Whole Soul Down Coal Hole

Without him life hangs on a whim, missed cue, as bit role stumbles,
bitter pill popped, swilled, heart cropped, down hole whole soul sole tumbles.
Angst's weight frustrations magnifies, wraith faith can't comfort, care,
existence seems unjustified, dreams darken, dread despair
replaces scope hope faces where together two may share
tomorrows linked together free from heartbreak, grief of grumbles.

No issue new's discovered to avoid void's rendezvous
as heart and vein, without him vain appear, without a clue.
Burnt bridge of sighs with background skies black as an impasse where
no paradise may meet lost eyes, hope dies, all seems unfair,
no echo wise saves, heartfelt cries regret twin song strong, rare,
as gibbering ghost's grey-greenish hue mocks eyes that once seemed blue.

Heartfelt Eyes

The Heart Feels…
The thirst of these eyes
Feelings of the Heart
Flow in the silent cries
of these tearful eyes.

The Heart and these Eyes
Bond well with their sighs
and cries, as if they share
'made for each other' ties.

As the heart lives on
Till the day it dies,
Bidding these eyes
Its Final Goodbyes…

It will always share
This Special Bonding
With its Heartfelt Eyes.

Sonnet XXVI: I Ever Love

To Despair

I ever love where never hope appears,
Yet hope draws on my never-hoping care,
And my life's hope would die, but for despair;
My never-certain joy breeds ever-certain fears;
Uncertain dread gives wings unto my hope,
Yet my hope's wings are laden so with fear
As they cannot ascend to my hope's sphere;
Though fear gives them more than a heav'nly scope,
Yet this large room is bounded with despair;
So my love is still fetter'd with vain hope,
And liberty deprives him of his scope,
And thus am I imprison'd in the air.
Then, sweet despair, awhile hold up thy head,
Or all my hope for sorrow will be dead.

Ghosts

There are ghosts in the room.
As I sit here alone, from the dark corners there
They come out of the gloom,
And they stand at my side and they lean on my chair.

There's the ghost of a Hope
That lighted my days with a fanciful glow.
In her hand is the rope
That strangled her life out. Hope was slain long ago.

But her ghost comes to-night,
With its skeleton face and expressionless eyes,
And it stands in the light,
And mocks me, and jeers me with sobs and with sighs.

There's the ghost of a Joy,
A frail, fragile thing, and I prized it too much,
And the hands that destroy
Clasped it close, and it died at the withering touch.

There's the ghost of a Love,
Born with joy, reared with hope, died in pain and unrest,
But he towers above
All the others... this ghost: yet a ghost at the best.

I am weary, and fain
Would forget all these dead: but the gibbering host
Make my struggle in vain,
In each shadowy corner there lurketh a ghost.

Confidence - 1232

Hope's heart heart follows, head held high,
regrets may melt where heartfelt tune,
cues to tomorrows shedding sigh,
discovers confidence which soon
tints rainbow arch 'spite cloudy sky.
Free spirit fills will's bright ballon,
soars from discoloured background dry
which morning, night and afternoon
emotions often would deny.
Where twin souls share serenity
hearts, minds, unite in harmony.

The Needy, The Greedy

This weight in the world
Balanced in paper
One side falls asleep
Dreaming of what they want
The other side
Dreaming of what they need

Existence demeaning
Nothing For filling
They see what they want
Considering no one
The need, the Greed

Living in the Material World
For the Material Boys & Girls
Isn't all that it seems
Knowledge of nothing
Respect lingering
Comfort exceeding

The Greed of one
Becomes so strong
They Live On

Lost of land
The Greedy Man
Abandoned Alone
All in His Command
Done Nothing Wrong
Beats them down
A Heart of One
One For None

With dirt in their eyes
Sitting in the Cold winter as the fire dies
Hope of their needs
They bleed

Running Along
No place to go
Lives played with
Hearts grow strong
As the days creep on

The Need of one
Becomes so Strong
Death becomes one

Lost of land
The Greedy Man
Abandoned Alone
All in His Command
Done Nothing Wrong
Beats them down
A Heart of One
One For None

On top of the world
Nothing to Prove
Comes Greed and Attitude
Down in the dump
Searching for food
Despair is the factor
In this unfair world

The Greedy Man
Wins again
The Days die on
As they fade away

Nothing is Impossible!

