Just How Much I Have Left You to Value

I have yet to open my treasure chest.
What you have experienced,
Is my blowing the dust off of it.
And that activity,
To you has impressed.

If I opened my treasured chest,
To share with you where my best is kept.
You will then not suspect...
Just how much,
I have left you to value what I have to give.

Be You Pursued

Be you pursued!
This day.
Be you,
With patience kept.
Freed of memories,
Bringing tears to eyes...
Once wept now dry.

Be you pursued!
This day.
With a closed not to openly inspect,
Treasure chest.
Waiting for that special one to come,
And identify a suffering done now overcomed to go.
With a showering of light that bestows clear and cloudless sky.

Be You,
Pursued.
Don't give away what has been given to you,
As a gift...
For all that you have been through.
Reveal that treasured chest to only the best.
To an open heart that connects and sparks start.

Protect your assets.
With the best invest your mind and time.

Be you now pursued!
With a self worth you know is valued.
To be recognized by the one who knows life...
As you do too!

Be you...
Pursued to be cherished.
And be loved by the one for you,
Who is true.
Be you now that one pursued.

I've Been Watching You

Sweet confetti out looking for a saviour
Finding it hard to break the change
Nothing ventured nothing gained
Ice cream beauty acting on her best behaviour
Finding it hard to bite her tongue
Feeling so old as the night is young
Six foot leaning on a lizard chest
Two red dragons ironed on his vest
All that money you deserve the best
I'm impressed
I'm impressed
I'm impressed
What you've got isn't all that you've been given
Changing your body like you change your jeans
Nothing is ever as it seems
Something tells me it's a marriage made in heaven
Stealing your look from a magazine
Playing the part from a movie scene
Six foot leaning on a lizard chest
Two red dragons ironed on his vest
All that money you deserve the best
I'm impressed
I'm impressed
I'm impressed
Everyday is like your birthday
But the candles burning out, Don't you see, Don't you see
Six foot leaning on a lizard chest
Two red dragons ironed on his vest
All that money you deserve the best
I'm impressed
I'm impressed
I'm impressed

Chest

Chest, what power do thou h've?
That women place their heads on
men's when they're showing love

Chest, what charm do thou have?
That women take virtue of thee to pray
for their siblings that sucked their breasts

Chest, what spirit do thee have?
That women curse men with thee that
otherwise, if man didn't meet them chest to chest

Chest, what glory do thou h've?
That people beat you with palm
and swear

Chest, of what important is you?
That women knock their heads on
men's chest during the fighting

Leaving Sorrow

Holding my breath
At the bottom of the sea
Where I keep my secrets
In a treasure chest.
I have drowned Sorrow
In an ocean of regret,
Tied her firm
To that treasure chest.
I break the surface
And take a new breath,
Leaving Sorrow
Far below.

Not Seeking To Be Begged

Everything they have ever wanted,
Was not only right under their noses...
But sent them daily reminders,
Of its presence and the benefits...
They would receive.
This they dismissed.
And doing it at their own expense.

Instead of valuing what was given,
Those chose to demean and disrespect...
All that appeared in their treasure chest.
And when that treasure chest left...
That's when they decided,
They would then inspect its worth.
As if everything they have ever wanted,
Although unrecognized...
Would not become appreciated by others,
Not seeking to be begged,
To be handed gold!
Knowing immediately what it was.

Those refusing what was there,
Had grown to seek depictions...
Of what they had been told,
What it was to look for to qualify success.
To accept the appearance of it dressed to impress,
To only then address it with superficial respect.

Treasured

A map with many pages.
Laid out from beginning to end.
To find the most valuable treasure known.
The journey begins.
Treacherous, dark and painful is the way.
I want to turn back,
Then the guide shines His light.
I face the giants and creatures of a world past.
Clashing with the demons.
One by one, they fall.
Until the only thing remaining is the treasure.
Now, I can shine,
Only after I rise.
But I am not the only one.
We are all gems in the chest of our maker,
And we are all truly treasured.

Fulfillment

"So be it" you say
And live unto yourself

Should you leave
The treasure chest of experience
Locked and sealed
Never to open?

You keep saying
To yourself
He will be successful
If he does this
She will benefit
By doing that
Is that enough?
Why not tell them?

