Hunted By Those Hunting
As a marketing tool...
Some may choose to select peace.
As an item worn like a necklace!
Silver, diamond crusted, gold...
Or a gold leaf piece that treats!
An external 'closeness' worn...
One adorns and feels protected.
A symbolic jester...
That 'manifests' a pride from inside,
To show of one's affliliation...
As a limb attached to one's belief.
Yet often such 'bliss' is hidden,
Much sequestered...
For an ease that brings a quick relief.
Externally on it's own...
Peace is not shown,
Or actively produced!
Some may reveal,
For them it is internally concealed...
To express freely to release,
Whenever it is induced!
And still we subject others to profess,
Whether or not their faith is strong enough...
To fight demons that come to test!
As if we are 'all' above treating each other,
Like beasts unleashed...
Ready to show,
Our own displeasure that grows with unrest!
Enjoying to be hunted...
By those hunting as we're left grunting.
Satisfied those labelled,
Have become pests,
In tit for tat adventures heated,
Upon our own bait ladened requests.
'Why do they persist,
In ignoring us like this?
Can't they see...
What we have is what they need? '

Express Yourself
(she takes him in her arms,
She kisses his face on the lips)
(one woman in the world,
One woman in many faces)
(she takes him in her arms,
She kisses his face on the lips)
Dont go for second best baby
Put your love to the test
You know, you know, youve got to
Make her express how she feels
And maybe then youll know your love is real
You dont need diamond rings
Or eighteen karat gold
Fancy cars that go very fast
You know they never last, no, no
What you need is a big strong hand
To lift you to your higher ground
Make you feel like a king on a throne
Make her love you till you cant come down
Dont go for second best baby
Put your love to the test
You know, you know, youve got to
Make her express how she feels
Then youll know your love is real
(one woman in the world,
One woman in many faces)
Long stem roses are the way to your heart
But she needs to start with your head
Satin sheets are very romantic
What happens when youre not in bed
You deserve the best in life
So if the time isnt right then move on
Second best is never enough
Youll do much better baby on your own
Dont go for second best baby
Put your love to the test
You know, you know, youve got to
Make her express how she feels
Then youll know your love is real
Express yourself
Youve got to make her
Express herself
Hey, hey, hey, hey
So if you want it right now, make her show you how
Express what shes got, oh baby ready or not
And when youre gone she might regret it
And think about the love she once had
Try to carry on, but she just wont get it
Shell be back on her knees
To express herself
Youve got to make her
Express herself
Hey hey
(one woman in the world,
One woman in many faces)
Dont go for second best baby
Put your love to the test
You know, you know, youve got to
Make her express how she feels
Then youll know your love is real
To express herself
Youve got to make her
Express herself
Hey hey hey hey
So if you want it right now, make her show you how
Express what shes got, oh baby ready or not
Express yourself
Respect yourself
Hey, hey
So if you want it right now, make her show you how
Express what shes got, oh baby ready or not
Express yourself

If I Were Gold
If I were Gold
I wonder my worth
Before men alike
Probably I’d be so cherished by them so much.
If I were gold
I would definitely be so precious
Compared by Men for superiority
And worn so gallantly by all around.
If I were gold
I wonder the worth of carat
I’d be by now
A twenty-four carat, or one less pure
If I were gold
I’d definitely by found all around the world
Doing my best piece
And decorating the best amongst the best.
If I were gold
I’d probably be a must for the high and mighty
And also a source of quarrel amongst them
‘Cos non-would be more content with me around.
If I were gold
I wonder how priced I’d be
And probably kept in the strongest safe
And most probably in the choicest Swiss bank.
If I were gold
I’d probably be worn by Men of class
While still adorning some choicest parts of the body
And being priced by all I come in contact with
If I were gold
No matter how rigorous it takes to make me pure
And how costly it is to acquire me around
I’d definitely put a simile on faces all over the world.
If I were gold
No matter how tarnished and tainted I may be
I’d still find a place in the hearts of all so dear
And be a pride to many anyway

Silver And Gold
Silver, silver and gold
Silver and gold, silver and gold
Ev'ryone wishes for silver and gold
How do you measure its worth?
Just by the pleasure it gives here on earth.
Silver and gold, silver and gold
Mean so much more when I see
Silver and gold decorations
On ev'ry Christmas tree.
Silver, silver and gold
Silver, silver and gold
Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Wise men brought gifts to the mange I'm told
Mary was humble to see
Shepherds and kings there on bended knees
It's silver and gold, silver and gold
Feeling the world with their lives
Silver and gold how they shimmer on ev'ry Christmas night
On ev'ry Christmas night
Silver, silver and gold

