Family vs. Friends
Friends come in your life as ocean waves come and go.
You friends may be there one day and be gone the next.
Family is like blood, you need it to survive and it will always be there.
Family is there the day you are born and will be until the day you die.
Friends may be there for the short term, it is your family that will
remain by your side.
Always put your family first, friends should go second.
Family will be there to support you and catch you when you fall.
Friends may be good to talk to when you are feeling down,

I Always Gave In
Why do family attack and criticise?
Why the anger, attitude and the need to fight?
We need to be here for each other
Not constantly ducking for cover
Family needs to love, support and affectionately be tight.
It should be discussion not argument no matter who is wrong or right Neither visits nor calls unless to be used or abused
Now I stand my ground for surrender I refuse
Family can be insensitive and cause so much pain
I can’t believe after all these years here it goes again
The hurt can be so immense just so one can feel they are right
My broken heart and flowing tears afford me no comfort through the night
Family can hurt you the worst when they stab you in the heart
When all you want is love, recognition, acceptance, not broken and ripped apart So here is the message, no more, no more and take it to be true

All i want,
is the memories of us,

Another Heart Break
Worst fear realized
as i feel my world crumbling around me
with you as the source of my pain
and all this means nothing now
all what i built is coming down
decayed of walls broken down moments
as i cry out for help
this is a me i thought i buried
but its back as i break out in tears
over the sorrow of missing
missing what we had
thought it would last forever
but you ended it
now am in pain
but not what am use to
oh no now its an emotional melt down
as you walked out of my life
i see who i truly am
this little boy hiding emotions
