Entrenched
Now a request
To revive and clean up
An intentional mess
Is professed!
But what has been nurtured
With evil deeds to succeed,
Will not be changed because of pleas.
What has been done to cultivate
The minds of prim and proper asses,
Shall be left the way it is
Since the trash that has been planted,
Was instigated
Without advancing
The process of thought to enhance!
Dance on your own garbage entrenched...
And purposedly self entranced!

Revered
They had no clue who they were!
And it was intentional.
They had no say in their destiny!
And it was intentional.
They were used to entertain.
And for social programs
Monitored and maintained!
They were treated as if they had no brains...
And THAT was intentional!
Stripped of titles and resources.
And it was intentional.
Treated with disrespect and like work horses.
And it was intentional!
Then one day a shift occurs...
And this process from them purged.
A reversal of fortune takes root and grows!
The oppressed no longer depressed,
By this suppression once imposed.
And it IS intentional...
No one mentions them now revered!

Bares Thru Us?
BARES THRU US?
by Alex Lewis
i'm taking out the TRASh (of society) :
the only way to set all the others free.
i will dispose of all of it:
those healthy in mind and body-fit.
in this, RUbbish, you won't find the needy,
only the selfish and the greedy.
i have no garbagE-collecting mechanism
to pick up all of the racism
i'll put them in the traSH bag next to the ignoramus.
i'm talking, of course, about the rich and famous.
at the request of the children,
i'll be rid of each republican.
finally, i can take the garBage out
before the scum see what's about.
now, everyone else will be at peace,
especially the lazy and the police.
i have only one word of warning for you all:
once again, the rUbbish bag will get full. ?

Why Did They Not Move?
'I thought you said all of you were together? '
We were.
Years ago we thought we knew one another.
'Well...
Can you explain to me,
Why you and the others survived this incident...
Unscathed for the most part.
And some did not make it?
They appear to be lost...
Babbling about how things used to be,
In complete darkness.
They seem to be tranced!
Trapped inside some illusion! '
I told them.
It was no mystery what was happening.
I told them that 'truck' was coming,
To dump major trash on them!
'Why did they not move?
They are now at the bottom of that cesspool.'
I was told they did not like my tone of voice...
Nor my attitude!
Many of us got out of the way.
It still affected us.
We prepared to get splashed,
By some of the trash!
But those folks stood there...
Accepting all that garbage!
And no one can tell them,
That's what it is!
They refuse to see it.
'And the sad thing about it...
They are shouting for it to be changed.
But into what? '
That is why we are standing here.
Praying for a miracle.
Some of us have family and friends mixed up,
In that mess.
They shout for a return to relive yesterday.
Some of them have repeated visions,
Of going back 'home'.
Hypnotized by some 'The Land of Oz'!
And we have tried to tell them,
That place does not exist!
And they persist in their own demise.

There Is No Escaping From The Garbage We Leave
At the end of any day,
A trash collector...
And someone else,
Who may have a Doctorate's degree...
Have the same thing in common!
Both have a lifetime association...
With the creation of garbage.
Whether that garbage is recycled or not!
Dropped on the street...
Or rolled up to put into one's pocket.
Regardless of 'who' is paid,
To pick their trash up...
Both can be observed,
Leaving something to forget...
To be hauled away from a curb.
And those perceptions of who we are,
With or without daily impressions to make...
Who we impress or charades we fake,
There is no escaping from the garbage we leave.
It's all over the place.