Why stay with
All kinds of thoughts
Disturbing the idle mind
Day in and day out?
Why not open up
Share your ideas…
It will lead you
To a new level of contentment
And a happy level of fulfillment
Don't you agree?

Lost Treasure Chest

Magical treasure chest made of gold,

has in it many stories to be told.

On one uneventful day,

Golden treasure chest was taken away.

I had it packed in back room with shoes,

that’s when someone decided to lose,

my treasure chest right on site,

hide it from me with all their mite.

Luckily I went to store

found 20 treasure chests more galore.

Painted one up really quick,

I had a art show party within a week.

Watercolor paintings of Melodie,

hang on wall for children to see.

see along with Krendoll island set,

They would play on it and not forget

Forget the magic of Krendoll island I did make,

with birthday props like birthday cake.

Art show birthday party at Mexican Bizarre,

I set up the birthday party with a star.

Children showed up to find presents and unfreeze,

dragons that would begin to sneeze.

Once they had the heat device,

which was magical and would suffice,

To melt the spell on them,

Making them turn into birthday child’s friend.

Birthday child friends come alive,

They would have to find the birthday child.

Once Ice Spell broken, Birthday child would be all smiles.

Birthday child would receive a birthday crown

and beautiful birthstone gown.

From magical golden treasure chest,

the one that would become magical and the best.

Making birthday child’s wishes be recorded inside,

the magical treasure chest’s Krendoll Chronicles it would reside.

awaiting you come
with the boisterous chest
but you do not come

so I do repeatedly
with the boisterous chest
but you do not come
until my hand tremble

jolt heart
in my chest
do not willing to desist
until you come

The Vault

Searching for the dream.
Manifestation of mind.
Ideal of destination.
It lay deep within the heart.
Within the soul.
In the vault lies a chest.
Inside the chest is the treasure.
Many priceless gems.
Most tarnished, just needing some polishing.
The treasure lay dormant for many years.
She receives the key.
The vault master believes she will help the gems to shine.
But instead she steals them.
Entering the vault at her own discretion.
Taking only the shiniest.
Leaving the tarnished to shine themselves.
The lock has now been changed.
He will now polish the gems himself.
The most valuable gems were the ones that remained tarnished in the vault.
They were of no value to her.
They did not shine.
But once they were polished,
It became known,
That they were the most valuable gems of them all.
For love is patient.
Lust takes what looks good to the eye.
Love will wait for the gems to shine.
To share the riches for a lifetime.

To Give Service With A Knowledge

Not at all am I impressed,
By those focused upon one vision interpreted...
As the only version of success.
To obtain a degree or certificate that expresses,
An ability to achieve the purchasing of things.
To keep hoarded to dust in a treasure chest.

Yet...
Not an attempt is made to influence,
With an effectiveness that benefits others...
That whatever they do to do it at their best.
With a difference made they too can attest,
To witness 'if' they worked at it and wished less.

But the ones who pray to keep their fortunes intact,
Seem often to be...
The ones who claim they are highly favored.
As if The Creator welcomes that kind of self-centered,
Self indulgence!

Glad I am to have been raised,
By a mother who placed emphasis on faith.
And what others should prioritize with their lives...
Was a repaying by a giving back,
A service with a knowledge and a deed...
To someone else that is pleased to receive.
And that a good life lived...
Was not in the feeding of one's greed.

'Remember...
There should be several baskets,
In which to place your accomplishments.
And acquired tasks you have mastered to pass.'

No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.

No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.

No need to be a polished scholar,
To give service...
With a knowledge.
And a deed.

No Regrets

If I thought I could please you,
With every gift I picked to give...
I would if I could,
Spoil you!
With beliefs I had access,
To a treasure chest I possess.
And all I have is myself,
As genuine as I can be to offer!
I have no regrets.
The best 'of' me,
Is what you can expect to get!

