Wish You Were With Me
There at the horizon now
The sun is meeting the sea.
The radiant sky is painted
With splashes of yellow and red;
It seems, the warmth of love
Just came off the water bed.
Wish you were with me!
Touching the wings of one another
The skeins of geese fly.
Do not know, where are they heading to
Is it a place unknown or a home nearby?
From a distance, I watch the magical moves
Where the feelings of love are running high.
Wish you were with me!
The shadow of loneliness is getting longer
And so is the darkness on the beach.
The waxing crescent moon appears brighter,
As she finds the stars within reach.
Behind the moving clouds, she glows!
While she plays with the dear one,
I watch the love flow...
Wish you were with me!
While I sit on the sand,
My unraveled fingers
Long to touch your hand.
In an emptiness
My heart is about to cry
With the pain within, swelling like waves,
Oh dear, my yearning soul here quietly lies.

Fire of Stone
limit my day of stay; I am not a stone but
a fire that close and kindle the cooled Heart
in your beautiful dream; the road comes to
dark without the light, dear someone …
long did I wish for your presence, as far
as the distance of the ocean, I travel up and
high in the blue sky I fly, just to be with
your side, dear heart …
lend me your moment, and guide my
ways to reach you, wherever pain I rejoice
for nothing will soften my heart, than to
love you deep in my soul, my dear hope my
hope …
I come to float far beyond the wrapped
in your vintage arm, and follows the breath
with you dear goodbye; that day will be the
forever you, my dear love …
flow my spark, for I will be in your fire …..

Baptized
I don't want to look around
And be turned to stone
All my darkest days awoken
I'm looking for a new way
Lead me to a place wide open
I need a love that takes me higher
So high I'm never coming down
I don't want to know emptiness
Take me down to the water
Wanna be baptized in your love
Far away from the loneliness
Take my heart and wash away the fear
Let me be baptized in your love
Everybody's going down
They end up all alone
Far too many words unspoken
I know I gotta be there, I'm ready to be shown
The path of righteousness unbroken
I need a love that takes me higher
So high I'm never coming down
I don't want to know emptiness
Take me down to the water
Wanna be baptized in your love
Far away from the loneliness
Take my heart and wash away the fear
Let me be baptized in your love
I would be a fool to let you go
With you I'm reborn
I'm no longer torn
Yeah
I refuse to lose my heart and soul
I have to be strong
I don't want to know emptiness
Take me down to the water
Wanna be baptized in your love
Far away from the loneliness
Take my heart and wash away the fear
Let me be baptized in your love

Flying without wings
i could surf the sky without my wings,
yes i can reach the sky with your blue eyes
moon, if only you believe in me
i don't even needs a wings to dive, when
i know that your are there, ready to catch
me when everything is on high
i know i can tell you that beyond that dark
clouds, you still awaits me in the shadow
of that sky
i can now ask, the reason why when iam
almost there i heard an alluring voice of
sound asking me to lay my wings
i know where my heart tremble, shaking
shouting for joy, for where ever i close my
eyes my ears listen to your voice of love
tell me then if my soul echo in a distance
land who reveals the melody of my heart,
and the spirit of your wings lingers on beneath
the horizon of my heaven
come my wings, fly and bring me to the
place where no wind could blew my dream
for only in you i will hold on to the sky of
dreams