Inside Is My Mecca
Inside is my mecca.
A peace that is complete!
Released is all conflict.
My mind is at ease.
Inside I find rainbows.
And cloudless blue sky.
I feel Sun rays beaming upon me.
I walk tall with pride,
Without surprise.
Inside is my love hold.
With strength that increases.
I show bliss reflected.
I am blessed to receive it.
Inside me are spirits.
Ancestors who live.
I am this gift given.
And treasured this is!
Inside I keep faith,
As a jewel I caress.
I nourish it to flourish.
And make each step...
Better placed,
Than the best steps I left!
Inside is my mecca.
A peace that is complete!
Released is all conflict.
My mind is at ease.
And as calm as a fresh breeze,
I am blessed to receive to breathe...
Before it leaves.

I Wish You: Peace!
You will ever need your peace
It's what will give your life ease
Then a life with it gets a good treat
It has value nothing dares to beat
To me, He whispers sweet peace
It brings my soul a great ease
Many people are seeking for riches
As it can put food in those dishes
It can settle some of your wishes
It can put clothes on your back
It can bring you fame in a big stock
But this it seemed to have lacked
Since it made some people blocked
The beauty of having sweet peace
To me, He whispers sweet peace
And my soul finds a great ease
There is peace in Christ for all
He will give to those that'll call....
It's better than silver and gold
So, whether you are young or old
Your soul will need to be at ease
Then seek the PRINCE of PEACE
To me, He whispers sweet peace
And my soul finds immense peace
I wish you: Peace!

Kept Just As It Is
Revealing who sits in pits with demons,
Is currently being exposed to those...
Who have accepted being ignored and opposed,
And this has not pleased...
The deceiving teasing done by demons.
With hopes their tactics used attract,
The ones who have chosen not to play tit for tat.
Knowing those who sit with demons...
Would love to do exactly that.
From shadows where they creep with a seeking to attack.
However...
Those who show they know the ones,
Sitting in demon pits to glow...
Aren't disturbed by them one bit.
with a preferring their distance kept just as it is...
Left effective and less reflective of images protected.
Regardless if deeds done they do are not respected.
Since those ignored have accepted and expect...
Those sitting with demons in their nests object.
And will always do their very best to test...
The ones ignoring them from wherever they may emerge.

Pieces And Peace
if everyone
has his or her own
piece,
shelter,
food,
and every piece of drive
is
satisfied,
sleeping,
napping,
or dormant;
bingo!
a classical
peace,
an
oracle
that does not last.
but,
peace
is not only
a simple
drive,
a hormone,
a piece of chemistry,
a piece of history or geography, or
a piece of culture or a nano-culture.
piece is simply
moving from
threshold
to threshold
without awaken
the sleeping giant
of an ugly war.
war!
I mean
fight,
clashes,
fire,
words,
and all stirred in one boll.
so, choose
or gather
your piece,
pieces, and
peace,
for a beautiful
or an ugly war.
I still have my peace
in one piece,
in one word, and
in one hand,
no matter
how ugly or beautiful
your theatrical piece of war.

Faith in Belief - Coping Strategy
Must have faith or what else is left?
Lack of faith, sorrow bereft
Belief in a God, nature, galactic deities
Even atheistic belief gives some amenities
Belief in self to succeed
The need to daily feed
Belief in love, seeking to thrive
Faith in thriving to stay alive
Those with no faith to look forward to
Stranded, without a helping clue
Grasp a belief enabling you to cope
One that brings fulfillment with hope
Faith in music unbound
Open ears to the acoustic sound
Sweet rhythms renowned
Belief that art opens the way
Creative devotion bless the day
For some, blind faith is better than none
Others may curse their belief, ready to abscond
Seek a belief peaceful, considerate
Avoid following the fanatical illiterate
The three C’s of hardiness agility
Commitment, Control, Creative ability
Deliver strong sustainability
Belief in Joy and Happiness, treasured gold
Warm goodness and kindness never cold
Resolve persistent griefs
With faith in positive beliefs

