Good Tidings, Goodwill and Lots of Cheer
I just want to say,
During these holidays...
May every wish you dream,
Brings blessings fulfilled.
And the arrival of special gifts,
Coming your way without delay.
This is the season many reminisce,
Those cherished times...
With those often missed.
Hold all of these moments close to your heart.
Everyday throughout the year.
As joy and happiness,
Touches all that is treasured...
With such good tidings,
Goodwill and lots of cheer.
Happy holidays to you always.
Given with my wish...
These days bestowed upon you bring,
A fresh and crispness to unwrap and delight.
To sparkle and surprise.
Lifting you to shine and glow bright.
As the silent peaceful night...
Welcomes the magic witnessed at Sunrise.
Happy holidays,
To you always.
These days and throughout the year.

Sad Holidays
The holidays are getting near
Bringing most people great cheer
These days bring back pain from the dead
The holidays I always have to dread
Thinking back through the many years
Trying to be happy, holding back the tears
Getting through life one day at a time
Out of the darkness I must climb
I can't live in the pain from the past
Please let it be over, don't let it last
I love the warmth from the summer sun
So let this time of year be done
I like the green grass and flowers in bloom
They make me happiest, instead of this gloom
So hurry up summer and come back around
And I won't be sad, happiness I'd have found
I have a good life and what's wrong with me
When the holidays come, I can't feel free!

Some Happy People Take Holidays (Trijan Refrain)
Some happy people take holidays
and its when you and I
love to dine out, to dance and play
while summer days rush by
and with delight moments drag on
and in a flash the night is gone
and with delight,
and with delight
to me you are the only one.
Some happy people take holidays
couples whose love is strong
bathe for hours in the sun's hot rays,
together they belong
with endless love, drawing them near
when they act without any fear
with endless love,
with endless love,
and jubilant they do appear
Some happy people take holidays
while some are separate
and are set with life in their ways
but do not love or hate
to me you are like a goddess
in your new lovely rose-red dress
to me you are,
to me you are
the one that I want to caress.

Oh Happy Days
Oh happy days,
Everyone likes you.
Oh happy days,
Please stay today.
Oh happy days,
Sweet like honey.
Oh happy days,
loving family ties.
Oh happy days,
Giving us strength.
Oh happy days,
Children out playing.
Oh happy days,
On the green grass.
Oh happy days,
With boundless optimism.
Oh happy days,
I give thanks.
Oh happy days,
Dreaming for more.
Oh happy days,
Warm and bright.
Oh happy days,
Like love eternal.
Oh happy days,
And glad memories.
Oh happy days,
New hope prayers.
Oh happy days,
With smiling faces.
Oh happy days,
Holidays and health.
Oh happy days,
With close friends.
Oh happy days,
Generous and giving.
Oh happy days,
Shiny rainbow dreams.
Oh happy days,
Till the very end.
Oh happy days,
Always and forever.
Amen.

Holiday Yets
You know the holidays
are the best
and the worst.
Expectations rise
to levels so high
that they surely
cannot ever be reached.
Then there is the commercialization
and the money we all feel we need
to buy the gifts
which our relatives
may or may not need.
While joy in the giving
is there
also the feeling that
you don't have enough money
to participate
or your gift
is not as good a gift
as the other one
the brother-in-law gives;
you know the brother-in-law
who gives
just to throw
his money around.
.
Oh how I wish the
holidays
had more celebration in them.
And then the bills
come in January
preceded by New Year's Eve
New Year's Eve that can be both anxiety-ridden
and wonderful.
What have I achieved this year?
If dating
who is this person
and will they be there next year?
Or my God
they just might be
and I don't know how
I feel about that'
or worse I could be
all alone next New Years Eve.
Yes, the holidays;
wonderful
and as I say;
Yet?
Let me out of the holidays
I need a year
to rest.

The Holidays Are For Those Not Alone
THE HOLIDAYS ARE FOR THOSE NOT ALONE
The holidays are for those not alone-
For the alone the holidays rub in the pain
Everyone else has someone who cares-
For the alone
There is no one and nothing-
Only greater envy and sadness and sense of loss-
For the alone
There are no holidays
Only special days of pain and more hurt.