The River
Last Sunday
I spent a whole day
with a beautiful river
trying to feel close
to each being, each thing,
even to become one with everything
that surrounded me.
In some way,
I learned from the natural
flow of water
what it means not to look back.
I should remember that river
every time I need to forget the past.
And it helps me to not mind much the now...
Why? Well don't you see how
"Now" is going into the Past fast?
So, the river taught me to aim forward.
It may last.
I tried to follow it
with my eyes towards the horizon.
And maybe there is where
River called my soul.
I believe I had the feeling
of sweet water loving me
more than anybody else
(as if I'd ever be loved much, lol.
So I have learned never to ask for love.
For my soul, that may be
as shameful as begging for money) .
But I have thanked the river
with my entire heart
for letting me in,
for washing my soul clean
and I gave it all the love
I could gather,
the river loved me back,
so much that "it"
(calling so because
of my indecision
of calling a he or a she)
almost let me to become one with.
I felt no more sadness
nor earthly pain
or hunger for eyes
to watch me dearly,
for arms to hug me kindly,
for smiles as gifts for me.
My selfishness stopped…
I had everything flowing,
I was melted into
zillion of water drops running
with the river, gliding
into the horizon…
For a moment
I believed that's it!
The horizon!
If you ever feel unloved
go to a river,
discharge your pains
and watch how it becomes
The horizon
... Feel you are one
with the river
and your going forward
no matter what.
To a place
where everything
is equally loved
and cared for.
I can only suppose now,
human could touch the horizon,
I know I can be the horizon,
are we the horizon?
Or maybe only a river
touching the horizon...
A river of love...
could I ever hope to be it?
For each creature,
each form of life
to drink me,
so I could be part of them,
and then them,
to be part of me
totally free
to walk or swim
with all rivers
into the sea
our Mother.
Mother to sing us lullabies
to hold from
small spark of stars...
Then scattered away
for another moment
of connection...
Full awareness.

Table Bay [2]
I can hear the waves roar,
slamming shingle on the rocks, the beach
drawing in and out
on Bloubergstrand
and the cadence is a age old shuddering
of waves breaking, continuing like before
and in the distance Table Bay
lies stretched out specked with
hundreds of little lights
like a enormous crown
with the flat mountain top
on display, etched against the night sky
and its full tide, the moon is full
yellow and magnificent
and the place of good hope,
lies on the shore
with waves breaking forever more
and lonely the beach stretches out before me,
in a long white ribbon
and the dark water goes out to the horizon,
almost as far as I can see
and the sea wind is fresh and new
and there's no light in sight
on the wavering ocean
just a darkness that envelopes me
as the waves
are throwing pebbles out
and drawing them in
before breaking on the beach
and there's nobody to be true to,
nobody to trust, only the reality of the here and now
and all hope, all promises, all joy and pain
remains the same
swept in and out of a confused world
forever breaking, forever rushing in.

I Wish I Were Blind
I love to see the cottonwood blossom in the early spring
I love to see the message of love that the bluebird brings
But when I see you walking with him down along the strand
I wish I were blind when I see you with your man
I love to see your hair shining in the long summers light
I love to watch the stars fill the sky on a summer night
The music plays, you take his hand
I watch how you touch him as you start to dance
And I wish I were blind when I see you with your man
We struggle here but all our loves in vain
And these eyes that once filled me with your beauty now fill me with pain
And the light that once entered here is banished from me
And this darkness is all, baby, that my heart sees
And though the world is filled with the grace and beauty of gods hand
Oh I wish I were blind when I see you with your man

