Indoctrinated Through Ancestry

They are here in droves...
Those me-me-I-I folks.
The ones who have been told they are attractive.
Those with slave mentalities,
And still trying to please their masters.

And I can not say how many folks there are...
Who are afraid to express too much 'identity'.
For fear they will upset someone else's wishes!
And they know what on me they can kiss!
Anyone who has a mind like this!
I'm not having none of it.
There is an addicted sickness inflicted.
Alive and well.
And profiting the few,
Who have so many messed up in their heads!

The more pretentious the folks...
One can find them driven to play charades,
On all coasts.
Wherever they are found 'coasting' and cruising!
It just seems that way.
Those on escapades and away from their identities.
And ready to please.
As if indoctrinated through ancestry!

What It Is They Do

Some folks enjoy doing things.
While other folks 'are' what they enjoy doing!
Some folks enjoy cooking.
And then there are cooks.
Some folks enjoy singing.
And then there are those who sing.
Some folks enjoy writing.
I know I do,
And I've been told I am a writer.
Some folks have no problem,
Producing what they do.
And others will say they don't have the time.
Although they waste it telling folks,
What it is they do...
And yet nothing of that,
Ever gets done!

Not Here to Play The Dozen's

Hello?
Is there a light on in your attic?
Obviously not.
Unfortunately,
There is nothing dimming at all in your head.
At least give me eye contact,
So I feel as if something said is being heard,
And shared.

You ignoring me,
Is a favor done you wont believe.
I don't have to put up with your ignorance.
Or tolerate disrespect from no one.
In fact,
Give me more distance.

I live in this community.
And I am familiar with the neighborhood.
What happens here and what folks do to themselves,
May be entertaining to you.
And I could care less if you disagree with me.
But you folks have been programmed,
To invite your own unexpected deaths.

I have integrity and some dignity left,
That has of yet been taken.
And I have identity.
Of that you have none.
My comprehending of that has long been numbed.
To the point it is no longer heartbreaking.
Nor am I one to fake unity!
It aint happenin'.
And if it is I'd like to know where?

But let me say this...
To get this over with quick.
You can act as if I am invisible,
If that helps you pretend I do not exist.
However...
Do not 'think' I have to put up with your 'stupidity'
Because others get a kick out of it!

I am not into self destruction.
Or folks who make excuses to self abuse themselves.
And I know you don't understand this,
Because your mama didn't teach you.
And your father refuses to be a man.
And I know you don't understand 'that'.
Nor am I here to play the 'dozen's with you.
Truth I do not play with!

Too many of you have been pitched the taste for truth.
But you'd rather do a genocide on yourselves,
Better than 'the man' can!
And your ignorance has been addicted to keep that focused.
But nothing done I do is a mirage.
I'm here to snap your ass awake.
Don't get that messed up with your sugared cookies.

Unstable and Unfit

When people hide behind deceptions...
As if they are walls of cement.
These are the folks who do not realize...
Their lies have fenced them inside mentalities,
To eventually show themselves as demented.

They do not perceive dishonesty as weak.
As long as they are in the reception...
Of others with similar beliefs.

And when folks like this,
Come to unite together in a collectiveness...
They do not realize their acts develop illnesses.
And they rush to seek perscriptions quick,
From those who benefit...
Handsomely,
By keeping them addicted to such sickness.

In industries that hospitalized them...
With not a chance to confront,
The healing that mends the origins of their afflictions.
If that happened,
None of this would exist!

But there is a need to keep them mentally,
And physically dependent!
Socially unstable.
And psychologically unfit!

So Nothing Is Done

Do you get the feeling,
That it doesn't matter who says what...
About anyone or anything anymore.
This seems especially true...
In small towns with nohing but gossip,
For folks to value.
The more things change...
The less those who desperately need to change,
Do!
Even in big cities,
There are small minded folks!

And...
The mindsets of small town folks,
Will be guaranteed to be left reliably...
Small minded and uninvolved.
But yet upset with 'them'
Because 'they' don't 'act' like they care,
About their problems.
Those who sit on stoops...
And/or push baby carriages,
Around the blocks where their babies fathers,
Stand.
Seeking tips on good luck,
To dropp in their pockets!

They have suffered from under the rug swept stuff...
These folks!

With claims to have problems...
That have been historically ignored,
By those praying to God for solutions.
And when they come...
They don't like what has to be done!
So nothing is...
Done!
It just decays!
And folks find ways to celebrated it.

From Years of Growth That Is Done

Caught up in a poisoned mind,
Uptight.
Folks watching other folks watching folks' backs.

Conditioned and disciplined to have their noses,
In someone's business.
And entertained by it with illiterate wishes.

While observing life with an illegitimate social perspective,
And refined by an acceptance of mediocity.

