Acceptance Is The Key
I stayed up most of the night,
Getting very little needed sleep...
When the thought occurred to me,
That I could strive to do better than my best...
Tomorrow.
And when tomorrow came at dawn,
I decided to take the entire day...
Not making attempts to find ways,
To add more stress on my shoulders.
If there are those who 'assume',
I feel I am perfect...
Why should I waste my time,
Proving to them I am not?
Why argue with those who 'behold' beliefs,
And perceptions not in my power to change?
I have learned acceptance is the key,
To maintaining one's peace.

Once upon the time there was a girl/
She used to say tomorrow i can do/
But somehow her tomorrow's never came true/
Every tomorrow drugged with it another one/
And the poor girl never found the right time to do/
What she decided doing/
Once upon the time there was a pretty girl/
One day the pretty girl fell in love/
Every time she decided to describe her emotions she was shy/
She always delayed expressing her love to the next time/
And for her the right next Time never came around/
She lost her chance somehow and lost her love/
Once upon the time there was a man/
He was known with his anger and cruelty even with his little boy/

The poor kid was the victim of having a father like him/

Tomorrow may be better you hear some people say
But tomorrow will come in it's own good time we must live for today
And tomorrow for some will not dawn that's life one must suppose
We are as fragile it would seem as the petals of the rose,