A free action
express freely
it may not look silly
your intention of retaining
the desire for love maintaining
it has to go from your direction
reach out to the people with real affection
show it to them that it is love for peace
we all live with harmony and at ease
What may make others to wonder?
As the clouds appear with thunder
it may rain heavily with shower
touching the roots for birth of flower
Who can stop this natural process?
you are gifted with an open access
You were observing it all along
nothing can go out of hand or wrong
You may not be able to convince
they can not be compelled to show or evince
for sacred love to be shown to fellow man
it is show of eagerness that any one can
it will be too late to regret or express sorrow
it can not be left for uncertainty or tomorrow
The love has its origin from eternity
it has to be expressed and shown with fine quality
You may have solid return
sometimes you may have same turn
you are earning a praise from deprived
the long term effect can not be believed
The love and affection is not the commodity to show
it is essence of life and naturally grow
we are not used to difference of opinion
we need to appreciate if it existed in companion
There is enough room and space to fall in line
it must be shown that you really feel it fine
the time pass off within no time to come
there won't be anybody later on to welcome
Show the willingness for all kind gesture
you have seen its utility for the future
the world can be built effectively on good will
the stones should not be used with flowers to kill
It will have far reaching consequences and effect
the kindness is seen in hidden act
the love is understood by all and is common fact
it should be shown tenderly without any tact
There is no other short cut or easy option
the show of strength or wealth is ruled out of question
the simplicity is not seen with cordial relation
the joy and happiness mus come out with elation
the love can not be measured
it is to be shown and assured
in its simplest form and must be shown
with warmth and affection to be fully grown

Piece of this
piece of that
Peace and bliss,

Peace of mind,

Peace and satisfaction
Piece in the valley

Sonnet: Faith
A man with faith can win the world with ease;
A war is won with faith in its soldiers;
A leader with faith brings about world’s peace;
A faithless man always has unknown fears.
Strong faith can heal an adamant disease;
Faith in oneself makes one self-confident;
Faith in religion and God gives mind’s peace;
Faith alters in our favor, an event.
Faith is needed to maintain good friendship;
You ought to have faith in a stranger too;
Faith in the captain brings to harbor ship;
Faith is needed even to win a coup!
Have faith in the man for earthly things done;
Have faith in God for Heavenly grace won.

Lincoln Avenue
Well I guess this is where I left my life
And all its operations
And I know that I will never get this twice
With all negotiations
This feels like the place between what is and might have been
So I guess this is where we both find out
If this was meant to be
And I'll tell myself, I don't need you
I'll tell myself enough to get me through
But I'll finally show you how I should have been being with you every day
If you can take a little more
Now it takes me back to times on Lincoln Avenue
When you said you'd never get tired of the boy
That seemed to be so far from growing up
But we were different then
This feels like the place between being ready and being in the way
And I'll tell myself, I don't need you
I'll tell myself enough to get me through
But I'll finally show you how I should have been being with you every day
If you can wait a little more
This feels like the time that I'm ready for you
Are you ready for me
'Cause I'll tell myself I'll make it through
I'll tell myself anything to get over you
And I won't blame you but I'm finally ready to show you
That I'm ready to show you, I'm ready to show you, yeah
I'll tell myself that I never needed anybody anyway, but anyway
I need you
I need you now
I need you now
I'm ready now

Arrival of Faith
Faith may change and alter if man lets it,
Your religion needs you, where ever you are,
Its range calculated the actions of the heart,
Of the soul there is no equal other than faith.
How do strokes of luck empower us
When the ready faith in god carries enough knowledge
To let us survive in this creation called the kingdom.
Fires will grow, hearts shall be attacked, and love shall fall
Into oblivion from the lover’s quarrel.
I believe in old cities of gold and as if frowning
Was on silver, as if smiling became strong.
The silver of friends is like the gold of strangers,
In this city of old, the ancient town of gold.
This is where you find faith, the rich and bold.

False Pride
It's not about the rhythm that you keep.
Or the way that you pat your feet to the beat.
It's all about the moving that you do,
When you get to grooving.
It's not about those things that you've got,
That eye pop.
To think I'll be impressed...
But I'm not!
I don't want to be used by someone
Slick and fooling.
I'd like to have fun with a special one.
I'm not about to be undone by a hunt.
To be captured and put up with a false pride,
You prize!
I'm not going to feel like I'm second best.
Or be the one you select to test!
The peace of mind I've got,
You wont molest it!
No it's not about the rhythm that you keep.
Or the way that you pat your feet to the beat.
It's all about the moving that you do,
When you get to grooving.
When you bust that move,
I want to see you do something true.
Something that comes from the heart,
And soul of you.
When you bust that move,
I want to see you thinking too!
I want to see how you put together,
What it is you do.
Expose it so I'll know,
What you show...
Just keeps improving!
I'm not going to feel like I'm second best.
Or be the one you select to test!
The peace of mind I've got,
You wont molest it!
Or lie and deny,
There's a false pride you prize.