Man Your Garbage
Your the left over that no one eats
You just rot in the fridge
Until someone throws it away
Your the dirty dishes that no one
Want to clean up
Cause the left overs are still in the pan
Your the trash that stinks up the house
Your the junk that I need to throw away
But don't have the heart to
Your everything that I don't need
And yet your still here
Stinking up the place and rotting away
It's time to start cleaning up the place
And I'm gonna start by
Throwing all your stuff out the window
So don't be surprised if all your stuff
Is in a with all of left overs
And dirty dishes
And the trash
And the junk
All the stuff that's garbage
Including all your stuff that crowds up my place
The Authority of Self Expression
Who are you to choose what I do is not suitable?
And...
Who made you the authority of self expression?
Who fell ill and was left crazed?
Who announced you a scholar of prim and proper ways?
Chill that lip around me, please.
My days weren't hand fed by a highly paid nanny.
Nor did I grow to know life through chit chat and gossip.
However...
I have experienced 'intelligent ignorance'.
You know...
The kind that is confined to reading books,
To uncover an interpretation of correctness and etiquette.
Written by someone who deplores common sense.
And suffocates from a corked behind.
That is the way from here it looks.
As if someone is walking,
Trying their best to hold tightly onto a thin dime.
Who are you to choose what I do is not suitable?
And...
Who made you the authority of self expression?
And...
Who announced you a scholar of prim and proper ways?
Who fell ill and was left crazed?

Disturbed By the Process
What a convenience it is,
Not to think!
Or be disturbed by the process of thought!
I use to believe,
A request to be left alone...
Once admitted,
Should be respected.
Or that person left alone,
As requested.
Not thought of as a conquest!
Today?
People have no sense of 'self'.
With a choice to defend their ignorance.
Like a mob...
Choosing to tar and feather someone,
If that person declares a wish
To be from them dismissed!
This creates tensions that become animalistic.

Medicated And Blocked
We live in times,
When the absence of content...
Has little or nothing to do,
With the popularity of anyone...
Hyped to represent,
A relevance that is emptied...
Of any appearance of common sense.
Intentional or not...
The increase of this,
Will not soon be stopped.
Since the minds of the people...
Have been both medicated and blocked,
For any type of thought process...
That can differentiate those priorities smothered,
And kept on the bottom from the ones that should be,
On an agenda nourished,
To remain flourishing on top!

TRASH DAY
Parody of "Hot In Herre" by Nelly
Rotten
So rotten here
So rotten
Oh
It was like, the last day before trash day
My place was gettin' kinda nas-tay
Even though the garbage I knew would reek
(You know) Thought that I could leave it for one more week
Then, um, I'm takin'
Birthday cake 'n'
(Oh) Chili and greasy old bacon
Throw it all on top of the mess I been makin'
Wife's so mad, she starts to shakin'
Leaky bag, 'n' now that girl is gaggin'
She's naggin'
"I need you to get that stuff off the kitchen floor"
"Is that too much to ask you for?"
But I see no reason why
Can't let a few more weeks go by
And now garbage is piled up high
And buddy, you should see the flies
I said...
There's somethin' rotten here (say what?)
You better hold your nose
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
Boy there's a lot in here (a lot)
And every day it grows
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
Make ya wanna throw up
Look at all this garbage that I keep generatin'
(Come on) I sit around all day and watch it biodegradin'
Bet there's a hundred health codes that I'm violatin'
Even my dog passed out and needed resuscitatin'
You won't believe it, take a whiff of that aroma
Sure to put you in a coma
It's so messy, can't find my toenail clippers
It's so bad, the roaches wearin' slippers
Warm, sweaty clothes piled up in this joint
Stand up by themselves at this point
It's so filthy, now baby, I can't lie
I wipe my feet before I go outside
I wonder what crawled in here and died
(You know) Walkin' 'round barefoot, I'd be terrified
But it gives me stuff to talk about with my friends
Like "Hey, I think them rats gettin' big!"
Oh
There's somethin' rotten here (say what?)
You better hold your nose
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
Look what we got in here (now what?)
Let's watch it decompose
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
Make ya wanna throw up
With a little bit of a... and a little bit of a...
Make me wanna throw up
It makes ya wanna... just makes ya wanna...
Oh
Some Lysol, some Comet
I got a mop and it's got your name on it
(What?) I'm just kiddin', doggone it
(Oh) Unless you gonna do it
Careful not to breathe the fumes
Check it, garbage piles are goin' all the way to the bathroom
Turn into toxic waste sometime this afternoon
Better get a Hazmat suit and a push broom
Oh
There's somethin' rotten here (say what?)
You better hold your nose
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
It's gone to pot in here (to pot)
Bring out the firehose
(Hey, you disgusting slob, you gotta take the trash out)
Make ya wanna throw up
With a little bit a... and a little bit a...
Make me wanna throw up
Give a little bit a... and a tiny bit a...
Make ya wanna throw up
Mix a little bit a... with a molecule a...
Make me wanna throw up
It makes me wanna... just makes me wanna...
Oh

