Tease

Look around you, man of war, see souls perish by the score,
cannon fodder, more fall, more, decimating human store
‘til winner’s word armed peace restore.

Look around you, man of peace, we the multitudes increase –
until Nature’s sword, disease, decrees disordered growth should cease
and then the hungry hordes decrease.

Man at peace, or Man at war, both bring werewolf to the door,
but once defeated, this is sure, to primacy one may instore
the other till the wheel keels o’er.

One would appease, the other, he’s wrathful, ruthless as Ares.
One incarnates Socrates immortalized in Grecian frieze,
the other – all men’s enemies!

Is existence one great tease? Where’s the wood and where the trees?
Who the pattern’s mysteries may unwind, - activities
self-defeating fallacies, ambitions and activities,
one part frees, one part freeze, emotions, efforts, ecstacies?
All spins between two poles and these care less for Man than for his fleas.

Path Of Peace

Path Of Peace
By Paul Mc Cann

Peace is an easy path to tread
Peace is where our fears are mislaid
Peace is beginning to restore
Peace for each man, woman and child
Peace for the troubled streets gone wild
Peace is for the old and the young
Peace in the end will overcome
Peace builds trust into a lifestyle
Peace is a friendly open hand
Peace is a place to understand
Peace in the end will overcome
Peace is for the old and the young
Peace is a legacy to leave
Peace is when we don't have to grieve
Peace is and end to all the hate
Peace is why we negotiate
Peace for all the victims of war

We Want Peace

Here it is once again in our face
Why havent we learned from our past
Were at the crossroads of the human race
Why are we kicking our own ass
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast
Were on the eve of destruction my friends
We are about to go too far
Politicians think that war is the way
But we know that love has the power
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast
The solution is simple and plain
There wont be peace if we dont try
In a war there is nothing to gain
And so many people will die
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast
We want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace, we want it
Yes we want peace
And we want it fast

All We Want Is Peace (Please)

Peace, Peace, Please,
Please, Peace, Please,

There’s something we should do
That’s not been done
Something we can win
That’s not been won
Something we can SHOUT OUT
To end all their brutal war games
We Want Peace

Case for war was fake,
Don’t let it fade
More lives can be saved
Got to be brave
Something we can shout out,
We want peace, and we want it right now
Talking is Free

All we want is Peace
All we need is Peace
All we ask is Peace, Please
Peace is all we want

All we crave is Peace
All we miss is Peace
All we lack is Peace
Peace is all we want

Something we can ask,
Before it’s blown
Something we can grow
Before it’s grown
Small green shoots of Peace
To educate next infancy
Believe me

All we want is Peace
All we crave is Peace
All we wish is Peace, please

Peace is all we ask
It’s not a big task
Believe me
It’s easy.

All we want is Peace, All we want is Peace,
All we need is Peace, All we need is Peace.
Peace is all we want,
Peace is all we want
Peace is all we need,
Peace is all we need………………

Our armed forces will fight for peace in Iraq, a peace built on more secure foundations than are found today in the Middle East. Even more important, they will fight for two human conditions of even greater value than peace: liberty and justice.

With a Peace

On the last day
When all souls
Are called
By God
To account,
I
Shall be called
By the Vagabond Spirit
For mine.

With a peace...
With a peace...
With a peace...

The hills shall be filled
With a peace.
The sun shall go down
With a peace.

And my heart shall burst
With the joy of life
To smithereens.

And the drops of blood
Shall fly
Into
The night-time sky

Then dance
In a brilliant display
Of sparks
For all men
To see

Then fall
Falling down
Into
The new Earth.

Then from each one
A new
Magnificence
Shall grow.

O Jesus

O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who was the Word of God…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and was always in the Thoughts of God…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who was born of the Virgin Mary…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, and peace be upon his mother Mary…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who the Holy Spirit of God was given…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who in the name of God, casted out demons…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one they said slanderous things about…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one they tried to blot out…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and was sinless…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came to the temple and became relentless…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came to the Israelites to teach them the Gospel…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and did things that were impossible…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who is the Prophet and Christ…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who the Scriptures prophesised…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who Almighty God raised up…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who Almighty God will send back and amaze us.

Peace Thy Source!

Peace is the law of nature
When that law is broken
Peace loses its stature
Society's limbs so swollen
Peace! Where is thy source?
From me wnd within me of course
World to take to recourse
To improve quality of human resource!

Love and peace beginning or end
Peace, the mother of plenty
Man needs to comprehend
Means to peace that ends in prosperity!

Peace is the frame of mind
Peace dwells in heart
Peace blossoms from the mind
Peace from every one to start!

Peace in society myth or reality
In our scheme may the theme be a speciality
Build up peace with all sincerity
Spread the fragrance in all our fraternity!