Looking For Love

Hey, hey, hey
Hey now, theres a lovely girl
And shes stealin all your sheets
Hey now, theres a lovely girl
Thats the kind of girl to meet, oh
Hey now, theres a lonely boy
And hes lookin, looking for love, ha, ah
Ah now, theres a lovely girl
And shes looking for some stud.
But shes, hey now, wont you give it, now
Wont you give it, give it, give it me, please, oh
Hey now, theres a lucky girl
Give it, give it, give it to me
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey now, theres an international boy
Walkin around the world
Hey now, theres a jet set star
Lookin still for some little pick up girl, I said -
- hey now, you used to scratch my back
And you look across the board
Hey, hey now, when you ripped open my shirt
You see thats written, hey, the wanderer on my chest
Hey, hey now, theres a dancing girl
Kiss you, kiss you, kiss you good bye, ooohhh baby ooohhh
Hey now, theres a lovely child
Look, look, looking for love
Hey, hey, hey
Give it to us, baby, now, yeah
There goes my chest, groovy on my best, baby, hey, yeah

Keep Close what You Treasure

Keep close what you treasure,
Snug to hug your chest.
An abundance of those who had their eyes closed,
With lost integrities...
Are on the prowl with confessions to profess,
A losing of money like a child of innocence.
And incensed they are with a bitterness,
About a wasting of their valued time.
They 'now' have discovered that to be precious.
With an envying of those who chose to live.
And not spend it on the worshipping of things.
To forfeit what a doing of that brings.

And time they want to take...
With a weeping done on shoulders,
To express their misery and heartache.

Don't let them sneak and take your peace.

Many who have sold their souls,
For a taste of baubles and bling.
Now today they say,
Those bright shiny things mean to them not a thing.
And approach with an encroaching,
To sneak away your peace.
With a luring to gain your empathy.
For purposes to steal it from your mind.
Since they have not a dime.
From a clawing to a top with a bursting bubble pop.
They find now that has left them flat,
On their behinds.

Don't let them sneak and take your peace.
Keep close what you treasure,
Snug to hug your chest.

I'll Give You My Skin (feat. Michael Stipe)

I'll Give You My Skin" is a song written by both of the girls with
Michael Stipe. I kinda suspect that the lyrics are mostly Stipe.
Anyway, I'm told that it was recorded at the end of 1988, while the
girls were recording their first Epic album. It appears on the "Tame
Yourself" benefit compilation. Go buy it.
I'll Give You My Skin.
Well, you - you can sit in your high chairs
High chairs are for children
You can sit in your high chairs and laugh
I'll give you my best face
I'll give you my freedom
I'll give you my feet and my hands
I'm keeping my eyes
Open, open, open to the field
Hold your dances there
Take the crop
Share the yield
You can join us together
Break us apart
A wound in the skin is a break in the heart
You can coast on your laughter
High shelf your heart
But laughter's for healing, not tearing apart
I'm keeping my eyes
Open to the fields
You can hold your dances there
Take the crop
Share the yield
Not a soul is lost
For collapsing the walls
You can dance in the dust
You can walk it off, walk, walk it off
If you're fallin', you're fallin'
Come callin' to me
Fallin', Fallin'
I'll give you my skin
I will give you my skin
I'm keeping my eyes
Open to the field
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
You can hold your dances here
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
Take the crop, share the yield
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
I'm keeping my eyes
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
Open to the field
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
Hold your dances there
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
Take the crop, share the yield
(If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me)
If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me
If you're fallin, you're fallin', come callin' to me
I will give you my skin

The Heart Beat

n the middle of the night i heard a beat,
It had a rythem that was slow and claiming,
I left my eyes closed and continued to listen,
It's pase remaind the same,
After a few moments it stoped,
I quickly opened my eyes and looked up.
I realized what the beat was,
It was you're heart,
I watched you walk away into the bathroom,
When you returned you layed next to me,
And wishpered in me ear the words I love you, then kissed my lips,
I similed and kissed you back,
I layed my head back on your chest,
Your heart beat was the same,
I put my hand on my chest and felt my heart beat in synic with your rythem,
Thats how i know we are ment to be.
Because we created the same,
BEAT.

Trapped Satisfaction

When people thoughtlessly,
Trash their own streets.
And speak from mouths filled,
With garbage...
I don't want to know or wish to discover,
'Where' their minds are at!

Nor do I desire to know 'why'...
They are socially dysfunctional.
These images were purposely invented.
Too many have latched onto a batch of lies.

If this is the life they have chosen to live...
'Some thing' or someone,
Much more influential than me...
Created a reality for them,
They have found acceptable...
To neglect AND defend as if treasured.

I am just grateful to be blessed,
My treasure chest...
Is not packed with that kind of trapped satisfaction.
Or bestowed with delusions I could not undo.
