Disgruntled 'Wannabees
Disgruntled 'wannabees',
Voicing their critiques to leave...
Are unaware they motivate,
Those who await their premeditated hatred...
To express with confessions,
A wish to live someone else's life.
Without a hint or a clue,
What another has gone through...
To spend a few moments they have earned,
To stand momentarily under a spotlight...
Every moment of their life,
That has been desired and yearned.

It Is The Restriction To Limits I Resist
I see nothing wrong,
With anyone being idealistic.
It is the restriction to limits I resist.
And anyone voicing their opinion on this...
Would be hard pressed to convince me,
Of their experiences.
Especially If I suspect,
Their minds are closed to adventures.
And they reject a life with premeditated objections.
That is not living.
That is a fear to live.
What is the point of having the gift of life...
If someone hides from it,
To be convinced which way to live is right!
If I chose to be restricted,
I would first live,
To then create those ideals.

A Lure For The Spotlight
A lure for the spotlight
lies in everyone somewhere.
At some point in our lives,
everyone wants the centre stage
and have the spotlight on them.
Some just dream about it
to pass the time away,
other have a natural gift
and in the spotlight stay.
When the spotlight shines on you
scrutinizing everything you do,
you want it to go away.
You want your life
to go back to the way it was.
However, when the spotlight
has been on you
it will never leave you alone.
It will be with you
for the rest of your days.

Moment To Moment
Too many nights of isolation
Too many echoes in my head
Too many fires left burning
In this bed
Too many thoughts of desperation
So much pain deep down below
So mych a slave to my senses
I cant let go
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
I ask you how can a man keep his distance
How can he reason with his heart
How can you hold me so near
Yet keep me so far
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
Sometimes Id like to break you down
To see if theres a trace of woman in you that could be found
But I just keep prayin youll come around
And live from moment to moment
I live from moment to moment
I live from moment to moment
So much a slave to my senses
I cant let go
From moment to moment
I live and I die
This cant go on anymore
Another day, another lie
From moment to moment
I stand and I fall
This cant go on anymore
Unless we both give it all
You know I want to give it all
I live from moment to moment
Everyday of my life
I live from moment to moment

Moments
Of all the Graces praised
least in the West
but better understood in the East
is that of the ability
to Endure.
Not passivity,
but deep understanding given.
The Western view is that all is chard
and moments are all that matter.
But incidents and moment-pieces
are not lives or even a day given.
But enduring each moment
is better done
from understanding the whole
from which the moment comes.
Moments, the Easterners say
are not aggregated
to be taken together to make a day.
Rather a day is given as a whole
but in the West we pluck moments stray
and munch them according to our appetites.
But the East says each day the sun does not rise to greet a new moment;
the Sun inaugurates a New Day.
So if this moment is now overwhelming
it means you missed the Sun-Rise Last
and will miss the Sun-Rise Next
because you latched onto a stray moment
which is but a chard of the whole day.
So, the wisdom here,
at least I think,
says
Live not for the moment
for but the whole day
there is where salvation,
hope, love, and peace lay.
So if my life-goal is moment placed
there can be no peace
only schizophrenia.
Can I, for example, change my views
moment to moment
becoming a moment to moment changeling;
if I do, I drive myself crazy;
I will only know what I truly believe
if I am willing to endure
each moment to see what the whole day brings.
If life is a marching of days
it's is only clear sometimes
what it all means
or meant
at life's conclusive end.
Humm,
Let's us then not lose heart
and leave the movie
before the end or before the movie
even starts;
lean back
my Dad used to say
enjoy each scene
but don't mistake each scene
for the very very end;
Or for that matter,
each bad moment
as the whole day.
If whole societies adopt the Moment View
then you have America;
whip fast idolotries changing from moment to moment
with each fashion change, the consumer religion
and all crave
living for the moment's thrill.
Contrast that to China say
where people save 20% of what they earn
and don't overspend
planning to endure, not the moment's whim.
America used to be that way.
I can still hear my Grandmother say
a penny saved is a penny earned.
So what happened to us along the way;
this generation?
Humm
I think I will pause for a moment
and in doing so
lose my way.