Where is the Peace

Where is the Peace
our hearts keys
that make us invincible
unpiercable, unscathable
Where is the Peace
that lets us sleep
to up the faith we keep
and Where is the Peace
in a world of war
when we know nothing that's in store
Where is the Peace
when money rears its fangs
to divide class and race among all things
Where is the Peace
can't we all just get along
throw our money and all aside and admit we're wrong
to keep humanity strong
Where is our Peace

Peaceful Prayers

Let there be peace in the world.
Let us all see peace and not war.
Let us all have peace in the world.
Let all our statesmen know no violence,
Let all love peace with warm vehemence,
Let all be clothed with passionate patience,
Let all respect peace with real reverence.
Let peace pervade every political terrain,
Let peace calm the spirits of every domain,
Let peace be at peace with every reign,
Let each achieve peace with poor pain.
Peace, to you we plead: come to us.
Peace, we entreat you: deign on us.
Peace, we want you: envelope us.
Let our homes be adorned with peace,
Let our streets be paved with peace,
Let our cities be set on a hilltop of peace.
Let peace taint our every thought.
Let there be peace, let peace never cease
Let there be peace, let war forever cease.

Today... 'The Word

Word of love and the Word made flesh
Word incarnate forever blessed
Word of life and the Word of light
Word of power and Word of might.

Word that was spoken, Word of the Lord
Word of the Law and the Word of God
Word of peace and Word eternal
Word of truth and last Word of all.

Word of wisdom and the Word of healing
Word from heaven, a Word so appealing
Word fulfilling the Word of prophecy
Word of the Spirit and Word of destiny.

Word of exhortation and Word of grace
Word of encouragement and Word of faith
Word of promise and a Word of insight
Word from the beginning and Word of delight.

Word of knowledge and a Word of boldness
Word of peace and the Word of righteousness
Word of the covenant and Word of love
Word of the Father from heaven above.

Let There Be Peace

Let there be peace, in those, that are pure of heart.
Let there be peace among men of difference.
Let there be peace on a hard winters day.
Let there be peace, before there is anger.
Let there be peace, in the valley of stress.
Let there be peace, among those we love.
Let there be peace, between all our faiths.
Let there be peace, when our day is done.
Let there be peace, in the universal message of man.
Let there be peace, in the canyons, of displacement.
Let there be peace, with the sick and the poor.
Let the rifles' be quieted and let there be peace.
Let men at war, replace confrontation, with peace.
Let political forces join together, and bring us peace.
Let men of all colors and religions, join in peace.
Let more money be spent on peace, than on war.
Let wasted billions, bring peace, to those less fortunate.

It matters not, what your religion, or who you
pray to...may you find peace.

What is Peace? ?

What is peace? ?

Peace is when you care for others,
Peace is when there is no violence in the world,
Peace is much more powerful then evil,
Peace is easily found when you give others what you desire,
Peace is the answer to all the wars in the world,
Peace is when there is unity among all the people,
Peace is when your soul can rest,
Peace is when there is hope of good above,
Peace is when there is love for others,
Peace is when there is acceptance in the world,
Peace is bringing joy to the world,
Peace is in helping others

This is what Peace is,
This and much more!

Peace - An End

Peace is a word
Of the sea and the wind.
Peace is a bird who sings
As you smile.
Peace is the love
Of a foe as a friend;
Peace is the love you bring
To a child
Searching for me
You look everywhere,
Except beside you.
Searching for you
You look everywhere,
But not inside you.
Peace is a stream
From the heart of a man;
Peace is a man, whose breadth
Is the dawn.
Peace is a dawn
On a day without end;
Peace is the end, like death
Of the war.

Peace, peace, peace

Peace,
Bring it on
Peace, peace
You do no wrong
Peace, peace, peace
You are strong

Stronger then hatred
Stronger than fear
Stronger than the dark powers
of a troubled mind

Peace
Stay with me
Peace, peace
Flee not, try to be kind
Peace, peace, peace
Why hath thou so tough to find?

Life's lessons...

What lies beyond the doorway,
Between this life and the next.
Could it be a court of souls,
Where we face our final test...

Shall they pick apart a life lived,
Shall they score it out of ten.
Send us on our next great journey,
So that we can do it all again...

Or is there just an empty void,
Where we shall fall forever and a day.
Through waves of deep emotions,
Where peace and love shall surely play...

Or is it just game over,
Coin in the slot and start again.
But if life's lessons are not heeded,
Once again begins the pain...

Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Inside Us All

When I'm all alone
And no one else is there
Waiting by the phone
To remind me
I'm still here
When shadows paint the scenes
Where spotlights used to fall
And I'm left wondering
Is it really worth it all?

There's a peace inside us all
Let it be your friend
It will help you carry on In the end
There's a peace inside us all

Life can hold you down
When you're not looking up
Can't you hear the sounds?
Hearts beating out loud
Although the names change
Inside we're all the same
Why can't we tear down these walls?
To show the scars we're covering
