Seasons hot and cold conspire
together to perpetuate
a fire ice cycle whose attire
in trice turns bark to dark ash - fait
accompli by Dame Nature's lyre
whose runes tune life, strange change dictate.

No paradox. In town and shire
from dream of steam to solid state
all stays the same, though minds require
the wherewithal to integrate
four elements linked by fey wire
whose strange range can incorporate
life's fractal fantasy entire.

Sodden logs around the fire
soldier like await grate fate,
ramrod stiff and hourly drier,
fiery end anticipate.
Trees which bore for man's desire
timely fruit of goodly weight
are sawn stacked staves on suttee pyre
condemned to ash, rash fate berate,
cackle together, crackle choir.

What once bore blossom's stumpy gate.
In stead see hedgerows trim require
incessant training. Speculate
on human vanity, the sire
of most misfortune early, late.

Dust to dust both lust, desire,
first gust then rust disintegrate.
Men burn, but seldom calculate
their pulse iced, fated to expire,
past wealth their heirs swift dissipate,
their envy, anxiousness, and ire
all self consuming! Man and mate
earn little praise, soon merge with mire,
while in a circle congregate
wood logs around a winter fire.

Who seeks for answers must inquire
within, take time to contemplate
conundrum woven - truth and liar,
hot cold, earth air, fire ice restate
real dream reel, skip trip. Seller, buyer
are twins identical whose weight
depends on introspective gyre
like tree bark witness of Time's wait
on Time to circumnavigate
the contradictory crossfire
of surface assumptions which create
their own momentum, karmic tyre
around impressions which abate
as atoms realign. Ice, fire
reflect extremes intemperate.

Reality and dreams combine, their quest -
through Time condensing from initial jest -
is thus to banish contradictions, span
creation vast, past, present, big bang's van
till request and inquest converge in gest
arresting surface difference with zest
from tao trip evolution's also-ran
to space displacement through one thousandth dan
Atoms avoid void, spin tails till trail's lost, rest
here contest, contestants, distance, uber plan,

From mess congestive to suggestive test
of chaos, universal fractal fest
patterns pitter patter, matter must
invent itself from, to, through, into dust.

Noise and Equipoise

NOISE AND EQUIPOISE
Noise:
A signal the individual is unaware [s]he could decipher

Static is said to be noise,
'interference’ which often annoys,
yet the noise is not static
but code automatic,
sent by atoms which seek equipoise.

Here is there, where perception employs
perspicacity spurning poor ploys,
though zen trip's tip erratic
seems, dreams reel to vatic
conclusion aback zen tortoise.

Noise: an echo where energy toys
with a world whose half-life it destroys,
this while reader, ecstatic,
ventures smile enigmatic,
sees the light, - contradictions enjoys.

For 'pro', 'con', twins identical, boys,
maintain nothing's vain, on 'porpoise'
spins life's jest, though dramatic
it appears, scarce pragmatic,
sense intense may discover, reach poise.

Big Bang Jest Gest Second Guessed

Big Bang banned NOTHING as Creation's span
from cosmos chased dark vacuum. Uber plan,
figment fragment second-guessed,
sparked space displacement festive.

From chaos mess congestive -
stupendous test suggestive
of universal fractal fest
stimulated chance dance gest
of galaxies ignoring rest

Reality, Dreams, team in quest,

poly dimensions restive.

Fire Your Desire

Since the day that the lord set me on fire
i have had a desire to acquire the knowledge of my messiah,

Whatever u desire, Dont retire
Aspire to Acquire the desire u admire
If u perspire
u wont retire.

When the enemies conspire to fire your desire,
dont tire,
remember your mesiah
the one who speaks fire

He has clothed you with his attire,
and has given you his entire empire,
that if you refire you will acquire,
this is not time to expire,

With Jesus your mesiah,
the devil's fire will backfire,
Desire the holyfire,
Become a carrier of the holyghost fire,

Our God the unmpire will never retire
He will always refire, he will never expire,
he will always inquire
his power is forever,

So u have all u require my friend,
to acquire your long admired desire,
this is all u require,
stay on fire.

Hearts On Fire

We saw the writings on the wall
When heathens ruled above us all
Tormented, we still heard the call
You come to bring us down
Wield the scepter, steal the crown
Time on the throne is running out
Cause seasons change but we are still the same
Event though the cold winds blow were burning like a flame
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Burning for the steel
Hearts On Fire
For years shunned by society
Outcasts, condemned for our beliefs
Our legions grew in secrecy
And now, the time is here
I see the Templars everywhere
The Freedom Call is drawing near
We hold our rebel banners up with pride
The colours crimson and the Hammer is the sign
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Hearts On Fire, Hearts On Fire
Burning, burning with desire
Burning for the steel

Lighted

Great books call on us, to tell,
The reason of all ill fate,
Is only the burning desire.
Now I strongly ask,
Who does not have?
With time I answered it.
From common man,
To the Lord above,
All are lighted with fire,
The fire of desire.
If not, why is the earth?
And why is life in it?
Is it this fire, that,
Moves the earth and life?
Yes, so burn with fire,
The fire of desire.