Those with a more adventurous mindset...
Find a wealth of companionships
During nature visits.
And always is nature there patient,
In waiting!

'Not always!
And what you tryin' to say?
A tree got more sense than me? '

A tree wouldn't comprehend that,
From years of growth that is done!

Try Super-Addictive 'Freebase' Nicotine Today!

When nicotine is added to some chemicals folks try,
It's then 'freebase', folks' brains to screw and finally folks die.
Some cigarettes are made so strong that strong men fail to quit,
Yet would they start a thing so wrong if they knew all of it?
Each packet has a warning note to tell folks, 'Leave these be! '
Once warned, who needs an antidote or cure to set folks free?
Yet there are those who still ignore the signpost, 'Sickness! Death! '
Though loved ones nag and will implore, is this just wasted breath?
Why must it be that cigarettes turn wise folks into fools?
Why must we see fag-fuelled regrets, yes, even in our schools?
How many deaths must be played out before the world sees sense
And bans what makes the grievers shout, such that all smoking ends?
Freebase, freewill, freedom to choose? But funerals aren't free!
Nor are the feelings when you lose the life God meant to be...

Drugged Up and Prescribed Medicated Existences Limited

If folks think I'm a homo?
I'm gonna give them that,
And something more than homo.
If they think of me as straight?
They will get that too,
On their dinner plate.

People finding slots to lock,
Names and tags on one another...
Have done themselves the injustice.
And grounded, they are, in cemented ignorance.

Trying to find themselves in religions,
Where those 'church' addicted commit most the sins.
Is a programming of the mind that's done.
To have those in need be controlled by someone.

And me,
My life will be loved.
Independently to breathe as it was given to me.
And if another human being wishes to hug me with love,
They will get that received.
Just how it was given to me.
But I do have my preferences.
If you get my drift!

So if folks think I'm a homo?
I'm gonna give them that,
And something more than homo.
If they think of me as straight?
They will get that too,
On their dinner plate.

I do not spend my time,
With folks seeking to find a hole
To bury their brains including their minds.
Is there anything else folks can do?
Than to entertain their empty lives,
With who screwing and doing 'who'.
This is all so immature and foolish.

I'm going to live my life as the gift it is.
And leave those who are self righteous about theirs,
To their own drugged up and prescribed medicated existences limited.

'I bet you can't say that five times fast? '

What? 'drugged up and prescribed medicated existences limited'?
You're right!
I had trouble saying it 'that' time and the first as slow as possible.
I am the author.
So...
I don't have to say it at all.
It's written and for that purpose intended.

My Disappearing Act

If I have offended you,
That can only mean one thing!
You chose to enforce an impression on me.
With a familiar disrespect,
That is a part of your life without self reflection.

And if I offended you,
I've seen what you do too much.
And folks like you out of touch,
With an absorption of self?
I don't like.

Although I may not say that.
My disappearing act should express it!
You will not test my peace of mind.
Doing it I do not suggest,

Pictures Still Say What Words Can Not

I have no wish like others,
To feel and relive miseries.
There is nothing about sorrow,
That has an interest for me.

Some folks share their grief,
And can not leave these moments alone.
Folks like these I choose not to be around.
Nor are they invited near or inside my home.

I've had my days of weeping tears.
And for years they would not stop.
My heart has pounded in my chest...
Feeling I would pass out or dead I would drop!

But faith so strong I kept inside of me.
Even when those I thought were close...
Chose to leave me alone.
There was a message from God I learned from that.

When people think one is down and out...
They will make their true identities known!
And just how much time,
If any...
They have,
To make their feelings shown.

When one is flat on their back...
Folks can show where they are coming from.
With no need to express where they are at!
Or vocalize what they wish others to believe.
Pictures still say what words can not!
And some words unheard,
Can be the best one unseen can leave!

Some Folks Lives Roll Easy

Words & music by paul simon
Some folks lives roll easy as a breeze
Drifting through a summer night
Heading for a sunny day
But most folks lives, oh they stumble
Lord they fall
Through no fault of their own
Most folks never catch their stars
And here I am, lord
Im knocking at your place of business
I know I aint got no business here
But you said if I ever got so low
I was busted,
You could be trusted
Some folks lives roll easy
Some folks lives
Never roll at all
Oh, they just fall
They just fall
Some folks lives

well insulated ignorance...
hatreds, that begin with hatred

we're not labels!
we're just folks....
breathing, working, dreaming,
trying, doing the best we can....
we deserve the dignity

