A Wink

Across the river there is thunder
A bridge of fears
Clocks of silk dreams ticking
Lovers that quit kissing
I know what you want

The church of Jesus is for the broken
I am there
I see you with your hymnal
I probably shouldn’t wink
But I do

I know you seen me
When we get to heaven
Will you wink back?

Wink For Me

Wink for me today
For I know I’m full of life
Wink when you work
I’ll be reminded of my work
Wink when entering the toilet
I’ll know others are half attached
Wink when you eat
I’ll buy my own lunch
Wink when kissing
I’ll miss my wife more
While driving still wink
I’ll work and buy my own
When you die please wink
I’ll prepare my suitcase for take off
Please wink for me

When the stars wink

When the stars wink, glittering above me,
it feels as if they do beacon to come nearer,
when I see them stretching to the horizon,
forming patterns or even drawing lines
in the dark ink,

the whole of heaven is covered,
far too awesome to comprehend
with the glory procreated by a almighty God;
when the stars wink.

Later even the bats stop their frolicking,
an owl flutters past when a mouse squeals
and then I do realize
how insignificant man is on this earthly place
while a star jumps for a moment,
when the stars wink.

Blink, Blink

Im bored
Im going insane
Too much homework
So many chores
so much stress
Wink Wink
Blink Blink
I'm there
At my happy place
Whever I please
No cars
No streets
No Seas
nor boats
no planes
no skies
I'm there
Within seconds
Escape from life's glooms
Ease away my pains
Bliss bliss
Whenever I please
Todaloo
Hola
To my my happy place

Hearts are like clocks

Hearts work like clocks
Ticking and tocking
Turning and spinning

Hearts work like clocks
Fragile
Gentle

Hearts work like clocks
Some are broken
Some are fixed

Hearts are like clocks
Every one has been broken
Everyone has been fixed

Hearts are like clocks
They are all bonded by something
And
Someone

She Has Tremendous Hands

Eyes and high cheekbones!
That's how I can tell they are all related!
This crotch theory you've got,
Makes absolutely no sense.
Since that would not apply to them all.
Some are short and a few are quite tall!

'The daughter,
She wears a size 13 shoe.'

And what is that suppose to mean?
What has that got to do with anything?

'She has tremendous hands! '

And...
What is that wink about?

'Well...
You didn't hear it from me,
But...
I know she can be a gorgeous woman.
But I'm told...
When she stands,
She can stand up to any man! '

And what's up with the wink?
I still don't get it!

'I don't think you will no time soon!
You are not her type.
Unless that also changes.'

There you go with that wink!

The Wink

It might of been created by a liar or a thief
So people will be confused by a thought or a belief
And at that moment of time when you will stop and think
You will not realize you've been tricked, as there will be a wink,
You might think all is alright and that is acceptable
As you wont see what truly is perceptible,
And if you are with that friend and they offer you a drink
Be careful before you drink it, and watch out for that wink.

It might of been created when someone was looking for the truth
Or maybe they were curious, or maybe they were a sleuth
But when they are close to an answer you will notice their eye
Then you will see that wink, now you won't care about why,
You are happy and pleased as now you will walk away
But what was the truth, as not a word did they say,
When people tell you all is alright, but your life is at its brink
Be ever so careful, and watch out for that wink.

It might of been created by a spouse or a cheater
But we know it wasn't created by either Paul or Peter
When the truth is asked for, it is told without a blink
So we must be ever so weary of that devilish wink
In the history of time it as been used to trick and confuse
And also to confirm a lie, and also to amuse,
Remember the devil signs his contracts in blood and ink
So in life be ever so careful, and watch out for that wink.

I do not think I should care to go on worshipping a Madonna even if she did wink. One cannot make much out of a wink. We want something more than that from the object of our adoration.

Boris To The Rescue

Here we are on our way in our brand new bus
We’re all eager and excited, at least some of us
We’re on our way to Luton Town
We’ve stopped but we haven’t broken down(wink wink)
Looking for passengers on the hard shoulder
An hour later, we’re still looking far and yonder
Rescue will come, we don’t know how
I’d suggest we hitch up to that cow
We’ve got a man who’ll save the day
His name is Boris and he’s on his way
He sends a message “Fear not, harbour no mortal dread
You can survive thirty days before you are dead”.
We won’t be bowed, we’ll keep a stiff upper lip
After all, there’ll always be another trip.

Who Peeps On The Peeper?

Who peeps on the peeper?
God.
Who else keeps the peeper peeking,
But God.
Who doesn't get a wink of sleep...
As those who seek to take a peek.
Believing what is done they do,
Is out of sight.
And out of God's reach.
Thinking lessons learned...
God does not teach.

Who peeps on the peeper?

