounding through my faded heart
I'll play your sooth my sorry soul
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days I owe you
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days I owe you
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days of my life
(All the days of my life)
All the days I owe you
All the days of my life

Choice Days To Live
Pending are,
Those choice days to live.
None to repeat.
None wished to relive...
Just for the benefit of it!
And I sit reminiscing,
All that I've missed.
When happiness had,
I let slip away to dismiss.
Pending are,
Days of joy to return.
Holidays I spent...
With those who shared their sentiments.
Remembering days of youth,
Like a flash of light that has passed.
Now I'm left to wonder...
How many choice days I get to pick,
Do I really have...
To treasure and choose as I wish.

Treasure Unmeasured Moments Held
I treasure unmeasured moments held.
With those who choose to hold them.
And we together meld,
In a sharing of good wishes.
Blended in reminisced experiences,
As we revisit,
The passing of years.
And the quick disappearance,
Of those happy days as children missed.

Hold On
I was doomed riding on top a black horse.
Whatever prize there was I could only observe where the troubles starts.
Where does it end?
I cannot be cured...mmm...but if...
I know life would be different if I held on, held on.
I know I could be something if I held on.
Gave her life away. Put it in my pocket when it should've been framed.
Oh lost it's shine. Gotta' get this out of my head, out of my head.
How could it end...end like this?
I could've been...
I know life would be different had I held on, held on.
I know I could've been something had I held on, held on.
I know I could be something if I held on, held on.
I know life would be different if I held on, held on.
Held on, held on, if I held on, held on, if I held on, held on, if I held on.

Dreams
In dreams I've won a million races
Fought with dragons slayed them dead
Played the game with all the aces
Taken all the praise as read
Dreams have seen me star in movies
Leading ladies swoon at will
Everything I touch seems groovy
Never had a dream off ill.
Hero, master, greatest leader
Just you name it I am he
In my dreams no life is sweeter
All the cards are held by me
So why wake and spoil illusions?
Join in life's reality
All it's pain and sheer confusion
Always haunting you and me
Simple question, simple answer
Or at least that's how it seems
Life's a tune and we're the dancer
We can choose to live our dreams.

Youth’s End
I HAVE held my life too high,
Spring and harvest, love and laughter, smile and sigh.
I should have held it lightly, like a young leaf rent in haste
From the willow in the waste.
A moment in my fingers; then it fluttered, then it fled,
A little flame of red,
To the God-beholding desert where the soundless years go by,–
I have held my life too high.
I have held my death too dear,
Shame or honour, peace or peril, pride or fear.
I should have held it softly, as the little cloud that flies
When the heron takes the skies.
I should have held it kindly as a passing whisper,–'Friend,
Here's the end,
Here the silver cord is loosened and the bowl is broken here,'–
But I held my death too dear.

Summer Of 69
Got my first real six-string,
Bought it at the five + Dime,
Played it till my fingers bled,
Was the summer of 69.
Me and some guys from school,
had a band and we tried real hard,
Jimmy quit and Joey got married,
Should'a known it would never get far.
When I look back then,
The summers seem to last forever,
And if I had the choice,
Yea, I'd always wanna be there,
Those were the best days of my life.
There aint no use in complainin,
When ya gopt a job to do,
Spent my weekends at the drive-end,
And thats where I met you girl.
Standin' on your momas porch,
You told me that you'd wait forever,
And when you held my hand,
I knew that it was now or never.
Those were the best days of my life.
Back in the summer of 69.
Yea, we were killin' time,
We were young and restless,
We needed to unwind,
I guess nothing can last forever-forever no.
And now the times are changing,
Look at everything thats come and gone,
There are times when I play that old six string,
Think about you wander what went wrong.
Standing on your momas porch, Thats right!
You told me that we'd last forever,
And when you held my hand,
I knew that it was now or never,
Those were the best days of my life.
Back in the summer of 69.

