Obscene Implications

I can be cold, distant...
Unemotional and thoughtless.
And guess what?
I had to have learned that from somewhere.
And not a second do I spend,
Listening to others talk about...
How I could have been,
If someone had nurtured my 'fuzzies'!

Excuse me?
Nurtured my WHAT?

~Officer?
Yes you.
Would you arrest those people for...
Well,
Just for the 'hell-of-it'.
Or obscene implications based upon principle.
With a profiling done assisted by your personal feelings!
You do that anyway, don't you? ~

I think racial profiling is wrong. It cannot be defended. It's just flat wrong. And if a matter came before me, and it could be established that the arrest was made strictly on racial profiling, when I was on the bench, it would be gone.

For The Dripping Of Their Own Sweat

Some people say the most ridiculous things,
In the defense of their own ignorance.
Why would someone,
With a consciousness firmly based in ego...
Believe someone would use their name,
To promote creative efforts...
Where their name does not clearly appear?
Near or far or anywhere?

~But it was me who inspired your talents.~

'Huh?
Excuse me...?
You said what? '

And I tried in my mind to convince myself,
What I am listening to them express...
Makes sense.

'Huh?
Excuse me...?
You said what? '

I do my best to give those 'props' where deserved.
And to whomever they belong!

'How' with an 'ever',
If I make the effort...
AND do the deed with my own supplied energy,
And with a motivation to get those deeds done...
The last thing on my mind,
Will be praising someone else's procrastination.
That lacks in initiative, passion or desire!

'Guess who wants to get paid,
For the dripping of their own sweat?
Guess? '

I do enjoy going to the amusement parks!
But to reside in one like some do...
In their minds?
Does not attract my ambitions for some reason!

Premeditated Preferences

A trusting relationship,
Isn't one that has not been nurtured.
People seek others to make them happy.
As if to interview those deemed qualified.

If one doesn't arrive,
With a feeling of a happiness generated from inside...
Few will give their happiness away,
At the benefit of another's dismay.
Not today!

A trusting relationship,
Isn't one that has not been nurtured.
People seek others to make them happy.
As if to interview those deemed qualified.

And most times premeditated preferences,
Sit alone in the minds of those,
Already disappointed and negative!
And not conscious enough,
To know this is the life they've chosen!

Love Unemotional

Victim of temptation
Cant make it go away
You see it and you want it baby
Never hear a word I say
You know I dont want nothing I dont deserve
Oh, no I wont take less than I know Im worth
All this talking makes me feel like a monkey in a cage
Aint no point in trying to change a man of my age
Chorus:
Love unemotional, purely physical
What Im staying fors a mystery to me
Love unemotional, the hearts invisible
Love unemotional is what you want from me
People say Im crazy
Wonder why I play your game
Sure beats feeling lonely, baby
But the story ends the same
I want to feel like Im living in a fairy tale
Dont want to be just another broken heart for sale
Do I have to hit my knees and beg for something more
Maybe this is not the love Ive waited for
Second chorus:
Love unemotional, simply physical
What Im staying for is a mystery to me
Love unemotional, the girls insatiable
Love unemotional is what you want from me
You feel no shame in being so unkind
All touch and zero feeling
I dont see a way of changing your mind
Girl this kind of life is bound to leave you all alone
The light inside your heart is on, but no ones home
Repeat choruss

It Can Be Draining

Sometimes it can be draining,
And gets difficult...
To be in the midst,
Of thoughtless people.

Especially those who have aged,
To express less concern.
Or how their whims affect...
The ones who treasure their lessons learned.

At times emotional feelings exposed,
Are received to be ones embittered.
When sharing them amongst those,
Who could care less...
About the depthness of another's experiences.
And how those experiences are addressed,
Each day to expect, accept or reject.

Sometimes it can be draining,
And gets difficult...
To be in the midst,
Of thoughtless people.

Especially those who have aged,
To express less concern.
Or how their whims affect...
The ones who treasure their lessons learned.

It can be draining.
Isolating.
And reflectively disrespecting.

Nothing Felt Is Kept Secret

No survivor completely escapes,
A history laced with grief and/or turmoil...
That weaves to grip without leaping,
Throughout one's ancestry.
Nothing felt is kept secret when flowing through veins.

And those connected,
To those trees affected...
Become fully aware,
From where those branches grown...
Had been rooted in wombs to aid their births.

Many are nurtured to believe,
Their blossoming done from buds to reach...
Was purely assisted by Sunlight.
But there are those with senses touched,
Firmly and tied to their origins.
And their emotions are deeply cemented.

Secretly Thanked

Faith devoted,
Nurtured everyday...
As an affirmation prayed,
Will afford one with a peace of mind.

The journey from birth isn't easy to keep...
Focused with a purpose.
Or creatively fresh and free from deceit.
And self deception can be one's unknown enemy.

Faith devoted,
Nurtured everyday...
As an affirmation prayed,
Will afford one with a peace of mind.

And those not understanding this,
Believing to themselves...
The can dismiss others off of a social list.
Will one day discover,
They have been secretly thanked!

Aging Excuse Making Children

Difficult and with stress it is,
To be an adult.
And live in an environment surrounded,
By old and aging excuse making children.

Difficult to know it is who is being responsible,
And who to hold accountable...
For the raising of disrespectful kids,
Found totally without initiative or discipline.

It is so hard to maintain one's patience,
And make attempts to explain...
Even to those who appear to have brains,
What the benefit of staying motivated is.

And if one should expose to show concern,
With sincere understanding and comprehension...
One has learned from experience,
This is interpreted as trying to be better than the others.

And eventually...
The one who has grown to be that mature adult leaves,
To keep a nurtured peace of mind...
And those perceptions aging children keep to believe,
Alone for them to condone.