Impressed By Those I Have Not Met
Why should I continue to ignore myself,
To value the opinions of others?
I use to do that and I stayed depressed.
If it appears I am selfish and self centered,
Perhaps I am deserving of my selfishness.
Maybe I earned it!
Others will not admit my sacrifices.
And I don't wear my heart on my sleeve,
For anyone to know to the degree I've sacrificed.
Others have used other tricks and devices,
To maneuver themselves into the spotlight.
One that is believed I seek and need.
They want to take credit for the steps I made.
Those who make claims to know me and don't.
While making attempts to convince themselves,
And others like them...
I had nothing to do with something I've been doing,
All of my life.
And that is to write!
To do it to impress others,
I have never thought about doing.
But I will admit I am impressed by those I have not met,
Who express they can 'feel' me!
While those who make claims they know where I'm coming from,
Judge on my appearance and the way that I am dressed.
And yet have not a clue as to what it is I do,
To get what it is I do done to make a difference for someone.

Live to Love the Life You've Earned
Undaunted.
Dismiss those dispirited,
Who view life in limits.
Why bother with this?
Get on with it!
Live to love your life,
And learn.
Flaunt it!
The peace within that's felt.
Belonging to you.
Keep 'something' for yourself.
Live to love your life,
And learn.
Wanted?
No one that comes to annoy!
No one that steals your joy.
No one who initiates,
Agitating your happiness away.
Live to love your life,
And learn.
Live to love your life,
And learn.
Flaunt it!
The peace within that's felt.
Belonging to you.
Keep 'something' for yourself.
And...
Live to love your life.
Live to love your life.
Live to love 'the' life...
You've earned.
Undaunted.
Dismiss those dispirited,
Who view life in limits.
And live to love your life.
Live to love your life.
Live to love the life...
You've earned.
And, yes...
Live to love your life.
Live to love your life.
Live to love 'the' life...
You've earned.
Flaunt it!
Undaunted.
And...
Live to love your life.
Live to love your life.
Live to love 'the' life...
You've earned.

Wasteland (Life Poem)
Trying and failing in a wasteland of work
To get the space, to think and to live in the
Moment, which we are supposed to do,
If we are to be happy in this life, instead
Of the next, which becomes more likely,
As the trying fails and the failures mount.
Nothing is important enough to let this
Happen, and giving up is not going to work,
Unless you intend to spend you eternity,
With a hell of a racket from those harps
In the clouds, which will inevitably drive,
You madder than mad for ever and ever.
Failing to fail in a wasteland of life
You get the space, to think and live in the
Moment, which we are supposed to do,
And the prospect of a hell with harps,
Is replaced with moments that multiply,
To a love of this life instead of the next.

Destruction of Our Indifferences
No moment held in this life,
Is preserved with guarantees.
No second kept in hesitation,
Does time await to please.
Dreams remembered from a deep sleep,
Come as mysteries undefined for us.
And yet interpretations are imagined.
Flowers arrive in fragrances scented.
And each breath we breathe is given to us.
If not,
The intention...
Would have never been known,
As we know it as it is meant!
Like the moments we spend in this time we hold...
Comes to us as gifts,
To welcome happiness.
In an uplifting of human similarities.
With the destruction of our indifferences.
And regrets to let go!
Those misdeeds remembered to forget.
As we nourish to flourish,
A growing process!
To live more gratefully pleased.
In an appreciation for this life...
Bestowed to enjoy!
And not to randomly bleed.
Collectively grieve.
Or exclusively feed gluttony,
And greed!

