She stops
Looks back
Her eyes sparkle with mischief
Happiness holds her words afloat
Piercing my heart’s very core.

She doesn’t stop
This mirth and revelry
Her eyes are weary.
Teary, she hides it all
Behind her pearly whites

I breathe the very air
She just exhaled, her shadows
Fight to overpower mine

It isn’t a reflection of me.

My fight is a lost cause
This attempt to corrupt her soul
Be a fiend, be a rogue

Sometimes she acknowledges

I shall conquer all, chip by chip

Couldn't Be Mine

My words desert me
So anything can hurt me without you
Just the little things get to me
You’re here to help me up the mountain
So what happens now
There is no lack in fight or love for you
It doesn’t matter what anyone says
There is only a few who really speak up
When they do they are just jealous of the passion that we share

I had to change
I had to climb up that hill that I’ve been at the bottom for so long
For no longer will I stay behind that glass door
Where no one can see the part of me that makes me
Me
Before you everyone saw the reflection of who I am
Now when I’m with you they see the real me
That is why I love you
You’re the one that gave me the courage and the strength
To smash that glass door and step into the light with you

Or that was the case two months ago
But
From the sound of my heart breaking
Your voice only telling it that you love her
And that you don’t love me comes
The tears of loneliness
I couldn’t change it you were going to break my heart

Before you whispered into my soul that night on the floor
Every night could be a fantasy for you and me

My heart was unprepared to be hit with a ton of bricks
My heart and body hurt from the trauma
My eyes hurt from the tears I’ve cried

I can’t fight this feeling
This feeling of worthlessness and lonesome
I want to be in your arms
I want to see your blue eyes glisten into mine
I want to feel your kiss
I need to hear your charming voice saying that you love me
I will get over you
Even though I have slid back to the bottom
Of that hill I just got done climbing
I will make it to top

Because I will die standing on my feet
Rather then live on my knees

Fight Not

SAD are the songs when I am blue
Sad, very sad all around so true
And I walk with my downcast eyes
And the smile that I show can't disguise

SAD is the day when we fight and argue
It is a war we can't stop and can't undo
I am mad and you're mad, we can't say nice

Devil eyes

You had eyes like the devil.
So red and angry.
You were by far vile.
You were and are pure evil.

You have eyes of the devil.
You are evil.
Your a match for santon himself.

All you can do is hurt little girls.
Its all you know how to do.
You hurt me and probaly others.

You had a smile of the devil.
To go with your devil eyes.
You were luaghing the whole time.

Transfiguration

She says she loves me but not as much as thou hate me now
Still when her words articulate, thy voice dwells in my ear
On one knee I kiss her hand, but to thee mine heart bow
Thy hate as sweet as this one's love, tis truth my love I fear.
A scoundrel I am, deceiving love with love so vogue
Her eyes in crimson pools swim in thy heart's ardent passion
To fervor her love I pretend she is thee, with the heart of a rogue
I confess with solemn grace, dressed in happiness behind beauties fashion
Devoid of truth but full of love I whisper 'my sweet I love you'
I see mine reflection in her gleaming eye and over mine shoulder aloof

Hurt Lost And Broken

I hate feelings
I hate being able to care
I hate feeling empty inside
when someone dose something
you would think they would never do to you
or when you think someone likes or maybe loves you
and then turns around and stabs you in the back

I hate feeling hopeless
I wish I couldn’t feel anything like love
love is a horrible thing
when you open up your chest up
and hand them a knife
and say please don’t stab my heart
just cut away my worries
deep inside you know no matter
how good of a person you think they are
they can and will hurt you
someway somehow they will hurt you

but happiness

Destined For Glory

Once upon a time in a forlorn land,

Surrounded by evil, abandoned for dead
Born on the run by the sign of the sun
A mail-clad warrior, the chosen one
His name's been cursed, he is bound to fail
A wandering spirit with the will to prevail

he swore the oath to fight alone

The Axeman

High on the hills, where the tall trees grow,
There lives an axeman that 1 know.
From his little hut by a ferny creek,
Day after day, week after week,
He goes each morn with his shining axe,
Trudging along by the forest tracks;
And he chops and he chops till the daylight goes
High on the hills, where the blue-gum grows.