Walk of a stream (from the mad man's song)
A few drops of ink were trying to flow out into a blend of black and white...
A few waves of music were trying to reach to their strings, , ,
to write and sing of emptiness, a little mine and a little yours...
In what is no longer, seeking a place I walk and then I meet mine...
In your flight you try to make a litlle of the sky yours..
then you meet thine....
A few drops of ink dried..
A few wings of failed flight...
Thus of our emptiness we wrote and sang...
Life has often told to me its strange tales..
Sometimes it has called me by my name..
sometimes it has made me meet my soul...
One day though it walked in and halted my travel of the day..
So there I had to stay...
I realised only on nightfall just above was moon to appear
So was I made to stay...
life has often told to me its strange tales...
When someday you would realise after time has but gone away long,
that you should not have departed, and then decide to return
to the place you left....
You may not find me waiting for you, , ,
Deep beneath the bosom of the sands of desert
walks a stream...
seeking the thirst of the wanderer
and in a oasis they meet...
Longer the thirst has traveled with the wanderer,
stronger shall be the bliss of the meeting...
We shall someday meet, some day other..........
A rainbow is neither lost nor formed...
Its that some day seven colors meet and they are indigo, ,
other day just seven strangers....
When into sunset, evening plays its flute, , ,
and shadows of memories past and dreams of times to come
start to hide and seek among the woods of your heart....
fall in love with the way the sun welcomes the night
For the route to red petals walk through the charm of thorns...
and if unpricked you were to walk
You would reach but faded rose, dead with time...
Melody may be the music of the ocean, sea or river bear...
distance may be the dreams of the water of their...
Drops but must love the walk of a stream...
Watching The River Flow
Whats the matter with me,
I dont have much to say,
Daylight sneakin through the window
And Im still in this all-night cafe.
Walkin to and fro beneath the moon
Out to where the trucks are rollin slow,
To sit down on this bank of sand
And watch the river flow.
Wish I was back in the city
Instead of this old bank of sand,
With the sun beating down over the chimney tops
And the one I love so close at hand.
If I had wings and I could fly,
I know where I would go.
But right now Ill just sit here so contentedly
And watch the river flow.
People disagreeing on all just about everything, yeah,
Makes you stop and all wonder why.
Why only yesterday I saw somebody on the street
Who just couldnt help but cry.
Oh, this ol river keeps on rollin, though,
No matter what gets in the way and which way the wind does blow,
And as long as it does Ill just sit here
And watch the river flow.
People disagreeing everywhere you look,
Makes you wanna stop and read a book.
Why only yesterday I saw somebody on the street
That was really shook.
But this ol river keeps on rollin, though,
No matter what gets in the way and which way the wind does blow,
And as long as it does Ill just sit here
And watch the river flow.
Watch the river flow,
Watchin the river flow,
Watchin the river flow,
But Ill sit down on this bank of sand
And watch the river flow.

You Live In The World's Wonderland
You live in the world's wonderland
You are a queen on the moon's sand
Come down to my dear motherland
I want to touch your tender hand
I know baby you are out there
I want to touch your golden hair
Will you become so near and dear?
True love has got no place for fear
I know you look really nice
I want to stare at your blue eyes
I will knock out the other guys
If they want to ask for your price
The world is at your fingertips
I want to kiss your painted lips
I want to taste love's all the sips
Babe will you make busy my hips?

While You Are With Me
When Adam and Eve lived in Eden
the sea of faith stretched out into the blue
meeting the sky’s canopy
and its waves pulsed anciently
gathering water from the stream of life
and love, grace even the power of man
seemed at that time as to be unlimited
as if life could stretch on into eternity
Tonight the wind is blowing through the window
moving the curtains in a tender breeze
and in the distance I can hear the ebb and flow
in which the waves continually go
and the moon is casting light
that stretches out over the endless ocean
Your breath touches my breast and face softly
and I read true happiness in the smallest things
see your breasts rising and subsiding
while the sea is continually flinging
grains of sand crushing on the distant beach
and though sometimes it feels as if out of reach
happy moments are lingering
while you are with me

If you go, take me with you
an endless moment have to stay, of where
a countless you have lead my way, to the
rainbow of my shadow awaits the presence
of each memory, the essence of who you are
in my life every night and day
capture my dear heart the hyacinth of beauty
and the immortality of gift bestowed the
truth of who brought me to see the meaning
of what life would be, you come to my
senses, lure and nurture the real foundation of
what life I take
choose, the beginning that sees no more the
love, that carried the sweet honey bees
strings, the mountain scenery looks the crystal
clouds, underneath the melodic echo of
winds surfing the horizon of eternity
your the inspiration that I adore, you're the one who
lingers me on, to pursue, float on the Lilies
of sprouting blooming golden flowers, the meadows
that blink every eyes to hold the ultimate
passion of you to my dear heart that calls, the
emptiness I long for life
let me touch you for a little moment, as you stay for a
while.... dear and let my soul remember that
day that you're with me, cherishing those happy
gongs, the beginning of where your heart played the
songs of today
please stay, take me with you, as my soul waited so
long to be home; a heavenly best and a beautiful
place, where I know that you'll always be there, to lend
me a hand as I return to my Father's hand.....I can't wait
my dear, hold me so tied till the sun is bright

