o star, how i love you

Star Has Lost Her Starshine

Star used to Shine for all to see
But now that's just a Memory
Of one more thing that used to be
For Star has lost Her Starshine

Another time that she went Dark
Her Soulmate gone, life's meaning stark
She watched him to the Heavens arc
He took with him Her Starshine

Never understanding why
There was no time for said good-byes
Nor one last time for his blue eyes
To ever see His Star shine

Upon the Skyline she would gaze
Her Soulful eyes were teardropped glazed
She couldn't see her yesterdays
They blinded all her Starshine

To understand the plan Divine
She searched within and tried to find
A reason not to lose her mind
As she had lost her Starshine

She really didn't want to stay
To face Life's struggles every day

The Insane Gloom

The eve brings with her a bundle of gloom
The bundle gets untied with Suns' departure
Thus, spreading everywhere the awesome gloom,
Sweeping the day light which wants to linger.

Even then in darkness a little star twinkles
Appearing as if a sensuous lass's dimple.
On shy damsels cheek only a dimple appears
Lal Bahadoor twinkles as Mother India's dimple.

Was not it good oh star just like water
To change own color to that of mixing matter?
Of the diplomats too same is the line
Then why did you twinkling star tried to shine?

The powerful fools just like the gloom
Think of suppressing even the shining moon.

Up to the sky
I'm just only a little star
My faint color seen from a far

Loosing his Star

Darkness, dress of the night
shading is the star's light
lonesome man in the valley of death
tears and shouts
confusion and mess.

Walking to the endless
to the so far
desperate
he's loosing his star,
his lonely hope
his purest dream
invaded by emptiness
ripped by a scream.

That Star

A Star

She stunts around like she’s all that

But I know it’s all an act

She whips her hair & shows her dazzling smile

But I know it’s fake

She says she’ll never shed a tear

But I know she cries every night

She is…that star, people will always say when she walks by them

But I know she’s not even close

Why do people call her that star you ask?

Isn’t it obvious…a star is bright, like her

All lies, she tells me

A star is dazzling, like her smile, to bad it’s a fake smile

And most of all a star is beautiful, just like her, to bad she doesn’t feel like it

She tells me, she’s tired of pretending to be that star, everyone says she is

But I know she’ll one day be that star she’s meant to be

She will be as bright as a star

She will have that dazzling smile that not even a star can provide

Long ago, a star
Sent forth its light from afar.
And now, no matter how far,
We will follow the same star.

To calculate their course
Whenever the wind and waves took

Thought we would live forever together
And die together.

Twinkle twinkle little star
How did you ever get so far
From where I thought that you would be?