Forced to Rush and Turn Away
Today.
There are no roles to play.
None respected in the way they were.
No believable masquerades to convey,
The remotest concepts...
To display an innocence worn to convince,
A possibility lives to consider.
Today.
Anything cheap and easy to get is preferred.
As long as it shines.
To be sold and rhymes with gold.
Nickel plated to glimmer like rhinestone...
Worn and bold,
It is okay!
Today.
The quality of life is attached to that detached,
As far as possible from reality.
Today!
Even pointing out the truth pursued,
Is subject to being ostracized...
From those who want to believe faith and hope,
Are nasty rumors to hush!
Today.
People are forced to rush and turn away from dreams,
If not overnight expressed...
At doorsteps!
Or promised to arrive before noon.

Inside Us All
When I'm all alone
And no one else is there
Waiting by the phone
To remind me
I'm still here
When shadows paint the scenes
Where spotlights used to fall
And I'm left wondering
Is it really worth it all?
There's a peace inside us all
Let it be your friend
It will help you carry on In the end
There's a peace inside us all
Life can hold you down
When you're not looking up
Can't you hear the sounds?
Hearts beating out loud
Although the names change
Inside we're all the same
Why can't we tear down these walls?
To show the scars we're covering
There's a peace inside us all
Let it be your friend
It will help you carry on In the end
There's a peace inside us all
[Guitar Break]
There's a peace
Oh there's a peace inside us all
Let it be... Oh

When The New Year Arrives
I hate to leave you.
Like the ones I've done before.
Uncertain if my best was applied.
Unsure if I could have done more.
Perhaps that had been blocked by denial?
Who knows?
Or maybe a pride I kept inside?
And that continues to grow!
More of 'that' needs to surface and show!
Of 'that' without question I know!
However...
I do express a thankfulness.
Knowing together nothing we did bored.
And I look forward to the 'new year' that arrives...
Intending to show I've been taught,
All doubts aside...
My life is to be explored!
Why should I keep hidden,
An excitement felt inside?
And opportunities to be happy and grateful?
I will never sit and wait...
Contemplating a knock,
To deliver 'that' to my door!
Not anymore.
Nor will it be left ignored,
Again!
And that is a promise to myself,
When the new year arrives...
And for me begins!
'Hello...
Am I ready?
Of course I'm ready.
I've been ready!
You're the one that's late!
Two thousand and eight.
We have much to discuss...
Regarding what's to be served on my plate.
And how I wish to be treated throughout this date!
Shall we proceed?
To fulfill my dreams, wishes, wants and needs?
I'll 'try' not to be too greedy with these!
I've learned from my past...
Not to be afraid to ask! '

Peace Within
The wind is blowing gaily, the page is trying to turn.
My hair has it's own independent way and my heart is at PEACE.
My peace I give you, not as the world gives it (John 14: 27)
A peace that rests inside as though like Jesus sleeping peacefully on the wind tossed boat, secure in His Father's LOVE. (Mark 4: 38)
I move and Your peace moves WITH me.
Your sun calms the cold breeze on my face.
The shine in my heart - You LORD - brings perfect peace.
The mosques chatter restlessly, no peace is found within and none is taken out.
The politicians speak many platitudes but no peace lies within the words.
Peace is found externally and internally in YOUR WORD O LORD!
Refuge, rest, sanctuary in the knowledge of YOUR LOVE that resonates into our souls into eternity.
My soul finds rest in God alone (Psalm 62)
Those who believe in Jesus Christ carry PEACE, can calm troubled hearts, give light in their darkness, bring hunger to know that everlasting peace.
Only You O LORD can give us PEACE.
Only YOU!
Amen!

Any Faith
Belief it comes in every kind; faith that grips the heart and mind,
But faith’s deeper than belief, like a branch that holds each leaf,
When you’re planted in the Tree, within the Branch of all Eternity,
All leaves never wither or fall, being nourished by the Lord of all.
There’s men with faith, although, are not rooted enough to grow,
Head belief but no spiritual root, within this life, produce no fruit.
And a faith with only head belief, produces withered, falling leaf.
Rooted only in spiritual sand, upon The Rock they cannot stand.
There are beliefs in many a place, having faith less God’s Grace,
In many beliefs, it’s understood, that mankind is basically good,
Men building a faith down here, without that need for Godly fear,
Ignoring Truth wanting His love, thinking all get to Heaven above.
Some with a faith about the earth, see no need for spiritual birth,
Never looking up to The Creator, with no thought about a Savior,
Being stewards of God’s creation, with no need of His salvation.
As saving earth is the urgent need, the only truth men must heed.
Any faith, as noble as it may be, cannot save a soul for Eternity,
If that faith has ignored, the blood atonement of Christ our Lord,
If it fails to embrace this Truth, ahead will only be strong reproof,
As faith in Christ is the only belief, that gives a soul eternal relief.