My Choice, Will Heaven Complain?

If heaven will complain
I don't know,
Endowed so much i am.

My many talents and outfits
Passions me in confusion
Stirring me to see as destiny.
But talent i know is not destiny
Talent, gift of nature nurtured by environ
Destiny, gift of nature nurtured by divinity.
Hands can thwart talent, but
The tick tack of clock even stop
Can't thwart destiny
No matter the weather.
It is inborn, you, yourself, yoursoul.

I don't care if family complain
For my choice,
But i don't know
If heaven will complain.

Reality Shows Tells Us Gossip

In this planetary dream
we have gossip which can get extreme.
It puts us in a more living hell
for people on reality shows have to tell
tell something bad to bring up the ratings
do something drama filled to be degrading.
But this puts us all into more of a living hell
we don't know this but we learned it well.
We learned when we where young
when our lives had just begun.
We learned to gossip to make us feel better
by listening to adults go on about people to the letter
Gossip gets old really fast—
ruined relationships that never last.
Why not more funny shows—
the kind where there are actors that nobody knows.
There is of course these shows that make you think
not hearing about someone else's stink.

Guess What?

Guess what?
When I discovered,
I could appreciate my own happiness.
Without feeling the guilt of being selfish,
Or self centered.
I began to do it with more consistency.

I was one who believed,
Doing for others came first.
To bust my butt for my brother!
Be dutiful and strong for my sister.
And so on and so forth.
You know...
That me for you,
You for me BS.

I am 62 years old.
And that kind of human spirit...
I have witnessed used infrequently.
And I can't be the only one...
Subjected to live in the valley of leeches.
Some folks are blessed to give with that sacrifice.

And this too I have learned...
You can not do enough for other people.
They will squeeze you dry of every emotion you have.
And then complain to anyone who listens...
About how 'you' think you are better than everyone else.

Guess what?
When I discovered,
I could appreciate my own happiness.
Without feeling the guilt of being selfish,
Or self centered.
I began to do it with more consistency.
And left those to say what they will,
Alone.
Because they will.
Whether they are alone or not!

Guess what?
I've also learned I can spend wonderful times,
Away from miserable people!
And I'm not saying 'all' are miserable.
Just the ones I enjoy being away from!

Help Me Up

By eric clapton and will jennings
Are you going to help me or will you let me down?
Im looking for a true love but am I lost or found?
And will we cry in passion or will we cry in pain?
And will our lonely teardrops fill the world with rain?
Help me up, dont you let me down.
Im gonna wake up in heaven, not the cold, cold ground.
Cant you hear the lovers crying in the night?
They spend their whole lives trying; still cant get it right.
I dont know where were going but I guess well start
And just to show that I mean it, baby heres my heart.
Chorus
Living on my feelings, feelings all I know.
Baby once we touch it, well never let it go.
First verse

Since You've Been Gone

I learned this; it goes on
This irresistable desire
Why was love denied to me
Beauty stood on my path
But though nurtured carefully
She walked away
And I brood in moods most foul
I wanted her thoughts, her dreams
But you cannot have
That which cannot be given
I wanted to know her secrets
But you cannot know
That which cannot be known
I wanted her to come away
And take my hand
But now I am alone
And my world is more full of weepin'
Than you can understand

Special Needs

Remember me when youre the one whos silver screen
Remember me when youre the one you always dreamed
Remember me when everyones noses start to bleed
Remember me, special needs
Just 19 and suckers dream I guess I thought you had the flavour
Just 19 and dream obscene with six months off for bad behaviour
Remember me when you clinch your movie deal
And think of me stuck in my chair that has four wheels
Remember me through flash photography and screams
Remember me, special dreams
Just 19 this suckers dream I guess I thought you had the flavour

Karl Popper

Philosophers should consider the fact that the greatest happiness principle can easily be made an excuse for a benevolent dictatorship. We should replace it by a more modest and more realistic principle - the principle that the fight against avoidable misery should be a recognized aim of public policy, while the increase of happiness should be left, in the main, to private initiative.

Dont Talk To Strangers

When you were just a young girl and still in school
How come you never learned the golden rule
Dont talk to strange men, dont be a fool
Im hearing stories, I dont think thats cool
Why dont you tell me, someone is loving you
Cause youre my girl, some say its no longer true
Youre seeing some slick continental dude
Im begging you, please
Dont talk to strangers, baby dont you talk
Dont talk to strangers, you know hell only use you up
Dont talk, dont talk, dont talk,
Dont talk, dont talk to him
Nobody, talk, nobody, ever told you, dont talk
Now tell me, hows life in the big city
I hear the competitions tough, baby thats a pity
And every mans an actor, every girl is pretty
I dont like whats getting back to me
Now whos this, don juan Ive been hearing of
Love hurts when only ones in love
Did you fall at first sight or did you need a shove
Im begging you, please
Dont talk to strangers, baby dont you talk
Dont talk to strangers, you know hell only use you up
Dont talk, dont talk, dont talk,
Dont talk, dont talk to him
Nobody, talk, nobody ever told you, dont talk
*fais lamour avec moi (*make love to me)
Whats he saying baby
*viens dormir, mon amour (*come to sleep my love)
I asked you not to talk to him
*je taime donne moi ton coeur ce soir (*i like you to give me your heart this night)
Im begging you
Dont talk to strangers, baby dont you talk
Dont talk to strangers, you know hell only use you up
Dont talk, dont talk, dont talk,
Dont talk, dont talk to him
Nobody, talk, nobody ever told you, dont talk
Dont talk to strangers, baby dont you talk
Dont talk to strangers, you know hell only use you up
Dont talk to strangers, baby dont you,
Baby dont you talk,
Dont talk to strangers
