Happy Dreams

I awoke to my world of happy dreams.
My dreams of finding a love divine
A dream that consisted of you and I.

In all my dreams you was there
Showing me the depth of your love
And that you cared.

I could see every feature of your face
And feel the warmth of your embrace.

My heart and soul became like a comet
Shooting through the skies
Leaving a blazing trail

The Cruel Winds of Winter

I am a King but my step-brother is a slave,
I am a Queen but my step-sister is a slave,
For the opposit poles are now united in love;
And, i will find a way to solve this problem.

Real and deep,
Into outer space to seek for help;
Slow but sure,
Illuminating the human minds and hearts to find answers;
For my name is Nartey and,
I do have the love that penetrates through the fogs.

God's Whispering Breath

God's whispering breath is usually heard
whilst gathered in a Temple of Glory.
But no place is finer that a forest of green
as told in this fairy-tale story.

Two young lovers ramble together
deep in the heart of the forest,
they hear only God's whispering breath.
His name is the treasure and will be forever.
His kingdom reigns high up above...
as they silently bask in the warmth of His love.
Somewhere beyond the depth of the forest
there's a beautiful land of the rarest,

Young Love

Since elementary school they became friends
They knew this friendship would never end.
She was seven, he was eight, but their lives
Were put in the hands of faith,

He always protected her from any harm
This was her knight - this was her charm.
When they got to middle school
They saw each other in a different light
They knew something was happening
This just wasn’t right.

As they was walking from school she tripped
And almost fell.
He grabbed her by the arm, and felt his groin
Begin to swell.

She got the same sensation as they held each other tight.
It was a feeling they knew they could not fight.
Their lips came together in a soft gentle kiss
Sending waves of passion that they could not resist.

As they pulled away, their lips were still on fire
And their insides was burning with desire.
So many thoughts and questions entered his mind
And the thoughts just flew by.
He told her in a whisper that could hardly be heard
It came out like on the wings of a bird.

Let me soar on the wings of a dove
Let me find everlasting love
Let the air waves carry me
To a place that’s loving and free.

Let me feel how love grows
This is something I don’t know
I never felt love before
Till you opened up the door.
I am now feeling what everyone talks about
And to the world I want to shout
If I can find love! Why can’t you?
This is something you’ve got to do.

From our childhood years, we felt
Something that we could not know
That it was a love that would forever grow.

Seek vision beyond the wall of sleep that smothers the blind
To their knowing of wisdoms river flowing.

How are we to know Love from reason?
Are we ever to find a reason in Love?

As high above the souls
Of those so long since flown
Look down upon the realm
Within which the seeds
Of revolutions are sown.

Beginning at the same point in time
In parallel the soul is separated
Into the logic of the mind and
The compassion of the heart.

In seeking enlightenment we must
Learn to accept that what has come
To unfold throughout the day may
Have resonance upon the story untold.
Reaching the pinnacle of opposites the
Soul must recognise the simplicity of
Truth in understanding clear.

After all, faith would be no faith at all
If we had any guarantees to fall back upon.