Choose
A blade held in one hand
A pen held in the other
Now I must decide
I must choose one or another
A gund sits in my left hand
A phone lies in the right
Should I try to ask for help
Or just give up the fight
One path cloaked in darkness
One is bright with life
Do I choose the easy one
Or continue through the strife
Some say we are nothing more
Than the choices that we make
That where we are going
Comes from the steps we take
Peolpe cry out for advise
Untill they lose their voice
They are all wasting their breath
It comes down to their choice
I have come across that point
I'm panting scarce of breath
Now I must make up my mind
Do I choose Life or Death?

Awaken Little Dreamer
With my eyes closed I see sadness. Sadness I held in for so long. Sadness that is beginning to be replaced with madness. Madness that's been eating at my core, my thought process, my mind for so long.
Eyes open, I see a reality I've been trying to to change, to better it. A lie, I've been living a lie. My life is a lie, one I've been living for so long.
A single tear escapes my eye as I am awaking from my made up reality, my created world. Reality, my reality is tragic not magic. Tears I held back now pour from my eyes, tears I held back for so long.
With my eyes closed I see sadness. I see pain masked by madness. I see sadness hidden by a web of lies and as I open my eyes I hear a voice say, 'Awaken from your dream, come and face reality. Awaken little dreamer. Awaken.'

Mind-Body Problems.
The human body is an exquisite creation
Most people are abusing it without a question.
However, our mind & body is connected, cannot separate,
What we think & say takes as it is & do not complicate,
The law is built into us, we are what we ate.
What is in the mind reflects our way of living,
Look around & see clearly, what is in your feeling,
If you do not like the happenings,
Learn more how to change your life goings,
Which is the only way to upliftings.
If you have in mind anger, hatred, judgement, envy or similar,
All goes back into your own body
And your life will be a pit of tar.
So, watch out and change your ways,
If you want a better life, and better days.
These are the last days for many,
When we edit each other and choose the company.
Everything is up to our free will,
Choose what you wish in mind and body to refill,
It is not too late yet to add some new skill.

My Death Is Coming Soon
My death it is coming soon
I can feel it in the air
And I know that I will not be missed
Even when I am lying there.
I have tried the best in this life
And I helped out all that I could
But when it came my time for help
I looked around, and no one stood.
I don't know who I am anymore
I know that I just don't belong
So when I leave this world I wont care
Because I believe my living was all wrong.
My death it is in my dreams
So in reality I am dying everyday
I have pleaded and begged to everyone
Even to GOD I fell to my knees to pray.
I wished that I would be missed before I was gone
I wished someone in myself, would just believe
But all I hear is that I didn't miss much in this life
But they never had to plead, what about me.
If I were someone else it would be a different story
Their life and memories wouldn't be at the end
Someone would be there for them each and everyday
And everywhere they look, they would see a friend.
My life is coming to an end
Everyday I feel the coldness that much more
Now overtime that I look, I am alone
As no one sides with me, no one has done before.
Why must one person in life be treated so bad
Why must his dreams and wishes be washed away
Is everyone else wishes more important that is
Should his dreams and wishes be all erased.
I am told to wish and dream what others expect
Even if its the dreams and wishes that others had
But then all theirs smiles have been from yesterday
And yesterday was the time that made me glad.
My life is almost at its end
I can feel the people walking on my grave
And one thing I do know, it is I will be replaced
And truly I wish everyone a happier and peaceful day.
So why must I be treated the way that I am
I truly do try my best to help people in this life
To see them smile and not to hurt anyone
What wrong could be worth that simple price.
So I wish my life was a better time
I wish and pray that all treated me like a friend
And I wish I wasn't used or took advantage of
And sadly, I wish that my life wasn't coming to its end.