Rubaiyat of Ghosts

One can, who strangers scan, too few admire,
as most play ghosts deprived of phantom choir,
tripping, tripping up, upon life’s board,
stillborn refuting intimate desire.

In game of give and take what ranks the higher
self-interest or charity? Enquire
about ambitions intimate, bond word,
suspicion from the shadows whispers: 'Liar! '

Most men as puppets dance upon a wire
taut from birth to death, - as seller, buyer,
taught to act and not to BE - Fate’s sword
to dust must sooner, later, each retire.

So few dare seek far stars, less dare aspire
for freedom, seldom search above their mire,
for seventy or eighty years life’s cord
they eke out, seldom seeking something higher.

A burning bush survived the blazing fire,
and witness stands to Time the purifier -
yet oil on troubled waters oft is poured
by those who spurn each prophet as a liar.

Life is too short. Who’d play the poet’s lyre
must tame the vagrant strings, the versifier
tunes into harmony whose every chord
responds to inspiration all desire.

Virago

No longer the fall guy you used to require
All those old photos burn well on my fire
The carcass of love on a funeral pyre
Thank God your apprentice I failed to sire
You'll fly high and free with unsated desire
While your cravings degenerate into the mire
No doubt to harangue and defame you'll conspire
But then so be it, vengeance will be dire
From the start of the end you are branded a liar.

Misteltoe & Wine

The child is a king, the carollers sing,
The old has passed, there's a new beginning.
Dreams of santa, dreams of snow,
Fingers numb, faces aglow.
Christmas time, mistletoe and wine
Children singing christian rhyme
With logs on the fire and gifts on the tree
A time for rejoicing in all that we see
A time for living, a time for believing
A time for trusting, not deceiving,
Love and laughter and joy ever after,
Ours for the taking, just follow the master.
Christmas time, mistletoe and wine
Children singing christian rhyme
With logs on the fire and gifts on the tree
A time for rejoicing in all that we see
A time for giving, a time for getting,
A time for forgiving and for forgetting.
Christmas is love, christmas is peace,
A time for hating and fighting to cease.

Merry Christmas Darling

The Christmas rush is through
But I still have one wish to make
A special one for you
Merry Christmas darling
We're apart that's true
But I can dream and in my dreams
I'm Christmas-ing with you
Holidays are joyful
There's always something new
But every day's a holiday
When I'm near to you
All the lights on my tree
I wish you could see
I wish it every day
Logs on the fire
Fill me with desire
To see you and to say
That I wish you Merry Christmas
Happy New Year, too
I've just one wish
This Christmas Eve
I wish I were with you
[Instrumental Interlude]
All the lights on my tree
I wish you could see
I wish it every day
The logs on the fire
Fill me with desire
To see you and to say
That I wish you Merry Christmas
Happy New Year, too

I wish I were with you

Hanover Winter Song

Ho, a song by the fire;
Pass the pipes, pass the bowl.
Ho, a song by the fire
With a skoal, with a skoal.
Ho, a song by the fire;
Pass the pipes with a skoal,
For the wolf-wind is wailing at the doorways,
And the snow drifts deep along the road,
And the ice gnomes are marching from their Norways,
And the great white cold walks abroad.

But, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
Ha, ha we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
For here, we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows;
And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship.
Oh, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
Ha, ha, we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
For here we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows.
And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship,
Of fellowship

Pile the logs on the fire;
Fill the pipes, pass the bowl.
Pile the logs on the fire
With a skoal, with a skoal.
Pile the logs on the fire;
Fill the pipes with a skoal,
For the fire goblins flicker on the ceiling,
And the wine witch glitters in the glass,
And the smoke wraiths are drifting, curling, reeling,
And the sleigh bells jingle as they pass.

But, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
Ha, ha we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
For here, we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows;
And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship.
Oh, here by the fire, we defy frost and storm;
Ha, ha, we are warm, and we have our heart's desire.
For here we're good fellows, and the beechwood and the bellows.
And the cup is at the lip in the pledge of fellowship,
Of fellowship

Oh, a God is the fire;
Pull the pipes, drain the bowl.
Oh, a God is the fire
With a skoal, with a skoal.
Oh, a God is the fire;
Pull the pipes with a skoal,
For the room has a spirit in the embers,
Tis a God and our fathers knew his name,
And they worship'd him in long-forgot Decembers,
And their hearts leap'd high with the flame.