My Love Is
My Love Is
Written by: Wilfred Mellers, Saturday, September 24,2011 @ 1: 19 PM
You plus me equals we
One love, one heart, one destiny
Together we have become one soul
I shall stay with you until the sunsets no more
We shall be together until eternity passes away
Until the sun no longer shines in the sky nor the moon by night,
Until the stars in the sky grows dim and no longer shine,
I shall love you till then and there after till the end of time
My love is deeper the any ocean
My love is pure and only for you I breathe
Without you my life would be meaningless
My love reaches to the highest of the universe
It is deeper than any ocean
It is wider than any sea
You make everything in my life beautiful
The moments we share are magical
Your simple touch sends shivers down my spine
Your lips are sweeter than cherry wine
Your eyes make me drift into paradise
The warmth of your body keeps me yearning
I was made for you and you for me
A single day without you is like a day without sunshine
You chase all the clouds away
It’s because of you why the oceans are blue
I love you for these reasons and so many, many more
My life, my partner, my breath, my love of a lifetime

Where They Sat
This is where they sat
and watched the sea
and incoming tide.
Now he has gone.
The waves still come
in and go out regardless.
The sunset brings memories.
The way the sun sits on
the horizon like a Buddha
clothed in a red gown.
He held her hand on
these sands. They kissed
beneath that sun the warmth
like an embrace. It was
here that he spoke of love
and their future and the house
and maybe their children
running in and out of the garden
on summer days. She holds
a handful of sand. Squeezes
between fingers. Gulls fly overhead
making an awful din. If she
closes her eyes she can imagine
him still there. Almost smell
his presence. She sniffs the air.
Sea salt and after sun lotion.
His body shining with sweat
after making love up there
by the rocks. Children and
parents and others enjoy
the sea and beach nearby.
He said so many things.
They are still in the air.
The words about her head
like invisible birds. Then came
the suicide. The final note.
Out at sea some one waves
To her from a small white boat.

How Can I Tell The Yellow Daisy?
how can i tell the yellow daisy about the sad truth that her fingers
that long to touch the blue clouds high up in the sky cannot be hers?
how can i tell her that she is just wasting her fleeting time and feelings
trying to touch that which cannot be touched by her fingers because
their worlds are far apart because the sun will not allow it because
she is just this tiny little daisy that grows wildly in my little garden?
how can i ever tell her that love too has rules? that love too can be
too painful and most of the time addressed to indifference: unrequited?
how can i ever tell her that like her i am also in pain in longing and dying?

Rainbow Sky
Tonight, I saw a radiant rainbow sky:
Stunning colours, which caught my eye.
Shades of blue, yellow, peach, and red:
Absolutely amazing, it has to be said!
It wasn't very long after the sun had set:
It was an evening sky, which I won't forget.
It was Nature's show, at the close of day,
And I had trouble tearing my eyes away.
I wonder how all those colours appear,
And how they look so bright and clear?
The horizon never looked quite so pretty:
That darkness fell, really was a great pity.
Once darkness fell, there no colours left.
Losing the rainbow sky, I felt quite bereft.
I saw the sky ablaze with colours of fire;
Of seeing such sights, I doubt I'll ever tire.
Away from the horizon, but not too far,
Were a crescent moon, and twinkling star.
This patch of sky had a much darker hue:
I guess some may call it ‘midnight blue.'
In the night sky, the moon and stars shone:
Brighter still, once the daylight had gone.
Tired out, I snuggled down in my cosy bed,
With moon and stars shining over my head.