Who else keeps the peeper peeking,

Evry man dont understand bout the life
And thats (c) all, I tell you thats (g) all

I tell you thats (g) all
Well, the denominations have the right to fight
They ought go on and treat each other right
And thats all, I tell you thats all

Its right to stand together, wrong to stand apart
When none will enter heaven but the pure at heart
And thats all, Ill tell you thats all

Ill tell you thats all
Well, the primitive baptists they believe
That you cant go to heaven less you wash your feet
And thats all, Ill tell you thats all

Well, the african methodists, they believe the same
cause they know demonination aint a thing but a name
And thats all, Ill tell you thats all

Well, people that jump from church to church
You can bet their conversion dont amount too much
And thats all, Ill tell you thats all

The Wonder bug of Love

That wonder bug of love makes
the world go round and round
To search nonstop for lips
that see eye to eye til found,
Oh wonder bug your wings
waft the fire of desire’s call
It bites and rides the rolling stone
that dually gathers all.
Lovers love, bitten smitten
forget the moon above
The sign is flying nigh it’s
the white winged dove of love,
Wedding rings, knots and things
are tied to build a lovely house
Off to bed we lovers tread
as quite as a mouse,
The bug of love as made
our families’ so in love’n’ happy
For on the line we all fly
the flag of a baby’s lovely nappy
To end this happy tale with laughter,
..................................We really do live happily ever after.
Wink Wink say no more.

Don't Fall till You Haul a Job.

You give a wintry smile to the honest guy.
And the man with stilted talk makes you wink.
To tease and joke aloud, the worst feel no shy.
You shed tears when the ship goes to sink.
Till you complete studies, you shouldn't have this link.
Say bye to dreams and swims till you get a job
Or else those near you will make you sob.

Just asking

Man’s years are God’s wink

Man’s wisdom is God’s folly

Man’s masterpiece is God’s babble

Man’s mortal, God’s eternal

Well, no dispute about it, God’s eternal

But does God wink? Has God some follis too?

Does God babble? Just asking........are you angry?

Lily lily lily of the valley

I have to ask you why Rosalie
QUIT HER POETRY AS EARLY AS SHE STARTED
WRITING HER MAIDEN LINES IN HER TEAHAUS

Overlooking the river under a bridge made of steel
I guess well, it could be because I told her

Life is not fair. Whoever told her that life is fair?

I played games on her,
I ask her why the old monk still sweeps the
Temple stone paths under a scourging sun
And hmm she knows: because the monk is there
Because the temple stones are there
Because the sun is there
Because the sweeper is there.

I ask her an analogous question: and why did the
Mountain climbers climb Mt. Everest?
Because the Mt. Everest is there.

Hmm hmmm hmmmm.

And she recites her favorite lines,
While I listen to her with all my heart:

“There is really nothing that you must be
And there is nothing you must do
There is really nothing you must have
And there is really nothing you must know
There is really nothing you must become
However, it helps to understand that fire burns
And when it rains, the earth gets wet.”

What wisdom! And she spoke her closing argument:

My dear sir the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog
Near the bank of the river. The lazy dog was jumped over the river because the fox was quick and brown, and it was near the River {because it was such a kind of bank} and the dog was lazy, and as you see, the {fox was one brown and quick}

[With a wink, he turned and walked away.]

Storms

no storm has a strong wind
that takes the roof
of your house
that levels coconut
trees to kiss the
ground like some
lizards kissing
the floors
on late afternoons

no storm is harsher
than those that
erases a neighborhood
waters rising
people perishing
cattle and cars
stolen from you
on the wink
of an eye

no storm is greater
than this

this storm inside
us that nobody sees
and feels
except the heart
to a time ticking
and soon
will burst and
kill and erase
the whole world
right at the
very cold stare
of your eyes

the tempest within
and you shall be lost forever

only if you do not
hold on to life
you must beg

Every-Year Valentine

Jesus, Dear Jesus,

We pray unto Thee
true words from the
heart of humanity...
singing to heaven
with hymnal refrain
sending thanks for
the angels as they
comfort our pain.

A mountain is lower
with Thee as our guide;
gentle Jesus forever
in our lifetime abide.
valentine roses...we
accept them from Thee;
they grow in our garden,
God's gift to humanity.

Right before your eyes

I'm a defender of crimes
Right before your eyes
Voters let us all be hypnotized.

Be lead defenders of lies
As city bankers wink with a grin
Let us scratch and toil - cry

In a unheated bathtub
Numb, let us bathe cold to save.
Darn your pockets dear
But there's no money, here
Save the bones
Of an old Christmas turkey

Oh I'm a defender of crimes
Right before your eyes
Voters let us all be hypnotized.

Be lead defenders of lies
As city bankers wink with a grin
Let us scratch and toil - cry

In selfish solitude till we die
Baby don't you cry baby there's
A chance…? We'll buy a lottery ticket
And ride-out our last chance again
And maybe save our souls the pain.

What more can I say
When the bailiffs
Have more roots in our home today
Than us or the bird perched
In the broken bay-window here to stay
Because I've blown all our money away
On beer and scratch cards they'll say…

Oh I'm a defender of crimes
Right before your eyes
Voters let us all be hypnotized.

Be lead defenders of lies
As city bankers wink with a grin
Let us scratch and toil - cry
Jesus, tell me what's gone wrong…?

The saints preserve us;
Our time left won't be long
In selfish solitude let us die
In selfish solitude let us die
In selfish solitude let us die.