You Changed My Life
You changed my life
Came along in a time of strife
In hunger and need
You made my heart bleed
You changed my life
You changed my life
Now the nature of man
Is to beg and to steal
Id do it myself
Its not so unreal
The call of the wilds
Forever at my door
Want me to fly like an eagle
Being chained to the floor, but
You changed my life
Came along in a time of strife
In hunger and need
You made my heart bleed
You changed my life
You changed my life
Eating with the pigs
Off a fancy tray
I was bold, I was looking good
And to have a nice day
It all seemed so proper
And so elite
Eating absolute garbage
While being so discreet.
You changed my life
Came along in a time of strife
In hunger and need
You made my heart bleed
You changed my life
You changed my life
You were glowing in the light
Being peaceably calm
Well, how often does a man dance
To the beat of the balm?
Your eyes were on fire
Your feet were of brass
In a world that you made
You were an outcast
You changed my life
Came along in a time of strife
In hunger and need
You made my heart bleed
You changed my life
You changed my life
Truce makers and partakers
Of every selfish whim
Her running to meet me running to her
And you running back to him
Their destruction of my confidence
Was like a sharpness of the tongue
I said: make my faith greater
But I was a little high strung
You changed my life
Came along in a time of strife
In hunger and need
You made my heart bleed
You changed my life
You changed my life

Let’s do the Rodeo dance
Let’s do the Rodeo dance
Take my hand in guidance
Dance to the left
Dance to the right
Stand firmly on your roots
Shake those big leather brown boots
Has anyone told you, you look cute?
Let’s do the Rodeo dance
It's time for the performance
Dance to the left
Dance to the right
Swivel those hips
Shake those legs
To the dance of substance
Enhance this dance
With some rodeo romance
Dance and romance
Go together in abundance
Yes! Dance and romance
Shall we indulge this instance?

Pruning, Cutting, Trimming
today i shall trim
some wants, i will leave some needs,
i shall cut protruding branches
of bias and prejudice
i will suffer more pains in the
process but
that will just be short
and temporary
i will check my roots
remove those
dead and unnecessary
undergrowths
by then i shall look prim
and proper
well shaped, and ready for
spring &
bloom so well in summert

Learning The Art Of Loving
it is a hug that you need
when some parts of you dangle
on your shoulder
like the way your your hair
shouts for help
for fear of falling
and here i am coming
to hug you
this kind of hug that sings
the song of
apple pickers
and
garbage collectors
whose hands
are sworn
to clean the mess
and keep the pieces
to put them all away
and burn them
as often as necessary
i will hug you baby
but only for
a while
i am both
this apple picker somewhere
in the north
and a garbage collector
some place in the south
let us talk about
love some other time
i am still
learning the art of loving

