For The Sake Of Providing Clarity
For the sake of providing clarity...
It is not that those plans promised,
Did not produce those expectations.
They did!
However...
Those listening to what those plans were,
Assumed they were included in them.
And they weren't. Since this was never intended.

Making Plans
You say tomorrow youre going
Its so hard for me to believe
Im making plans for the heartaches
cause youre making plans to leave
The tears for me will be falling
Like a tree shedding its leaves
Im making plans for the tear drops
cause youre making plans to leave
Youre making plans to forget me
Im making plans to miss you
Im getting ready ti grieve
Im making plans to be lonesome
cause youre making plans to leave
Im making plans to be lonesome
cause youre making plans to leave

Anticipating Not
They move ahead with certainty, what they plan will come to be,
Making plans with an expectation, waiting with sure anticipation,
That the plans which they sow, just like a tree, shall surely grow,
But, without Christ, for sure, the plans they make will not endure.
Nations also make their plans too, with expectations, this is true,
However, the plans they long to see, are not sown with certainty,
Because the Decrees of The Lord, by many nations, go ignored,
So those darker plans of men, God Himself will surely condemn.
Many a people and nations too, plot out a plan that they pursue,
As they pursue their every desire, of other men they may inquire,
Never looking into God’s Ways, for they seek only man’s praise,
In man’s ways they put their trust, in beings who return unto dust.
Many plans which we see today, are put in place by men of clay,
Their plans fail before they begin, for they are inundated with sin,
And these men are like the grass, promoting ways that won’t last,
The dark plans that they create, The Righteous Lord will frustrate.
Man made plans oppose The Lord, and their ways aren’t ignored,
By a Sovereign Righteous God, reigning over all this earthly sod,
In the plans many contemplate, Judgment they do not anticipate,
So plans are ended by the Lord, as Judgment by God is poured.
The Lord’s Spirit will not contend, with man’s evil ways in the end,
Man’s foolishness, in God’s eyes, is thought by many to be wise,
Man’s godless ways and thought, will bring man’s plan to naught,
As the only plan that shall endure, is the Eternal plan of The Lord.

A Plan...
in bed the rich
and old couple is preoccupied with
their plans for
their death and
discussions on who should be heir
is finalized
meanwhile those outside the house
pretending to clean this and
that are thinking too plainly about
burial and
claims
they have also secret plans
of their own
because their own respective futures are
waiting
like someone without any backpack
at the train station
heading to the fun promised by the big city

Maybe Your Baby
Im feelin down and some kind of lonely,
Cause my baby done left me here,
Hearts blazing like a five alarm fire
And I dont even give a care
I feel like the world is turnin on me,
My dreams turnin to ashes right in front of my face,
And Im gettin kind of worried,
And I feel so out of place,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans.
(background) . . I feel like cryin, yeh, yeh
Maybe baby, baby, baby, baby, baby
In the mornin when Ive got heartache,
I cant call up the doctor for help,
Cause the only person that could ever do me any good,
Is steppin out with my best friend.
I feel like Im slippin deeper,
Slippin deeper into myself,
And I cant take it,
This stuff is scarin me to death,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans,
Kinda makin me worried,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans,
Little sally walker, sittin in a saucer,
Checkin out the guys that are passing by,
(background)...by, by, by, by...
Maybe your baby done made some other plans
Maybe your baby done made some other plans,
Not includin future plans,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans,
Maybe my baby done made some other plans,
Maybe my baby done made another plan
With another man. your baby, your baby, stupid baby, your baby,
That you put so trust so much trust in your baby,
Maybe your baby done made some other plans.

No Plans For The Future
Written by chuck jackson and marvin yancy
Let the dishes wait, no need in dusting
No reason to clean the dirty floor
cause Im sure it doesnt matter
Now that he has gone away
I have no plans for the future cause hes not here today
Let them go to the park and Ill sit alone here in the dark
No joy left in my heart anymore
Let me hold on to my memories
And if I die this way just let it be
I have no plans for the future cause hes not here with me
Why should I comb my head when I know Im not going anywhere
Why should I keep right on giving when Ive lost my only reason for living
So go on, just go on and have yourself a ball
I have no plans for the future cause hes not here
I have no plans for the future cause hes not here at all
Hm, hm, hm...

