The Lilly Ledbetter act of equal pay for women doing the same work as a man that President Obama signed was fought by Paul Ryan who voted against it. C'mon ladies and gentlemen shouldn't a woman get equal pay for equal work? Just one more reason I could never ever vote for Mitt Romney as a Christian. 'women's equality activist Lilly Ledbetter blasted Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) for voting against the Fair Pay Act, which was named after her. 'Paul Ryan is very pleased with himself that he voted against the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, ' she said. 'That's for families. That's voting against American families, and American families right to get what they're legally earning and entitled to under the law. And he's also going to do away with Medicare, Social Security.' The republicans and tea party resist any creation of jobs so they don't give him any credit or help. They paint him as a big government socialist because he uses the government to help the people, all of the people. Romney is a 1% representative and disdains a huge portion of the American people. These fat cats outsourced the jobs and now so many industrial jobs are in China with cheap labor and no environmental standards by people like Mitt Romney and Bain Capital. They hide their money in tax shelters then use that same money for lobbyists and use the right wing Supreme Courts ruling on Citizens United calling a corporation a person with first amendment rights so they can pour money into elections without disclosure. Mitt Romney represents this movement of the power of money not freedom. They even define rape or tried to as they bring their sexist elitist perspective into play....we must resist these new rich elites and power hungry shills

This debt crisis coming to our country. The wall and tidal wave of debt that is befalling our nation. Medicare and Social Security go bankrupt within ten years, we have a debt that is looming so high that in the last year of President Obama's budget just the interest payments on our debt is $916 billion dollars.

Bill Vining had a sorrel colt

But the colt was wild as a mountain deer

Lilly
I called her tiger Lilly
As she favored clothes with stripes
But I did not back away in fear
when she flashed her pearly whites.
There’s a chapel on the campus
And we both so liked to sing
There was just one little problem
Lilly wore another’s ring.
She’d been six months separated
From her lawful wedded mate.
She’d suffered two miscarriages
love had started to abate.
It still of course was possible
That they might work it out
But I found myself falling
Every time she was about..
We started sharing moments
At the ballpark and the shore
As much as we were together
I found myself wanting more.
I told myself its over-
that her man’s not coming back.
She’s a pretty, gracious flower
and a tiger in the sack.
And then one day it ended
Her parents intervened
They forced them back together
We never had our farewell scene.
A year after we’d parted
There was a story in the news
Lilly died in a car accident
Her husband had been stewed.
So every year on that same date
The day I heard you’d died
I lay a Lilly on your grave
It’s from your other guy.
There have, of course, been lovers since