Catatonica
As our duet of love, a performance shown, is put upon display for vulgar eyes on the floor; the lights change with painted overlooks splashing their palette of watercolours over our moving bodies.
To the beat we dance, our tune a virgin, for the tune's beat that we dance to is no longer a mere dance away, our dance must fly with this tune in time with the tune's beat and in beat with our dance that we synced to this tune.
We tune our bodies in, tune them perfectly together with not just the beat and our dance, but with each other's minds and each other's hearts.
Within our thin, weak, skinny minds our thoughts think their own thoughts, deeper within our thought's tune and beat it dances inside a caved-in thought of the thinking tune's rhythmic beat timing itself to our dance.
Matching in the sky, our steps amaze, no tune can support us on its waves of notes and colons and no beat can out-beat us in it's own tragedy of percussion.
Our dance is a shaman of ritual love, packaged under the moon's eye for all to see and admire in its own tunefully-beating-dancing light.
We are going to dance forever, dance until there's no dance left in us, dance until our blood mixes with each others and our soul's diseases decay with one another's and we become the dance.
The tune we create in our minds is that of purity, no one will hear this tune except for us. Me and You.
The beats will never fade, no stamp stopped too sincerely, no stomp slacking too slowly.
We're going to dance, we're going to dance, we're going to dance. We're going to dance to our own beat, to our own tune, and to our own love.

In Substitute of Meat
What process is this,
If it is not a learning one?
What process is this,
If comprehension isn't done?
Wasted sagas are meaningless,
And shallow.
Do nothing there to uplift.
Although,
A purpose to keep mentalities narrow...
And quite hollow does succeed.
What process is this,
If it is not a learning one?
What process is this,
If comprehension isn't done?
And what purpose is served,
By keeping minds fed dessert...
In substitute of meat.
We already witness the disadvantages,
Of too much sugar and spice.
Leaving sweetened appetites in our streets,
Without substance to nourish!
With all taxes increased.
'Meat?
I thought you were vegetarian? '
Meat for the mind,
Fool!
'I'll have you know,
I am a qualified imbecile...
Thank you!
Any references declaring me to be a fool,
I find appalling and offensive.'
There is 'something' about that to be admired.
Perhaps that's why it captivates.
And nothing about your situation advances.
It's soooo...
Impressively expressive.
And excuses an accepted abuse!

To Diminish The Act Of Reason And Common Sense
Every tactic today is being used,
To diminish the act of reason, truth and competence.
With undeniable mental abuse.
Every thought process to enlighten those unconscious,
Seems to be finding a way to criticized those seeking light.
By a keeping of their ignorant lives thriving and entertained,
On ensuring the ones with a thought process are belittled.
And this should be a goal by all maintained.
With a laughing at those who have chosen to do things correctly.
And...
If education had been a priority as it is today professed,
Why has there been a rush to market...
The temptation of decadence and with such effectiveness.

Just dance
Burning desire
Just dance
A need so intense
Words cannot describe
Just dance
Clenched muscles tighten
As I reach a new high
Just dance
Craving more
Wanting something far more than this
Just dance
Burning desire
Wanting something more
Craving this new sensation
Just dance
The music sweeps away all thought
The pounding rhythm controls my body
Just dance
Foreign tongues call out to me
Distant and strange even as they are familiar
Just dance
Nothing left to do
But given into these sensations
Just dance
No time left for thought
All that's left for me to do is
Just dance

Get Me Out Of Here
(m&l - weikath)
I cant tell you how it happened
So I guess well never know
Im always late and running out of time
So I must be very slow
Someone must have smoked too much
Or is it only dust
My pals just tend to leave here in disgust
My flat is a mess same as ever before
My suits they stink like you dont wanna know
Junk to the left, trash to the right
Get me out of here I cant take it anymore
When the postman rings I stay in bed
I never make it down
My fridge must be alive inside
Its uttering funny sounds
If I dont know what time it is
I peek out if theres sun
No use anyway, my moneys gone
My flat is a mess same as ever before
My suits they stink like you dont wanna know
Junk to the left, trash to the right
Get me out of here I cant take it anymore
Get me out of here I cant take it anymore

Clean
Eat clean,
Live clean,
Sleep clean,
dress clean,
Walk clean,
Learn clean,
Play clean,
Think clean,
dance clean,
Talk clean,
Sing clean,
work clean,
Because the world around you is watching what you do;
You are the only one on this earth,
So live and let us live too.
