That offended.
With unending elaboration.
But you have an absence of memory,
Each time you have publicly disrespected me.

Eraser

I want the memory erased
Of all that we used to be
I dont ever want to remember
That saddend side of me.

I never would have wanted to forget
All the love that we shared,
All the memories that we made,
All the times that we cared...

But the memory I remember most
Is the one where you leave
Turning your back on me, and on us
It's the only memory I can see

I can remember all the way back
To when our love amounted to so much
No matter how much I loved you...
It never seemed to be enough.

No time to reconsider
Giving me another second chance
No faith in our love and compassion
No hope for our romance.

You made your choice
And let all we had go.

In The Event...

In the event of my absence,
Remember me for the good and the bad.
Speak about the bad don't leave it out.
Speak about the good times we shared together, when I will be gone.
Use my photo often like a daily prayer.
Remember my laughter and jokes.
And for every time u crack a bottle open,
Don't forget these wines and cocktails.
Drink one for me in the event of my absence.
Remember me as the one u use to hate,
The quiet one, the one u seek advise from.
Also the one u use to love and crush on.remember me in all ways u can.

Committed To Memory

It is conveniently done,
And with a purpose to serve...
A boosting of one's morale and nerve,
To discredit others behind their backs...
With the telling of lies and other non-facts.

To enable one heard and seen doing this,
An opportunity to smear to have themselves uplifted.
And always at the absence of another unable to defend,
Or agree to an expense being paid free of evidence.
To have such comments being said,
By those attempting to convince with nonsense.
And to leave one unprotected against,
The telling of falsities conveniently delivered.

And those who seem to remember what others do,
As if committed to memory a reciting of official documents...
Find it difficult to remember their most recent misdeeds,
To have others believe they are victims of their own innocence.
And these folks are all over the place hoping to collect dirt.

I Found God

If a forgiveness has been given,
To those who had perpetrated misdeeds...
Until after years they are awakened to receive,
An unexpected epiphany.
What makes them assume to believe,
Those inflicted intentionally...
Would mysteriously have their wounds,
Disappear from their memories?

'I found God.'

That's ironic.
I discovered The Savior too.
However...
Are you here to try to attempt me to accept,
That my pain and your guilt felt...
Have become easier for you to forget,
With no regrets?

Or are you hoping your ability to quote,
From scriptures...
Paints upon you a different face.
And the old one I don't remember?
With an erasing it to be replaced.

'But I have found God.'

Don't become offended if I suggest,
The next step you should make...
Is to find a good plastic surgeon.

Dear Old Friend

Dear old friend,
How far back does your memory span?
does it go through last year?
or before marching band?

Do you remember nail fights
do you remember seeing me cry?
do you remember not seeing me after
do you remember understanding why?

Do you remember cuddle puddles?
Do you remember the tickle war?
do you remember stealing my stuff
and then trying to get back from you on the floor?

Do you remember when you were to high to stand?
do you remember me being there until i could be sure you were okay?
do you remember competitions we went to
playing a rigged game of cards along the way?

do you remember how much fun we had?
do you remember when it ended?
when nome left and things fell apart
making us do things that offended?
