Tenderness
Light with words of spring
Inside of you I see a garden
You radiate
Nothing disguised lasts
Serene shore in silent morning
Orchids of orange joy
Lovers as natural as waves
Children laughing in the breeze
Ships as mystical as stars
How can I make you feel beautiful?
Hearts need to love
Now the moon replaces the sun
She shines tonight like a chandelier
Her blue gown like waterfalls
Her fingernails painted silver
Tenderness can be a temptress
Tenderness in thigh high boots
Tenderness like a divine knife
Now the morning shines
She smiles like a little girl

Tenderness
(bernard edwards/nile rodgers)
Tenderness is the best
Tenderness I confess
Tenderness is the best
Tenderness nothin less
Love me with a tender touch
Kindness I need very much
It is so hard for me to trust
But deep inside I know I must
Love me all through the night
Hug me till the first rays of sunlight
Be sweet, make me unafraid
cause tonight Ill play with you
Please be gentle
Tenderness is the best
Tenderness I confess
Tenderness is the best
Tenderness nothin less
Love me, try to be understanding
Tenderness is all that Im asking
Dont feel like Im making conditions
I wanna to overcome my inhibitions
Love me all through the night
Hug me till the first rays of sunlight
Be sweet, make me unafraid
cause tonight Ill play with you
Please be gentle

Tendeness
Tenderness has million of faces and names,
Tenderness has million of secrets and signs.
It is in the autumns rains,
It is in the young wines.
Tenderness is a high flying bird,
It’s in the light breath of the wind.
It can be everywhere heard,
It can never be sinned.
Tenderness can be in crystal tears
Shining on your eyelashes.
It can be in timid rays of dawn,
It can be in warm sea splashes.
Tenderness is in all around,
It’s so easy to be found.
Wake up without vanity or flatness
And you will feel the tenderness.
Tenderness is in the quivering heart,
It turns your arms into the wings.
It can create a fine art,
Make a lot of beautiful things.
It fills your soul with magic light,
And all around becomes marvelous and bright.

Lay It Down
Ruby red... her lips were on fire
A do me with a kiss if you please
Tell me what'chor sweetheart desires
Tell me how you want it to be
'Cause if it's love you want
Then you won't mind a little tenderness
That sometimes is so hard to find
(Lay it down)
Lay it down
Make it alright
(Lay it down)
Lay it down
I'll hold you so tight
(Lay it down)
Oh... before the morning light
It's gonna be alright
Oh... lay it down
Come and lay it down tonight
Tell me how you feel when we make love
Tell me is it real or just make believe
You will never know what'chor made of
'Til you open up your heart to receive
'Cause if the love you got that same old crime
We're talkin' tenderness that's so hard to find
And I'm gettin' behind you
(Lay it down)
Lay it down
Make it alright
(Lay it down)
A lay it down
I'll hold you so tight
(Lay it down)
Yeah... before the morning light
It's gonna be alright
Oh... lay it down
Come and lay it down tonight
Do you remember them times talkin' in your sleep
With a pocket full'a rubbers you never could keep
From your best friends lover you dreamt about then
When you pullin' up the covers the voices in your head
Say if you want it bad
Don't ever let it slip away
'Cause if it's love you want and tenderness... yeah
(Lay it down)
Lay it down
Make it alright
(Lay it down)
Lay it down
I'll hold you so tight
(Lay it down)
Oh... before the morning light
It's gonna be alright
Oh... lay it down
Gonna lay it down tonight
Gonna come around tonight
You gotta lay it down