Too Many Gifted Drift On 'Ifs
Too many gifted drift on 'ifs'.
Unsatisfied with a life that's missed.
And this is what is reminisced...
When giving up on rhythm and reason!
To stay stuck in ruts they choose to live in.
Too many want to give up just lip.
Sitting to dwell in aging sentiments.
To waste every second someone gives them.
And puffing hot air about nothing!
A swift kick in the rear will motivate.
Rotating stale debates don't renovate.
Procrastinators hesitate in waste.
Initiating simulated movement faked.
Eliminating anything that takes...
Removal of excuses that create headaches.
With a towing of their moans they own!
Too many gifted drift on 'ifs'.
Unsatisfied with a life that's missed.
And this is what is reminisced...
When giving up on rhythm and reason!
To stay stuck in ruts they choose to live in.

Remembering
Remember those golden days
We used to walk hand in hand
I was your friend, your fool, your lover
I was your man
I can see you then
Smiling, looking straight at me
You caught me unawares, I blushed
Lets sit beneath this tree
I cant get over the change in you
I cant get over the change in me
And I keep on remembering the old days
I keep on remembering the old ways
I can recall you running to a sweet shop
You stopped
Bought me something
And you handed it to me
You were my girlfriend then
The first that I ever had
The first that I ever kissed
And the first to make me sad
I cant get over the change in you
I cant get over the change in me
I keep on remembering the old days
I keep on remembering the old ways
Oh yeah
I keep on remembering
I keep on remembering
Oh yeah
I keep on remembering the old days
I keep on remembering
Your pretty dress
With the zip up the back
I used to love you like that
I used to love you like that
Oh yeah
I keep on remembering
I keep on remembering all about you

Too Light
You're too light to handle me!
I need someone with backbone.
If that someone is going to call me their own!
Wishy washy folks do nothing for me at all!
I need someone strong.
Someone standing tall!
I need to be held and told when I'm wrong!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
And enjoy a happiness that is shared very long!
Those afraid of shadows,
And stay away from making mistakes...
Aren't the ones I need around me.
Singing the blues with heartbreaks?
People like that,
I'm trying to shake!
And you're too light weight.
Don't let that bother you!
I'm about truth and honesty...
And a heavyweight I want to meet,
Since I know what that takes...
To make me weak under the sheets!
And you are much too light,
To stir up in me that kind of heat I need!
You're too light to handle me!
I need someone with backbone.
If that someone is going to call me their own!
Wishy washy folks do nothing for me at all!
I need someone strong.
Someone standing tall!
I need to be held and told when I'm wrong!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
Not someone I can dismiss; push around and shove!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
And you have no idea how much I want that here!
Nothing against you.
This is what I need for me to come true!
Not someone quick...
And obvious they are avoiding life,
By playing childish mental tricks!

The Poignant Consequence Of A Love, Ignored
You said that you love me, yet you do not know me;
You said that you love me-so, why do you not show me?
I wonder what your thoughts tell you now when no one is there! ?
Perhaps you may wonder why it is that I even care,
After you so unceremoniously discarded me with nary a second thought.
Perhaps you are ignorant now of all the dreams you sought
So long, and shared with me-it is not like you to give up;
I know who I am, and I know that I most certainly live up
To the man you need, it is you that shutters with fear
Of ghosts that haunt you-though, the reasons are not clear.
'What if...? ' should never be more important than what is,
And fear should never lead your actions, but is.
You show so much bravery and conviction in all you do,
But somehow only unto thine own self you have not remained true:
You do not fashion your want and needs, they fashion you.
You cannot simply ignore them, not when you possess this passion, to
Become who you know you can be-we are not 'unreal';
You cannot have this ardor and simply choose to unfeel
It-it defines who you are in so many ways.
Whether I am in your life, there are sure to be many days
Where these thoughts linger with you, and you begin to doubt
The wisdom of the decision to first seek your love, then cast it out-
As though the risks are not far outweighed by the rewards.
Alas, you now run away from the love that once ran towards:
Out of a sense duty to an ignorance that is assumed,
You now pretend, that a love that once consumed
You, does not exist and your life is not prime
For the glory of this fervor, sublime.
Instead, you pretend as though, your happiness does not matter;
You have allowed the reality you know exists, to scatter
From the realm of plausibility, to that of a love, lost.
Have you ever stopped to consider the cost
Of continued subjugation of you own hopes and dreams! ?
A heart withers if kept from that which it esteems
More than all else-a haven for both its guard and sustenance.
This is the reality of your loss-its poignant consequence!