Life offers opportunities to rise
Above the hum and drum of everyday,
Discarding empty arguments to play
A role that true intelligence supplies.
Know by intelligence one means the cries
Only the heart can feel and share, display
Love’s echo in a magic interplay,
And new tomorrows free from former ties.
Remember as you read these lines that skies
Of blue will chase all worries, cares, away,
Vanquishing uncertainties, dark, grey.
At last through hope for scope see new dawn rise!
Let light and laughter link, from false fears free,
Know nothing is impossible for thee!

Stories Of Hope Series #6 Three Words

There wasn’t anything left, except a ray of hope
That ray of hope was so strong that it took control of me.
So strong that my eyes would not see.
Hope is the foundation of the human race
Hope is the foundation that can never be replaced.

Hope can be as strong as love, for it is given to us from above.
I found out something which I always knew
That where there is hope, faith follows too.
And with the faith then comes love
And it fills your heart like nothing you’ve ever felt before.
It pounds in your chest like the waves against the shores.

You feel the goose bumps travel
from your head to your toes.
And that is when those three words show.

Those three special words that are
Imbedded in our hearts and soul.

Those three words can be taken
whichever way you like.
The father, the son, the holy ghost
Hope comes with the father
Faith comes with the son
Love comes with the holy ghost
And all these simply say to
The LORD up above
I LOVE YOU.

So which three do you choose?
And if you don’t choose any, then you lose.

She called me in the wind

She called me holy inside the wind, her wraith;
Befallen souls of angels live and nest,
Twas in my heart, a matter of false faith;

Mistral of dawn, glare to invite, and saith,
'Of sea ghost nymphs, doe flye in foam's blue vest'
She called me holy inside the wind, her wraith;

Pearl skies, sea birds to fly on May the eighth,
On faraway was she but not to best,
Twas in my heart, a matter of false faith;

Enchanting wraith she was, conceived, on staith;
Prevailed thence time reversed, but to divest,
She called me holy inside the wind, her wraith;

On sole appeal, invokes on dawn war graith,
Adventures on sea trips, I conquest,
Twas in my heart, a matter of false faith;

To aggrandize my cause, in pride to bathe,
Egressed my soul to seas and time's request,
She called me holy inside the wind, her wraith;
Twas in my heart, a matter of false faith;

Grey Blue Eyes

I feel for the light
Your glory was lost that night
And no mind can't get me right
And now I'm praying that you'll find me out
Stone, stone has pulled me down
But my faith has got me bound to your grey blue eyes
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
Don't forget my broken heart
You remember it from the start
You made it and it's all a part
Of your grey blue eyes
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
You're gone and I know I'm dead
I've lost my way
Can't find me in your grey blue eyes

Nineteen Nine

There's a light out there in the nearer east
In the dawn of Nineteen Nine;
There’s the old ghost light in the salty yeast
Where the black rocks meet the brine.
Here’s the same old strife and toil in vain—
Here’s the same old hope and doubt—
Here’s the same old useless care and pain—
And the sea is my way out—
My dear—
The sea is my way out.
’Tis a grey and a sad old sea for me—
With a growing grey head too.
Oh, the heads were brown and the eyes were bright
When the sea was white and blue.
It was round the world and home again,
We could turn and turn about,
And the sea means exile now in vain,
But the sea is my way out—
My dear—
The sea is my way out.

I Have Climbed Up The Mountain Of Despair

I have climbed up the mountain of despair
Oft – too oft perhaps for me
Too many bitter cups of grief I drunk
Too few the days of calm I joyed.

My flower of youth I wasted more
Than time and age could
Too many bitter cups of grief I drunk
Too few the days of calm I joyed.

Too many nights of weirdness I had
When bad dreams chased all sleep away:
And the black firmament like a cold wall
Smiled at me where’er I trod and went
Railing and deriding my despair.

Too many storms of green my vessel has
Weathered and been buffeted into
Too many a water wraith and ghost
Saw I in my mountain of despair:

Too many a field with corpses have I dreamed
Strewn and divided all irregular:
Too many a stormy sea with corpses I
Have dreamed swollen and strewn amidst the wrecks:
Too many a field with crosses in rows decked
And yew-clad cemeteries solitaire I dreamed.

Too many a monster new unheard unseen
By previous eyes or ears have I met
To many a deed and mishap have I been
Nor have been spared a son’s grief and despair
And now my father lies low in earth.

And now it seems that few black days remain
And blacker days on black days follow suit
Pointing with every day a-down and down:

My heart now too hard for tears is; my eyes
Are dry as desert sands or milked breasts
My throat is parched with the last dryness weird.
I have ascended the mountain of despair.

