How can you sleep, knowing that the one who Really do Loves you Feels Bad He Let You Go?

How can you sleep, knowing that the one who Really Loves you cant sleep at night?

How can you sleep, knowing that the one who Really do Loves you cant Eat Because you are no longer there?

How Can you sleep, knowing that all he wants to do is hear your voice every night before he goes to sleep?

How can you sleep, knowing that everyday all he do is long for your touch and the warmth of your Lips?

How can you sleep, knowing that your on his mind everyday, Minute, Hour, Second?

How can you sleep, knowing your his one and only, even when your not together?

How can you sleep, telling him truth about him but not being true to yourself?

How can you sleep, not telling him what you know you want him to know?

How can you know so much yet so little?

Rest-less criminals

REST-LESS CRIMINALS

Coping with the lights
They never turn off
Keeping me up all night
No sleep at all
They talk and shout
They party all night
I want to knock them out
It’s just not right
Trying to ignore these sounds and lights
To get some sleep
Would be a delight
Whether I like it or not
Forced to stay up all night
I hate this fact
That I can’t sleep at will
But it’s all my fault I guess
I put myself here
During the day when I should be awake
It’s when I sleep
It’s something I hate
To many things here to steel my rest
When I get out of here
I’ll sleep for days

The Gift Of Restorative Rest

When is predetermined time reached to rest?
Does mind or body know clockwork answer best?
Is a set bedtime always the best way to rest?

A lack of rest plays havoc on both mind and body.
Yet need requires extra night hours worked in emergency.
An art of make up sleep becomes a sweat necessity.

Sleep a strange bed fellow; we all must dues court.
To stay awake for extended periods; is scale battle fought.
To burn candle at both ends frequently; is not wisdom sought.

I can sleep, but I won't rest

My dreams were once my escape
My nights held my happy days