Passing Age
Why are memories lost in the tempest of time,
cannot be resurrected to remember moments
from our childhood far away?
At the times when our hearts desire them,
yet on cloudy days in passing age
when they are least desired
they come back like building bricks
tumbling down a spiral stairs.
Exploding though our minds
like little fireworks, bursting momentarily bright
only to be lost again in the frigid night.
What triggers childhood moments
to pounce on us in absent days?
When life has us suspended
on the ladder of passing age.

Life Is a Game Where Life Only Wins
Life is a laughter but
no one can smile
Life is so hard that
makes us fragile
Life is a theater
of all deadly sins
Life is a game
where life only wins..
Life is happiness,
only fools say so
Life says “come dear”
just before saying GO
The moment we await death,
life starts laughing loud
We all seek sunlight
and life gives us cloud
Life makes us live it but
Never the way we wish
Life asks for that tear
What our eyes unleash
Life gives us blood to
Suck from us more
Life is a scary tale
It’s indeed a gore

Lost to Connect a Thought
The more I understand...
The less time I spend around those,
Who do not comprehend.
I've become very impatient.
And at times feeling isolated.
I witness more and more people,
Pretending to be aware.
And these folks are the first to declare...
They have no clue,
As to what is going on!
And somehow...
Immediately I know exactly why!
The more I understand...
The less time I spend around those,
Who do not comprehend.
I've become very impatient.
Especially around those who dress to impress.
And these folks are lost to connect a thought!
I begin to feel guilty.
As if I have a reason...
To be and feel just as self centered.
Objectively self obsessed.
But unable to express it!
Or flaunt it like the rest.
What's wrong with me?
Why am I reluctant...
To bear my resumé on my sleeve,
And sip cocktails?
To bore in such confessing conversations.
Is it the fear of being believed?
Or is it...
That I'd rather spend my time,
In the production of deeds?
To complete and do to get done.
'I think it's...'
Ssshhh...
I'm not asking.
That's just a method I use,
To motivate my own self importance.
It works all the time!
Trust me.

To Seem Detached From Stress
I admit to feeling honored.
And also repeatedly blessed.
To have someone like you,
Make comments...
About those confessions I profess,
And express with an openness...
To seem detached from stress.
I am not always as secure,
As I seem when attempting to impress.
I just feel what I say comes from an honesty.
And being true to myself,
Sometimes has created my own loneliness...
That has left me with moments of distressed.
I admit to feeling honored.
And also repeatedly blessed.
To have someone like you,
Make comments...
About those confessions I profess,
That expresses an openness...
To seem detached from stress.
But I am not that different,
From those wishing more...
And not less,
Of those moments I regret...
To have a happiness,
That will leave me to be...
Feeling free to be at my best.
Without experiencing an aloneness,
Through what is felt at times...
An unwinding road confined,
To a wilderness...
That sits inside,
Of an inquisitive mind.
Traveling as it does without any sign of rest.

Motivation Proclamation
Spend your lazy, endless crazy, days inside my head
Youre so selfish, youre not the only, one who thinks hes dead
Im paid to smile, now Im on trial, for what you think I said,
Bridge:
But I never said, that everything, would be ok
And I never said, that we would live, to see another day,
Chorus:
Motivate me, I wanna get myself out of this bed
Captivate me, I want good things inside of my head
If I fall down, would you come around, and pick me right up off the ground
(repeat once more)
Unrealistic, un-artistic, you say Im selfish, and absurd
You try to change me, try to save me, you say Im gonna learn
Im so blind, Im out of time, youre so un-kind, sometimes
I never lied, I never lied, I never lied,
Bridge
Cause I never said, that everything, would be ok
And I never said, that we would live, to see another day, yeah, yeah,
Chorus
(guitar solo)
Cause everything, itll be ok, you know were gonna live, to see another day,
Yeah, yeah
Motivate me
(benji)- I wanna get myself out of this...
Motivate me, yeah
(benji)- I wanna get myself out of this...
Motivate me
(benji)- I wanna get myself out of this...
Motivate me, yeah
(benji)- I wanna get myself out of this, bed!