Try A Little Tenderness
(harry woods/jimmy campbell/reg connelly)
Oh she may be weary
Young girls they do got weary
Wearing that same old shabby dress
Yeah yeah yeah
But when she gets weary
Try a little tenderness
Oh yeah, thats all you gotta do
You know shes there waiting
Just anticipating
Things that shell never, never possess
No no no
But while shes there waiting
Try a little tenderness
Its not just sentimental, no no no no
She has her grief and cares
But the soft words
That are spoke so gently, yeah
It makes it easier, easier to bear
You wont regret it
Young girls they dont forget it
Love is their only happiness
Yeah yeah yeah
Its so so easy
Try a little tenderness
You know what I mean
But the soft words
They are spoken so gently, yeah, yeah
It makes it easier, easier to bear
She may be weary
Young girls they do got weary
Wearing that same old shabby dress
Yeah yeah yeah
But when she gets weary
Try a little tenderness
Yeah, a little tenderness
Thats all youve gotta do
Listen to me
Try, try, try, try
One time for the last time
A little bit of tenderness
Tenderness, tenderness
Ooh, need you, I love you
I want you tonight, love me, baby
A little bit of tenderness

Kiss Me The Way You Did Last Night
Serenade me by the light of the moon,
Lets sing and dance as lovers do
When the morning light shines down on me
With you, my love I want to be
As the stars go sailin by
We can count them you and i
We can make a wish when one falls from the sky
And my only wish would be
That forever I would see
You movin thru the darkness smiling that way at me
(*) kiss me the way you did last, night
Lay down beside me, holdin me tight
Kiss me the way you did last night,
Tonight until the morning light
Celebrate love while the feeling is new
Its a moment that was meant for me and you
If tomorrow never comes I wont care,
Ill just love you tonight and all we share...
Repeat (*)
Tonight, tonight and every night
(kiss me)
The way you did last night
Repeat (*)

Aubade
Mystical Morning Song came whispering
It's melodious rhythmic sounds
For the spring time lays in the Garden's
Of lovers floral bouquet abed in the ground
Waiting for your happiness in your love to grow
You continue to wonder in absolute awe
While prolonging whispers of lover's musical breeze
That embraces The Spring and welcomes Winter's thaw
The warmth of the sun rays come in loves burning
Filling all nature and you with serene
Allowing all new Spring buds of love to open
Tantalizing aroma's of new memories to be made
Come the Mystical Morning Song Spring
Dedicated to: Jeri, Aka, Morning Song
With love
A Morning song is an Aubade
Or the regret of lovers that Dawn
Has come too soon

Love Me Tonight
(words & music by don robertson)
May this tenderness cling
When the fire of spring
Is a memory
May you still be my own
When a hundred years have flown
But if it cant be
Give this moment to me
While our dream is bright
Put your sweet arms around me
And love me tonight
Love me tonight
Let me feel your lips on mine
And though I pray
Forever and a day Ill be
Possessing you
Ill confess to you
If I knew that our love would be gone
With the stars in the dawns grey light
Id still hold you close and whisper
Love me tonight

Eternal Light
The silver moon shines brilliant light onto the velvet sky, The ocean waves whisper lyrics that will make you cry. You are different one of a kind, you are undefined. You are my sun, my silver moon, you are my loving light. You are the one in the dark that always shines so bright.

Tenderness
Words & music by paul simon
What can I do
What can I do
Much of what you say is true
I know you see through me
But theres no tenderness
Beneath your honesty
Oh, right and wrong
Right and wrong
Ooh, never helped us get along
You say you care for me
But theres no tenderness
Beneath your honesty
You and me were such good friends
Whats your hurry?
You and me could make amends
Im not worried
Im not worried
Oh, honesty,
Oh, honesty
Ooh, its such a waste of energy
No you dont have to lie to me
Just give me some tenderness
Beneath your honesty
You dont have to lie to me
Just give me some tenderness

Pain And Tenderness
She pours from me
Onto the page.
My heart beats alone in a cage.
My bleeding pen
Flashes in rage.
Yet knows
That I can never address
The true pain
And the tenderness.
She soars from me
Into the skies.
She claws from me
Every disguise.
Yet bathes my aching soul
As it dies.
My passion
Like a speeding express.
In a dungeon
I lay and obsess
About the true pain
And tenderness.
She flies from me
In empty sunset.
She cries on me
From clouds above.
Her kiss
And that smokey red dress,
Fill my morning
With visions of soft caress.
And scent of love.
Yet my words
Lack the pain and tenderness
Of the first sunrise.
What's written on the page
Is written in the eyes.