Happy Holidays To All
The season for the joyful,
Brings with it a spirit of happiness lifted.
And those memories within us,
That seem never to cease...
As another year appears to draw to an end,
With promises to inspire...
An anticipation of gladness that begins.
The season for the joyful,
Brings together those far and near.
In a celebration all can share...
Felt as brisk winds fill the air,
With a freshness sought in the atmosphere.
And a witnessing of an acknowledgement...
There is an infectious feeling of cheer.
Happy holidays to all.
And to all those blessings received.
To indeed know those blessings to us come,
With an intent to keep desiring in our wishes...
That everyone this season before it leaves,
Discovers the connection between joy and faith.
And this comprehension is kept to please!

Summer holidays
The greatest time of the year
Summer holidays
Much freedom and a pint of beer
Summer holidays
Just do what you want
There’s no need to pant
Just have some fun with your friends
Summer holidays
You got even time to watch the ants
Summer holidays
Don’t ever dare to think of school
Summer holidays have no rules
Meet friends, have fun or just chill out
Buy milk, go swim or eat an ice upon a roundabout
You understand what they are like?
Summer holidays are the time of your life!

Rejection's Ire
It is Rejection’s Ire which crouches beneath during the holidays
it is long lived and memory-filled and surfaces so easily,
belying my belief that it’s negativities had long since died;
unknowing it rushes back to me at odd times
especially during the holidays;
but I veteran that I now am
caught it creeping through
confronted it
boxed its ears
sending it back to it’s ugly hovel-
not to ruin this year-
this Season’s Cheer
and I, and my mind,
took
Silent Solace
renewing the Season’s Joy
which is to be
now and tomorrow,
Rejection Free;
self and others
allowing space all around
instead to be filled
with Forgiving
Love’s Herald
and Predecessor:
and for Truth
my Silent Secret Salvation.
My ringing toast, thus this year
will sound for itself much louder
for having drowned out
the clanging clatter
of Rejection's Cruel Ire.
And I shall be at my best
for all of it.

Holidays Approach
When Christmas comes,
It is the time I most like.
Holidays approach,
And I'm excited.
The Summer reminds one of Fall.
And Labor Day begins the best,
Season of all.
But it's the Christmas with its Winter cheer,
After the Halloween masks and Thanksgiving..
That brings us all closer and near.
And whatever troubles us seem to disappear.
When Christmas comes,
It is the time I most like.
Holidays approach,
And I'm excited.
And when the new year arrives...
We make those promises we try,
To live by!

We Wish You A Merry Christmas
So we drive as fast as we can go
through the black night black ice and the snow
until we see the street signs and we know
we are coming home
Good tidings we bring
to you and your kin
Good tidings for Christmas
and a happy new year
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
and a happy new year
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
and a happy new year
And so when the words we sing are gone
Pray God's blessing continues on
and you laugh and compliment this
merry Christmas
Good tidings we bring
to you and your kin
Good tidings for Christmas
and a happy new year
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
and a happy new year
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
we wish you a merry Christmas
and a happy new year

Bdya wishes to a Good Friend (SG)
Oh, another year that's gone.. time really got wings.
And here we go again, a happy bday we do merrily sing.
Older..no, that cant be cos you are still so much fun!
As you enjoy Gods bounties under His golden sun.
A few candles and as you blow them out, gifts will do pile..
And from the land of sand dunes comes a wish across the mile
With every beautiful sunrise may you have happiness n more..
Good health, long life, smiling and peaceful days galore..
Many happy days and happy years for you to see…
Happy Bdya.. cheers and a grand celebration may it be! ! !

What Better Gift
Best wishes.
Hoping you well with enough joy,
To spread for each day you are able!
It should not be only on holidays,
We come together
Full of cheer and anticipation...
To celebrate and make amends!
These connected days that tie into seasons,
Should overflow from stored up hope and love!
Had I thought of a gift?
To exchange in merriment?
Have I selected slots of limited time
Thinking of ways to stretch pennies, nickles
And dimes?
There's not a month that goes by
That I find doing that has become tradition!
I wonder if God wants me to shop at Saks'?
Or Macy's, Sears or stores that sell back packs!
I-Pods with speakers the size to fill in ears,
Tuning out everything human that's near.
Programmed for music, TV, games and telephone!
Making interaction more interacted alone.
It should not only be on holidays,
We come together!
We should be sending out those lifelines daily!
But how can that be done?
When in these days of progress made...
Electronics seems to be the way
People of today come together in groups,
To have a one-on-one for fun...
And goodwill.
For whoever is overwhelmed with gladness...
Observing in ecstatic saddness!
The days of playing charades with friends and family,
My never return!
And it should not be only on holidays,
We come together to tease with happiness!
It would be nice if this was done more than once,
Or twice!
And then left to moan throughout the year
About how something purchased for someone,
Was not needed!
Or the effort made to get it to them was not appreciated
At all...
As much as it was expected!
And there is no indication
Of a 'spiritual' enlightenment shared!
Best wishes.
Hoping you well with enough joy,
For each day you are able to feel
And express it!
What better gift of hope is there? !