I Wish
I wished I had called to see if you were OK
But I was so caught up in my life
To even worry about your.
I wished I had been there for you
But I was to busy drinking
To even worry about you.
I wished I had cared more
But all I wanted was to escape
Even from you
I wished I had taken you seriously
But you tend to lie a lot
And I couldn't take you seriously
I wished I had told you I felt the same way
But I didn't want anyone to know I was in pain
Not even you
I wished you didn't feel like it was something you had to do
I wished you would of never pulled that trigger that night
I wished you could come back
I wished I told you that I loved you
But all theses excuses I make and wishes
Won't change the fact that your gone.
Stupid Dreams
Stupid dreams that make me scream.
Cause they're useless and hope is lean.
I've been so stupid with my schemes.
Sharing with you these hidden things.
How could I dare to hope you'd think,
that I was speacial when I'm a dink.
These stupid dreams built me up.
Fawning for the sweetest love.
Pure and clean just like a dove.
Held up in such high esteem,
I now see that he's your dream.
Alnog he came and played the game.
Now I'm left here full of shame.
Surrounded with these stupid shattered dreams..
They screwed my life and broke my heart.
Why on earth did they ever start?
Forget the love it's a useless bit.
Ignore it now and find true grit.
These stupid dreams such pain has lit.
On them all I hatefully spit.
They burn like hell a ghostly spell.
Pissing in the wishing well.
All my hopes and dreams have fell.
Consined to a life of lonley hell.

Held Up With Just A Stick
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick,
It seems...
Held up with just a stick,
One's head...
Held up with just a stick,
Their arms and their legs...
Needing to be fed.
And...
Held up with just a stick,
One's pride...
Held up with just a stick,
Two eyes and two ears...
Living poverty so near,
To...
Famish it is clear.
And...
Held up with just a stick,
Hunger.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And those who fight death in their sight.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Pride!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And those who fight death in their sight.
Held up with just a stick,
And...
There's no benefit to it.
Held up with just a stick,
Life!
Held up with just a stick,
Pride!
Held up with just a stick,
Blight!
And living this is NOT a gift.
Held up with just a stick,
And...
There's no benefit to it.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.
Held up with just a stick.

In Between Those Moments Gone
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I finally realized,
I can not continue to analyze my life.
It has to be lived.
In the time given I am living it!
This life!
My life.
And right I wanted it.
Free of tricks and traps.
No more patience could I give to that!
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I had to let go!
From the redoing of the 'what ifs'.
And the sitting with emotions reminisced,
To feel them still existing.
'Something' had to end.
I knew it was 'my' resisting.
And...
In between those moments gone,
I learned how to begin to believe...
In me!
And severing myself away from conflict,
Was no longer a question welcomed to visit.
It became my duty.
My reality.
To free my soul.
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I knew I had to maintain and hold onto my dreams.

Undued
You can not live your life,
Doing unto others...
Believing your life lived,
Will be done 'undued'.
You are going to pay!
And when that time comes...
It 'will' certainly be due!
Regardless of how you hold that map held,
Or the gate you choose to go through...
Upon your entrance into the amusement park,
You've been told...
You can do as you please,
And to 'whom' you do it to!
Believing your life lived,
Will be done 'undued'.
Oh no!
You are going to pay!
And when that time comes...
It 'will' certainly be due!
Regardless,
Of how you hold that map held,
Or the gate you choose to go through...
Upon your entrance into the amusement park,
You've been told...
You can do as you please,
And to 'whom' you do it to!
You are going to pay...
For the price to ride.
From places you blindside...
Or choose to hide.
Whomever or 'whatever' it is,
'You' may select to 'do'...
You,
Will 'not' be doing it...
Undued!