One Mirror Too Many
From the moment you see
The moment you breath
The moment I touch you
From the moment you crawl
The moment you fall
The instant I loved you again
From the moment of darkness
The moment of light
The second I kissed you
From the moment I enter
The moment I leave
In this moment of rapture
Chorus
One mirror to many gonna tie you up
A life forever empty has got to be tough
To many starless night gonna leave you blind
Can never make it right
From the moment you stumble
The moment you run
In your presence I crumble
From the moment it happens
The moment you know
Theres no life without you

Here I stand alone
Here I stand all alone.
As I prepare to say say goodbye.
And turn my back on all I've ever known.
And I leave all the hatred and pain behind.
Here I sit alone.
As I take the lethal dose.
How cruel life can be.
How I tried oh I tried.
Here I sit alone.
Blood pouring.
And pills making me sleepy.
Now I no it won't be long.
Here I lay alone.
Dying in peace.
When they find me it will be to late.
I don't have to live a life of hate.
Here I stand high in the sky.
Looking down on you all after my suicide.
I am sorry but I could not stay.
But don't you dare.
Don't you dare cry

Life..?
A life that I live for my dreams,
A life that will extend far beyond my realms..
A life to live without anything to fear,
A life to fulfill the wishes of my dear...
A life that has meaning even though not understood my most..
A life like a wave, stumbling to reach the coast..
A life of solitude desired by none,
A life of peace in search of someone..
A life that in size small might be,
A life which forever, end will never see..
A life in which luxuries might not be there,
A life in which happiness is everywhere..
A life in which the value is of time,
A life till its end will always be mine..

A few moments together
Let us spend a few moments together,
the holidays won’t last for ever,
the promises we made to finish up the house chores,
will be our New Year's resolution for the next year.
Let us spend a few moments together,
let us feel each others pains together,
let us look in each others eyes,
let us rediscover the lost love in our hearts.
Let us spend a few moments together,
our long relationship has made our dreams stale,
let us share the soft touch of red roses of our love,
let us walk hand in hand together adoring the surf on the beach.
Let us spend a few moments together,
let us not worry about driving to popular places and beating the crowds,
let us sit close together and look at the stars in night skies,
let us really relive this life together.

Love and Hatred
Love is not so heavy as hatred,
Love is gentle and soothing,
While hatred is rude and disturbing,
Love is an attribute of God,
While hatred is the quality of devil,
Love makes,
Hatred mars,
Love teaches how to live,
Hatred is tired of life,
Love is soft as gentle rain,
Hatred is hard as drought,
Love is deep like an ocean,
Hatred is shallow without commotion,
Love makes sacrifice,
Hatred escapes sacrifice,
Love is everlasting,
Hatred is transcient,
Love releases fragrance,
While hatred stinks,
Love relies on heart,
Hatred relies on mind,
Love loses,
Hatred gains,
In a nutshell,
Love is life,
Hatred is death,
So let's spread love.

Being In A Good Mood
Doing one's best,
To be cordial and pleasant...
With the showing and giving of respect,
May not be enough to express.
Or advantageous.
Not in places where the slightest hint...
Of offending someone determined,
To remain disgruntled.
Folks like this are not accustomed to anyone,
Sharing a feeling of being in a good mood.
With a daring to expose it.
Especially to those,
Opposing a dislike they have for others.

Waving to moments passing by
Moments happy moments
people think about them
people write about them
people talk about them
people hope about them
I see moments
lots of moments
but I wave to my moments
as they pass me by...
My life is a ship
on an Ocean deep
passing by is the ship 'Could've been'
it holds all my moments in its keep
I stand on my lifes deck
waving to moments till they're just a speck
Moments happy moments
people live them
people grab them
people make them
people savour them
but I wave to my moments
as they pass me by...
Goodbye 'Could've been'
Goodbye moments...