My love for you!
Like a silent wind that has blown
Unheard!
Sometimes I think about you quietly alone
As I lay in bed
My hair stands up deep-rooted unkempt
A wink of sleep I have not yet slept
I cogitate and wish that I could have wept
Just seeing elements of my love for you
Shift from right to left
And I know I owe destiny a great debt
My love for you
Is deeper than any wells of earth
My love for you
Is always on red alert!
There is no one like you
Not yet! That gets me this wet
My love for you
Is without regret as I watch the sun set
I think of you constantly
Lingering on the way you smile graciously
I think of your kisses and your touch
My heart endlessly yearns for you too much
This heart of mine I have to watch!
They say tough is rough
But your love alone is enough
To carry me through any tough
If I alone could move the mountains
I would remove all the hurdles in our lane
Many say loving you from afar is insane
But my love for you
Will stand against time and torrential rains
My love for you
Is non-negotiable
My love for you
Is forever stable
My love for you
Is my food to you on your table!
Tell me my dear! Are you capable?
Tell me my dear! Are we that compactable?
Patience my dear is the name of the game
Thoughts of you will light up my flame
My love for you forever remains the same!

A Night By The Sea
While I look at the Ocean
The Setting Sun at the horizon bleeds
Someone from behind, pulls the curtain
Hidden pain, we rarely read
The shadow of silence, when embraces the darkness
The abandoned shore finds only life in me
Pondering thoughts dive in search of you
My heart creeps into the turbulent sea
You must be fast asleep now in serenity of land
Swelling waves are my love, emotions
Cry, Roar and then unheard, break on sand
They resurge to draw attention
Voice of sea will soon be lost in the midst of noise
You would wake up in brightness of day
Love never dies, whether you want to know
The ocean will feel then, it’s needless to say

A Theme On Unrequited Love Via The Moon And Sun
the sun in its might
finds meaning
to the moon and stars
at night
love sought
love not found
and always in its heavens
love is unrequited
for the meaning of his might
and sunshine
is always that pain
and longing
the moon and stars
are waiting
and the sun
always
cannot reach
them
fate and nature has it
on its design
there is no meeting
there is no fulfillment
but come to think about all these
what if one day
when the sun and moon come
and make love
will this earth not burn
with their passions?
will we all still be here
on that fatal day?
will not all the stars explode
with envy?

FEEL AGAIN - Song Lyrics
Passing by my eyes
Are people living lives
They flow before my gaze
Just like the memories
In my mind
I watch them from
My hiding place
In shadows so
To hide my face
And as they pass
The memories flash
Of how it felt to feel that way
And home…
I long for home…
Where is my home…
Please take me home…
Home…
Please take me home…
Where is my home…
I long for home…
I watch the people
Not because
I wanna be their friend
I watch them not
Because I hope to know
Them in the end
I simply watch
And ask myself
Why do I feel this way
How did I get here
Can I hope
To feel again someday
To feel the feelings
That they feel…
To hope, to love, to cry
To fall and feel the pain
Or rise in triumph to the sky
And home…
I long for home…
Where is my home…
Please take me home…
Home…
Please take me home…
Where is my home…
I long for home…
All I have are memories
Of the times
When things were good
Memories of the days
Of when I felt
The way I should
Memories now that
Flow before the view
Inside my mind
Just as the passing people
Flow before my open eyes
Oh God! How can I be
Like them
Is there a way to
Start again
I know there is
I know its there
I’ll find it
I don’t ****ing care
What I have to go through
What I lose and what I lack
I know my heart
Can feel again
If I can only
Find my way back
Home…
I’m going home…
This is my home…
It feels like home…
Home…
This feels like home…
This feels like home…
This feels like home…
Home…
This feels like home…
This feels like home…
This feels like home…
I’m finally home