Poor Folks Town

The work is hard and the hours are long
The money aint much but we get along
Were rich in things can give
That cant be bought with a dollar bill
So, come on down
Have a look around
Rich folks livin in a poor folks town
We got no money but were rich in love
Thats one thing that weve got a-plenty of
So come on down have a look around
At rich folks livin in a poor folks town
We got no carpets on the floor
Weve got wall to wall love
Who could ask for more
We got no big fine things to show
Just a place to watch our children grow
We got no big fine fancy car to drive
And no fancy clothes to keep in style
What weve got were payin on
But its mostly love that were livin on
So, come on down
Have a look around
Rich folks livin in a poor folks town
We got no money but were rich in love
Thats one thing that weve got a-plenty of
So come on down have a look around
At rich folks livin in a poor folks town
Weve got a little simple church nearby
And the promise of a mansion in the sky
A heart of gold a million dollar smile
And a one way ticket to paradise
So, come on down
Have a look around
Rich folks livin in a poor folks town
We got no money but were rich in love
Thats one thing that weve got a-plenty of
So come on down have a look around
At rich folks livin in a poor folks town
So, come on down
Have a look around

I Marriage Is For Old Folks

Mort Shuman, Leon Carr
I love dancing
Crazy romancing
Fellas advancing constantly
Marriage is for old folks
Old folks, not for me!
One husband
One wife
Whaddya got?
Two people sentenced for life!
I love singing
Good healthy clinging
Quietly bringing on a spree
Marriage is for old folks
Cold folks!
One married he
One married she
Whaddya got?
Two people watchin' tv!
I'm not ready
to quit bein' free
And I'm not willing
to stop being me
I've gotta sing my song
Why should I belong
to some guy who says
that I'm wrong?
Doo doo dooo
de doo de doo
de-doo de-doo
doo doo doo
dooo
Cookin' dinner
Lookin' no thinner
Gray elbows and
a sudsy sea
Marriage is for old folks
Cold folks,
and it's not for me!
One husband
One wife
Whaddya got?
Two people sentenced for life!
I'm exploding
with youth and with zest
Who needs corroding
in some vulture's nest?
I've gotta fly my wings
Go places, do things
My freedom bell's really
gonna ring!
Doo doo dooo....(etc.)
I've been through years
Too many blue years
Now I want New Year's every eve
Marriage is for old folks
Marriage is for cold folks
One husband
One wife
Whaddya got?
Two people sentenced for life
Marriage is for old folks
Marriage is for cold folks
Not for me
Can't you see
Marriage ain't for me

Folks Who Make Claims To Be Christians

Why are there some who say,
They believe in God.
Speak in tongues.
Pass judgement on others,
And how they live.
Where they live and with who?
Express issues they have with materialism.
Usually their lack of it.
Or what someone else has.
Complain about their ailments...
With associated limitations.
And,
Are the ones to say to others,
No one understands where they are coming from.
And when asked 'why' they don't take their troubles to God?
They say...
'This has nothing to do with God! '

And these are the folks,
Who make claims to be Christians!
These are the folks,
Who produce their own problems.
And get upset,
They can not share their headaches...
With those who observe them all as hypocrites!
Seeking those they wish to inflict their afflictions.

'But isn't that demonic? '

I suppose.
However...
They do get their teachings about the 'devil'
And 'sin' on Sundays!
Perhaps they can better tell you,
What it is they do believe...
That God does for them,
And when and where that is done! '

C'est La Vie

(chuck berry)
It was a teenage wedding
And the old folks wished them well
You could see that pierre
Did truly love the mademoiselle
And now the young monsieur and madame
Have rung the chapel bell
"c'est la vie", say the old folks
It goes to slow you never can tell
They furnished off an apartment
With a two room roebuck sale
The coolerator was crammed
With t.v. dimmers and ginger ale
But when pierre found work
The little money comin' worked out well
"c'est la vie", say the old folks
It goes to show you never can tell
They had a hi-fi phono
Boy did they let it blast
Seven hundred little records
All rockin' rhythm and jazz
But when the sun went down
The rapid tempo of the music fell
"c'est la vie", say the old folks
It goes to show you never can tell
They bought a souped-up jitney
T'was a cherry-red fifty nine
They drove it down to new orleans
To celebrate their anniversary
It was there that pierre
Was wedded to the lovely mad'moiselle
"c'est la vie", say the old folks
It goes to show you never can tell

Where Will Their Greed Lead Them

Now that they've been smeared and jeered...
After what they did to the economy and the atmosphere.
Where will their greed lead them...
When they have been some of the most disruptive,
And destructive folks.
Where will they go?
Safe into some satisfaction...
Where honored crooks are freed to bestow,
Upon each other,
A sharing together...
Benefits reaped?
From deceiving and screwing up the lives,
Of over a million folks.
And counting.
Forced out of homes...
Where they will not find,
Neither peace of mind nor restful sleep.
When they have been some of the most disruptive,
And destructive...
Corrupted folks.
Where will they go?

'Sssshhh...
And you didn't hear this from me.
They've moved to Dubai'.