Todays Teardrops

Gene pitney
Todays teardrops are tomorrows rainbows and tomorrows rainbows we will
Share me and you so dry your eyes, little girl, dry your eyes,
And were gonna see skies of blue yeah, yeah, yeah
Had a tough time gettin started, maybe youre just a little downhearted
All you gotta do is a count to 10, baby youll be smiling when,
Todays teardrops are tomorrows rainbows and tomorrows rainbows we will
Share me and you so dry your eyes, little girl, dry your eyes,
And were gonna see skies of blue yeah, yeah, yeah
Instrumental
Key change-
Gonna be just a love of gladness, dont wanna hear nothin bout sadness
Come a little closer come a to me, with each kiss youre gonna see
Todays teardrops are tomorrows rainbows and tomorrows rainbows we will
Share me and you so dry your eyes, little girl, dry your eyes,
And were gonna see skies of blue yeah, yeah, yeah

The Three Keys

I am but a mere pen that he uses to put down the words.
In the hopes- that his voice would be heard.
I have given you choices with which you could decide.
Is you want to follow me, or choose to live a lie.
The world is full of promises that men will make to you
And there are so many broken, “ you know this much is true”.

We are living in a world where there is bitterness and hate
We’ve forgotten what it is to have a little faith.
HOPE, FAITH, LOVE are the three keys
As is THE FATHER, THE SON, THE HOLY GHOST
These are the things that you should treasure the most.

I have given you everything that you need to survive
And it will last throughout all time.
But you must stop destroying all that I’ve given you
Other wise the skies will be black, instead of blue.
The oceans will no longer be a greenish blue
For that has become polluted too.

The lands which have born food for you to eat
And the animals from which you get your meat.
Are also being destroyed by you.
How much more can I do?
If this world would join in unity
You will see a better world created by me.

I would take away your sickness and despair.
You just have to show “ that you care”.
Wars would become a thing of the past.
Peace is the thing that would last.
Hunger and famine, that would be erased too.
The three keys I have given to you.

And if you use them “depends upon you”.

Emptiness Descends

I've lost him in the clouds
gone from my view,
And however deep I seek
I can't pursue,
This man who was my love
someone so true,
So very much my refuge
my rendezvous.
Such emptiness descends
my world is blue!

If I could fly up high
would he be there,
Looking down with eyes
that show his care,
Remembering the times
we used to share,
There isn't anyone
who can compare,
Such emptiness descends
he's gone elsewhere.

But I will hold him here
within my soul,
And cherish all we had
so I feel whole,
He'll always be with me
and will console,
This hurting heart of mine
which all condole.
Such emptiness descends
what is my role!

I'm out there on my own
I must last through,
For without his hand to guide
I've no value,
To finding my way alone
I have no clue,
Where will I go from here,
what will ensue.
Such emptiness descends
on my debut!

When hope is all you've got

you took everything from me
everything you could take, you took it off
but you forgot to take something from me
my hope! you can't take it from me
cos you don't even know i have it
but yes, i do
my hope never dies

my soul may be naked under the bridge
but my hope shines so bright
in such a powerfull way no one can destruct

when hope is all you've got
you can reach the stars
you can lye on the grass
and forgot about all the lies
you can dream your dreams become real

in the end,
you may have not reached a thing
but you still have something
you still have hope

even in the hardest moments in your life
when you think everyone's gone
when everything disappeared
and you think you are all alone
you still have hope
in that place where there was a heart before
and now there'r just an empty hole

when hope is all you've got
you can reach the stars
you can lye on the grass
and forgot about all the lies
you can dream your dreams are real

For You And Your Children

My heart beats.
Even as I feel so stuck.
In a goop I walked right through.
I don't know why
Maybe it was to get to the other side.
Maybe it was to still try.
Maybe it was to see if I can touch the sky.
It feel so close.
Yet I'm still not there.
The heavenly ghost.
It is hope.
It is desire.
It is to aspire to a higher calling before the falling.
Empires so murky and grey.
I feel I have become just another prey.
The predator is closing in.
So I must reach.
When necessity comes you can't just deny it.
The gut feeling that everything that was earned with hard work gone.
Another dawn will come.
But not as I have known it.
Something great lost forever.
A million people speaking of their lost lover.
But what if the ability to love dies?
What if the soul wilts away to nothing?
A void
A emptiness
A lust that replaces, and compensates for it.
Ash to Ash
Blow on the rust and watch it turn to dust.
With something new is shown.
Scary is the unknown.
Especially when it could be so horrible.
With a repentance, forgiveness and respect I pray.
Not just for me, but for you and your children.