Endless Dark
Softly the light shines in through
gates of grace on me and you
deceiving our restless hearts
a flickering flame so serene
it fires the night so we could see
the feeling we hold on to so strong
and I know where I belong
away from your Gods
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
endless dark
this endless dark
Lonely the light shines on you
through the gates of fire entombed
feeding on your love
weak is the blaze that kept me away
from cruelty and tenderness embraced
saving my soul no more
and I know where I belong
away from your Gods
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
endless dark
this endless dark
I know where I belong
away from you Gods
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
that shines on you and tame your burning heart
that bury my truth right into your arms
that worship the tomb of our forlorn love
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark
that heal all wounds and light this endless dark

I prefer to die in my sleep
Darling Edeath!
You're so beautiful
To that transparent dress.
Touch me slowly
As I am scared of your fingernails.
I am not in a mood and let me sleep peacefully
Do not wake me up early.
Bring your kite to the garden of night
Let it go so high and let loose the knot
As you do to the others
And wind takes me away
Wherever she goes!
* A Mother's arms are made of tenderness and children sleep soundly in them.

Love season
You passionately kiss the world
with your bright rays
one can evidently tell that
the moon and the earth are in love
despite the distance between the two
the affection, tenderness, can be felt
by those that dare to feel and watch the two
They whisper words to one another
the earth whispers how much she has missed the moon
and nodding in affirmation the moon embraces the earth
draws her closer to him and whispers ' i love you'
kissing her chic the earth melts more into his brightness
and tenderness like a child.
This is the best of the months the time to love
and be beloved, lets join the moon and the earth
into the love making and dance together in celebration.
cheers to you Mr., Moon, cheers to you Mrs. Moon! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

A Moonlit Walk
I walk along the wet beach,
watching the waves twist and die
the moon shines brightly in the star- studded sky
I walk upon the wet sand, my footprints trail behind
I make a mark wherever I step while the moon shines
I walk upon the silver sand, I stride through the diamond waves,
I get hold of the twinkling stars,
but forget to look back on my way
suddenly a cloud hides the moon
and I loose all my stars.
I look back on to the silver sand to find none of my marks

Silent Night
Staring at the moon and the stars above
All night long
Singing a beautiful song
All alone.
I'm wondering
If I could be the stars
That glitter smiles
In your sorrowful eyes.
Wish I could be the moonlight
That shines so bright
In the darkest hours
Of your life.
The calmness of the night,
Ponder for a moment
whether I could make you mine
And enjoy the rest
Of your love.
Wish I could stop the clock
That spins circles on the wall
O silent night!
Wish you could feel my love tonight.

Love Shines
You've got a sweet heart
Never will you be replaced
And it's so hard
The memory can't be erased
Love shines when I think of you
You make it happen
You make it true
(love shines)
Love shines there can be no doubt
What this feeling is all about
Oh baby your
Love shines, love shines so bright
(so bright)
Did you know your
Love shines, love shines so bright
(on and on and on)
On and on it will always be
Rhythm, rhyme, and harmony
Yeah, baby your
Love shines, love shines tonight
(tonight)
You cast a spell
A magical revelation
And I see so well
My ultimate destination
Love shines when I think of you
You make it happen
You make it true
(love shines)
Love shines there can be no doubt
What this feeling is all about
Oh baby your
Love shines, love shines so bright
(so bright)
Did you know your
Love shines, love shines so bright
(on and on and on)
On and on it will always be
Rhythm, rhyme, and harmony
Yes, baby your
Love shines, love shines tonight
(tonight)
After all the reckoning
After all the promises
All the darkness in my heart
Has gone away
Gone away
(on and on and on)
So on and on it will always be
Rhythm, rhyme, and harmony
Yes, baby your
Love shines, love shines tonight
Oh don't you know your
Love shines, love shines so bright
Oh baby your