EMBERS n a FIRE ABLAZE

MEMORIZING, how the embers are flickering
each flame seems to be dancing
wood thats crackiling 4m the heat
and both it and the fire are bickering
as to the charcoal we added, now is turning 4m black to grey
and the wood starts to burn slowly, as it withers away
ashes...flying all around...up high in the air
pieces fallen upon us, as they fall to the ground
ashes that now have turned to dust
as the fire flames leap high, and the fire is so alive

each spark has spoke, with the words made out of smoke
speaking the words....of my love and lust
as each wind gust
reinforces it over n again
the truth that lay on the tip of my tongue
i wish i knew, what to say..what ive been waiting
to say to you...but everytime i try to....
i freeze, and begin the hesitation
as each flame reaches high, headin 2wards the moonlit sky

and as ember begins anew, as the wind and ash have flew
i catch the flickering shadows at play..streaming along your handsome face
then a small wind blew...a small circle around me n you
the forces of nature freeze the time
and across the fires, that slowly dim
then sets a bright blaze...i whisper into the wind
practicing what i want to say to him
my heart stands still as i take in the fill
of the handsome glow of your face
the only sounds...are of the wood crackiling on the ground
the very sound, of my heart that grew a bit
LOUD, as i recaptured the shadows across your face
over the fire pit....my heart skipping in place

in this frozen moment of time..as you come near, closer to my side
now the space was yours and mine...just for a moment in time
all that i could hear, was the echoes of the fire, and the fast beat
of my heart thats jumped with a start, as the 2 sounds seemed to just coincide
each phase of the burning fire, filled me with so much desire
turned the heat up within me
from the top of my head to the tip of my feet
hotter then the fire...ablaze..was my desire dancing in the flames
caught the out; ike, contour, and shadows of your georgeous face

embers that flew, around unto the ground
all around in the air..as the wind slightly blew
as it surrounded us 2
whispers of my love, lust, as the embers have all now turned to dust
as now would ever compare, not the fire, nor it blaze
but as you stood there
bit by bit......in the smoldering glaze..of the fire pit
as it n i caught the handsome shadows that played across your gorgeous face.........................

Burn in Desire

dont play with fire
dont fondle my desire
becasue im burning like hell
inside this shell
ashes of my sin
enticed by what could have been
baby dont play with my fire
you'll burn in desire

i tell you to runaway
with me you wont stay
pure, but burned clean to the bone
with the burning edge in my tone
push you away
dont suffer my stay
just runaway
from the fire that plays
with your heart
your desire

ive caught you
you burn in my fire
cant fight away
what we know
will kill us, but in anyway
we cant let go

cant burn me out
black me out
get me out of your head
why the screaming?
your already dead
from desire
of this fire
kid dont play with fire

you take sin offered in my hand
im only a tease
smoldering what you understand
to a fire that cant please
only the thirst
that hurts
it rips us to pieces

beware of me
ill burn you eyes black
till you cant see
life from lust
or what to trust
i give you desire
now burn in fire

im your simple desire
take me, burn in fire
dancing with tongues of a devil
scorching sins
runaway, and ill take you again

ive told you my plans
but you hold my hand
smoldered by embers in my eyes
i hkkope you know this fire wont ever die
it burns in me
burns me up to death
till all i see
is passion, and death to the rest

take regret with the pain
going to hell
its all the same
driven by sin
all over again
play with fire
consumed with desire

Fire, to be extinguished

He had a taste for her; his desire caught fire.
He was mad for her echo; his fire grew violent.
He elicited her nod; his fire went ablaze.
He found her moving out; his fire remained intense.
His grip is loosening; his fire is flickering.
Time may split them apart; his fire will be soaked.
Then he will smear that ash with air and pride,
Till he himself becomes ash on the pyre.

Ghosts

Last passing leaves leave, life's page sage admires,
most boasts are ghost hosts, post haste phantom choirs,
now tripping, hesitant, upon life’s board,
stillborn, denying deepest heart’s desire.

As puppets men, leaves, dance upon branch wire
taut from birth to death, - staged play's proved liar,
taught to act but not to BE! - the sword
of Fate each early, late, must all retire.

For few dare seek the stars, or yet aspire
for freedom, seldom glance above their mire,
fear chloroforming chlorophyll cuts cord
that holds life's journey from horizons higher.

The burning bush survived the blazing fire,
and witness stands to God the purifier, -
yet oil on troubled waters oft is poured
as Fall to Winter wanes, frost snaps high-flyer.

Lifes leaves soon grieve, deceived by Summer, ire
replacing lush greens flush, Time sees misfire
intimations of immortality
when verdant vibrance turns red, brown, then mire.

Life is too short, who strums soul poet’s lyre
must tame frame's vagrant strings. Sole versifier
intensely seeks sense off the fence, each chord
in tune with Autumn moon runes' mortal quire!

Leaves drop, hearts stop, in season all retire
from green-scene bud to has been dud quagmire,
so little space to race then silent doom,
strum still tombed, dumb will catacombed entire.

GHOSTS

Few passing strangers may the sage admire,
as most are ghosts without a phantom choir,
now tripping, hesitant, upon life’s board,
stillborn, denying e’en their heart’s desire.

Most men as puppets dance upon a wire
taut from birth to death, - to play as liar,

For few dare seek the stars, or yet aspire
for freedom, seldom glance above their mire,
for eighty, maybe ninety years life’s cord

The Hanging Tree....

i took an axe
and cut down the hanging tree...
every blow a blow for
human decency, equality, and freedom.
and i sawed it up into logs,
and built a fire with them.
into the fire i threw
prejudice, hatred, greed, and apathy.
i watched it burn till
nohing was left but the

even the wind grew still in prayer!