Break Your Plans
[intro]
Whatchu wanna do
Whatchu trying to say
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna go?
Whatchu wanna do
Whatchu trying to say
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna play with me?
Oh, baby take your time
Cuz I know you got somebody baby
And I know you want me so
So later, meet me here at 10:00
But I cant call you on the phone
Cuz you got someone at home
So hit me on my cell, 275-4321
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
Oh baby, understand
Im ready if youre willing
(Im ready to get down)
To take a chance
Cuz if he finds out
He might not like it
So keep it on the down low
Dont tell nobody, oh no
What goes on between us
Stays between us
Some might say that its cheating
But all Im doin is creepin
Cuz all I know is I got you feinin, feinin
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know you want me
Lets get busy
Tonight, lady break your plans with your man
Do you wanna play?
(do you wanna play baby? )
(do you wanna play? )
I know, I know, I know, I know
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me
Tonight, break your plans with your man
Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man

Mine
A little white house with black wooden shadows
A porch with its columns all covered with vine
My broken dream house where he lives with another
But this was supposed to be mine
Two little children that look like their daddy
With the same smile and the same eyes that shine
The only thing wrong Im not their mommy
But they were supposed to be mine
Hes given to her what he promised to me
The plans that we made never can be
For each night he holds and carresses another
And she is supposed to be me
Hes given to her what he promised to me
The plans that we made never can be
For each night he holds and carresses another
And she is supposed to be me
And he is supposed to be mine

I have absolutely no plans and no expectations of ever being a candidate again.
Their Plans,
Their Plans,
Their Plans will never avail,
We will see that World Emerge with Beauty,
The Great Covenant is between God and man,
All that they planned will Fail,
The God of Justice will make us Prevail with Beauty,
All the bad plans that they had made agains't us will Fail,
We will see Redemption when the God of Justice come's and save Mankind.

The Day's Plans Go Awry
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry,
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The tears that God must cry.
'Hey Mom, what's rain, what makes it fall? '
Asked Zachary, sincere.
'When will it stop, will it at all?
I can't be stuck in here.'
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry,
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
As God begins to cry.
'It's God's tears, my son, he must weep,
For all of us on earth.
The pain we feel, we cannot keep,
Ourselves alone from birth.'
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry,
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
For our pain God must cry.
'But Mom, God's cried, every day,
He must be getting weak.
Tell him to laugh, that's what I'd say,
And try that for a week.'
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry,
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
Why do we make him cry?
'But ah, my son, you do not know,
How much hurt God has felt.
So our Father, he has to show,
Us what our pain has dealt.'
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry.
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
God doesn't want to cry.
'So Mom, then why, do we hurt God?
How can we be so bad?
Why do we hurt each other too?
We know it makes him sad.'
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The day's plans go awry,
It's wet out there, the rain rolls in,
The tears that God must cry.

Don't Let It Get You Down
When the friends can't be found
And the girl is out of town
I come home to an empty house
The telephone is all I have
When my plans don't work out
Mama says, don't let it get you down
Don't let it get you down
There's a club I can't get it
Every week it's the same thing
I get mad I want to cry
it's my skin they don't like
When my plans don't work out
Mama says, don't let it get you down
Don't let it get you down
Now my world don't look good
Not the way I know it should
And my time is running short
I didn't do all I ought
When my plans don't work out
Mama says, don't let it get you down
Don't let it get you down

Unfulfilled Dreams
The best laid plans of mice and men.
Are often foiled by circumstance.
Undaunted though we try again.
We are convinced there is a chance.
That things will change and re arrange.
So in due course will succeed.
Although I find it passing strange.
That circumstances can impede.
The plans we made so carefully.
There's nothing we can do but wait.
As best we can; impatiently.
It all depends on fickle fate.
It matters not how hard we try.
The best laid plans gang oft awry.

What Are 'Your' Specifics?
So much easier it is,
To attack one who achieves with a doing done.
Than it is to criticize that one who does this,
To impress with plans to do.
And...
With only the evidence one who judges can produce,
Of mistakes another has made in the process...
To the making of attempts to correct those mistakes,
In a public manner to have those errors addressed.
And yet with audacity an honesty is confessed.
To have it perceived the one who critiques...
Is the best one anyone should choose and select,
To represent the very of their interests.
'Yes...
Your ideas are worth a giving of attention.
But,
What are your specifics? '
~That has yet to be determined.
However...
I can promise you when elected,
You will 'then' know what my plans have been.~
'Do you have more than pictures,
And posters with slogans to show us? '
~Of course.
That too you will be given an opportunity to see.
But today my priority is to convince you,
What I offer is a better solution.~

Making Plan For Nigel
We're only making plans for Nigel
We only want what's best for him
We're only making plans for Nigel
Nigel just needs this helping hand
And if young Nigel says he's happy
He must be happy
He must be happy in his work
We're only making plans for Nigel
He has his future in a British steel
We're only making plans for Nigel
Nigel's whole future is as good as sealed
And if young Nigel says he's happy
He must be happy
He must be happy in his work
Nigel is not outspoke n
But he likes to speak
And loves to be spoken to
Nigel is happy in his work
We're only making plans for Nigel