Celebrate the Holidays Like Everybody Else
How can 'we' combat the rise of crime in America?
I know you are shopping!
Preparing for the holiday season.
If you would take a few moments...
Your time will be appreciated!
'Just a second!
I purchased a couple gifts for me children.
Let me load them in the car,
And I'll be right with you, okay? '
Sure,
No problem at all!
'Well...
Let's see.
How can 'we' combat the rise of crime in America?
Is that your question? '
Yes it is.
And your response?
'Truth! '
Truth?
'Yes, revealing the truth.
In every aspect of our society.
And eliminate the image of Santa Claus,
Being an overweight benevolent white man.
Riding in a sleigh hoisted by reindeer.
Led by a red nosed one named Rudolph.'
Don't you think some folks will find your comments offensive.
AND, I observed you packing Christmas ornaments in your car!
Did I not?
'Look! You asked me a question and I answered it.
My family and I will celebrate the holidays like everybody else.
I'm a hypocrite!
Not a crusader.
Good luck to you.
And happy holidays!
Here...
Take my address.
We can share philosophies with the aid of some eggnog.
I've got to run!
I'm not finished getting decorations for my tree! '
But what about my question?
'It's the wrong time of the year to be serious about that.
Spring would be a good season for your survey! '

Have The Happiest of Holidays
Have the happiest of holidays.
Live each moment as if you have been gifted!
Know that you have...
And begin to unwrap and witness the glow within!
'That' has been inside you all this time!
Protect it.
Keep it polished...
And let it shine!
Have the happiest of holidays...
Live each moment as if you have been gifted!
You have!
Tremendously!
If you are disappointed...
Revisit your wish list!
You'll see things differently,
Once you realize your joy and glee
Has a lot to do with you...
And what you perceive is best to receive!

Boor Play
Every holiday
I was
Happy about...
My school life...
All holidays
Are not festvel
But..
I was happy about
Holidays...
School was very boor...
I was read story books...
Play some gams...
Think some more thing...
So...
I love and love
Holidays...
Today also
I love the holidays
For play...
For write...
For thing...
For love...
So...
My life is not boor...
My job is not boor...
Some time my mood
Boor...
I love and play boor...

Even In The Midst of Summer
Silver frosted ornaments.
Are carefully packed to move,
To a place where there is cheaper rent.
Many Christmases here have been spent.
To reminisce them everyday.
No more trick or treaters known.
To tease in masquerade.
Or sips of eggnog made.
To celebrate Thanksgiving Day.
And it's a mix of fun and gloom,
To move.
And plant fresh memories,
While hanging onto those wished to keep.
It is a mix of fun and gloom,
When it is time to move on.
With those precious holidays to be missed.
Replayed as furnishings are packed away.
Even in the midst of Summer,
One sits with thoughts of holidays.
And who will make more just as great,
To be eventually savored as the best remembered.
And where they were,
Remembered.

What do you remember most about Christmas with your family?
Remembering being with family and friends,
I remember giving and sharing and just being their
for one another.I remember the love and the laugh
and the joy we all had together.I remember making
snow angels in the snow every year.Love remebering
the good times with my family even know the ones
are gone now.I know they would want me to remember
all the time we had together.I remember being thankful
to Jesus and saying happy birthday to him every year.
Now all I remember now since some are gone is the
sadness and the heart breaking and the missing.Sadly
remember everyone all not together this year like they
was every year for the holidays. It like something die
with everyone.I remember making cup cakes and pies
every year for Christmas and opening my gifts and
getting the things I wanted and sometimes didn't want
but it was about what you get it was about the giving and
the love and the caring and about Jesus.

Home For The Holidays
Oh, theres no place like home for the holidays
cause no matter how far away your roam
If you long for the sunshine and a friendly gaze
For the holidays you cant beat home sweet home
I met a man who lived in tennessee
And he was looking for
Pennsylvania and some homemade pumpkin pie
Now in pennsylvania folks are traveling
Down to dixies sunny shore
The atlantic to pacific
Oh, the season is terrific
Oh, theres no place like home for the holidays
For the holidays you cant beat home sweet home