Water's Edge
I went to the water's edge, forgot I couldn't swim
I went to the water's edge, all ready to jump in
I saw the water shimmer
I heard the wind howl
I saw my own reflection
I just can't see it now
You say it's the way of the world
To somehow co-exists
That eventually life unfurls
A path to happiness
So I whisper your little secret
And repeat it under my breath
I'll save it for you in my heart
In case we both forget
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I am gripped by a loneliness
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I'd be released in your tenderness
I'd be released in your tenderness
I went to the water's edge and saw my life eclipse
I went to the water's edge and then felt myself slip
I dreamed that I was floating, just coast until I grew fins
I want to catch this tide back home and feel you again
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I am gripped by a loneliness
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I'd be released in your tenderness
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I am gripped by a loneliness
Oh, I wish you could wrap yourself around me
I'd be released in your tenderness
I'd be released in your tenderness
I'd be released in your tenderness

I Can Love You
Yahooooooooooo
They rated cinderella
You hoped it would come true
That one day your prince charming
Would come rescue you
You like romantic movies
And you never will forget
The way you felt when romeo kissed juilet
And all this time that youve been waiting
You dont have to wait no more...
Chorus:
I can love you like that
I would make you my world
With heaven and earth
If you were my girl
I would give you my heart
Be all that you need show you youre everything thats precious to me
If you give me a chance
I can love you like that (I can love you like that x2)
I never make a promise I dont intend to keep
So when I say forever, forever is what I mean
Well Im no casanova but I swear this much is true
Ill be holding nothing back when it comes to you
You dream of love that is ever lasting
Ohhhhhoooo
Well baby open up your eyes
Chorus:
I can love you like that
I would make you my world
With heaven and all
If you were my girl
I would give you my heart
Be all that you need
Show you youre everything thats precious to me
If you give me a chance
I can love you like that (I can love you like that)
If you want tenderness (tendernes, tenderness)
I got tenderness(tenderness)
And I see through to the heart of beauty
If you want a married man who will understand
You dont have to look very far
I can love you
Girl..i can love you
I can love you like that
I would make you my world
With heavan and earth
If you were my girl
I would give you my heart
Be all that you need
Show you youre everything thats precious to me
I can love you like that
I would mak you my world
With heaven and earth
If you were my girl
I would give you my heart
Show you youre everything (oh youre everything)
Love you like that

Our Tenderness
Put aside all the springtimes of Paris and Rome
There are none of your secrets you need to confess
Lock your dangerous dreams in the closets at home
All I'm wanting about you is your tenderness.
I don't measure the weight of commitments in gold
My fingers are not wearing your promises
No flesh of my heart can be purchased or sold
All I'm offering to you grows with tenderness.
I have no master plan for all you might expect
There is no art of love designed under duress
Show me maps of your islands I need to protect
With my arms of defence, weapons of tenderness.
Now if I must disrobe every truth of the word
And if you demonstrate just what works for you best
I'll insist upon nothing, whatever you've heard
Only bargaining with you for your tenderness.
So return those Millennium dreams to the store
And hold over your masks, we can play fancy-dress
Draw your hand down the lights, throw the rug on the floor
We'll explore all the borders of our tenderness.

Mystical Rain
Beautiful lights that glare before me,
Magic delights you allow me to see.
Mystical Rain in the sky up above,
Mystical Rain throwing stardust of love.
A surreal sight as I stand and adore,
Leading the way - so that men reach the shore.
Mystical Rain in the air all around,
Mystical Rain making love without sound.
Marvelous specks of desire in my view,
Lightly you peck at my face like the dew.
Mystical Rain; blue metallic and green.
Mystical Rain; play your tune quite serene.
A show so alive as you dart through the sky,
Helping planes through the mist, where pilots do fly.
Mystical Rain; shine your light in my path.
Mystical Rain warm my heart; make me laugh.