(Chip! . . Chop! . . Chip! . . Chop!)
There's a log to move and a branch to lop.
Now to the felling! His sharp axe bites
Into a tree on the forest heights,
And scarce for a breath does the axeman stop-
(Chip! . . Chop! . . Chip! . . Chop!)
Bell-birds watch him; and in the fern
Wallabies listen awhile, and turn
Back through the bracken, and off they hop.
(Chip! . . Chop! . . Chip! . -. Chop!)
Patient and tireless, blow on blow
The axeman swings as the minutes go;
While the echoes ring from the mountain-top.

Round about him the. rabbits play,
Skipping and scampering all the day,
And the sweet young grass by the logs they crop.

Crimson parrots above him climb,
The Axeman

Chattering, chattering all the time,
As down from the branches the twigs they drop.

Steadily, surely, on he goes,

Out from the bush beyond is heard
The swaggering song of the butcher-bird
Seeking a joint for his butcher's shop.

Deeper and deeper the cut creeps in,
While the parrots shriek with a deafening din,
And the chips fly out with a flip and a flop.

Yellow robins come flocking round,
Watching the chips as they fall to ground,
Darting to catch the g ubs that drop.

The blows come quicker. The axe~biade hums,
Stand well back, there, before she comes!
Hark! How the splinters crack and pop-

Listen! Listen! She's creaking now!
Look, high up, at that trembling bough!
Another second, and down she'll smash,
Shaking the earth with a mighty crash;

Daddy Of A Soldier

I'd wrap my soul around your heart if it could ease your pain
My soul, my heart, my arms but still your hurt would remain
He's leaving soon to fight some war in a far off distant land
The son you raised and taught to love and never raise a hand

Days into weeks and weeks will seem like years
Before the war is over, will have cried thousands of tears
I hurt for him and hurt for you, knowing the pain we'll all go through
He's got to pay back Americas debt that is long overdue

The Army took a boy and turned him into a strong man
He's going to fight for our safety, we all must take a stand
God he's in your hands now, we're leaving it up to you
Please let him fight in victory, for the red, white and blue!

Ground Zero- Twin Towers, USA, Tenth Anniversary 9/11/2011

Like a phoenix from the ash:
Twin towers from rubble
Should rise back to glory,
Despite attacks gory!

The pride of a nation great
Was hurt from depths of heart;
The shock still lingers on
As dear lives had been lost.

Tenth Anniversary
Brings memories of past;
A world united stands
To fight Terrorism.

Yet, hatred isn’t the key
To problems that we see;
Love is the missing link
Forgot by those who ink.

Bury the hurt of heart;
Don’t hurt back on your part;
Rethink on what went wrong;
Despair is in life’s song!

Let nations be alert;
Terror acts don’t seem brave;
Yet, men for love just crave;
Sow seeds of love, don’t hate!

No man is bad by heart;
The world turns some, insane;
Violence is always bane;
Let love of life remain!

Let new Twin Towers rise,
Showing newer resolve!
A sign of love and peace

mica eyes are
those who have learned to
submit to divine law

The Air Is Tense, The Air Is Dense

It was a silent evening, this silent
evening,
When a land whose air was tense,
Heard the cries of its children,
As a plane whose air was dense,
Hit the ground and broke its wings.
It was a teary morning, this teary
morning,
When friends had lost friends,
And parents, children,
And children, parents,
And all, something.
It is a painful thing, this painful moment,
If while reading this out loud,
Your voice begins to fade,
As your heart carries pain to your chord.
It is a thin line, oh thin children,
We are here and we are 'is',
And in one step,
We are there, and now 'was'.
It is a marvelment, to my marveled
mind,
When a man wakes and brushes his
teeth,
Holds a bag and hits the streets,
Stands in the middle of an oblivious
crowd,
And offers them transportation to the
world beyond.
It is an ache, in an aching heart,
With fingers weary and worn,
With eyelids heavy and red,
I write that peace and love be born,
And wisdom and hope not be put to bed.
In this age, in an aging world,
Live each day as thy last,
And in no time you will be right,
Hurt no more and hurt no one,
For the air is tense and the air is dense,
And though time like man has come and
gone,

Don’t say hate easily
Because like love we don’t know where it will run
Don’t say hate and give no damn
Because someone will hurt and it’ll become burden
